Surface Battle: Hero Association Army, Blizzard Bunch, Non-killing army+(Bang, Bomb)

The large group of heroes continued toward the large gate, and given their numbers, they elected to just tear the entire large fencing down as they moved across the largely abandoned railway. They continued into the city proper, noticing the cracks in the streets and buildings. Some of the heroes murmured to each other about how this was essentially them taking this part of Z-city back, and in truth, the Child Emperor didn't think that would be such a bad idea; he was sure the hero association would also phrase it like that when everything was over and settled. The child hero took a glance around.

All of the S-class heroes were standing in the front of the formation leading the way, which ran counter-intuitive to them staying back and conserving strength for the underground battle. Still, he guessed their ego wouldn't allow them to sit in the back, and if he were being honest with himself, he was no exception to that as he joined right alongside them front and center, but maybe that was just his self-consciousness playing tricks on him again. He was under a lot of pressure, given that almost the entirety of the attack was put on his shoulders. This was his moment to prove it, not only to himself but to all of his naysayers. Despite his accomplishments, he was still regarded with skepticism among those outside his general vicinity of partners. No one believed that a "kid" could do what he did and that he was just taking credit for someone else's accomplishments. Most people looked at his age instead of his actual ability, which always ground his gears, and it was even worse when the monster invasion concluded. The association may have come to him, but he knew that it was likely after they had already approached Dr. Bofoi for his services, so he was just the best runner-up choice.

He did a courtesy glance along the line of S-class heroes present and noticed that Mr. King had mysteriously disappeared. He questioned it, and one of the other heroes assigned to his unit, whom he believed Gearsper, had told him that the man was going to go his own route and that he would be in the assigned location so there was no need to worry, and that everyone should stick to the original plan. It wasn't surprising for him; he knew that the S-class heroes were some of the biggest losers in the association and were almost afraid of working together unless the circumstances were dire and he needed it. He was honestly surprised that Metal Bat hadn't just run off and tried to fight something by himself, but at least he stayed with him. But the fact that King didn't was discouraging; that King didn't even feel the need to tell him at all was even worse; did that mean he still thought of him as a child and his plan wasn't worth following?

The news of the king's absence quickly began to spread amongst the large group, all with their take on the man's actions; the argument of efficiency was raised by one of them. Zombieman had surprised him when he remarked that King was going to get some "powerful reinforcement that happens to be in the area."

Child Emperor immediately questioned him about that and who was this reinforcement and why they weren't included earlier and zombieman simply vaguely hinted at the hero and the closest person he would call a friend in the S-class didn't really answer him thoroughly enough for his liking only giving the person hero name which was caped baldy and that he and King apparently went way back with each other and that the man might even be his apprentice he didn't really know himself but he incentivized that his power was legit and would be a boon for the fighting to come and given that he was someone he respected along he went along with it he had only wished that the two of them would have told him about it sooner he could have left a route open for this caped baldy and they could have even more routes to attack the monsters but he was curious about this individual, King's disciple that should be someone utterly amazing to see in person and could give them a glimpse finally at the secretive man himself.

Ignoring that for now, at least King wasn't just abandoning his plan because he thought it was just childish or dumb, which he was relieved about. Thanks to Drive Knight, he now knew exactly where the child was. Well, hopefully, if the child was still there now, he could head directly there; it was in the vicinity of Flash and his route, and he told the ninja hero that he would be handling the rescue and the assassin could focus on just killing monsters, which he agreed to. It was Tatsumaki who wanted everyone to quit the idle chatter as several bangs resounded from up ahead of them. Child Emperor and several of the S-class were about to react quickly before any of the projectiles made it their way; they were all stopped in mid-air by Tatsumaki. Child Emperor noted that what was shot was a combination of shrapnel, bullets, and even cannon shots.

It was one of the group leaders one shotter that had quickly unhooked the sniper rifle from around his back and started to peer through its scope he remarked that they were essentially walking down a shooting gallery as he saw multiple ranged monsters with weapons aimed down their way, he fired off his rifle five times shooting and killing five monsters leaving two cannons unoperated however those were quickly replaced by others and not only that they started to switch positions moving from where the two were initially set up, he fired five more times but had to reload allowing the other monsters to move cannons from where he couldn't spot them anymore, he sucked his teeth before Tatsumkai asked if he was "done" before returning the fire sent their way initially multiple of the buildings crumbling from the impact, he grumbled that it took her long enough but when the girl turned to him he shrank even further back behind others but everyone steered clear of the individual making her never break line of sight with the individual until Child Emperor took the girls attention away.

"Thank you Miss Tatsumaki, for the save there; the monster must know that we lack many range members and are hoping to whittle us down before engaging us directly." Child Emperor deduced.

"That was just a freebee; you only get three more!" Tatsumkai took it seriously and then loudly yelled so that the entire group could hear her.

"What do you mean, Tatsumaki?" Why can't you protect us until the very end, or at least until we close the distance? This is a very crucial moment when you're deciding to be difficult," Sekingar boldly remarked.

"Where does it say that I have to protect you a lot? If you can't find a solution to the problem, you can go back to the base right now," Tatsumkai remarked, simply crossing her arms.

"Tatsumaki, you can't be serious?" Sekingar said this in disbelief.

"What are you scared of? You're not going to have anything left in the tank for your big fight with that other psychic. And you were talking all big in the meeting too..hey!" the Metal Bat remarked before he found himself lifted into the air.

"Hmph! Oh, I'll help you, alright! Have fun!" Tatsumkai said as she hurled a Metal Bat down the pathway, but the hard-headed teen was fully pumped and ready for it.

"Hah! Sure, I'm game! I hate punks that just try to stay within range anyway. I'll take care of everything, so you don't have to worry about it." Metal Bat screamed as he was flung forward, and Tatsumaki's power flared at the teen's taunts as she continued to watch the man sail forward.

"Please, Tatsumaki, you need to take this seriously. Metal Bat could end up hurting being surrounded by monsters over there." The Child Emperor tried to say.

"He doesn't seem to be complaining. You all have three chances, so hurry up after that. I'm not protecting you idiots anymore," Tatsumkai said simply. Child Emperor was shocked at that statement but quickly shook it off and formalized everyone from a slow walk into a fast jog, each heading towards Metal Bat's new position up ahead.

Ironically, Tatsumaki's impromptu projectile of Metal Bats did wonders in disputing the monster plan, at least partially compared to the initial volley. The subsequent volleys were less dense, no doubt due to the disturbance and attention that the Metal Bat was causing. They were also surprised by the return fire from one shotter, tank top cop, gas mask cowboy, and golden ball. Which laid out enough return fire to kill some of the attackers who were still focused on them. By the time they had reached Metal Bat, over three dozen monster corpses littered the ground, and the man himself was mostly spotless, only having blood on his bat and a rip in his baggy pants. He smiled smugly at Tatsumaki and commented on what took her so long to arrive, but the glowing green girl just ignored him, pushing past him. He didn't take offense and only chuckled before the group continued to push forward. But it wasn't long since the monsters began their attack again.

This time it was even stranger as the pathway they were just walking from suddenly became blocked, several buildings themselves moving and levitating out and crashing down behind them and out of the building windows, and very walls started to come out, several monsters, dozens of them, and simultaneously, even more monsters started to come from their front as well, in a massive horde in a pincer attack. This time the monsters were going in for close-quarters combat, it seemed, and the heroes were eager to greet all of them. Sekingar and the Child Emperor kept the orders simple and told groups 1–5 to handle the front while groups 6–10 to handle the back, and they followed excellently, charging forwards towards the monsters without fear, leaving the S-class to sit back in the middle and watch the fighting.

The majority of the heroes present were of the level of B-class or higher even rated heroes, there had been very select few C-class heroes scattered about the mix but they had shown resilience in the large fighting so far, Sweet Mask took notice of one of the individual being the A-class hero feather and his rumored martial arts that defied gravity as he slashed and shredded the head of multiple monsters, flash took notice of a certain individual only for the fact that they had used ninjutsu, but he didn't act really upon it only turned his head in the direction of the large gray female ninja behind him and sticking a thumb up at the girl which understanding his silent question she nodded at and at that he understood so she wasn't just cosplaying as a ninja which also meant in their spar she to didn't show any of her techniques, he smirked at that, a promising female village was out there in the world?

His village was strictly for males, or at least he never saw a female during his time there in training; they may have even been prohibited now that he thinks back on it. He had to admit his curiosity was at least somewhat peaked by her presence, and if there were any stronger than her in this village, he wasn't interested in relationships or silly things of that nature for the moment, but maybe given 20 or 30 years from now, they may produce something somewhat serviceable if she was the best they could offer right now.

"They're all handling the situation pretty well. We shouldn't have much to fear with monsters escaping outwards to the city proper," the Child Emperor said, sucking on a lollipop.

"But of course, these are A-class heroes after all; they would have been the top-ranked heroes without the S-class, but even the B-class and a few C-class are also performing well; capable fighters aren't just reserved for the top rank, it seems." Sekingar remarked simply as he waited along with the S-class heroes, looking at the slaughter. Two B-class heroes Double Hole and Needle Star combined their techniques to shoot his spiky ball forward puncturing multiple monsters at one time and killing them instantly as the spikey ball came back out, the tank top army wanted to make up for the failure in apprehending garou so they all had gone under some intense training for this very moment and wanted to show off the fruits of their labor, they took the monster's head on crushing their bodies, breaking bones, and snapping necks as they did so and the shinning prodigies was right with them fighting neck and neck not to be outshined by tank top group, wanting to show off their muscles to darkshine in all of their glory.

The large dark hero was watching over the fighting for a moment before thinking about the upcoming battle he was somewhat excited about the upcoming battle, going off the reports and stuff he's heard about the enemies combatants, he wanted to fight the cadre if one of them were even stronger than carnage kabuto he was curious if the rest were, and he's gotten stronger since then, he had recently started fighting midoriya more and more lately he was able to beat him during their first encounter but when he used his other powers it was not in his favor and at first he was somewhat intimidated by that fact given that certain monster even he admitted to not being able to take on but he was also somewhat encouraged and bitter about it.

Encouraged to try and get stronger and somewhat bitter because the power was an "accident" and he didn't have to work for his strength like he did but maybe it was that reason he was still proud of himself, being able to work hard enough to get where he was. Dakrshine felt a ping on his skin, as a bug had landed on him. He quickly brought his hand up, slapped it, and scraped it off. He was surprised when in his hands was something not an insect, but some metallic object that could have been debris from the crumbling buildings.

