Okay so after reading over chapter 4 to see how I can change it so that Eraserhead doesn't erase Wade Spider-Quirk, I've come to the realization that you all may not have fully read the chapter and skipped over one vital part. When he first attempted to throw the ball, Wade was going to use one for all to power his throw. And when he did throw the ball, Eraserhead nullified One for All, not Spider. Meaning Wade was still using his spider powers when he threw the ball 46 m. Which is close to 50 yards! Which is still a long way to throw something. This gave the illusion that Aizawa erased both of his quirks when he only erased one, and Wade was confused because One for All should have made the ball travel much farther than he originally threw it.

So basically, Aizawa did NOT erase Wade's Spider powers. Only One for All at that moment. However, to keep people from bitching about it, I changed it to 100 yards.

Oh, and we made it to 800 FAVORITES AND FOLLOWS, EVERYONE! Making this my second most successful story of all time!

Eat it, haters!

HEROES OF TOMORROW

Issue #26: One for All

"Are you here to kill me for a second time, All Might?"

That was the question asked by the monstrously powerful villain, All for One. The force of both of their attacks created a gust of wind so powerful that it sent everyone around them flying away. Wade yelled as his body was sent flying into a wall. The dust kicked up by the two superpowered humans created a dust cloud that covered the entire area. Even the secret rescue team had to brace themselves against the winds.

As smoke enveloped the area, Wade groaned in pain as he looked at the two superhumans as they faced one another. All for One stood up straight, staking his wrist as if loosening it up. "It took you long enough to find us. It was only five kilometers from the bar to here, and yet it was at least 30 seconds after I sent the Nomus that you arrived. You have gotten weaker, All Might."

All Might was on one knee, glaring at the villain. "You're one to talk. It's kind of difficult to ignore that fancy life-support mask you've got on. Aren't you overexerting yourself?"

Pulling him out of the wall, Wade looked on at the two rivals with his jaws dropped. All Might was super strong, but this guy held him back with his bare hands! This was the real deal. AFO was the real deal.

Standing up, All Might did some light warm up stretches, like hopping on his toes. "I'm not going to repeat the mistake I made five years ago. You hear me? I'm going to take Young Walker back, break the mind control you have over his father, and make sure that you're locked up for the rest of your miserable life! Right along with your despicable League of Villains!" He yelled, charging at All for One at full speed with a fist ready to knock his light out.

"Sounds like you got your work cut out for you." All for One said as he raised his arm up towards All Might. His arm suddenly puffed up and swelled with red and black electricity coursing around it. Then, just like how he took out the Pro Heroes, AFO unleashed a sonic blast of air at All Might the moment his fist was inchs from his arm. Stopping the Hero in place before sending him flying back through multiple building. Causing them to fall over and collapse.

"ALL MIGHT!" Wade watched in horror as this happened. He couldn't believe what he was seeing. His attention was brought back to All for One as he looked at his hand.

"Hm. Air Cannon plus Spring-like Limbs. Kinetic Booster times four. Strength Enhancer times three. What a delightful combination. Maybe a few more enhancers next time." The villain listed off the Quirks he had used in that blast.

Wade's eyes widened even more as he realized what that meant. He wasn't just using multiple Quirks, but combining them.

"Don't worry, Walker. It'll take more than that to kill your 'Symbol of Peace.' Get off the battlefield, Tomura. And take that child with you." All for One told his successor and he raised his hand. His fingertips turned black with red veiny lines before they sprouted tendrils that shot towards Kurogiri's unconscious body and stabbed into him. "Kurogiri, warp them away."

The man's body started twitching. "Be careful!" Magne exclaimed. "One of the Heroes messed him up and he's unconscious. I'm not sure what's going on, but if you can teleport, why don't you get out of here?"

"My warp power is still new, Magne." AFO said. "There is much I need to learn about it. Its distance is limited and while he can teleport to specific coordinates, I only transport people to and from my own location. Or, with focus, to or from someone I'm very familiar with. That is all. It's easier to have Kurogiri do it."

The Warp Villain's head started to change form, until it created a large portal behind the villains.

"Forcible Quirk Activation. Leave this place."

"What about you?" Shigaraki asked. Right after he said that, there was an explosion coming from where All Might was sent flying. The Hero then shot high into the air, before yelling as he used a blast of his power to send himself flying towards All for One.

Seeing his nemesis coming at him, All for One floated up. "You're not thinking, Tomura. There remains much room for you to grow." He said to the man as he watched his master go to face the enemy.

"You're mine!" All Might yelled as he aimed a punch at the villain. However, just as before, All for One blocked the attack wih his hand.

"Master!"

"Let's go, Shigaraki." Mr. Compress said, compressing Dabi's body down into a marble. "While our masked lead is keeping All Might entertained, claim your prize."

