Disclaimer: I don't own Teasing Master Takagi-San, or any other works. All I own are my own ideas, characters, and twisted imagination.

A/N 1: I watched season 3 of the show subbed and episode 1 dubbed. While the dub isn't bad, I actually prefer the sub. Which is saying something. The only other show I've ever watched subbed is Dragon Ball Super, and that sub was better too in some ways. Never thought I'd say that. Anyways, I wished I posted this chapter before the sub had finished airing, because the sub kind of screwed up my story a bit. Like I said before, this was written before season 3 was out. So, while I may incorporate some elements of season 3 into this, for the most part, you will have to ignore it. Like I thought Valentine's Day was both a boy and girl holiday. What the hell is White Day anyways? Something to look up later I suppose.

A/N 2: Like I also said last chapter, this will have some sexual innuendos and references (and probably a lemon later), but it mostly will be played up for laughs until Chapter 3, so don't get too bent out of shape. And for those wondering, I've still yet to finish chapter 4. I have been working on a much more adult story (well several, but one in particular for this fandom) called The House on the Hill. It's a crossover story between Teasing Master Takagi-San, Hi Score Girl, and Toradora! If you like those shows, you should check it out. It is a lot dirtier than this story, and slightly AU, but still a lot of fun. If you can't find it, it's under the Teasing Master Takagi-San Japanese name and Hi Score Girl crossover (or just check my profile). Why the hell does Fanfiction dot net separate Teasing Master Takagi-San into two separate categories anyways? I get that it's different names, but being a programmer, it not that hard to link them to the same webpage (not sure about the app but come on!)

A/N 3: Like all my recent stories, you can also find this on AO3 (Archive Of Our Own), incase this gets pulled from Fanfiction dot net. Same with my The House on the Hill story. Check both of them out.

A/N 4: I edited this chapter months ago, and just spot checked it. But, I'm super sick and super tired. So, if you find any spelling or grammar issues, I do apologize.

A/N 5: All that being said, I hope you enjoy this, and hopefully you'll check out my other story as well.

Chapter 2: You Know What They Say About The Best Laid Plans

Nishikata, in an even rarer stroke of luck, rode his bike to school as well. Which is perfect since he isn't going home right away. Instead, Nishikata heads to the local florists. Walking inside with newfound confidence, Nishikata goes to the front counter.

"Hello sir. Welcome to Nancy's Bouquets. How can I help you?"

Nishikata replies with, "I have a friend from school that I want to make my girlfriend. I want to ask her to be mine on Valentine's Day. I know that her favorite flower is the white rose. I don't have much to spend, but I want to make the day as romantic as possible. Can you show me the best flowers within a $20 price range?"

"Certainly sir. Please follow me."

Nishikata is lead to the back of the store where he sees various arrangements of flowers ranging from $35 to $80.

Those are beautiful, but I would break the bank if I were to get those. And I want to get her more than just flowers. She deserves the world, but I guess she'll have to settle for what I can get her.

Writing that "she deserves the world" down in his idea book, along with the idea of a romantic poem, he and the florist stop in front of some cheaper bouquets of flowers.

The florist pulls out a bouquet and says, "We have this bouquet available for $15. It includes 6 white roses cut into the shape of a heart. And as a Valentine's Day special, we will deliver these for free on Valentine's Day. In my opinion, this is the best option available to you in your price range."

Blushing, Nishikata asks the florist, "You don't think this will overwhelm her, do you? I don't want to forgo our friendship. In other words, I don't want to lose our friendship if she rejects a relationship."

The florist smiles and says, "Based on what you said before, it sounds like your feelings are genuine for her. If you think her feelings for you are genuine as well, then you should be fine. However, if you are worried, we do have other bouquets available. You can also buy a single white rose for only a few dollars."

Nishikata stands there debating for a full minute before saying, "No, nothing ventured, nothing gained. I'll take the heart-shaped bouquet of white roses. Do you also sell heart-shaped balloons?"

The florist nods and says, "Absolutely."