The sniper monster was in shock; even with the modification he made using the dumb, non-killing brat rifle, she still couldn't even make a dent in the large man. She had aimed for the largest target first in her position, unlike the other shooters. 3 miles from where the fighting was taking place she wasn't the only one this far back five others were scatted about an equal distance away as she was but the main monster force was just a distraction so that her sniper squad could take them out one by one from somewhere that they couldn't reach however she was surprised when one of her snipers had been taken out by a sniper of the heroes own, she called for a full reposition just in case her other teammates were spotted as well, upon finding her new position she readied her sniper and aimed the goal was to kill or injure any targets they could even if that meant incurring friendly casualties or wounds, it would be a good sacrifice they outnumbered them so they could afford the losses if it meant injuring or killing some of them.

As she finally observed the battle, the monsters were still on the losing side. She guessed numbers didn't mean much in the face of just better-quality soldiers that could take on 5 to 10 of them, and the S-class heroes weren't even fighting, adding insult to injury. The monster scanned the chaotic field of battle, choosing a new target. She wanted to see if she could get a cheeky kill on the S-class for being so cocky in just standing there, but apparently, they could afford that. She should just stick to the original plan and leave the S-class to the cadre, as Gyoro-Gyoro said before locking in on one hero, in particular, a weird human being with plants growing out of his body that he used to wrap the surrounding monsters up, allowing his compatriots to cut them down, but it also served to his detriment as he couldn't move very well or maybe even at all, making him an easy target for her attack.

She set her sights on that one and waited for the others to confirm their targets. The sniper on their side had been hiding behind darkshine; his rifle seemed to have jammed, going by his rapid movements around the weapon in his hands. They shouldn't expect any counterfire, so she told them after the first shot was fired to fire at their discretion twice more before switching to a new position. She momentarily contemplated how sad it was that the non-killing army brat wasn't there so she could blow her head off. That sniper shot of hers completely took one of her legs; she had to have it replaced with a cybernetic along with her lower right arm, but she would have to save that delicious revenge for another time as everyone marked a target.

But before she could pull the trigger, a laser or something or multiple somethings began to climb over the buildings. Two large machines came around; they had octopus-like legs, which they used to scale the large buildings; they were a dark metallic black, but what truly frightened her was that when its body came up above the building, it was mostly a flat surface from where she could see, but it had something under it. But before she could figure out what it was, it opened fire. She could only let off a single return shot, which simply skidded off the machine's carapace, before she was overwhelmed by the machine gun fire that saturated the building, which also went on to completely obliterate the top of the building the sniper was posted at, along with three others of her squad, who suffered the same fate.

The heroes were just finishing up the fighting, but a number of them were afraid when the large machine came crashing down. The two large machines approached them with their flashlights on. On the side of the main chassis was the number four, and a giant cannon was located on top of it, along with the two larger machine guns on either side of its underbelly. The Child Emperor stepped up; he knew that this level of design and sophistication could be from none other than his former teacher.

"Metal knight, I thought you weren't participating in this battle." The Child Emperor asked, and the machine eye seemed to move and analyze him before he heard the old man's voice through its speaker.

"I wasn't, but I was allowed to improve my machines without extending any resources on my part, and I simply took it. I still believe you all are fools, and just as I expected, this entire thing was a trap to begin with. That child could be dead for all we know." Dr. Bofoi remarked

"Well, if you have been around, you would know that Drive Knight confirmed that the boy is still alive and where he was located." The Child Emperor replied with some snark, and the machine rose and analyzed the heroes present.

"I do not see him among you; what happened to him?" bofoi asked

"We don't know, but he's likely been captured and waiting for rescue." Darkshine commented, and the old man laughed on the other end.

"So you don't even know if the information you received is true or if there is any way to confirm its authenticity... foolish... As I've said before, your fates will be your own; just don't get in the way of my weapons testing. Delete objects 1 and 2."

Bofoi remarked simply, and before the Child Emperor could retort, the machines simply disappeared right before their very eyes, making everyone gasp in shock at the sight and curious about what was happening. Zombieman asked if that was some new hologram tech but Child Emperor declined he had a bad feeling in his stomach as he checked his watch and started to type on it but he stopped when stomps were heard behind them, it was coming back from behind them, two new machines crashed through the building that had blacked their retreat vector however as the large mechanical sounds kept getting closer and closer until final two large machines crashed through the building these were large mechanical behemoths each 10 meters tall unlike before these two units were large melee units that held two large Kanabo like weaponry for arms which it used to bust down the buildings before stomping forwards over the monster corpses they didn't stop and the heroes had to part way for them to come through even though Child Emperor attempted to speak again they didn't listen only continuing to walk next to the other overturned building blocking their forwards progress and busting a hole through that they could use to progress Child Emperor only sighed as he told everyone to continue forward and try to stay out of the machines way as he went back to his watch.

The group made steady progress behind the two massive machines, on the bright side the supplementary force was also able to take it easy as the machines took the bulk work of the monster forces smashing them into the ground and pulverizing them with their giant weapons, the long-range cannons were completely ineffective against them as they continued to rampage forwards, before they could go too far forward each machine-turned to one building before striking rapidly at structure almost completely collapsing it on top of them, the dust and debris that was headed their way from the large collapse were dealt with by Tatsumaki raising the smoke up and away from them and the group as a whole although she yelled at the machines they paid her no mind and continued on their warpath against the monsters.

Child Emperor, after finally finishing tapering with his watch, was finally able to locate Neith, or at least the whereabouts of her gear. He knew of her frightening ability for creation and more concerning conjuring, so when the mechs suddenly disappeared, he already had assumptions about her involvement. She had been missing for the week and some change working with the supposedly driven knight, but when he came up missing and she also didn't know his whereabouts, he suspected that something was amiss, at least partially.

It made sense that Bofoi would attempt to use her gifts for his ends; did he still have cameras surrounding the lab that he used to spy on them? He had imagined that he would manage to find them all, but having over 10 would seem extreme, even for him. Maybe there were a couple more, and upon witnessing her ability, he contacted her himself, and that could explain why she didn't tell him the truth given their less-than-friendly relationship with one another. He hoped she hadn't given any of his secrets away to the brave giant. Although the old man already knew about the project, he made extra sure to scrub the bot clean of anything that would resemble something out of the ordinary.

She was located nearby, it seemed; did that mean all of the non-killing armies were there, or was it just her under Bofoi's request? He doesn't know how far her construct could be from her, but even if they could travel an unlimited range from their creator, placing her too far away from the fighting meant that the machines would have to travel that much further to fight, and placing her too close would mean that she would be at risk. Going off her position, she wasn't too involved in the fighting, but she was close to an abandoned subway that would collapse once his bombs went off. He should contact her before the fighting began so that no mishaps transpired.

He rubbed a hand through his hair with some frustration, he hated unknown variables he very much doubted neith was alone over their and he could likely guess others of the non-killing army was present as well, the fighting would likely draw the attention of genos so he expected him to come around eventually but if the entirety of the non-killing army was their it could be problematic, on the flip side however having neith there was a blessing in disguise as he could be more liberal with his use of his trump card the girl could create the machine three times over with a little left over to spare but now that she's working with Bofoi than that wasn't going to be true just from initially observations the four machines he seen so far all together that was probably 20 tons worth of material so that almost instantly vanquishes the possibility of a third brave giant mech and depending on how many things he wanted her to test possible more machines of his, the one currently had a one on thefront of them while the previous ones were marked with a four he was curious what those meant? A tier system, perhaps?

He shook his head in either case; the inclusion of Metal Night was a net positive, and even if the entirety of the non-killing army was where Neith was located, then as long as the group stayed out of the way and only wanted to protect Neith while she carried out bofoi's test, that was also fine, although didn't Sitch says they had a mission for them so that they could be distracted? So surely they all couldn't have been there, right? Or did they see through his ploy and ignore the quest entirely? There were too many questions, and ultimately, all of them weren't important right now, so he dropped them. They were out there doing their own thing, and he would focus on his task of rescuing the hostage. They had just arrived at the junction where the large group of heroes was to separate and go their ways. The two machines had sustained some damage, but they were still proceeding on their own. But before he could set off the explosives, he had to wait and send a message to Neith, informing her to get out of the tunnel. While it took somewhat longer than he would have liked. He would like to eventually confirm that she was at a safe distance

The hole king left would likely be hard to replace but hopefully, the man had already started his assault with his so-called apprentice so that groups one and nine could attack without too much worry even with the two robots headed in the same direction as them, there was no way to know when they would up and disappear but overall they should be fine. So with the final farewells and good luck out of the way Child Emperor did one last countdown before all of them separated and went their separate ways pressing the button on his detonator as all his doggy woof bombers went off, countless soft thumps rang through the surrounding landscape marking the heroes to split up and go their separate ways and they did quickly zooming off in separate directions followed closely by their corresponding groups.

Group 1: Tatsumaki

Tatsumaki, now that she wasn't slowed down by any of the other fodder accompanying her, sped through the environment. The monsters so far seemed to be nothing but jokes, and they thought that they could take their own. As she traveled she was engaged several times by ranged monsters using improvised weapons and cannons which she easily countered and turned back against them, monsters hoping out of buildings in some vain hopes of catching her by surprise but with a quick flick of the wrist made them just raindrops that fell from the sky she enlarged the barrier around herself just to ensure that her clothes didn't get dirty she could feel several beings inside of the building up ahead and just decided to crumple it not wanting to deal with the monsters inside before continuing on tossing it back down like the trash it was, she didn't have to worry about any complaints revolving around collateral damage on top of the town being basically abandoned all of the buildings were already broken or breaking down as is, so now that she knew that she would be the only one in this sector she didn't have to worry about anything or anyone as she fled her power crushing and splattering even more monsters as they rose up from out of the ground like that would have any bearing on her.

Tatsumaki was momentarily surprised when she felt a pang of psychic power, and before she could realize it, two of the buildings that she was flying through had suddenly crashed together with her in the middle. She was fine, of course, rising out of the building unimpressed as a monster in a worn-out rag approached her.

