"Quite the change of scenery."

Mark smiled at that.

"It was all for the best, really. East End had plenty of opportunities for a teenage boy to get into trouble, but far fewer to stay out of it."

Still wondering what this was all about, Mark paused briefly, then dove in.

"You said there was a couple of things?"

"I did indeed. Congratulations. You're about to be teamed with a partner. After they complete their initial run-throughs and such."

Napoleon felt slightly guilty that he couldn't say more when Mark's face lit up at the news.