The florist walks with Nishikata and puts the flowers into the "to be delivered" case before showing Nishikata the balloons. Ultimately, Nishikata buys the roses bouquet and 2 pink heart-shaped balloons that say "Happy Valentine's Day" on them. He decides to have them delivered to the classroom exactly one-minute before lunchtime on Valentine's Day.

I just hope things go well. If she's in a bad mood and I embarrass her, she might kill me. Or at least hate me for life. I don't know if I can stand not having at least her friendship in my life, although the utter humiliation and rejection would hurt just as bad if not worse. And what if she doesn't show up to school at all that day. That would be utterly devastating.

Shaking his head to get rid of those negative thoughts, he heads to his next destination, a Hallmark store.

I have to think of a way to let her know I have something planned for her on Valentine's Day without revealing my plans altogether. Maybe a note saying it directly. That might work. But what if she reads into it? It could blow up the entire plan. That is if she will even talk with me anymore. Man, I'm starting to have second thoughts about this.

Taking a second to calm his racing thoughts, he slams his foot down and chides himself.

That enough brain. I like-like her, and even if I am completely humiliated, I'm going through with this. She means the world to me and I'm going to let her know that.

With determination, Nishikata marches to the back of the store where there is a huge selection of chocolate to choose from. Nishikata takes over 10 minutes deciding what chocolates to get before deciding on a heart-shaped box filled with white chocolates and milk chocolates. He also takes some time deciding on a card. After picking out a card that says, "Love finds a way. From friends to lovers all the way", Nishikata also sees a cute teddy bear on one of the shelves. Looking at the price, he does some quick mental math before deciding on getting it.

Walking to the front counter, Nishikata nearly has a heart-attack as he sees Mano checking out. Nishikata tries to make a break down one of the isles but is caught before he can do so.

"Nishikata, is that you?"

With a busted look on his face, and a blush, Nishikata rubs the back of his neck and says, "Hi Mano. Wasn't expecting to run into you here."

Mano gives a brief laugh before saying, "Clearly. I was shopping for some Valentine's Day stuff for Nakai."

Seeing the teddy bear, chocolates, and card in his hands, Mano smirks and asks, "Can I assume you're doing the same? Say for…Takagi?"

Nishikata's blush gets even deeper. Mano laughs again at that response.

Takagi's totally right. Nishikata's reactions are totally hilarious.

Nishikata puts his stuff on the counter before saying, "Yes, but please keep this a secret. I have big plans for her, and I want to keep it a surprise."

Nishikata pays for his stuff. Taking his bag, Nishikata walks outside, Mano following him.

"Don't worry, my lips are sealed. But I want to know all the details. It might give me some ideas of my own."

Nishikata sighs and closes his eyes.

Taking a moment to center himself, he says, "Okay, but not here. Is there anywhere we can talk about this privately?"

Mano lets out a fake gasp and says, "Nishikata, in a relationship with one girl and trying to court another. How scandalous."

Nishikata blushes so hard at that that he could burst.

"That's…That's not…That's not true at all! I'm not in a relationship with her…yet…and I'm definitely not trying to court you. Even if I was interested, I wouldn't try to court a taken woman."

Mano takes a moment to process Nishikata's response before bursting into gut-busting laughter.

In such a deadpan voice the new Kratos would be proud, Nishikata asks, "Man, aren't you supposed to be the quiet, reserved one of our group?"

At this statement, Mano laughs even harder, leaving Nishikata redder than a lobster. After 5 straight minutes of laughing, Mano begins to calm down.

Seeing the angry look on his face, Mano says, "Nishikata, I'm sorry. I just remembered what Takagi said about your reactions and couldn't help but laugh. Please don't be mad."

Nishikata climbs onto his bike and says, "Fine, whatever, I'll see you later Mano."

Before he can leave, Mano says, "Wait, Nishikata, I still want to talk. My house isn't too far from here. My parents are out and Nakai isn't coming over till around dinner time. We can talk there. Please."

Nishikata sends a quick text to his mom telling her he went out with friends and will be back later. His mom text him back "Okay. I'll have dinner ready. Make sure you get her something good", much to Nishikata's further, continued embarrassment.

