Sanji and Zoro really enjoyed their lesson together, just them two. Alone with each other, talking about things they never have before. It was fun but it couldn't last forever. They finished their work so Sanji had to leave. But he wanted to stay with with Zoro. They both did. They both wanted to be with each other a little longer. The whole time he went home he thought about the green rabbit.
Zoro sat in his room thinking about Sanji, how he smelled, they actually talked about thinks they would never talk about before. He learned many new things about Sanji, about what he likes to eat and drink. What he likes to do when he's not going to work. Sanji is funny, he's got his own jokes, Zoro didn't think he would actually laugh with Sanji. It was a nice change of pace from the boring days at home doing mostly nothing.
Sanji makes his way to class. He feels a little guilty, slightly wishing the others are busy so he'll have to go alone. Just him and Zoro alone again. Through the weeks he was able to get some days when it was just them two alone. He started hoping for those days. At least until Zoro is allowed to come to school. Sanji wonder how long that would last. When is he going to get out of his house? He would maybe like to spend the day out of the house, just them two, alone.
Sanji sits at his desk setting everything up for his day at school. Sanji smiles as the girls walk in to class. He walks to Namis desk, the window near it. Robin two desks behind her. Sanji sits on the desk in between them. Making some small talk until he noticed a bag hanging from the side of the desk, of Zoro's desk. Sanji is about to stand up when they hear the buzz of talking. Robin, Nami, and Sanji turn to look out the window into the courtyard to see hybrids of all types crowding around a certain rabbit. A green rabbit walking forward with papers in hand. Sanji grin a little at how adorable he look sprinting with his ears and tail out. Sanji stop grinning.
Zoro is dressed different. He doesn't have his big cardigan and haramaki on like usual. He now wore a sweater vest with no haramaki. His cute round soft looking cottontail bounce with every step. The blonde suddenly has a large urge to sink his teeth into Zoro while he grope the rabbits
tail. Sanji shook his head, where did that come from?
"Huh?" Nami says getting closer to the window. They get closer to the window as they see a large wolf hybrid going in front of Zoro path. Zoro stops to look up at the man. Zoro tilts his head, does this man need something from him? Zoro looks behind the man to see the door. Just a few feet away.
"Need something?" Zoro asks, his right eyebrow raising. A group of hybrids start forming around them. In the crowd are some other wolves.
"You're just a bunny," the wolf sneers, showing off his canines. Zoro just stare back, what can he say now? How does he answer.
"Have been since I was born." Zoro answers, is the first thing to come to mind. The answer, though, didn't seem to please the large wolf. He let out a growl and reaches for Zoro, who takes a step back, dodging the man's hand but his back meets something. Zoro looks up to see another wolf. Zoro, ears up in defense, looks back to the wolf in front of him in time to see the wolf reaching forward again. This time Zoro didn't have time to move away so the wolf grabbed onto his ears roughly. Zoro shouts in pain, loud enough for everyone who wasn't looking to start watching. "Hey let go!" Zoro yells as he reaches up to the man's hand, to pry his fat fingers off his ears but being in pain didn't help. The wolf behind Zoro held him down so he wouldn't struggle.
"They really are stuck to him." The one holding his ears hum.
"They aren't fake." The other wolf says, surprise in his tone.
The three get closer to to the window as both wolves laugh. Sanji lets out a growl, those ass holes. "Those assholes are from the wolf pack aren't they? From the White wolves pack?"
"Sadly, yes." Robin answer. "We can't do anything. Zoro shouldn't either."
"But knowing Zoro..." Nami starts but doesn't finish, she doesn't need to, they know Zoro. They all pale. Zoro is going to be in deep trouble. For now all they can do is watch Zoro grunt in pain as he struggle. Trying to get them to let go but nothing he did or said worked.
Sanji couldn't stand it, he needed to help Zoro, Sanji opens the window ready to jump out of it to get to Zoro but as soon as the window is open the fox is pushed aside.
"Zoro!" Sanji turns to see a girl, a bunny hybrid with short blonde hair, white bunny ears sticking out. She jumps out the window with no hesitation.
"Carrot wait!" Another woman shouts. Just then Sanji looks out the window to a shocking sight of more rabbits gathered around Zoro and the two wolves. It gets so quiet besides Zoro's shouts in pain and the two wolves laughing at Zoro. No one said or did anything, how could they as they watch rabbits crowd around two wolves bullying a green rabbit.
More students gathered at the window, some starting to record, but almost everyone not a bunny hybrid are curious about the rabbit hybrids action. It's almost like they are trying to protect Zoro. But why?
Well, rabbits are seen as one of the weakest of hybrid.
Zoro made a noise in the back of his throat as his head is forced to angle back looking at the wolf that tower over him. Zoro ear twitch, but he couldn't control them to shoot up straight like an antenna, still he swear he heard the familiar sound of a foot stomping on the ground. He takes a peak to see a familiar face. Carrot. She stare at him, glaring in their direction, most likely glaring at the wolves. Zoro ears twitch again. She stomped again. In that way only rabbit hybrids know, a way to signal each other danger is around, even used to talk, like morse code.
She told him they will help.
The others felt uncomfortable as ever bunny hybrid started to growl. Unnerving as a bunch of hybrids mostly depicted as cute and innocent make a sound warning others they are ready to attack. A sound that means danger coming from something not usually recognized as dangerous.