Snapping out of watching All Might fight, Wade turned to his left to see the rest of the League of Villains staring at him. "Six against one? This isn't going to be easy." Wade said, grinning as he looked all around himself.

But he knew that he was in a bad position. They had him surrounded on all sides by six sinister (AN: :D) villains that were gonna drag him through that portal whether he wanted to or not. But he couldn't fight back with his powers. Just as the chief of police said, he was only a Hero-in-Training, so it was against the law for him to injure the villains. But right now, he may not have any other option but to stand his ground. And then there was his father. He knew where he was going. He had to get him back. This would be his only and best chance to do so.

All for One said something about a mindwipe. Did that mean the programming in his head could only last a certain amount of time before he started remembering. Wade didn't know, and he didn't care. His father was here, and Wade will not be denied his chance to get him back.

"ALL MIGHT!" He yelled to the Number #1 Hero, getting his attention as he struggled against All for One. "I know where my father is! I have to go after him!"

"You will do no such thing!" All Might yelled, jumping away from his nemesis and flying towards Wade. However, he was soon dodging the tendrils sprouting from All for One's hands.

Feeling his senses alerting him, Wade looked back at the villain and saw Twice throwing his tape measure at him. Wade quickly dodged it, before he saw Toga coming at him. Grinning at him with a lusting expression, the girl swung and slashed at him wildly. But Wade's sense allowed him to be one step away from her slashes and keep her from cutting him.

When she rushed forward to stab him, Wade quickly ran over her. In the air, he shot a web-line at her back and yanked himself towards her, kicking Toga in the back and sending her away. "Listen! I don't know what the villains are planning, but it's nothing good!" He yelled to All Might before Mr. Compress charged at him. Looking down, Wade saw he was standing on a steel support beam. The young man stumped on it as hard as he could, bending it and sending the other end of it up. Mr. Compress didn't even have time to stop himself before he raced face first into the beam. The villain yelled out in pain, before Wade rushed in and punched him in the face.

Wade then looked back to All Might and placed his hand on his head. "Daniel is my dad! I have to be the one to stop him! I don't know what All for One has planned, but I can reach out to him! I have to!" He yelled in a pleading voice before Spinner charged at Wade with a sword resembling a katana. He gasped and at the last second stopped the weapon by clapping his hands on the blade.

"Just stay there! I'm coming for you!" All Might yelled, running towards Wade to get him out here. But he was stopped when All for One's tendrils stabbed him in the back.

"I don't think so. Because I am here!" All for One said mockingly, using All Might's catch phrase against him as he flung the Hero towards a nearby building.

It wasn't long however when helicopters from news outlets started coming in. It wasn't hard to know that something big was happening when multiple blocks were destroyed, multiple police and Heroes were fighting multiple Nemu, and All Might was seene with them. All their cameras turned towards the battlefield and broadcasted what was going on. Everyone in the city and other parts of Japan tuned in to watch what was going on, including Heroes, the staff at U.A., and the classmates of Class 1-A.

They couldn't believe what they were seeing. All Might was fighting a villain most have never seen before. And what's worse, he was struggling against this guy. And then there was Wade. He was surrounded on all sides by the League of Villains, and appeared to be struggling to get away from them. The news anchors on all channels asked out loud why he didn't just use his powers to beat them. But they knew he couldn't because of the law. The same law that was going to get him killed.

As the secret rescue team watched the fight from where they were standing, they were asking themselves why he wouldn't get away. He could easily turn invisible and get away, so why stay and fight when they knew he couldn't use his powers against them?

"Just deal with All for One, and I'll get my father! Please, give me permission to do it!" Wade yelled, looking at All Might with pleading eyes. He was distracted when Magne came at him and tried to kick him. However, Wade her leg by wrapping his arm around it. Growling in anger, he brought his elbow down on her knee, hard. Mage cried out in pain until Wade let her go and bashed her face with his knee.

Twice and Mr. Compress charged at him from both left and right. At the same time, Toga threw multiple knives at Wade. Wade quickly jumped out of the way, making the first two villains run in the path of the knives. They freaked out and ducked to the ground to avoid getting killed.

"I'm taking your legs from you!" Shigaraki yelled, running at Wade. This had gone on long enough, and he was getting impatient. If the city wanted to see Wade lose a limb to get his point across, then so be it.

"First you have a hand fetish, now a leg one! You're sick, man!" Wade quipped as he grabbed a piece of rebar from the ground.

Swinging it like a baseball bat, he hit Shigaraki in the face. However, while he sensed it, he wasn't able to react fast enough when Spinner rushed at him and kicked Wade across the face. This threw him off his balance for only a moment, but it was enough for Magne to grab the back of Wade's head. Wade yelled as he elbowed her in the fast.