Nishikata sees Mano get on her own bike. He says, "Okay, I just sent my mom a message. I have her okay. Lead the way."

Mano jumps a little at the sudden response but says, "O-Okay, follow me."

While they are riding to her house, Mano says to Nishikata, "Oh, and as for that whole quiet, reserved thing, you're right. I am usually quiet and reserved. But when I'm alone with Nakai, it's a different story. All that reservation goes out the window. We can talk for hours with no hesitation. For a while there, you reminded me of him. I guess that's why I seem so much more relaxed. You know how it is. When your alone with Takagi, I'm sure it's the same for you."

Nishikata says quietly, "Sure, if it doesn't involve romance. I don't think we've ever had a deep conversation about it. About us."

Mano gives Nishikata a smile and says, "That's why I want to talk. I want to make sure you're not going to go overboard and scare her."

Although I don't think that will be a problem. She's in love with you after all. If her blushing is anything to go by, she wants you more that you'll ever know. Until maybe adulthood anyways.

Nishikata smiles at Mano's concern and says, "Thank you Mano. I would greatly appreciate that. Maybe I can get rid of these pre-date jitters myself. Not that anything's official. You know what I mean."

Mano nods. They ride the rest of the way to her house in a comfortable silence. Once they get there, Mano says, "Okay, Nishikata, give me your bag. I'll stick the chocolates in my mini fridge. Just don't forget them when you leave."

Nishikata nods and hands Mano his bag as they walk inside the house. They make their way up to her room. On the way up, he sees several pictures of her and her family. He even sees a picture of Mano and Nakai in front of a roller-coaster side hugging and laughing.

Noticing him looking at the picture, Mano says, "That was taken when we went to Ohio in the United States to Cedar Point. That was in front of the Dragster, their fastest coaster. That thing will give you whiplash if you're not careful."

Nishikata looks at Mano in surprise and says, "You went to the United States?"

Mano nods and says, "Yeah, last summer. It was a long plane ride, emphasis on long. I asked my parents to take Nakai along. It seemed like they anticipated the request because they had already bought him a place ticket and park pass. It was a very fun trip."

Nishikata looks at the picture again and imagines him and Takagi doing something like that.

That would be incredible.

Nishikata says, "Considering that this is hanging on your stairwell, I'm guessing you two must be super close, close enough that your parents consider him a part of your family already."

Mano blushes at that and says, "I-I guess so."

Nishikata looks at Mano, grins, and asks, "So, when's the wedding?"

Mano blushes beet red before grabbing Nishikata's hand and saying, "You're horrible. Let's just get to my room already."

Nishikata can't help himself. He says, "Already in a relationship and trying to court me now. Even inviting me into your bedroom. Tisk-Tisk."

Mano just grumbles "Oh, you're so going to pay." Nishikata just laughs. A few seconds later, Mano drags Nishikata into her room. Nishikata looks around. He finds several more pictures of Mano and Nakai, as well as some posters of boy bands hanging on the walls. He sees several books on her bookshelf. He blushes when he sees 100% unrequited love on the bookshelf. Mano gives him a look but says nothing.

Hoping to break the silence, Nishikata says, "This room is pretty nice. Very, um, girly?"

Mano shakes her head, a grin on her face.

"Very funny."

Nishikata blushes again, mentally slapping himself over his choice of words.

Saving Nishikata from any further embarrassment, for now anyways, Mano says, "Okay Nishikata. We're all alone now. What plans did you have for Takagi on Valentine's Day?"

Nishikata takes out his "idea book" and opens it to said Valentine's Day pages. He hands it over to Mano, who looks over it for a few moments.

Nishikata says, "As you know, I have already gotten her the card and chocolates."

Interrupting for just a second, Mano says, "Speaking of which…"

Mano takes the chocolates and puts them into her mini fridge she has next to her desk.

Looking sheepishly at Nishikata, Mano says, "…Sorry, please continue."