"It is bold; no, not bold; it is the sheer arrogance of yourself to come here alone... Gyoro-Gyoro had surgically implanted us with the eyes of several monsters that have been killed by you humans. The rush of their emotions and anger empowers our weak psychic bodies, and now that the time of revenge is at hand, it's time they are all weeping with joy!" the creature remarked, but Tatsumkai was focused on the "we and us" art more than anything as she felt more esper powers this time coming from above her.

Three more similar beings above her had been conjuring something as a storm was created overhead, a large beam of psychic energy slammed down on top of the S-class hero, and the one that was talking to her joined the mix as well, lifting several more buildings and shaping them into spikes before slamming it down on her position in the dirt. All four of them were surprised when the girl simply levitated out of the smoke and rubbed completely unharmed as she faced them.

"So you gathered the energy from a bunch of fodder to enhance your own, but is that your limit? You should just give it up now, and maybe I'll give you a quick death." Tatsumaki stated.

"Your sister is also a psychic, right? How about I gouge out both of your eyes? Fufu... it should be a great experiment in the synthesis of man and monster." The main one remarked, and the smirk on Tatsumkai's face turned into a hardline of discontent.

"What a gabby monster! Alright, change of plans. (She lifted one of her hands, and three of the background monsters completely evaporated, surprising the main creature immensely.) Let me show the consequences of confronting us." tatsumkai said as a raging storm started to spread around the two of them, the monster created a barrier to defend itself from what the esper had planned but it seemed fruitless as it was shattered open as something flew directly through it, causing it to flinch in pain as one of his eyes were pierced.

His momentary lapses of judgment allowed two more to be pulled free from him the vixen was slowly stripping him down and try as he might as he hurdled buildings and fired psychic blasts he could do nothing to stop the girl more eyes were ruptured, punctured, or ripped free from his very being blood flowed along his body along with any power remaining he was weak once more before being crumbled into a bag using his very own cloak.

"You were warned." was the final word he heard from the girl as he felt parts of his body slowly and ever so painfully whittle away into the obscurity of the wind, all the anger that was held within him being replaced completely by fear in his last moments of life.

Once Tatsumaki was done with that trash, she flared her power once more as she raised her hand. There had been multiple esper signals scattered about now that she was actually on the lookout for them. In case of another trash monster, she quickly raised her hand, gripped it, and pulled in the closets one by one. She was surprised to find an eyeball creature struggling in her grasp.

"I take it you are Gyoro-Gyoro, right? Why don't you come out to play instead of sending out these little pests to bother me? Better yet, how about you just surrender and give up the child?" tatsumaki declared

"Hah! I'm a cut above the espers you just faced; they were just toys I was experimenting with; you shouldn't get so cocky." Gyoro-Gyoro stated confidently through its avatar.

"Well, I hope you at least provide some entertainment. See you soon." Tatsumaki replied before closing the fist and crushing the eye into a bloody paste before flying forward, snapping multiple other monsters out of existence, picking up a large boulder, which signified her entry point, and dashed down into the tunnel, continuing her carnage underground all the while.

Group 2: Atomic Samurai, Sword Saints Disciples, Sweet Mask, Golden Ball, Gun Gun, Wild Horn, Jet Nice Guy, Narcissistoic, Peach Cherry

Group two had undergone some revision given the number of people within the said group, which would unfortunately, in Child Emperor's opinion, be traveling underground, so a majority of their group included many A-class heroes; five of them would be headed underground. So they allocated one A-class from a different group peach Terry to accompany them to reinforce the whole that would be left behind, atomic disciples had believed that Spring Mustachio would have wanted to join them in going down in the monster association base but the man had refused, believing that the true capability of his sword wasn't quite fit for such close encounters and they didn't want to draw too many more resources from other groups if he to also joined them in the tunnels unlike someone else they whispered to mostly amongst themselves, speaking of sweet mask however despite the idols and appearance and general behavior he had surprised everyone present with his strength.

The never-ending hoard of monsters continued to pursue them, and unlike before when they held significant numbers, which allowed most of the S-class the leeway of doing nothing and just being spectators, monsters emerged from the sky and the ground, some even 10 meters tall in size, but all of them were easily cut down and into pieces as the swordsman progressed. The monsters were almost literally throwing themselves into a blender, but despite the amount of bloodshed, none of the ones behind them showed any fear and continued to march forward.

If the group was set upon by ranged units, which became rarer and rarer as they traveled to their destination, Golden Ball and Gun Gun were there to at least suppress them. For the most part, luckily, there were no more snipers anymore, but that may not have even mattered as the swordsman blender of a frontline wasn't just for the lumbering monster approaching them but essentially anything that was in front of them.

The bullets the monsters sent at them were casually cut in half or deflected away from them. The only sign that a shot had rung out was the minor flash from the impact it made with their swords. Terry was the only swordsman exempt from this stellar display of ability. He had wanted to see the abilities of the sword saints up close for his entire life. It was his dream to one day sit on the council alongside atomic samurai, but seeing them in action just showed him how far of a road he still had to go, even compared to the disciples.

The group continued to persevere against the wave of monsters, slicing them all down to ribbons or having holes blown through them by the two ranged heroes. The group had been on the final street to their objective, and the monsters on this last street were stronger than before but were cut down just as easily as the rest of them were by the swordsman, especially as atomic samurai joined them, cutting them down in the blink of an eye before they could even react. The group discussed some more before they headed in. Sweet Mask had decided to take the point, and the group of samurai took an extra five minutes to let him go off on his merry way before heading in themselves.

Group 3: Puri-Puri Prisoner, Twin Tail, Green, Pink Hornet, Heavy Kong, Kyle (shining prodigy), Cassy (shining prodigy), April (shining prodigy), Glasses, Ken (shining prodigy), Sentai Ranger

Puri-puri prisoner didn't think Child Emperor was one for subtle pranks in these trying times the fact that his team mostly had included females was somewhat disappointing for the S-class hero, he would have been overjoyed in seeing all the men fighting the monsters with all they got, sweating from the exertion or maybe even having to be saved by him, he had been hoping to indear some of them men to him that way seeing his gracious beauty and skill up close would likely be enough but being also their savior would almost assure that they would fall for him but alas it didn't seem to be the case a majority of the men that were on his team wasn't his type other than heavy kong although he had hopped like some of the shinning prodigies he would strip off from some of the clothing allowing him a glance at those gleaming dark muscle but alas this wasn't to be when the fighting commenced he still retained all of his clothing. Cures that Child Emperor and his jokes, he thought as the fighting started in earnest. (In actuality, upon realizing the S-class hero, they would be assigned under a number of the guys that were originally in group three and requested Child Emperor make trades elsewhere, which the child prodigy granted them.)

Group three had to continue down through several streets and alleys heading towards their objective, the closed and abandoned buildings had ironically given them somewhat of an advantage given that none of them had ranged weapons to fight off ranged attacks, the only caveat to this was that their progress was mostly slow while most of the monster proved to be no problem for many of the heroes present along with the shining prodigies given their way of fighting they were destroying or crushing the heads of several monsters while fighting hordes of ten or more proved very difficulty which resulted in some sloppy kills here and there which occasionally allowed some monster to get the jump on some of them, puri-puri prisoner was there to defend them each time.

The group leader, Twin Tail, was unfamiliar with the terrain; she had never actually been in the uninhabited zone before during her patrols, the place being long abandoned even before the thought of a hero association existed. She had quickly taken in each battlefield they were fighting on before quickly covering her eyes again. She was so used to just navigating by memory alone that navigating by vision was more disorientating for her, but it also somewhat threw off her sense of smell.

Given her unique talents and traits, she was an incredible value to the team, being able to sniff out local ambushes of monsters that lay in wait in the shadow of the buildings or around the street. Their stench was overwhelming to her, and she gave them up right away and allowed them to be prepared, but despite being aware of that, they were still caught off guard by a particularly strong monster that had appeared as they neared their objective. It had a humanoid-type body with horns on top of its head and a golden chain around its neck. This creature that called itself Hell's gangster had struck first and hard, punching the A-class hero Sentai Ranger, sending the costumed hero spiraling back and creating a fissure along the way. Luckily, he was able to recover at least somewhat from the attack, but he was shaky on his feet and his helmet was partially shattered. He roared out a warning, telling them that this monster was a fairly dangerous individual and they should keep their guard up against it.

Despite his warning, the other heroes try to attempt to fight it under the cover of teamwork, but just from that punch, she believes that it wouldn't have been enough. Green used his plants to quickly attempt to subdue the monster while both Glasses and Heavy Kong charged in at the monster, but this only proved fruitless as the plants were not enough to hold the creature as it used its strength to tear the plants from around his body, causing Green to flinch in pain for a moment and stagger downwards to a knee from the recoil of feeling that on his nervous system. The last of the plants that surrounded him immediately began to recede as well. Still, the two other heroes continued with their assault on the creature both lashing out with strong hooks against the creature's face. Still, he just laughed them off before striking both of them in the gut, he was about to chomp down on glasses head with his large serrated teeth but a bowling pin had entered into his open maw instead nearly lodging itself into his throat and causing him to choke. In comparison, he was occupied removing the foreign and frankly random object the other two heroes had made their retreat, he was assaulted by multiple other objects from the clown whom he was convinced to kill first for such a pitiful display she made him do. The objects she threw at him did nothing as he continued to press forward. Bowling pins, small metallic balls, but the most surprising to even him were bladder weapons as well, and she caught each of them as they came back, even when some of them he threw back at her, which he gave the clown at least some credit for, but it wouldn't matter as he closed in on his prey.

He changed his plan of strategy as he got closer to the clown, dodging out of the way of the juggle and reeling out his arm to strike the clown momentary confusion about why its pins didn't reflect it which would bite it as he lunged forward with a massive right hook but instead of caving the clowns head in instead the clown had suddenly flown back herself as his fist instead landed on something else he didn't know what but it was hard his hand began to hurt hitting against it, he originally thought it was going to be a shield or something but he was shocked to see that it was another human this one was taller than the rest of them, but judging from how he took that fully powered punch of his he was special than the rest. He was likely S... class, pain... nothing, but pain erupted from his body at such a blinding rapid pace that he couldn't even think straight anymore. how? When? Did he... then a second barrage; this one was even more painful, and then nothing? He felt a slight prick and felt weightless before he couldn't feel anything at all.