"You little punk!" Magne punched Wade in the side, making him yell out in pain.

Spinner came at Wade again to help his teammate hold him down, but Wade kicked himself off the ground and thrusted his legs at the lizard villain. Kicking him in the chest and sending him flying back, and launching Wade back into Magne's chest and knocking her on her back. Wade quickly got away from her and Toga came at him again. But the Spider-Man was ready for the crazy girl and grabbed her arm, turned around, and threw her on top of Magne. Twice threw his measuring tape again at Wade, making him jump out of the way of it again. However, the razor-shape tool got close enough to rip across Wade's long-sleeve blue shirt.

Wade stubbled back a bit and put a hand on his chest before his scene alerted him for the hundredth time. Looking to his left, Wade saw Shigaraki coming at him again. Intending on disintegrating his arms and dragging him through the portal. But Spider-Man would not have it. Dodging Shigaraki's hand, Wade delivered an upper-cut punch under the villain's chin.

But it was then that all five fingers on Shigaraki's left hand grazed up against Wade's arm. It was only a small touch, but it was enough to make Wade's skin crack and fall away from his arm.

"AAAAAAAAAAAHH!" Wade yelled in agony as he clenched his arm. The girls in hiding had to be held down by the boys and their mouths covered when they heard their boyfriend's cry of pain. Everyone watching on their tv screens, including Inko, his teachers, and his classmates, gasped in shock and horror as they saw Wade receive the injury.

"WADE!" All Might yelled while shielding himself from All for One's tendrils.

Wade grunted in pain as he looked at his wound. The skin on where the villain had touched was gone, exposing his connective tissue, as the skin around the opening was cracked. However, it could have been worse, were it not for his Spider-Quirk.

"Dammit!" Wade growled, looking at the villains as they regained themselves. He couldn't fight the six of them without using Battle Focus. If it wasn't for the law to make him wait for All Might's permission. Wade had to escape to find his father.

He tried turning invisible, when Magne acted quickly. "Oh, no you don't!" She yelled, pulling out a large magnet as tall as a notebook from her back pocket. She aimed it at Wade and used her Quirk. Wade's invisible body turned blue, and he was sent flying across the battlefield and slamming into the wall near where the rescue team was highing behind.

Reappearing again, Wade groaned in pain as he slid to the ground. Panting, his mind raced to figure out what to do next. At the same time, Bakugo, who was still holding back Ochako, watched him from behind the wall through a hold in it. They had heard everything, but still couldn't believe that Wade was willing to ask All Might to rescue his father on his own.

However, out of everyone, including Wade's girlfriends, Bakugo could understand why. And for what was likely the first time in his life, Bakugo looked at the dark-haired boy with a look of empathy.

That same empathy was felt by All Might. Wade could have tried to get away sooner. All this time he could have been thinking of ways to escape.

But he didn't.

Wade wanted All Might to tell him to go after Ghost. He was willing to fight off the villains just to hear All Might tell him what he needed to hear. Truly believing that he could bring his father back from his brainwashing. However, it put All Might in a tough place, nevermind how he was trying to handle All for One. Letting Wade go would mean letting him go into a dangerous situation without any guarantee of success.

It was a suicide mission, but one that Wade had already made up his mind about. And the Hero knew whether or not he agreed, Wade was going after his father the moment he got away from the villain.

So, might as well let him go all out.

"Don't make me regret this…Wade!" All Might called out to him while shielding his face from the black and red tendrils. Wade looked at his mentor with wide eyes. "As your teacher, I'm granting you special permission to engage the villains in combat, and to find your father!"

This made the eyes of the Spider-Man and the other high school kids open wide. Was he serious?! Did he really just tell his student to fight back and go after a villain?

All Might smiled at his student and said just that. "Go save your father."

Wade grinned as he clenched his fists. "Best thing I heard all day."

"You really think we're going to let you get away from us that easily?" Shigaraki asked as he and the villains started advancing towards him.

"Funny. I was hoping you'd say that. You bastards want to stop me? Fine!" Wade shouted as he stood to his feet. His girlfriends and the others watched with wide eyes as he, surrounded by the villains, activated Battle Focus and rushed at them at high speeds. "I'LL TAKE YOU ALL ON!"

Everyone hiding behind the wall and watching on their TV screens watched as Wade punched Shigaraki in the face with an electrically charged punch at high speeds. Sending him flying back before Wade used his webs to pull him back and kick him in the chest. As Shigaraki flew away from Wade, the Spider-Man twirled around and shot web lines at Magne. He yanked himself towards her and slammed his knee into her face. However, he stuck to her and grabbed her head to electrocute her. Wade jumped off her, before Toga tried to attack him. But Wade wasn't having any of it. He kicked the knife out of hand, charged his bioelectricity into his fist, and punched her in the face.