Nishikata smiles and says, "In addition to the card, chocolates, and teddy bear, I also got her flowers and heart-shaped balloons."

Mano asks, "What type of flowers did you get her?"

Nishikata blushes slightly and says, "6 white roses cut into a heart-shape."

Slightly frowning, Nishikata asks, "You don't think that's too much, do you?"

Mano closes her eyes and thinks for a moment, before opening her eyes and saying, "You might be laying it on a little thick, especially since you two aren't an actual couple yet. I would wait to give her the teddy bear and chocolates until after you ask her to go out with you. I would also skip the romantic poem. Save that for next year's Valentine's Day. I like your idea for a romantic lunch on the roof, though you better hope she says yes before you take her there. When are the flowers being delivered? If I you know as well as I think I do, you wouldn't have the guts to carry them around all day."

Nishikata looks away, with a slightly reddened face.

"That's pretty insulting, you know."

Mano raises an eyebrow and asks, "Are you telling me I'm wrong?"

Nishikata looks down and says nothing, knowing that she's right.

"See, I'm right. Now, when are they being delivered?"

Nishikata sighs, looks at Mano and says, "If all goes according to plan, exactly one minute before lunch."

Mano raises an eyebrow, again, and says, "That's a very particular time. Why did you choose that?"

Nishikata looks proud when he says, "I don't want to interrupt class that much, so I wanted it delivered when everything would calm down a little, but if I had it delivered during lunch, not only might Takagi be gone from the room, but I wouldn't be able to ask her out. So, one minute before lunchtime seemed perfect."

Mano gives Nishikata a big smile and says, "I'm impressed, Nishikata. You thought that through. Well done."

Nishikata rubs the back of his head and says, "Thanks."

Taking a moment to gather his thoughts, Nishikata lets out a sigh and a deep frown.

"There's a couple of things I'm worried about. One, I'm worried that she won't show up to school that day, or that she'll be in a bad mood that day, and the plan will go to ruin. I don't want to sabotage our friendship in pursuit of a relationship. And two, she seems to be avoiding me today. I don't know if I did something wrong, but I'm afraid that she won't talk to me. I can't ask for a relationship if our friendship is on the rocks."

Mano looks at Nishikata for a few seconds before bursting out laughing. Nishikata gets a really miffed look on his face.

I know I shouldn't be laughing right now, but I can't help it. His concerns are so unnecessary. She would absolutely show up to school for Valentine's Day, and I'm 99% sure she would accept being his girlfriend. And her not talking to him? There's a better chance of her failing an English test than that happening. I know why she didn't talk to him today, and it's not what he thinks at all. Better clear up the situation before he leaves in a huff.

Nishikata is in the process of standing up, grabbing his chocolates and leaving when Mano calms down. Taking a moment to catch her breath, she says, "Wait, wait!"

Nishikata crosses his arms and looks at Mano with a glare so powerful it could scare thugs away. Mano gives Nishikata an apologetic look.

"I'm sorry for laughing. It was inappropriate and inconsiderate."

Nishikata softens his glare, but only slightly.

Gulping a little, Mano says, "I can get rid of your concerns. First, there's no denying that Takagi is avoiding you today, but I guarantee you it isn't because she is mad at you. I suspect she is embarrassed about something."

Nishikata looks a little surprised at this information.

That's not possible. Nothing fazes her. Even if I did have the same thought earlier, that's just…crazy. At the same time, though, I've never known Mano to lie. So, what could she have even been embarrassed about?

Mano sees Nishikata looking conflicted at this information.

I wish I could tell him what I know and show him the picture, but that would be an invasion of privacy…not to mention very untrustworthy. I feel so bad for him. Maybe I should just continue what I was saying and put his mind at ease. How can I do that, though, without revealing her feelings for him? Man, this is harder than it looks.

Before Mano can continue the conversation, her doorbell rings. Nishikata and Mano exchange surprised looks.

Nishikata's eyes narrow as he says, "I thought nobody was coming over until later."

Mano puts up her hands and says, "Nobody is coming over until later. I swear. It's probably just a salesman. Let's just ignore it for now and continue with our conversation."