The heroes were stunned at how Puri-Puri Prison completely eviscerated the tough monster like it was nothing, completely bisecting the thing in half with his mere punches alone. No one even saw him throw a punch either; it almost seemed like the man just stared the monster away, and some of them who knew how Puri-Puri Prisoner fought regarded that the guy wasn't even serious yet unless you saw him naked.

The fighting didn't last much longer, with him leading the charging monster to evaporate into large chunks of blood or red mist entirely. they reached the entrance to their tunnel which was located inside an abandoned clothing store, everyone wished the best for the prisoner hero and he thanked them for it but he also remained them and everyone over the speaker that if they saw any monsters wearing prison uniforms to spare them and if possible bring them to himself or his group, unbeknownst to him Child Emperor had cut off his radio after he began speaking so he didn't give out any information that would prove to be a hindrance, they all stared as puri-puri prisoner went down the hole except one which was twin tail she tossed as she tossed a scimitar through the air and it struck hard directly through a floating creature that she had smelled, it seemed they were being watched in their travels.

Group 4: Child Emperor, Blue Fire, Gearsper, Double Hole, Smell Master, Gabriel(shining Prodigy), Trap Tengu, Raiku(shining Prodigy), Aikon(shining prodigy), Crescent Eyebroll, Doll Master

Child Emperor mostly wanted his group to consist of people who relied on technology or things of that nature to fight but he also included a couple of brawlers for their protection in the advent that they inevitably were swarmed given that so many monsters were preset he had also elected to come in with an extra recovery station it would essentially allow him to re-arm in case he exhausted all of his options so he also had some of the more vital members carry his machine by parts it was a fabricator which allowed him to build things from scratch using the environment as a resource but it could only begin when harvesting those resources when the things were fully built and prepared so it would be after they had reached their objective. He had once again thought of how things would have been with Neith here. With her ability, there were nearly limitless possibilities of uses that could make things easier for him, and the rest of the stronger machines would have proven to make things easier as well, but again, he could deal with that later and just focus on now.

His plan involved separating the monster's forces over a wide area and not bogging themselves down in a prolonged conflict where they could all be wiped out in one fell swoop. The problem with his plan, however, also meant that they wouldn't be receiving any support from each other if things became too much for them to bear. If he were the monster association boss or advisor, the correct play would be for them to just swarm the groups separately with overwhelming force and numbers that no single S-class hero could hope to counter or defeat.

He was solely relying on the monster's hubris and likely lack of unity for his plan to function. There was a likely chance that more than a few S-class heroes could die this day, even himself, especially with the cadres they have likely in reserve waiting for them to exhaust themselves with the fodder before striking, but it was a threat he was willing to take if it meant securing the child's safety, right? It was their job to save the public, but this whole thing was just for one kid. He was important, sure, but were they right?

The death of one or even several S-class heroes could spell doom for the public as well. Did he make the right decision by separating them so far from each other? He shook his head again, and the pressure from having done all the planning was getting to him. If things went the other way, it would undoubtedly be on his shoulder, along with Sekingar, who was right alongside him in the group. Child Emperor once again asked if the data they received was actually from Drive Knight. He wanted to believe the association, but given that there had been a mole previously, there was a chance that another mole could be in their ranks.

He wanted them to walk into a trap, but Sekingar was confident that what they were given was the truth. Sitch, Exma, and four other executives had confirmed the information to be true, but there was a secret issue of no one being able to find or locate him to confirm it. He learned that there was some cause for doubt, but it was too late to think about it. He would see for himself once he was down there, but even if the boy wasn't where the intel said it was, it didn't mean the information was untrue; he could have just been moved, not being able to come up with any concrete solutions, so he just dropped the topic entirely.

Child Emperor then questioned why Sekingar would not just wait at the checkpoint rally they set up, but he surprised him when he said that he understood the risk of sending the heroes to this place and that he wanted to experience that risk himself as well. If the mission was a failure and they were killed, then he would want to be there right along with them for sending them there; he wouldn't be a commander who sent soldiers to their deaths while he sat and watched. Child Emperor was surprised by the man's courage, and he was sort of uplifted by his reply as he refocused on the task at hand. Most of the monsters were easy; he still didn't have to fight much of anything on his travels toward their objective.

The fighting didn't stop in the meanwhile but their battle strategy had been working out pretty well for the moment, monsters would attack them in waves but gnashing teeth and claws proved to be no match against their weaponry and planning, they would use Child Emperor as bait the S-class hero seemingly being an even bigger target for the monsters even in comparison to the civilian sekingar, multiple of them remarked about getting some sort of prize for killing the child hero so maybe that was why but it didn't matter to him the only ones dying would be them as he ran towards his group leader blue fire before activating his backpack and flying upwards and letting the brunette man fire off his flame blast on full power roasting over a dozen monster almost instantly without even a chance to scream. Child Emperor's mission wasn't only to bait and switch the monsters; he also wanted to position blue fire in such a way that allowed him to use his backpack to fly upwards without being too inconspicuous. As he continued to climb higher and higher into the sky and sliced the floating eye creature in half, he wouldn't let the monster continue to spy on them that easily, he thought.

From his skyward view, he surveyed the area and flew over to the other squad to see if their plan had worked as well, and luckily it did. There had been a couple of sleeping monsters that lay on the ground due to a scent created by the smell master, and for the moment, he was conducting a powerful acid that would eat away at the bodies, preventing any from escaping alive. However, to conserve time, he only dropped the liquid on the heads of the monsters present. Another way to look at it was that he was being nice and offering the creatures a quick death in their sleep instead of letting the acid eat their way up from the leg up. Blue Fire, along with the burner, provided enough resources to completely eat away at the other bodies scattered about. It allowed for the place to remain clean, at least, and the aroma of monster corpses wouldn't attract other monsters to the area once they were done with the assault.

The fighting eventually met its end and before Child Emperor set himself to go down into the tunnels within a sewer drain he set up his fabricator device before setting up a few turrets on the outside of the heroes perimeter he didn't have time to implement the monster scanning mechanisms that he did with the satellite so the mini octopus-shaped robot will continue to shoot at any object moving in the alert zone until the carbon dioxide emission is no longer detected meaning it was a problem to both human and monster alike, he urged them to remember where their cones of fire laid and where he had planted them working closely with trap tengu to ensure that their position was heavily fortified against possible monster attacks that would likely take place from underground or from out in the field but there was also a chance that there could be fellow heroes coming into assist them or fall back to their position if things got rough for them, so he also shared with them a vocal deactivation code in case of emergencies along with a temporary suspension code that would stop their programming for a few minutes before starting again, with those precautions out of the way it was his turn to leave ducking down into the sewer, sekingar and the rest wishing him luck as he slowly lowered the lid again as he went down into the expansive tunnel system alone.

Group 5: Tank Top Master, Tank Top Vegetarian, Tank Top Philospher, Tank Top Demon, Tank Top Doctor, Tank Top Black Hole, Tank Top Cop, Tank Top Stiches, Tank Top Sumo, Tank Top Shaven, Tank Top Amazon.

Group five was entirely made up of the tank top army between them and the shinning prodigies the two groups made up 41 of the 100 heroes lined up for the mission however, given that they numbered a full 23 members meant they would have to be separated from their teacher and put under other squads, however, Child Emperor would allow them to work together as much as possible given their already shared history, it only made the most sense as they would have the greatest chemistry between and know each other strength and weaknesses, tank top master was the one that did the sorting he was confident that a majority of his disciples would have wanted to accompany him on their journey through the monster town but given that he had demanded to have the most straight forwards and hardness rout he wanted to ensure that he had the strongest team available to him so told simply that the highest ranked tank toppers would be accompanying him on the journey and while disappointment had shine through on a number of their faces it did succeeded in also amping the other members up in compettiveness, in such an event like this happen again.

They would have liked to accompany him on his route instead. The only caveat to this setup was that one of their missing members, Child Emperor, had told him that tank-top tentacole couldn't be a part of the mission, and he challenged the child hero on that. Even with him telling him his worries, he believed in everyone in the tank-top army and treated them like family, including the young tentacle hero, and if he told him that he was innocent of suspicion, then he would still invite him regardless of the child hero's worries.

Tentacole, while he appreciated the tank master's trust in him, declined the invitation to take part in the main operation, especially if it would have gotten him in trouble, but he did tell the man that he would be in the area and even gave them a communicator to request assistance if they needed it. It did make the group high-five before the final separation a bit awkward, as Shoji could only join in on the final group huddle in voice alone. When the large group of heroes separated into their ten smaller groups, it was the force led by the tank top master that continued to charge straight ahead, directly into the belly of the beast.

Dozens of monsters stood in their way, but they would not let that deter them; it only made their tank tops shine even brighter at the challenge. They had again gone under a new training regime to take their group to the next level after their embarrassing performance against the hero hunter, and hearing that he was in cahoots made this all the more personal for them. The nine tank top-linemen performed a line of men in front of their master, and all of them charged into the monster in a combo attack of tank top-linemen charging. It was a combo attack that could rival that of one of the tank top masters tackles. The results instantly collided into groups of monsters, resulting in a shower of body parts and blood. The monsters were either blown to pieces or trampled underfoot by the large line of tank-top army members; they couldn't do anything to stop them as they pushed through.

They couldn't keep it up for long however as the charge had only lasted to about a third of their travel to their designation before all of the nine needed to have a rest to recuperate and it worked out in their favors as well as the group had to take cover as shots have suddenly rung out from the top of a garage there was a line of monsters waiting for them to step out while several other more insectoid creatures rose from the ground attempting to herd them out into the opening, the insects were giant almost ant-like with a hard exoskeleton that with serrated feet that they attempted to use to puncture a few of them, given the recent depleted energy the group was mostly in a doomed situation forcing both tank master and tank demon into action, tank master dealt with the ranged weapons on top of the garage scooping up piles of concrete and loose debris from off the road or the road instead and hurling it at the perpetrators several bullets pinged off his body but he returned his fire complete pulverised the assailants weapons and any body part that had been open at the time of his barrage several bodies fell backwards or due to the angle fell fowards down to the groud below.

He couldn't properly see if he got all of them as he focused his attention back on his crew. The tank demon had successfully killed three of the large insect-like creatures that had risen from the ground, using their serrated legs to kill them. The last couple of large insectoids were killed by the other tank topper jumping on top of them and stabbing them with improvised tools like street signs and rebar from collapsed buildings. When the fighting had subsided, the tank master had to manually restrain the tank demon so that they could put the mask back on the man so that he could calm down.