"Holy shit!" Spinner yelled, completely taken aback that the kid would use his powers. He didn't even have time to react when Wade came flying at him and kicked him in the face.

"Sounds like this is a good time for reinforcements! I'm so lonely!" Twice exclaimed as he spread his arms out and shot a dark-coloured, viscous fluid from his hands. They turned into clones of Spinner and Toga, which created their own clones. This was his Quirk: Double.

Wade saw the clones coming at him and jumped high into the air. Charging the bioelectricity into his arms, he came back down towards the ground and slammed his fist into it. Creating a shockwave of electricity that knocked all the clones away and destroyed them. Standing up, he looked to Mr. Compress, who just stood there and stared at him.

"Boo!"

"Aah!" Compress yelped as he tripped over and was about to fall down when Wade shot his web at him. Then he sent an electric current down the length of it and zapped him.

"Alright! Time to get dad!" Wade said with a grin as he tried jumping high in the air with his Battle Focus still activated.

"Not so fast!" Magne suddenly sat back up and pointed the large magnet she had at Wade. Once again, Wade was magnetized, but this time, he was pulled towards Magne. Unable to escape, he was forced to turn his body around and put his arms up in an X to shield himself from the punch the villain gave him.

Yelling in pain, Wade was sent rolling on the ground. Coming to a stop, he groaned as he picked himself back up. He growled in frustration.

"Come, let's go!" Mina said, just about to jump over the wall. However, she was stopped when Kirishima grabbed her around the waist and pulled her back.

"Wait!" He whispered loudly, setting her back down.

"What do you mean 'wait'?" Ochaco asked, looking at him incredulously. "All Might gave us the go!"

"No, he gave Wade the go! No one even knows we're here." Iida said.

"So what? Are we just gonna sit around and do nothing?" Bakugo asked, glaring at him.

As Momo watched the fight, she sucked in her teeth in frustration. With that magnet villain's Quirk pulling him back every time he tried to get away, Wade was stuck. So what now? They couldn't fight back, being only Heroes-in-Training. If they had an opening, they could swoop in and grab her beloved boyfriend. Allowing All Might to use all of his power to beat All for One. But how? All the possible plans she could come up with wouldn't work. What would Wade do?

Momo's eyes then widened as she remembered how All Might came flying onto the battlefield. And her great mind went to work on how they would get Wade out of there. From what she could see, the magnet villain can't magnetize anyone in a certain range.

"I've got an idea." She told the others.

"You can't fight them. I won't let you!" Iida said. The kids flinched as a Toga clone slammed into the wall behind them and splattered in a muddy mess.

"We don't have to fight then. All we have to do is get Wade away from the villains."

Todoroki stared at Momo and nodded. "What's your plan?"

Wade yelled as he rocketed towards Magne to take her out, but was stopped by Compress getting in the way. "Damn it!" Wade yelled, twirling around with his legs pointing at the villain. Kicking him in the chest and launching himself away from the two of them.

"You're mine!" Twice and a couple of his teammates' clones said as they surrounded Wade. They charged at him, but Wade quickly jumped out of the way by jumping up into the air and away from them.

He was then forced to dodge another barrage of slashes and stabs from the real Toga, who smiled at him with a blush. Suddenly, his spidey senses tingled before he turned over his shoulder and saw Shigaraki trying to ambush him from behind. But Wade grabbed him by his arm and threw him over, sending the villain crashing into Toga.

At the same time, All Might grunted as he and All for One traded blows. They clashed their fists and pushed against each other, creating a mini shock wave and created a crater in the ground they were standing in. "Are you holding back against me? Trying to keep the boy from being blown away?" All for One taunted. All Might jumped away from the villain. "You've put yourself in quite the predicament. So how will the Hero prevail?"

Wade blasted another clone away as he looked at All Might. He knew that he was in the worst possible place to be for his teacher. With him still unable to get away from the villains, All Might wouldn't be able to all out and beat All for One. He had to take out Magne or do something to distract her long enough to get away from her power. But he couldn't with her teammates guarding her.

And then, just as all hope seems lost, the wall where the rescue team was at was smashed through by Kirishima. This got the attention of everyone.

"Now!" Kirishima yelled, jumping back and landing himself on something wooden. It was a snow sled, with Mina landing down in the front, Kirishima in the middle, and Iida and Bakugo in the back!

Todoroki then shocked the six villains by creating a huge slab of ice in the form of a ramp that reached up extremely high. Ochaco used her Quirk on the sled to make it weightless. "Go!"

