A Harry Potter story

"Master potter people are at the door,

Master potter!"

"Yes, Kreacher, I heard you," I replied, hastily gathering my thoughts. "I'm coming, just give me a second." As Kreacher shuffled out the door, muttering something about laziness and stupidity, I couldn't help but dismiss his grumbling, accepting that Kreacher was simply a grumpy, heartless house-elf, except when conversing with Mrs. Black's painting.

Opening the door, I was greeted by Remus and a brightly colored Tonks, her pink hair standing out against the gloomy surroundings of Grimmauld Place. Their warm smiles eased the tension within me, and I reciprocated with a bright smile before being enveloped in a warm hug by Remus, followed by Tonks.

"Happy birthday, Harry," they both chimed in unison. Remus mentioned they would have brought presents, but Molly insisted on tradition, delaying the opening until after dinner. "That's fine," I reassured them, gesturing for them to come inside. "I just need a moment to change."

"Training?" Remus inquired, his tone curious. "Yeah," I confirmed, "Kingsley's been pushing me hard to ensure I'm prepared for anything." As Remus chuckled at my response, Tonks eagerly pushed past him, her excitement to explore the renovated Grimmauld Place.

As soon as Tonks made it inside she tripped over the trolls leg, the painting flew open and setting off a screaming Mrs. Black sneered,

"Filthy witch get out of my house"

"Half-blood filth like you doesn't belong in decent wizarding society!."

"Your pathetic attempts at transformation are as repulsive as your parentage"

"Infected by a mudblood"

Remus walks over to the painting and quickly closes the curtains shut, "still haven't found a way to get her down Harry" unfortunately no I've tried so many spells but she wont budge.

Remus why don't you show Tonks around the house you know your way around and I've need to change. Remus gave a slight nod and steered Tonks to the living room.

I opted for a laid-back yet stylish ensemble. I chose a fitted dark blue button-up shirt that complemented the color of my emerald green eyes. Pairing it with comfortable dark jeans that hugged my hips just right, I felt confident in the casual yet refined look.

Slipping into a pair of sleek black Converse sneakers, I added a touch of coolness to the outfit while ensuring I could move freely throughout the festivities. With my trademark messy hair tamed just enough to look intentional.

Slipping into a charcoal gray robe to ward off the chill from the pouring rain outside, I double-checked my trunk to ensure I had everything I needed. "Kreacher!" I called out, and with a loud pop, he appeared. "I'll be gone for a while, so start by cleaning the two rooms upstairs, then attend to whatever else needs doing," I instructed him before walking out of my room.

I made my way downstairs as I heard a wolf whistle from Tonks "looking hot Harry," she called out, causing me to flush with embarrassment. Sending Remus a playful glare, as I heard him chuckle, I couldn't help but feel happy for Tonks teasing.

I look over to Tonks grinning "well thanks to you I have some style now" I said with a smirk.

"No problem little bro someone needed to help you," Tonks said back sarcastically "Hey I say in a sarcastic tone I am still on the front cover of the witch weekly labeled the hottest wizard of the week."

"Well you're there every week, and thanks to me you now have even more fans desperate to be in your pants," Tonks teased.

"Tonks stop harassing Harry we need to start heading to the borrow before Molly has both our heads." Remus said

Yeah alright Tonks mumble while walking out the front door I gathered my stuff out and swung the robe around myself to shield from the rain.

The ride with Remus and Tonks to the burrow was filled with laughter as Remus told us stories about the mischief the marauders got up to in school.

Arriving at the Weasleys' home, I was greeted by a bold red banner wishing me a happy 18th birthday. Ron and Hermione enveloped me in a bone-crushing hug, hay Ron, Hermione Harry it's good to see you again. I smile and tell Ron and Hermione the basic to what I've been up to.

Surrounded by the chatter and laughter, Molly ushered me to a seat, promising to fetch Arthur. Settling into an armchair, I listened as everyone caught up on recent events, the warmth of their company enveloping me.

Molly soon called us to the table for dinner. I filled my plate and settled down beside my trunk, still intending to take it upstairs. Engaged in conversation with Remus, I suddenly felt a violent tug, causing me to gasp as everyone's attention turned to me.