The group waited for a couple more minutes, allowing the hero to calm down and recuperate before proceeding forward. Monster attacks were surprisingly sparse as they continued their journey. Even when they were over halfway, they saw very little in terms of resistance. Tank philosopher read over his book, but he still could not see much of anything. The only words he could decipher were the words "danger," which, given where they were, wasn't very surprising.

Once they were in the final stretch and still not many monsters were present everyone could tell that something was up but they had no choice but to continue to move forwards but with extreme caution, philosopher kept his head in his journal to just see if he could pick up on something but the words danger just completely took over but soon another word came out which was "watch your step" and "tentacole" but just as he yelled out a warning for the group to stop moving the monster plan was set into motion the ground beneath rumble before collapsing downwards six of their number had fallen down into the large trap crashing into a large hole and it was here they were set upon by even more monsters coming out of separate tunnel system the fall was 40 ft deep but luckily it wasn't riddle with spikes the monster wanted to kill them with their bare hands which allowed them the at least some chance to fight back but unexpected fall did shake a number of them up and going down meant being stuck down their with no way up so Tank Tops on the surface was hesitant on helping got mostly scrambling around to find something they could use to make a latter or way back up but master reacted almost immeidalty jumping down and into the pi. He fought off the hordes of monsters that attempted to attack his wounded comrades, killing all of them with just one punch or one tackle.

Once the stream of monsters seemed to stop, he yelled up to the top and asked if they had found something yet to pull them all out. Tank Master could just throw them up with his strength, but he was worried about some of them being hurt from the fall and accelerating their wounds. They hadn't been able to find something to get them to climb out of, but when the tank philosopher suggested calling for support from the Tank Top Tentacole Tank Master agreed, reaching into his pocket, taking out the communicator he gave him, and calling in for support. It took about 3 minutes for him to arrive, but he did so along with another robot. This one seemed to be smaller and held red and white coloring, along with a cross along its center, which let people know that it was a medical robot.

He used his power to create a giant hand, and all of the trapped tank toppers climbed aboard and were lifted out of the hole while thanking him for saving all of them. Everyone shared a massive bear hug on the new arrival and thanked him for the save, while some of the others were looked over by the medic bot Momo had sent over along with him. The two groups began to fill each other in on what was happening with their respective groups, and the group continued to travel with Shoji in toe toward their objective thanks to their waiting tank master being late to get into position.

The group all wished Tank Top Master luck before Shoji left and went back to his friends. After the robot was done looking over some of the injuries their squad had attained, Shoji asked Tank Philosopher about anything he should be worried about, and the man only shrugged. His book seemed to be failing him at the moment, but he did warn the teen to keep a lookout for Tank Girl. She was in a group further away than there were, along with not having S-class with them, so it could be dangerous if they ran into any demons, and Shoji assured him he would keep it in mind.

Group 6: Metal Bat, Tank Top Barber, Tank Top Al Dente, Tank Top Racer, Tank Top Mask, Tank Top Hatter, Tank Top Swimmer, Tank Top Jungle, Tank Top Rockabilly, Tank Top Warrior, Tank Top Tiger

Metal Bat didn't mind being paired up with tank top master and his freaks of tank top enthusiasts but that didn't mean he would be the ones waiting up for them as they headed to their objective he was pretty disappointed with being held back by Child Emperor and just "taking it easy" while the others did the fighting for him, that just wasn't his style and it sure wouldn't get his blood pumping to let alone his fighting spirit so when Tatsumaki threw him into the fight he was more the obliged to get into it whole thing and get a few practice swings in but now that no one was there to hold him he back he was going to charge straight into the fire and hope the others in his the team could keep or not it didn't matter to him what they did as long as they didn't get in his way he would continue and achieve what he needed to and get home.

He had sadly lied to his little sister again and told her that he was just going away on another standard protection mission; he didn't want her worrying about him, but Zenko was an intelligent girl; she knew when he was lying, and she told him if he came back all banged up again, she would never forgive him, so despite his full hardiness, he wasn't going to be reckless; he would think things somewhat more through instead of just going in the mashing head with his bat, but there would be plenty of that, he was sure.

The wave of monsters that came to attack him was simple enough to get rid of. He swung his bat and completely began to pulverize them. It didn't matter if they came by the dozen or if they were just this weak; he wanted something harder to hit. The amount of small fry being sent his way was disappointing and didn't get him in the mood at all. As he crashed amongst the monsters, their punches were nothing, and he brushed them off as he continued to wail away at the horde of creatures.

The tank tops while he initially thought of them only as slouches masquerading a group title held up somewhat well in his opinion when he first heard that they had been taken out by garou he thought they were a bunch of chumps but fighting the hunter himself he definitely could see how even tank top master could be taken out but these monster didn't even hold a percent of the hunter's skill so all of them did well in the fighting a little slow for his liking and they seemed to get tired pretty quick as well but ultimately they reached their objective and he gave them all a quick thumbs up as he proceeded down into the tunnel, the groups seemed to be incredibly winded as he went down and he partially hoped he didn't work them too hard in trying to keep up with him but he wanted to get this over with quick so that he could get back to his little sister as quickly as possible.

Group 7: Darkshine, Great Philosopher, Rofus, Hanzo, Hecter, Billy, Phillip, Gaz, Karrot, Shaman, Kelly(shining prodigies)

Darkshine was followed toward his destination by his loyal fanbase. The only caveat to that was the great philosopher. He assumed that they needed at least some hero association-certified hero to be a part of his squad so that he could relay information comfortably to the rest of them. He knew that the child hero had some reservations about technically involving civilians in the conflict, but the shining prodigies were adamant about coming along, and the hero association, being desperate, wouldn't want to turn them down. Darkshine was even surprised by the fact that all of them had turned up, despite his telling them to leave it to him during the festival of the lost event.

He was a bit cautious about the upcoming battle; he didn't know what to expect from the fighting down below. He knew that the only monsters that he had to be concerned about or even on guard about were these supposed cadres. He had technically fought one with that large dog, and he still didn't know how to feel about it. On the one hand, the attacks it hit him with didn't seem all that strong in the first place, but on the flip side, his Superalloy Bazooka seemed to also be ineffective, so if the two of them met, would the fight just be an endless stalemate between each other?

Disregarding that having been told that the teens had fought Elder Centipede he was curious about how he would compare to the giant bug thankfully they still had the VGS machine that genos created so that he could test himself, unfortunately, he wasn't able to beat the massive beast of a monster and similarly another monster going by Gokestu was also a tough challenge which at first got him pretty spooked if the monster had candidates on that level then there was a good chance that he could maybe fall here and that scared him for a minute they're in coming this evening but Kirishima had told him that those two were around the strongest cadre in the monster association and the others were pretty much weaker, although even with that safety net it still left the dog and he was half excited and half worried for the fight if the creature had stronger attacks then he could be in trouble but maybe he doubted himself a little too much.

Darkshine looked outwards towards his gleaming fans, their muscles flexing and contracting as they fought the monsters that had charged at them. He felt himself somewhat inflated with pride that he could garner such support from them to even come to this dangerous place for his sake, and he didn't want to tarnish their hard work. With some nagging thoughts in his head, he needed to whip himself up for the upcoming matchup, whoever it was going to be.

He needed to be strong not only for them but for himself, so when the group had started to tire, he took the rain himself to face the monsters by himself, and it was like running through a meadow of flowers with none of the creature's weapons, fists, claws, or weapons that could harm him. They bounced off harmlessly, or thanks to his shimmering ranged weapons, they would sometimes reflect the sender, allowing him to garner a quick chuckle out of the honestly boring display of monster strength. The more he killed, the more his confidence returned, and the monsters eventually seemed to lose their confidence and started running away.

They attempted to run into a partially abandoned, destroyed building, but this only made things easier for him. Darkshine ripped the building up from its foundation before shaking it like a toy, dropping the monsters out, and slamming the thing down on top of them, squishing a dozen monsters into the ground. This was the expected round of applause from the shining prodigies that accompanied him. He was feeling better already from the micro-workout, but every time he would get too confident, those three monsters would find their way into his head again and bring his excitement back down to tentative levels. He couldn't be too cocky; there may exist monsters that could challenge him here, so he had to be prepared for that and could get carried away in these small victories.

Darkshine and his prodigies continued on at a slightly brisk pace, darkshines anxiety had actually been increasing as they approached their objective no matter how much he tried to calm himself down, he tried to distract himself from the rampant flow by focusing on his people and giving them pointers on how to work their muscles more efficiently and things they could work on in their form to not strain their muscles when doing extraneous activity when killing monsters but this was only a stop gap as their objective continued to draw closer and closer until almost like the blink of an eye it appeared before them and darkshine was going to be going in on his own, despite his nerves he did a hesitant gulp before proceeding forwards, down into the tunnel to the cheers of his fans behind him, he gave them one last hardened smile and flex of his muscles before leaving down the whole no sooner as he left the hearing cheers of his fans that his worries started to build but he could manage it for now and he proceeded forwards cautiously optimistic for the fights to come.

Group 8: Pig God, Magic Trick Man, Kent (shining prodigy), Kratos (shining prodigy), Joseph (shining prodigy), Food Battler Futoshi, Monster Roper Shell, Snek, Hammerhead (rated hero), heavy tank loin cloth, Miss Piggy (rated hero)

Group seven also progressed at their own pace. The group assumed Pig God wasn't much of a sprinter, so they proceeded at a leisurely jog, much to the disgruntlement of heavy tank loin cloth. Although Pig God told them that they could proceed at any pace they wanted and he would keep up just fine, he couldn't say the same for Food Battler Futoshi, with whom he snared a couple of snacks from his snack bag along their journey. The monsters that attacked them in waves were mostly simple-minded, attacking with blades and natural-born weapons of their make, but to the heroes, it wasn't much trouble at all.

The magic trick was that man would consult spawn cards seemingly out of nowhere and throw them; they were razor-sharp, piercing through several monsters or embedding themselves into the hard shell ones. Monster Roper Shell impressed some of the heroes present with his skill and dexterity, quickly weaving through the monster's ranks and wrapping them up completely in cowboy-like binds or hog-tying two or more monsters together to trip them up and allowing his accomplice, Darkness Blade, to finish off the caught prey. Heavy tank loin cloth along with the shining prodigies mostly revolved around grappling with the monster powering them with their strength and muscles, but as they got deeper into the objective, this became harder and harder to do. The monster would soon be matching their strength, and sometimes even exceeding it, with their numbers, forcing them back on the defensive.