"Let's go, Bakugo!" Iida said, as the thrusters in his legs roared and fired to life.

"Don't tell me what to do!" Bakugo yelled, before using his explosions to propel them forward at extremely fast speeds. Mina quickly spread the tall ice ramp with her acid, adding more speed to their sled.

Wade watched his friends as they shot high into the air. Going at a height that the villains could never hope to reach. All for One got distracted by the kids and was about to intervene, but All Might stopped him with a punch to the face.

"WADE!" Mina screamed down to him.

"COME ON!" Kirishima held out his hand.

Seeing his chance, Wade grinned as he activated Battle Focus and concentrated on the power in his legs. Shigaraki saw this and ran to stop him, but it was in vain. Wade squatted down and jumped as high as he could into the air. But he wasn't going to make it. So, he fired two lines at the sled. The lines stuck to the bottom of the sled and Kirishima's head.

"Man do I miss you guys!" Wade shouted with a big grin on his face.

"What?!" Spinner shouted in confusion as the sled pulled Wade through air like a skyhook.

However, it was in the sky that Wade noticed something in the distance. Looking to his right, he caught sight of the Kamino observation tower. It was a tall building with a thin body with a large glass dome at the very top. That's it! That's where his father was.

"Guys, we've got to go towards that tower!" Wade yelled to the kids on the sled.

"Uh, can we please land on the ground first?" Mina asked, looking down at the ruined city as the sled passed over it.

"She's right." Iida said as their combined weight started pushing the sled down towards the ground. "Bakugo, we'll have to…"

"Who the hell put you in charge!?" Bakugo interrupted him.

"Can we please not fight right now!?" Kirishima asked, leaving the villains in the dust as they watched Wade get away. Meanwhile, the other students watched as their friend made their escape.

"They made it!" Ochaco whispered.

"Just as we thought. All eyes on them." Todoroki said before looking at the girls. "This is our chance."

"Right. Let's go!" Momo said, as the three of them made their escape.

Shigaraki was absolutely furious. Everything was ruined! That boy, Wade Walker, ruined everything! This was supposed to be his moment. His time to win against the Heroes. But once again, that bug had to ruin everything. "Damn you, Wade Walker. Damn you to hell!"

Watching the kids fly away with Wade, All Might grinned. "Serious? You kids are something else."

"Don't let them get away!" Mr. Compress yelled, realizing that they were going to lose their target. "Who can do distance?"

"Kurogiri and Dabi. But, they're down!" Spinner exclaimed. That's when Magne ran over to them.

"You two, come here!" She then used her hands to create what appeared to be an electric wave with a ball of energy forming. But this was her Magnetism Quirk, which allows her to apply a magnetic force to anyone within a 4.5 meter radius, and focus on a whole body or just a part. The effect of her powers are different depending on a person's gender, with men becoming south poles and women becoming north poles.

Using it on both men, Magne pushed her hands on the back of Spinner, who allowed Compress to push his body against his. And just like when you let go of a magnet after forcing the south poles to took, Magne's power launched Mr. Compress into the air rocketing towards the kids.

"Oh, shit!" Wade yelled as he saw the villain come at him.

"Titan CLIFF!"

Suddenly, out of nowhere, Mt. Lady transformed herself into her giant state. She blocked the flight path of Compress, making him slam into her nose and break it. Despite the injury, she still stopped the villain.

"The rescue takes priority. Go on, you dumb kids." Mt. Lady groaned, before her giant body collapsed on the ground.

Wade looked back at the villains and saw they were going to try the same trick again. However, they were stopped by a blazing fast blur that knocked them all off their feet. When Spider-Man saw what it was, his eyes widened upon the sight of Gran Torino.

"'Bout time, old man." He said with a grin.

"We're about to land!" Mina said, watching as the ground started coming closer. Wade looked back to see she was right. However, still hanging from under the sled he was the first one to land on the ground, tumbling and rolling across the dirt.

To his slight ire, the sled had a slightly softer landing than him. But once it stopped moving, it fell apart.

"We…DID IT!" Mina cheerfully screamed as she jumped up and down, while the boy laid on the ground and groaned in pain.

"Righteous." Wade grumbled as he walked over to the others. Seeing her boyfriend again safe and sound, Mina teared up.

"Wade!" She screamed and ran towards him. Jumping at him, Mina wrapped her arms around Wade as he spun her around. Laughing happily as he too was so glad to see his pink girlfriend again. Wrapping her legs around him, she pelted his face and lips with kisses. "Oh, I thought I'd never see you again!"

"I'm okay, Mina. I'm here." He said with a big grin on his face as he pressed his forehead against hers and kissed her passionately. How he missed holding her in his arms. The lavender smell of her shampoo.

