Ohmygosh ohmygosh ohmygosh ohmygosh!, said The Collector to himself in a frantic.
The Collector apporached the nerve-wrecked boy and gently put her hand on his shoulder, and smiled at him sympathetically. The Collector looked at her eyes, glimmering like the stars in the sky. He looked down and calmed down at the last minute.
"Um... thank you, for- you know... saving my life," he said, still blushing a little.
"You're welcome, Collector," said the girl in return.
"How do you know my name?" asked The Collector.
"I'm from the same species, you dummy," said the girl with a chuckle.
She then started flying around the hallway, demonstrating her magic in action. Little by little, the tricks she would do would impress The Collector with awe and amazement. Little shooting stars, orbiting miniature meteorites with light auras around them, she could even telekinetically lift the stars with her mind from the greatest of distances. The Collector was impressed by her prowess. The more and more the girl showcased her magic, the more calm the boy was.
"That was amazing," exclaimed The Collector with excitement.
"Thanks. My name's Coco by the way," said Coco.
"It's really nice to meet you," The Collector replied.
Coco then started noticing how much The Collector was blushing. She giggled and sat down on a balcony of the castle nearby. The Collector sat next to her. She never looked so beautiful before in her life, and the boy's internal conflict was melting away every second. He smiled as he sighed romantically the more he looked at her. As they two were gazing at the stars, Coco looked at The Collector.
"So... what was the deal with VC?"
"I don't know what he wanted from me. All I know is that he had some business with my dad... and then he said he wanted revenge. I don't know why, but I'm scared," said The Collector.
Coco sighed with sympathy. She notices how nervous The Collector was, and began remembering a similar situation she had. At first, she had trust issues with boys because of how some used her for their own, sick, twisted pleasure. Looking at The Collector, she began to realize that not all boys are manipulative. Some have good in it, and thus have good traits which subverts her expectations.
"I kinda has a similar situation that happened to me once."
"What was it about?"
"Trust issues... with other boys. But, you're alright Collector."
"Heh... I had no idea you had trust issues."
"Now you do."
The Collector smiled at her, there was something so gentle, so kind and honest about Coco, every time look at each other it felt like a warm blanket wrapping around them like a burrito of coziness.
About a good six minutes later, The Collector had introduced Coco to his dad. Later on, as The Collector explained how he and Coco met, Stellarking patted his boy on the head. After Coco explained her history with VC, The Collector and Stellarking understood why she had trust issues to begin with. Word was spreading around about Vrius Claw's attempted revenge plot, and the word was spreading faster than a cosmic fire. Even so, the Legion had informed the townfolk of Bonesborough and people were afraid. They all began to brace for what was to come. Well... not everyone in town was afraid, but they were quite aware of the beast's prescence. In the meantime, The Collector and Coco looked at a meteor shower. Coco thought it to be a good idea to fly through themjsut so they could cruise the stars. The Collector was nervous but as Coco looked at him and smiled, he smiled back.
"I'll fly with you to the ends of the Earth, my beloved Coco," said The Collector as he held Coco's hand. At that instant, they started flying through the stars together.