Pig god had on more than one occasion stopped a monster blade from cutting into one of his allies by stepping into the hit for them and swallowing the offending monster and weapon whole, there was a brief pause on the battlefield as he had did so the first time, everyone had heard rumors of how pig god fought but seeing it up close in person was something different entirely, pig god was going easy for the most part and it was pretty hard in preparation for the massive upcoming battle he actually fasted for the entire two day wait when he was told of the upcoming assault thanks to his stomach he had actually decreased in weight a bit, requiring him to actually having to tape his pants to himself luckily when he finally got down to the location his buffet could truly begin and he could gorge himself however he likes but he wanted to wait and give it time so he allowed them other heroes to take on the waves of monster coming at them however he would occasionally take a piece of the body piles as they past them. The group finally made it to their objective, and Pig God needed assistance getting down the stairs to some subway train entrance. It took all of the group to shove the man through, but he gave them his thanks once he was finally through, and not too late either. His stomach was rumbling just as he reached the floor, and his nose was leading him exactly to the new food waiting for him.

Group 9: Zombieman, Army Man, Chain'n'Toad, Smile Man, Butterfly DX, Bull Bull (rated hero), Ryumon (rated hero), Serial Bomber (rated hero), Poison Punch, Locust Man, and Ground Zero.

Zombieman was continuing with Child Emperor's plan although he did have some reservations, he knew about where the data had come from that told them where the hostage was located and he understood why they had to conceal it if they told them that their information came directly from monsters spies then not only would they ignore said information in the assumption that it would be a trap and likely actively do the opposite it, he was also hesitant but seeing the monster the other day with the kids he was somewhat more at ease with the situation especially if they were being back by Metal Knight and some of the hero association executives although he still didn't feel right lying to Child Emperor.

He and Atomic samurai knew of the teen's plans and where they were located he wasn't too surprised to see the four large machines approach them given their proximity and the help was gladly appreciative and it meant that they also had the strength to spare in the coming assault given that bang, bomb, and the other four S-class teens would be participating in the event as well, this also counted for the monsters as well there were at least five demons level creatures and one dragon level so that only increased their odd of getting through things relatively unscathed, although that did bring up problem involving accidents involving them in the line of fire he hopes they gave them some sort of identifier or something if they were planning on storming the base that was, after rescuing the people they were going to just play the rest by ear which didn't give him much to go on.

Tsukoymi had given him a radio so that he could contact them if they needed it or wanted to communicate with them if the need arose or they had to relegate information to each other. It was also, but overall anything that helped them to take care of the monster one way or another was a good sign in his eyes because, in truth, he was kind of loathing the upcoming conflict; he wasn't the best suited for front-on assaults; his weapons would run out of ammo eventually, and then he would just be down to his trusty axe and swords. Of course, he loved fighting and killing as much as any other maniac, but he knew for a fact that once they got underground, there would likely be a few moments where he would need to slow down his killing spree to heal up, or if he fought one of the cadres, he would likely need to be praying on luck that they let their guard down.

He hadn't taken on a dragon-level monster before, so there was some hint of curiosity—maybe even a tinge of... of what? Was he fearful? No, it was too small for something like that. Was it something? Was it the thought of being killed? He often never pondered thoughts on morality; he was immortal; Genus saw to it that he didn't even think he could age; he survived everything so far, and he would likely survive this as well when thinking about it realistically. No matter how powerful these dragon-level monsters might be, they would essentially need to completely vaporize him to get rid of him, but maybe that feeling he had for the others... Despite being friendly with most of the others, he didn't try to form too many attachments to them;

He would live forever; they would age and die; there was no use in relationships like that. He was worried and stressed, which he didn't want on his mind. He absently walked forward as he thought more about that. He held no doubt that maybe eventually he would be the last creature to walk the earth, but without those, he could consider peers like the other S-class heroes. He figured it would be a very boring journey. Maybe that was why he was feeling concerned for his other heroes. If the monster cadre attacked them together, eliminating each one of them separately, then that would be incredibly risky for someone without a healing factor like his—suicide if they thought about it, but he digressed.

Now that he was leaving his head and paying attention to his surroundings, he found that his body had been stabbed in multiple locations by some monsters that got through their defensive screen. They must have come up from underground, as he noted the holes and the beaver-like monster drilling into his chest, leg, and arm. The little critter had large spikes on top of its head, which spanned around; he could barely feel them even as they were buried in his body. He quickly used his able arm to grab the one buried in his other arm before wrenching it free from his body.

With a wave of blood spurting out, he snapped the thing's neck as he felt the functionality of his arm come back to him using both of them. He reached and grabbed both of the small creatures and did the same before looking around at the rest of the heroes. Some of them had to continue fighting like normal, while others had been staring at him in abject horror or rushing to his aid, but he quickly warded them off and remarked that he was fine and that they should continue with their mission instead. Zomebieman joined in the fighting, although he didn't use his firearms. The army man lived up to his name and brought an entire arsenal along with him in four large barrack sacks, along with an abnormal amount of ammunition for each one inside backpacks, which he offloaded to the "weakest" soldier, which was the locust man, but he didn't mind, although he did mind carrying a bunch of explosives from ground zero as well, especially when the bullets started to fly from the monster side.

The firefight was incredibly short-lived zomebieman pushed forward through the hail of storm zig-zagging through the line of fire to close into the rams while the army man gave him covering fire although he did feel a few bullets hit him but the older gentlemen knew about him and knew it didn't bother him that much he would be worried about his clothes but he knew that blood would be everywhere once he went down into the monster association base proper, he even brought an extra pair of clothes for the occasion so that he didn't have to smell of monster guts once he left the place although it may soak into his very skin given how many were down there he needed to kill what about 60 of them right? Well, it didn't matter if they came; he would just cut them all down the same way. Zombie Man faked a yawn and aimed his pistol up and shot it at the weird butterfly thing following them before he gave the gun back over to the army man and wished them luck, which they returned. He lit a cigarette as he entered the dark cavern. Well, here we go, he thought as he puffed out a small stream of smoke and drew his revolver.

Group 1 and Group 10: One shotter, Lighting Max, Lighting Genji, Doll Master, Forte, Poison, Tank Top Mesus, Tank Top Girl, Flame Dragoon, Frost Raven, Forest General, Bone, Shooter, Toxin(rated hero), Porcupine man(rated hero), Lady Death(rated hero), Machine gun brawler(rated hero), Ugly duckling(rated hero), KG Scramble(Rated hero), Capstone (rated hero) +(2x level 1 proto security drones)

Groups one and nine were the most plentiful; however, this did not mean they were the most secure; in fact, this group was arguably the most in danger, not only from the external threats of the monsters but also from the internal threats of the criminals. Child Emperor originally wasn't so sure about using criminals for the frontlines but they had proven themselves well enough to stand on their own especially given that all of them played their part in helping in the monster association attack however he held no doubt that the clean slate that the association was offering them was the primary factor in why they would be so willing to help in the assault on the monsters.

Originally he had planned to pawn them all off even between Tatsumaki, flash, and King's group believing that they would be able to subdue any unruly behavior with their mere presence alone however tatsuaki's unexpected refusal of support, King's disappearance, and puri puri prisoner group decision to be switched out created a pretty jumbled mess of re-assignments that he had to take care of during the walk towards the ghost town and in an admittedly lazy effort on his part he just decided to stick the majority of them together in a group along with some of the top-ranked A class heroes in an attempt dissuade them from acting out, especially without the presence of an S-class within their ranks.

The group itself wasn't as dysfunctional as some of the upper-ranked heroes believed it to be; the rated heroes were mostly on their best behavior; they were also leading the group and would be the first to fight the monster that approached them, which was also part of their deal, and the heroes would be making constant notes in their official report back to the association. the large group however didn't really have to worry to much about the monsters as the machines that unintendedly lead the charge for them took the brunt off all the fighting for them, they just needed to relax and trail after them unless they started to go in a different direction which they never had but that was likely just pure coincidence as when they were just a barely a third of the way their they had suddenly disappeared, Genji was the mock leader of the group, even though one shotter was also a leader of group one he reasoned that since genji was already a supervisor of an entire city he would be better fit to lead them in the moment and genji respected his decision so when the robots just poofed and disappeared out of existence.

Unlike the monster who had a momentary pause in their actions the heroes continued forwards unimpeded by the threat unbeknownst to them it was forest General who had used his ability to scramble the monster's thoughts delaying their reaction time to the heroes assault, allowing them to close distance and start the slaughter all over again most of them held up fairly well no one lagged behind and certain stand out like ugly duckling and porcupine man completely took charge whipping out scores of monsters by themselves in no time flat and while this leant them to be dependable in the fighting it also meant they were a serious threat if the criminals had planned on doing anything drastic so the group of A-class heroes discussed amongst themselves a plan of action, if such an event were to occur their best chance, was to combine with both frost raven, flame dragoon, and forest lord to fight them off they had been heroes and also had fairly proficient battle strength as well going by the fighting if not a bit too animalistic for some of their liking but they also apparently had some comradery with a bunch of the other rated heroes so maybe it wouldn't have to come to that.

The fighting started to taper off much quicker than they had originally thought in fact numerous of the monsters they did face after the halfway point to the seemed to actually not have been meaning to be running to confront them but in fact running away from something else instead they didn't really know who or what that could have been but the hero in the group rampantly speculated that it was possible that it was King himself the man must have just gotten a headstart in traveling to the location, the group continued their travels meeting scatter pockets of frightened monsters that had continued to stream forth towards them, their had been some troubling altercation between forest lord and group of monsters the person didn't seem to be killing them but speaking to them and sending them somewhere else which instantly drew suspicion from the group however he deflected by remarking that if the monsters are weak enough he could control them and he was simply sending them to "scout ahead" as it would be smart to know what was scaring them and even told them that whoever was doing so wasn't king but someone else entirely.