However, when he pulled away from her lips, his smile dropped as placed her back on the ground. Seeing the look on her boyfriend's face, she got a feeling what he was thinking. "You're still gonna do it, aren't you?"

Wade nodded. "I have to."

"No, you don't." Iida said as he and the others walked over to him. "We came all this way to save you, Wade. We can just leave…"

"I've got to save my father, Tenya. What if it was your brother?" His question took Iida by surprise, but he continued. "Put yourself in my position, and you'd want to save him too, right?" He asked his friend, trying to get him to understand why he had to go.

"Can you even be sure that you can undo what the villains did?" Kirishima asked. He wanted to help his friend, but even he wasn't sure about Wade's chances of success. From what he saw, Daniel was under All for One's thumb and didn't want to come out from under it.

"All for One said that Ghost wanted to have a mindwipe, right? What if that's what's allowing the programing to have its full effect on him? What if this is the longest he's gone without one?" Wade asked, trying to rationalize an idea that was only a theory. However, it was the only rational theory he had. "I just need to make him remember who he is. Or at the very least, remember me. I know what I'm asking for is a lot, and you all have risked a lot to get me out… but I have to do this. This is my one chance to get my dad back."

The four students looked at their friend with wide eyes as he looked at them. They could see the fear, the sadness, and the desperation in his eyes. Wade's question to Iida played in their minds. What would they do? No one in the history of superhuman society has ever had to go through what Wade's going through. To see their family's mind be twisted for evil. It was something no Hero ever wanted to see happen, and it's something no one, more less a highschool student should have to witness. Yet here they were.

"Do it." Everyone looked at Bakugo in surprise. He glared at Wade, still showing his contempt for him. However, in his eyes, Wade saw that there was a sense of understanding. "What are you waiting for, you damn bug?! This is what All Might wanted you to do right?! GO!"

Wade looked at his rival with a surprised look on his face. He's expected many things from Bakugo, but not his support. However, not having time to think about it, Wade smiled and disappeared with his Camouflage ability.

"Wait!" Iida yelled, trying to grab Wade. However, all he grabbed was empty space. His friend was already gone. "Oh, come on!"

The mission was simple: put a bullet in All Might's head the moment he was in the right position. All for One wanted to break the will of the people by having their beloved hero be killed so easily by something as simple as a bullet. And the lavish Kamino Observation Tower provided the perfect vantage point. The dome of the tower housed a gorgeous restaurant meant for the elites of the Kamino Ward Distract. Where guests and patrons could look out at the city from glass windows.

As a lone TV attached the main support broadcasted the intense fight between All Might and All for One, Ghost cleared off one of the tables. Plates and glass cups crashed on the ground as he laid down on the table. Deploying his bipod, he took aim down at the battlefield.

The moment All Might was in the perfect position, he would fire. Ending the Hero's life and completing his mission.

But then, all of sudden, one of the windows behind him was smashed through when Wade flew through it. He skidded across the floor and shot a web-line at Ghost's foot. When it connected, he pulled him away from the sniper rifle and off the table. Landing hard on the ground, Ghost pulled out a knife and cut the line.

Both father and son stood up on their feet and stared at one another. Wade looked at his father's cold glare as he mentally prepared himself for what was about to happen. Ever since learning of the brainwashing, the young man could only think about saving his dad and getting him back. How can one be truly ready for a fight like this?

"I can't let you go through with this dad. This isn't you." He said, trying to get some kind of reaction out of him. But there was none. That's when he knew that he couldn't talk his way into Daniel's head. "Please don't make me do this."

Daniel only glared at Wade. The two of them started walking in a circle, waiting for the first one to make the first move. Ghost's fist opened and clenched as Wade rubbed the tips of his fingers together. He had to pull them apart from how sticky they were, due to how tense he felt.

Then, Ghost made the first move by throwing five shurikens at Wade, each one beeping with a flashing red light. Wade quickly and easily jumped in the air and spun, dodging the weapons as they passed by him. Wade landed on the ground in a crouching pose as the throwing weapon detonated in explosions behind him. He then activated Battle Focus.

Rushing at Wade, Ghost pulled out his two pistols and started firing at him. Wade quickly jumped around, avoiding the bullets as they zoomed past him. Flip, jump, turning, anything to keep a bullet from ending up in his head. During one jump, he aimed his web-shooters at Ghost and fired two shots of webbing at them. Those webs covered the pistols and clogged the barrels.

Seeing that his weapons were useless, Ghost threw them away and painted a streak of black ink on the ground in front of him and pulled out a bo staff from it. Seeing this, Wade shot a web-line at the ground near Ghost and sent himself flying towards him. He tried to kick him in the chest, but the villain blocked his foot with his staff.