Before Nishikata can respond, the doorbell rings again. Nishikata sighs and says, "I don't think that will be possible. You should just answer it. We can continue this conversation when you get back."

Mano blushes and says, "If you insist."

Mano makes her way out of her room and down the stairs, leaving her door open. Mano opens her front door and is quite surprised (and a little freaked-out) to find Takagi on her porch.

"H-Hello Takagi. What are you doing here?"

Listening in on the conversation, out of partial annoyance, and out of partial boredom, Nishikata's jaw drops, and his eyes go wide.

This isn't happening. Not now.

Takagi looks around before saying to Mano, "I need to talk to you. It's about Nishikata and what happened earlier today."

Mano looks at Takagi, extremely uncomfortable. Takagi picks up on this and asks, "Are you okay, Mano? You look a little pale."

Mano isn't the only one pale and freaking out. Just out of sight from Takagi, up the stairs and in the room off to the right, Nishikata is pale, freaking out and sweating bullets. He is even thinking some words that even adults wouldn't say out loud. In a word, Nishikata is panicking.

Mano is not good in these types of situations, and, like Nishikata, is horrible at lying. She does her best, however, to come up with some kind of cover story.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Just a bit tired. On top of the test we took today, I have a date with Nakai later. No rest for the weary as they say."

Takagi nods, then looks at the notebook in Mano's hand. She immediately recognizes the handwriting on it, but plays dumb and says, "You also seem busy figuring out what to do for Valentine's Day. I see your notebook in your hands."

Upstairs, Nishikata goes stiff as a board, paralyzed with fear.

No! No! No! No! No! No! No! She didn't just see that. Please God, tell me she didn't just see that. My plans are ruined. There is absolutely no way she doesn't recognize my handwriting. I'm completely screwed.

Nishikata rushes to Mano's bed, grabs her pillow and lets out a mighty, rage and disappointment filled scream. A scream so loud and uncontrollable that even muffled can be heard by both Mano and Takagi.

Mano blushes and immediately closes the door. Takagi looks at the door, then Mano bewildered.

Takagi points between the door and Mano for a good minute before asking the obvious question, "What was that?"

Mano says the first thing she can think of, "I was watching a horror movie. That's why I didn't hear the doorbell at first."

Takagi normally would give her friend the benefit of the doubt, but not today.

She's clearly lying. If she was watching a horror movie, she wouldn't look so freaked out. She also would have invited me in earlier and wouldn't have closed the door. That notebook is clearly Nishikata's, and I'm pretty sure that scream came from him too. Is he that upset about earlier? No, that's not it.

Taking a second to put 2 and 2 together, Takagi comes to a conclusion.

I see. That is Nishikata's notebook, and he didn't want me to know about any of his plans. That's really sweet. Maybe I should go talk to him.

Takagi laughs to herself and asks, "Okay, where is he? Where's Nishikata? I want to talk with him."

Mano goes even paler.

Crap! What do I do now? She knows. Man, is this what Nishikata has to go through on a daily basis? I feel for him now. Guess I have no choice. It would be pointless to lie to her now.

Mano lets out the biggest sigh of her life. She mumbles "Please forgive me, Nishikata", before saying to Takagi, "He's upstairs in my room. Please be gentle with him."

Takagi nods and opens the door, walking inside, Mano following closely behind. Before Takagi can go up the stairs, however, she is stopped by Mano for a brief second.

"Before you go see him, I have to ask. What did you want when you first came here?"

Takagi whispers, "To talk about that photo you took. But that can wait until later."

Takagi makes her way upstairs, followed by Mano. Mano knocks on her door to get Nishikata's attention.

"Nishikata, I'm sorry. About everything that's happened. But we have a guest. The floor is yours…Takagi."

Takagi enters the room and sees Nishikata on Mano's bed, his face and eyes red from a mixture of anger and crying. She sees several dents in Mano's pillow as well. Takagi silently grabs Nishikata's notebook from Mano's hand and gives it back to Nishikata.

"Here. I only saw a glimpse of what's on here. I didn't read it."