This caused the group to approach their objective more cautiously, which doubled when, upon approach, they started to see why the monsters were so scared. The entire street seemed to be littered with nothing but scattered body parts and blood, painting the walls and street in a multi-facet of colors and strange shapes. Nothing was living, but their group was still intact, and the group, even the rated heroes, were somewhat skeptical upon approaching whatever being was capable of such carnage.

Dragoon, forest lord, and Frost Raven were confident so much so that they offered to go in the first place to check it out and report back, they did so and brought back along with them a new person, this person introduced himself as saitama and that told them that king sent them there in his stead, the heroes were noticeably on guard of this individual and radioed in Child Emperor for orders on what he should do and after a second he was told that this person was legit but he also asked a follow-up question on where king was which saitama had to make up another lie for simply stating that king said that he wanted him to handle the situation for him as a test of sorts, Child Emperor mentally sighed at that but allowed it and one shotter and Genji after explaining how the comms device worked before sending him on his way. Confused all the while but not wanting to get on the man's bad side given what he could do.

Group 11: Flash, Silver Chain, Shadow Ring, Feather, A (rated hero), Slicer (rated hero), Slyther (rated hero), Severed (rated hero), Spear (rated hero), Chaos (rated hero), Justicemaker (rated hero)

Flash proceeded with his objective with his rather poultry force; he didn't like going into a situation without having more details involving a plan of action. He had studied the map that the Child Emperor provided thoroughly, but given that it was mostly just a topographic map, it didn't offer much in the way of guidance or anything specific on where he would or even should go. The only thing that the map helped with was that he would be able to find his way out of the labyrinth as his position and that of the other S-classes were highlighted. It also highlighted his entrance so that, in the unlikely event that he did get lost, he would be able to get back. The base was fairly large, but including the entire tunnel network, it was almost 15 kilometers in size, which made sense to him. They did have the large monster elder centipede under their employ; it would need to be heavily buried underground so that its movement would cause disturbances even if they were in the abandoned town. The other towns would speak, and now that he thought about it, there were murmurs of something called the monster of the ghost town. Could that have been this organization?

Hmm, maybe if he took the threat more seriously, they could have avoided this conflict in its entirety. He wasn't scared of the monster coming; all of them had been unremarkable from what he'd seen so far, and he doubted that would change once he was alone in the monster tunnels. While Flash was idle thinking the group had been making slow but steady progress, they were hesitant going off of Child Emperor's instruction that there could be a trap happening nearby they wanted to proceed with caution not wanting to spring into any ambushes that could occur but their time seemed mostly standard, there had been a couple of wave of monsters of which only a handful presented much of a challenge silver chain and shadow ring would scout the routes ahead while the group recovered their strength and return with information on the monster position that she was able to find and with that information, they were able to counter many of the attacks that the monsters had planned for them which allowed them a much smoother journey.

Flash watched the ninja duo closely as they approached their objective. The larger one had concealed her strength from the association; she could have been ranked among the S-class if she so chose to, and she also, for some reason, was still concealing her strength during the fighting. She had only been using four of the five clones he knew she possessed, going off her spar with him during the festival. He was mildly curious about where the fifth one was, but ultimately it didn't concern him as the group easily made their way towards his objective and he went down into the tunnel. He proceeded a good distance before stopping and turning on a dime.

"What are you doing?" Flash remarked as he turned and found the large ninja there behind him. She didn't seem to possess any of the hate that he saw previously, so she wasn't going to attempt to kill him, so there must have been something else.

"I am simply going to kill the two ninjas that I mentioned to you prior." Silver Chain commented

"I told you that I did not need assistance." Flash replied by simply turning back around, and the female continued to walk forward right next to him.

"I believe so. This isn't to help you, but to let out some frustration. I assume the two are connected to you in some way, and I would enjoy killing them in your stead." Silver remarked simply, and Flash chuckled at that.

"They hold no sway with me; they would die just as easily as any other foe. Do what you want, but don't expect me to help you." flash remarked, starting to walk forward.

"The same applies to you as well," Silver Silver Chain replied simply as she started to walk behind him.

Non-killing army+ (Sigismund, Jackie, Charanko), Blizzard Bunch, Genos, Bang, Bomb, Monster Group

The 1A teens had a lot to deal with on their plate which was on top of keeping the clashing egos of goddess glasses, fubuki, and bakugo in check, other than getting them together and accepting each other as allies begin difficult in itself plans to deal with the fallout was even more so, given that they had a handful of monsters on their side along with Tatsumaki not wanting her sister to be involved with the fighting meant they had to do things a bit stealthily when keeping in mind they had a group of 66 individuals which included the giant nearly 30 ft scaledon monster which was more along the lines there for security and authority against the other monsters even though both torax and asterius was stronger than it.

The pan they craft eventually had them all meet up back on the mountain tops and proceed to head to the inhabitant zone around just before the S-class hero took off for their mission only a select few would know that they were going to be there and they were sure some would likely find out rather immediately however the plan was a simple enough smash and grab they would go bust down the wall of the DO-S pleasure dungeon and capture the monster and free the slaves and guide them to safety after those things would start to get a bit tricky, do to obligation momo made she would have to remain there for the time being assisting metal knight with his weapon testing, given the new device she received from dr. genus she now had a total carrying capacity of 400 tons.

The group had decided to arrive somewhat earlier than when the helicopter landed, being able to arrive and begin the setting up process of the events. This included creating large, elaborate cages that could be used to cart off monsters from the area, and using the invisible cloak that Aoyama possesses, they should be able to inconspicuously transfer monsters to and from the area. This is where things get complicated. A secret objective that they had from the association executives themselves was to capture monsters, this was obviously to refill whatever they had been scheming to do with the monsters in the basement that had escaped during the invasion, they had even dumped some of the monsters that had stayed or hadn't managed to escape it in their reserve to prevent further risk of danger from occurring the teens while not liking where this was going based off Child Emperor own thoughts on the association executives and their own experience with that other executive guiche which wanted to use scaledons scales as jewelry accessories.

they did have the contingency plan of Metal Knight who would likely be in charge of the preserve once they left but after his tests were done they had no clue what the old man would do with it, going by his actions and statements so far he didn't believe that monsters were the actual greatest risk to humanity they're was even at current with the monster association so they thought if anything he would treat the monster preserve as some side pet project and if that was the case then it was the best option for them. The only other option would be to subject them to drive-thru experiments, which also guaranteed their survival, but at the cost of being experimented on for likely however long, the cyborg had an interest in them, which all the teens agreed wasn't a life worth living at all. The last option was to just kill them outright, and despite what they said, they didn't believe in that either.

After they had finally gotten done, settled, and got the cages ready for transportation, they had five cages. A single cage was large enough to fit all of them inside of it without much issue, which means they have a carrying capacity of about 60–100 monsters, depending on the size of the monsters involved. The association didn't have much of a quota for them to fill, and they weren't going to go out of their way to save monsters that didn't want to go along with them willing of their violation. Bakugo, along with Bang and Bomb, went to see what Saitama was going to do now that they didn't need to hold him back anymore. Things could go smoother with them if he was on their side.

Saitama Apartment

Genos and Saitama were not doing much of anything in the apartment and were surprised to find an out-of-breath king there outside his door. Upon looking at the bald hero, he nearly wept with joy at being saved. He quickly informed the duo about what was happening and the large scale battle that was about to take place, saitama quickly went to get ready while genos was somewhat anger at the audacity of the association was to accuse him and his master of being traitors, shortly later Bakugo, bang, and bomb were also present and looking for saitama and was surprised to find king their, the martial artist brothers would happily ask for either of their help in regards to helping them transverse the monster association in looking for garou who was captured but saitama could feel or more like hear kings nerves of when the question was asked, so he asked for everyone to leave and he talk to the man one on one, he told him that he would lie again for him this time around but he would need to find strength to improve on his own eventually or just quit the charade as he doesn't know how much longer he would able to keep it up and upon king asking for clarification he told him that he was thinking of retiring from being a hero before leaving the stunned man in his stupor.

Saitama exited the room and made up some excuse of King needed to make battle preparations before heading out and that he would join Fubuki's group soon but in the meanwhile, he would fill the hole he left in Child Emperor's plan, genos wanted to go with saitama but saitama having thought about what the others said thought it best to go with the others and he would go at it alone, he would likely be put into the heart of the base and he didn't want him getting wrecked again while under there, genos didn't take any offense and apologized for being weak to his master and the groups separated off not before heading Saitama a communicator so that they could keep in contact with them in case they need him. King watched the conversation from the balcony above. mostly thinking to himself about what he should do now. His mind wanted him to run and get as far away as possible, but something in him was telling him to stay no matter the danger; he would stick things out; it was the least he could; and besides, Saitama was there, so everything should be ok.

1A staging Ground

When bakugo and the two elders didn't return without saitama there was a bit of disappointment stretched out between everyone involved which included lord great white who wanted to see the hero that had killed his father so readily but he did remember the member they had come along with them the cyborg was a vivid memory from his father one of the few heroes that offered up some challenge for him to face he was curious about fighting the machine himself especially to test his strength after having ingested those other monsters and it seemed he was going to get his wish when the cyborg upon seeing them and the other monsters treated all of them with hostility but surprisingly all of the heroes present had gone about de-escalating the cyborg so eventually no fighting occurred although it was clear the cyborg was very reluctant to get along with them sitting further away and keeping constant eye contact of all the monsters present. Bang.

Midoriya and Bomb would start their search for garou with the help of two monsters who best knew the locations of the base torax and asterius, they were going to first check royal rippers room and see if they could pick up the scent from there however there were no guarantees of them being able to find the teen their it was likely where they could find and pick up his scent if they didn't already. The only ones who were allowed to enter into the monster association base proper were going to be those of the S-class, fubuki just wanted her revenge so anything she decided to after that was on her, she remarked that she would likely stay and see the battle through to its conclusion mostly just to spite her sister, goddess glasses would also be staying mostly to keep her first love knight safe and sound, while midoriya wanted to be on standby just in case any of the heroes needed help or assistance during the fighting.

Bakugo and Sylvia had a moment to themselves to speak and discuss what she was going to be doing during the conflict by utilizing volten knowledge of the monster association base the kunoichi was going to locate and find the vat of monster cells near the basement of the base, she was instructed by her clan to bring multiple multiple monster cells she had also told him that similar to himself she had partaken the in devil rice and gotten stronger from it, bakugo knowing how much that changed his thought it was a pretty reckless thing to do, especially without telling him about it but the girl remarked that it was for the safety of the clan, they had run several tests on bakugo's body after of partaking of the rice and while his unique body had fought it off they had no way of knowing if the same would be true of people from their world so they needed to be sure before they continued to put any more effort into the research.