However, Wade countered this by shooting two lines at the staff and swinging himself down between his legs and out the other side. This nearly tripped over Ghost, giving Wade the opening. He kicked the villain up into the air with a backflip before jumping up after him. He upper-cut him in the chin, before trying to punch him again, but Ghost blocked the attack and wacked Wade in the chest with incredible strength, sending him flying back. But Wade quickly shot two web-lines at Daniel and slingshot himself back towards him. Kicking him in the chest and sending him flying to the ground and crashing into a table. Breaking it on impact.

Ghost just stood back up as Wade landed on a table. "I can't let you do this dad!" He yelled.

Ghost, however, pointed his bow staff at Wade. Spider-Man's senses warned him before the staff suddenly extended out at him. The staff's head slammed into the edge of the table, sending it flipping over, but Wade was able to shoot a web up at the ceiling and pull himself up. Ghost summoned more explosive shurikens and threw them at the ceiling where Wade's webbing was at. When they exploded, they sent the young hero down to the ground, where he slammed on his back, hard.

Seeing his enemy down, Ghost used his arm to break off the end of the super long staff he was holding. Using his powers, he transformed it into a sword.

Wade sat up to see his father jump high in the air and come down at him with his new sword pointed down. Wade quickly jumped out of the way before he was stabbed in the chest. Ghost stood back up and swung his sword, which became long and flexible like a whip. Wade dodged and jumped out of the way of the whip-blade, until it retracted back into a normal sword.

"Damn it, dad! Just listen to me!" Wade yelled, grabbing a table and throwing it at Daniel.

Ghost easily cuts through it like a hot knife through butter. However, his face was shot at with a burst of spider webs, blinding him for a moment, but it was enough for Wade to jump at him with electric coursing through his hands. Tackling the villain to the ground and zapping him with a control burst, before yelling as he picked him up and threw him across the restaurant. Ghost's body smashed through a black glass way and he rolled on the floor of the lavish bar room.

Growling in anger, Ghost slammed his hand on the ground and drew a pink circle. Plunging his arm into it, he drew an assault rifle from it and started shooting at Wade, forcing him to duck behind one of the support pillars of the dome.

Seeing this, the villain transformed the rifle into a M72 LAW. He fired and the rocket jetted towards the pillar and detonated in a massive explosion that rocked the observation tower.

As the dust settled, Ghost walked toward the wreckage of the pillar. His launcher, now out of a rocket, transformed into a straight-bladed katana. When the smoke cleared away, he saw the pillar was obliterated. Believing that the spider was finally killed, another blast of his master's air cannon off in the distance caught his attention. Ghost turned to walk back to the sniper rifle and finish his job.

Only for Wade to appear in front of him with his fist cocked back with his bioelectricity coursing through his veins. He yelled as he punched father in the face, sending him flying into the main support pillar. Wade then fired a web-net at him covering his body in it and pinning him to the pillar.

"I don't want to fight you dad! I'm going to get you help…" Wade stood a few feet from his father when he noticed something that caught his attention. It was the TV that Ghost turned on to monitor the fight between All Might and All for One. But what he saw on the TV made his eyes widen in horror. "...Oh God no…"

[Halo 4 OST - Arrival]

When the smoke cleared on the battlefield, All Might's skinny, true form was revealed to not just him, but to the whole world. The news stations broadcasting the battle focused on All Might's skeletal form not believing what they were seeing, but there was no doubt about it.

This was who All Might really was.

"Is—Is everyone seeing this?! It looks like All Might's been shrunk somehow!" The news reporter on the helicopter shouted.

"He ran out of time." Wade breathed out, unable to believe this was happening. A sentiment that was felt by everyone around the country and beyond. This was the secret All Might's been hiding from everyone outside of his group. The burden that he hides behind the smile. The Symbol of Peace that is afraid of nothing.

"All Might—" Wade gasped as his scene alarmed him again. He jumped out of the way of what they could only describe as a yellow giant buzzsaw rolling at him, tearing up the floor. It passed by Wade before slamming into the glass windows of the dome, splattering on impact after breaking more of the structure.

Wade looked back to see that his father was freed, and he yelled at him as he activated Battle Focus. "Are you kidding me!?"

Ghost used his powers to form a blue shoulder-mounted railgun and took aim at his son. It charged quickly and fired, Wade barely had time to get out of the way of the beam of energy. Once he did, he shot himself across the room and kicked his father in the chest.

"I'm not letting you kill All Might, dad!" Wade yelled, not letting up as both father and son got into close quarters fight. Ghost used all of his training and skills against Wade, and his son did the same. However, Wade easily dodged and blocked all the attacks and countered them with hard punches and kicks. No longer holding back as much as before. But he was still holding back and tried to not deliver heavier blows. However, he sent one last punch that knocked Daniel back a little. Both father and son panted as they stood a few feet from each other.