Nishikata wipes away the remaining tears from his face and takes back his "idea book".

Takagi gives Nishikata a concerned look and asks, "Are you okay, Nishikata? I don't think I've ever seen you so upset."

Nishikata puts his "idea book" away and says, "I should be asking you the same question."

Takagi blushes again, and this time, Nishikata sees it.

"You mean earlier today, right?"

Nishikata nods his head.

Taking a deep breath, Takagi says, "In truth, I thought about you in a more adult way, and it made me blush. The class saw and that made me even more embarrassed. That's why I was avoiding you."

Nishikata simply blinks. Mano gives Nishikata a smile and says, "I told you she wasn't mad at you."

Turning towards Takagi, Mano says, "Nishikata thought you were mad at him and wouldn't want to talk to him ever again. I admit, I found the thought so ridiculous that I couldn't help but laugh. You should have seen the glare Nishikata gave me when I was done laughing. It looked like he was ready to just kill somebody. I understand though; he opened up to me and I just laughed. I think that's part of the reason he's so upset right now."

Looking at Nishikata again, Mano says, "I don't think I can apologize enough for that. I'm sorry, Nishikata."

Nishikata gives Mano a blank stare, then after about 30 seconds, he nods. Taking another minute to compose himself, Nishikata turns towards Takagi.

"I'm happy to know that you don't hate me or anything. The thought of losing your friendship for any reason is…heartbreaking. That being said, there is something I want to ask you. I just don't think this is the right moment. I want to ask you on Valentine's Day. Will you let me ask it?"

Takagi looks stunned, but only for a moment. She gives Nishikata a big smile and says "absolutely". Nishikata smiles back, his first smile since Takagi's sudden appearance.

Gathering her courage, Takagi looks at Nishikata and says, "I know this would be more fitting on Valentine's Day after you ask your question, but I want to apologize for making you worry so much today. Would it be alright if…?"

Takagi bites her bottom lip before asking, "…if we shared our first kiss right now?"

Nishikata gulps at the out-of-nowhere question before nodding his head. Both Takagi and Nishikata close their eyes before their lips crash together. Mano thinks about taking their picture before shaking her head and leaving the room, giving them some privacy. Takagi feels like she's in heaven, floating from her gentle lip-lock. Nishikata feels electricity running up and down his spine, and a tingly sensation on his lips. Suddenly, Takagi wraps her arms around Nishikata's neck, bringing Nishikata even closer, deepening the kiss, wanting to feel him more. Nishikata places his hands on her hips, enjoying the feeling of her being so close. Unfortunately, and to his great shame and embarrassment, his rocket also enjoyed the close contact and decided to assemble itself. Feeling said starship coming together, Takagi breaks the kiss, but enjoys the feeling of being on top of Nishikata for a moment longer before getting off of him completely.

Nishikata is red from head to toe, too embarrassed to speak, much less look at Takagi. Takagi, against her better judgement, looks at Nishikata's rocket for a moment before averting her gaze, a blush rapidly filling her face as well. To their further embarrassment, Mano reenters the room, and sees Nishikata's rocket as well as Takagi and Nishikata's blush. Quickly exiting the room in her own embarrassment, Mano goes downstairs and begins setting up for her date with Nakai. To her dismay, she does have one thought about what she had just seen.

I hope Nakai's is that big when we finally take that step together in a few years' time.

Back in Mano's room, Nishikata and Takagi are both looking everywhere but each other. Unable to take the silence and awkwardness anymore, Nishikata bursts out, "Okay, we can both see that Nishikata Jr. came to play. It's awkward for us both. But can we forget about that for now?"

Takagi nods, looks Nishikata in the eyes and says, "Sure. Um, that kiss was awesome. I'm glad I got to share that moment with you. To be honest, I always wanted my first kiss to be with you. You cannot believe how happy I am right now that I did get to have my first kiss with you."

Nishikata looks at Takagi, smiles, and says, "Yeah, that was incredible. If "Jr" didn't come to play, I'd say that we should kiss again."