Remus's concerned expression mirrored my own fear as I felt a strange pull towards a dark cloud looming near the fire place. Desperately grasping onto Remus and my trunk, I tried to hang on, but the pull grew stronger, blurring my vision.

The cloud seemed to pulse with dark energy, the chilling allure surrounding me like a cold blanket.

Despite Remus's shouts of encouragement, I felt his grip slipping until, with one final violent tug, I was wrenched away, swallowed by the darkness of the cloud. As everything faded to black, I felt as though I was being consumed by an abyss, the world around me disappearing into nothingness. I tried to utter a word, but darkness consumed me entirely, leaving only the echoing sound of Remus's voice and the ominous whispers of the wind.

The Great Hall was engulfed in a blinding white light, causing the Order members to lean forward in anticipation, eager to see who the spell had brought them.

Harry's head was spinning as he slowly regained consciousness, his eyes fluttering open to the sound of voices surrounding him. Struggling to focus, he strained to listen, recognizing a familiar calm voice that almost sounded like Albus Dumbledore. His suspicions were confirmed when he heard, "Albus, we should get him to the infirmary."

But it couldn't be Dumbledore. Harry had watched him fall to his death. His hand instinctively slid into his pocket, curling around his wand. However, before he could fully grasp the situation, a hand wrapped around his arm, causing Harry to jolt upright and back away, his wand pointed defensively at the group of people.

Surveying the room, Harry recognized many faces, some alive and some dead. It wasn't until his gaze landed on Sirius that he realized something was terribly wrong. Anger boiled inside him, but he forced himself to calm down. He wouldn't give these cruel Death Eaters the satisfaction of seeing him lose control.

Clearing his throat, Harry's gaze shifted to the Dumbledore look-alike as the man began to speak. "We can all lower our wands now," he said. Harry couldn't help but find it amusing that they thought it would be so easy to capture him.

Harry maintained his defensive stance as he watched the Dumbledore look-alike approach him. Dumbledore began speaking, his tone calm and reassuring. "I can assure you that we mean no harm. If you would take a seat, I can explain to you what's happening."

Harry didn't understand why he obeyed, but he cautiously walked toward the table where the other members were seated, keeping his eyes fixed on the Dumbledore figure. Dumbledore continued speaking, addressing Harry directly.

"On behalf of the Order, I apologize for bringing you from your universe. However, this was our last resort to try to win this war."

Confusion furrowed Harry's brow. He was in an alternate universe, fighting a war that had ended in his world. Panic gripped him as he realized that Remus, Hermione, and the Weasleys must be frantic, not knowing what had happened to him. He groaned inwardly, but outwardly, he remained composed as he spoke for the first time since his arrival.

"How do I know you're not lying? You could easily be Death Eaters." A familiar, bark-like laugh echoed across the table. It was Sirius's laugh, the same as in Harry's world.

Sirius interjected, "Death Eaters, never. But if I ever became one, that would be the first time my mother said I did something right in my life."

Harry understood the implication behind Sirius's words. Before his fifth year at Hogwarts, Sirius had shared some details about his troubled family life, making Harry feel a stronger connection to him. They both knew what it was like to endure pain and hardship.

Dumbledore spoke again, I can make a vow to assure you, we are threat. Harry nodded, and Dumbledore raised his wand,

I Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore swear on my magic that I mean no harm to our guest and that we have performed a spell that has brought you to a different universe.

As Harry relaxed into his seat, he realized another voice was speaking. He turned to see a man who looked exactly like a photo he saw with his dad in it, realisation hit him James Potter, sitting next to Lily Potter, his mum. James had the same messy black hair and glasses, while Lily's vibrant green eyes sparkled with warmth and love.

Harry's heart clenched at the sight of them, so real yet not quite his parents. He pinched his arm, hoping it was all a dream. But there they were, his parents, albeit not from his universe. For now, he decided to savor this time with them.

His da- James words finally registered. "Well, do you have a name?" Harry cleared his throat, unsure if they would believe his next words about his life story. He hesitated before gripping the hem of his cloak's hood and pulling it back, revealing his face as he announced,

"I am Harry James Potter."