She had gained a similar four times increase in her abilities however she feels that she could continue to grow further as time goes on similar to himself. It was also one of the last missions she would be performing for her clan before she left for good. This had caused quite a commotion as she said that within earshot of some of the more troublesome individuals who started to make a big deal out of it, part of bakugo wondered if she purposefully let that slip out just to see if he told them about that or not which he, unfortunately, didn't which surely got a rise out of everyone when the news suddenly started to spread around after quieting the idiots down it seemed her true goal was to just distract him with the others as the next things she told him was fairly suspect.

She also told Bakugo that she would be joining Flash squad and accompanying him down into the monster association through his route bakugo immediately detected red flags from that statement but the girl gave him and peck on the cheek and ensured him that she wasn't going down there to kill him, she was only interested in killing the other monster ninja to compare herself to what she was like before her upgrade, bakugo reluctantly believed her but he still told her if she needed anything that she should call for help if she could needed and she agreed that she would do that if the situation called for it the two shared one last embrace before she had to get a move on and link back up with the main hero fighting force which told them they to had very little time to get their stuff ready and prepared for the fighting ahead.

They could immediately hear the sounds of fighting start to commence not 10 minutes later on and at the start of the sound, no sooner did Momo start to use her tool to conjure two machines from the lipid scroll, the class, and the monster sat back and gawked at how the long strip of "paper" started to disappear and form the two large octopus-like walking machines, it turned to them and they heard the voice of dr. bofoi ran a diagnostic check on the machine before leaving outwards towards the battle at hand it didn't take long for the long walkers to reach their destination and the sounds the large cannons made as they did so segmented their inclusion almost immediately.

they heard the sound of cannons blasting off in the distance like shredding or eviscerating monsters to ribbons, of course, momo had attempted to persuade the man to not go with lethal force but it seemed the group had lacked really the leverage to push him on that as he was already doing so for the monster in the preserve and that he gained "very little" in terms of testing data in that way for the ranged units and how effective their weapons were against targets so they had to simply let him do what he wanted if they wanted to keep in the man's good gracious he was their only hope for really keeping the preserve alive and well when they left so they couldn't push him too far.

The sound of cannons drew away and soon later momo had to create two more large machines these of nearly the same size but differently built, the teens had seen these before during their nighttime escapade in the preserve, and torax ad asterius had personally destroyed them a two of them prior in some training exhibitions that the man held they were somewhat tuff if torax had to give them a VGS rating he would rate them about 30 in score or just below that of the G4 mech. They had marched off to go and joined the fighting while everyone waited even more.

Fubuki and Goddess Glasses asked about the holed and Momo explained that they were waiting for Child Emperor's plan to take place first, at first they were confused but after another 20 minutes of waiting momo predictable got a message from Child Emperor in her head display,

Momo's heroes costume had evolved from her time with the child prodigy while she kept a similar color scheme to the original clothing she had to replace most of it with shorts and zip up jacket that stretched just below her cleavage, kirishima remarked that she knew suit reminded him a lot of Mizuki hero outfit just that she was wearing shorts and her shirt went down a little bit more which covering over some of her upper abs along with the knee pads, shoulder, and elbow protection these also came with an energy shield that would extend outward and if she pushes them together would shape into a bubble around to protect her from damage, but despite the more skin she was showing with the costume she still maintained the boob window except this time it was an optional feature instead of being built into the suit her upper portion held a zipper which she could sip down and do away with, which toru and mina teased her about to know to end up on its reveal.

She also possessed a visor which had a staggering storage limit of 1 exabyte this was essentially a supercomputer for her personal use it allowed her to analyze a great deal many things and even came with a helper handler that Child Emperor installed for her although this took up 10% of the available storage, to begin with. Child Emperor's message was clear as day as it popped up in her view, it read to stay clear of the tunnel directed to her left and she began to tell everyone to get ready and be prepared once everyone was clear of the blast wave, she responded and told him that she was clear and not a second later did the explosive went off clouding the front of the area with dust and smoke that they had to wait to clear before going proceeding forwards.

Goddess glasses and fubuki were both angered by the turn of event and asked why she didn't tell Child Emperor to hold off on the explosions in this area, however Momo explained to them that she couldn't simply tell him that unless he would start to draw suspicion to them, they needed to keep contact with the main force to a minimum although some cross cooperation would likely happen regardless it also served the dual purpose of stopping monster from flushing their position once they caught wind on what they were doing, the only drawback meant that they would have to start digging their way through the tunnel to get to where their prized lied and with bakugo and genos their it was likely to be a simple endeavor as they started to dig and blast away at the gravel and rock but their was a momentary distraction as from out of nowhere a shining bright light lit up the entire sky nearly blinding with how potent it was only toru could make out the individual at the center of it all being some humanoid monster with four wings and only jiro could make out what it said in the meanwhile.

Monster Association

Gyoro-Gyoro was resting in his room, he could feel the anticipation in the air from the ravenous monsters he had under control like thick musk, the announcement of the battle taking place had whipped them all up into a frenzy as they eagerly awaited the heroes approach, he still hadn't figured out a solution to their bald man problem but that was something that he would have to deal with later now they had to take care of their guest and the many of them there were, he crafted a few smaller avatar to view the heroes approach they numbered a little over 100 strong which made sense,

this was the hero association full force in the flesh but he was still confident that they would prevail, so he unleashed the hoards of monsters under his control and they left with eagerness to engage them and while he didn't expect much from the fodder they all performed woefully under his expectations or were the heroes just stronger than he calculated he had sent a total of nearly 1000 monsters against a march of a 10x smaller force, he would have expected at least injuries or a few deaths of some kind but none came, the monster was mostly all too individualistic compared to heroes teamwork and coordination well that couldn't be help monster weren't the best on working together.

Gyoro-Gyoro was surprised when suddenly he felt a number of the tunnel networks begin to collapse, all of them in fact, Child Emperor must have been more crafty then he realized there were only 10 entrances and as he continued to view the heroes and their sudden separation he soon found out why as they split up their party and began to head to the designated area, Gyoro-Gyoro quickly created more avatars to keep up with each group separately any additional data that could be provided with the battle would prove paramount in the coming conflict but the S-class had barely lifted a finger even when they weren't in the large group but the little he did see would have to suffice as he sent a telekinetic to all of the cadres for a meeting.

"Yes…I see, I see… I think I more or less figured everything out." Gyoro-Gyoro remarked

"Tsk… and we were just getting in the mood for some killing, why did you summon us?" black sperm asked

"So?" gums asked

"So what do you mean you figured it out?" black sperm continued

Gyoro-Gyoro turned to look at each cadre present along with orochi and goketsu massive heads in the back of the room looking inwards.

"That is why I summoned you all, the heroes seemed to have made things easier on all of us, they have segregated themselves and I know of each of the locations they will be coming from," Gyoro-Gyoro stated before he began to list off the routes and transportation before labeling out which cadre would go where to attack which S-class.

There was someone else missing in the grand scheme of things which was a major pawn, which was king..the strong hero must have known that he was being watched and purposefully kept out of sight so that he wouldn't be able to gather data on him she felt around the sector that was supposed to be his assumably and someone was indeed their eliminating monsters that approached him at a staggering rate, well all of the targets were doing that but if king was there it only made sense to send the strongest against the strongest and given his direction of travel he wouldn't have to wait long for him to be at orochi doorstep so he ordered orochi to simply wait near his usual spot for king to approach him.

10 minutes later

There was a shuffle of feet that slowly made their way into his room, it was a group of fodder monsters. They all seemed scared to approach him until one small crustacean monster finally stepped up to him, it spoke about the hopelessness of the situation how they couldn't win with just sheer numbers, and how the heroes were barely injured when they lost a third of their number these are all things he already knows but the mere fact that this ant no these group of ants dare try to assume they give up did they think the heroes were going to just let them go after all this?

So he asked them did they fear death and when they hypocritically replied no, he had enough of them the group that had come up to him he would make as an example using his powers to crush them into meat cubes before sending the cube out toward orochi as a pre-fight snack just to make an example of them, they knew that they had the capability of being revival and the fact that he fed them to orochi instead should get the message across that they will either die fighting against the heroes or die here and be fed to orochi instead. He ordered them back out into the fighting; the S-class heroes were inside the base leaving the weaker hero exposed. If one of them dared come back to speak with him it would need to be with the head of a hero or he would kill them on the spot before ordering them away.

"What will you have me do?" Phoenix Man asked

"It's time for you to reveal your capabilities, Phoenix Man, there are monsters on the surface that can be revived you shall do so and I'll send out a contingent of working ants to also dig us new holes for monsters to attack from, eliminating the surface team shall be easier than dealing with the S-class heroes in the base and once they are dead we can use them as leverage to against the S-class heroes themselves but until then after you revive them, I want you to be guarding the child prisoner I will let you know of the results of the battle on the surface," Gyoro-Gyoro stated.

"It will be done." phoenix man remarked simply with a bow of the head before stepping out of the room he quickly swapped to his Phoenix Prominence Hawk Mode and dashed up straight through the ceiling of the monster association walls he wouldn't bother with going through the hustle of getting through the S-class he would take care of them later after they had been defeated by the other cadre or better yet if the cadre one he could kill them and then revive them to follow his orders as well, all the dead monster and heroes from this conflict were his to control because he was going to be the true monster king, he had tried to fight orochi himself for the title but the behemoth was still too strong for him but with some many new pawns at his possible fingertips that could change so, for now, he would play his role and bide his time for his moment to shine.

"Even in death, you still serve!" he yelled mostly to himself as he breached the underground climbed high into the air, and shined his light in the sky over the abandoned ghost town, given his good vision he could see the effects start to take shape as the mote of light rained down upon the broken bodies of monsters many rose again and he commanded the hordes to attack the heroes again however not all rose u, those that had been pulverized completely or had their heads crushed were incapable of being lifted by his light a limitation he thought well, he wasn't the all-powerful being just yet but he has was not disheartened, it just signified to him that he had further opportunities to grow to shine brighter than he was currently he thought with a laugh as he rocketed himself back down into the association base in the same whole he created to surface.