Takagi smirks and says, "You should write that down as part of your plans." In a voice mimicking Nishikata's, Takagi continues with, "Kiss Takagi-san and make her happy".

Nishikata blushes, then smirks.

"Maybe I should write down 'get Takagi-san a dirty magazine and a shirtless picture of me' instead considering how many times you bring that up, Ms. Perverted. Don't think I wasn't listening to your explanation earlier. I can't believe that the image of me making love to you is what made you avoid me all day."

Takagi blushes from head to toe, and her jaw drops, along with Mano's, who overhears the conversation from the bottom of the stairs.

Mano collects herself for a moment then laughs.

That was unexpected. Who would have thought Nishikata had it in him to say something like that?

Takagi has a similar thought when she finally composes herself. Takagi shakes her head and says, "Okay Nishikata. You win this round." She then laughs out loud.

Nishikata's smirk gets more deviant looking. He says, "If I win, I guess that means I win the usual. Hmm, what should I have you do?"

Nishikata deadpans again and says, "I guess I'll have you do…me. When we're older of course."

Takagi gives Nishikata a surprised look when he said "me" but bursts out laughing when he said his second sentence. Nishikata can't help but laugh out loud with her.

After 5 minutes of straight laughing, Nishikata wipes the tears from his eyes and says, "Okay, in all seriousness, since this is my first real win over you, it should be something special. So, while I was joking about doing me…for now…what I really want you to do is spend as much of Valentine's Day with me as possible."

Takagi shakes her head and says, "Looks like I'm not the only one with adult things on the mind. That said, of course I'll spend Valentine's Day with you. Matter of fact, I want to spend it with you so much that I'll let you decide something else for me to do. 2 for 1 first win special if you will."

Nishikata blushes again and says, "Careful how you word that. If we were older and legal, I might take that in a different way. And Nishikata Jr.'s never going to leave if we keep talking about that stuff."

Mano, from her position at the bottom of the stairs, says, "Yeah, Takagi, you need to let the rocket launch be canceled. I need you two out of my house by 6. I have my own date to get to, you know. So, let rocket man be."

To even out the embarrassment, Mano adds in, "Oh, and if things don't work out between me and Nakai and you two are still going strong, when were older, I'd be more than happy doing the 2 for 1 special. That sounds fun. Besides, while it was only a glimpse, I liked what I saw."

Mano laughs and sits down in her living room, waiting to hear the fallout of the chaos she just started.

Inside Mano's room, Takagi and Nishikata both have their jaws dropped, blushes overtaking their faces. Oh, and Nishikata's rocket got reassembled real quick at Mano's latest words.

Takagi clears her throat and says, "Well, Nishikata, I think I'll be going. You need to let "Nishikata Jr." calm down, and my presence isn't helping. But that kiss was fun. I can't wait to see what you have in store for Valentine's Day."

Takagi gives Nishikata one last, quick kiss before leaving the room. She walks down the stairs, says to Mano, "Can't wait to compare your man's rocket to my man's rocket" and leaves, relishing in the blush on Mano's face.

10 minutes later, Nishikata's body has calmed down enough to move. He grabs his chocolates, and after making sure he has everything he bought, walks down the stairs. He gives Mano a hug, says, "Thanks for everything. It looks like it all worked out in the end. Have fun on your date tonight" and walks out of Mano's house.

Mano blushes again at the reminder of her date, but says goodbye to Nishikata, and after seeing him hop on his bike and head home, closes the door and sighs.

Yep, definitely like what I saw. Even if Nakai and I are still together, maybe we could have some group sex…or swap partners. I'm sure Nakai and Nishikata would like that. I know I certainly would. Just hope Takagi would be into it.

Blushing from head to toe herself now, Mano says out loud, "Man, what am I thinking? That's years away. And I shouldn't be thinking that way anyways. I love Nakai. I should be thinking about him, not Nishikata. Ugh, I need to go lie down. These are some dangerous thoughts."

Mano goes to lie down before her date. Before she does though, she gets some of her hormones out in a very teenager-ish way.