Seeing another chance to reach out to his father, Wade straightened his back. "Dad… you know me." He said.

…When he was suddenly grabbed by the neck by a black ink clawed hand that encased Daniel's hand. "NO I DON'T!" The man yelled, throwing his son across the restaurant. However, he wasn't done with him. He encased his other hand with ink and extended it out like a whip. Grabbing Wade around the waist, he swung him into another pillar.

Wade yelled out in pain before Daniel ran at him and pinned his chest with his arm. He glared into his son's pleading eyes as they both panted with exhaustion. He didn't know how he was able to do that with his Quirk, but he did, and it gave him so much more of an edge.

"Dad, you've known me… since the day I was born." He said, still trying his hardest to break the programming. But Daniel yelled and punched Wade in the face, sending him rolling on the ground. The building shook slightly as it started to become slightly unstable.

No longer in his Battle Focus state, Wade struggled to stand up again. But he was far from out of the fight. He charged back up Battle Focus. "Your name is… Daniel Daitan Walker."

"SHUT UP!" Daniel screamed, trying to punch Wade again. But the boy met his punch with his Venom Blast. Ghost yelled in pain as he was sent flying back again. The shockwave of the electricity being released shook the building again.

"Don't you remember the day you first laid eyes on me?!" Wade yelled at his father with a smile. If he couldn't remember him right now, then he'll start from the beginning! Ghost stood back up, still somehow able to continue fighting. "You'd just found out that mom was cheating on you with a richer man, and you came home—"

"I don't know what you're talking about!" Daniel yelled, swinging his ink covered arm out in front of him in an arch, throwing blobs of different colored ink across the floor. From them came more of those giant buzzsaws that ripped and tore apart the floor as they came towards Wade.

"Whoa!" Wade quickly jumped over them. When he landed, he saw Daniel jumping high into the air and used his arms to pull himself towards his son's position. Forming his arm into a blade, he tried cutting Wade in half, but Spider-Man jumped up towards the ceiling and ricocheted himself back towards Daniel. Slamming into his back and making him collide with the ground before shocking him with his electricity.

Jumping back, Wade continued. "She didn't even tell you about the birth! Just left me in the house with a letter telling you she'd found some man that could give her the high life she wanted. Something you couldn't!" He said as Ghost picked himself back up. "When you got home, I was all alone, crying. You were scared, afraid, but you did what she couldn't, and became the parent I needed you to be."

Ghost suddenly rushed at him and bashed Wade across the face with an ink shield. Sending him up into the air before grabbing his foot. Daniel swung him back down on the floor, before twirling around and letting Wade go. Throwing him across the room again. He slid on the floor before rolling himself onto his hands and feet.

"Storytime is over!" Daniel yelled, forming ink on his legs and feet. It solidified and turned into rocket boots. The thrusters burst to life as Ghost rockets himself towards Wade. The Spider-Man quickly dodged out of the way before being sliced in half by the arm blade of the villain. Just as his father passed by, Wade quickly shot a web-line at his leg and unleashed an electrical current down. Shocking him and forcing him to crash across the floor.

As Wade heard everyone in the city cheer out All Might's name, motivating him to keep going, the young man panted as he stared at his father. The man was nearing the end of his strength. "No. I thought your story ended over a year ago. But it hasn't. And I'm not letting it until you're good and ready, dad."

However, over at the battlefield where All for One was comforted by more Heroes that came to All Might's aid, he unleashed another blast of his air cannon. This time aimed at the ground, causing a tremor that was felt all around the city. And when the shockwave hit the Kamino Observation Tower, the results were disastrous.

The floor under Ghost, which was cut up by his giant buzzsaws, finally broke apart and started collapsing. Daniel saw this and tried to run to safety, but this just caused the floor to come undone and fall from the dome.

"DAD!" Wade yelled in terror as he saw his father fall with the debris. He quickly rushed to the edge of the destroyed floor and shot a web-line at him. Catching his arm just in time before he was out of reach. Luckily Kamino was evacuated when the fighting started, so no one was under the tower when the floor came crashing down.

Grunting, Wade started pulling his father back up. Ghost was looking at him with wide eyes as he did so. Why was he doing this? It doesn't make sense. Why is this kid, who was his enemy, trying to save him? Just like when he saved Stain from his sniper shot.

Before long, Wade successfully pulled Ghost back up inside the tower and dragged his body safely onto the floor. Exhausted, he took a step back from him, allowing the villain to stand back up on shaky legs. When he turned his head to Wade, the young man sighed. "I will not fight you. You're my dad, and I love you."

Hearing that made Ghost pause. Once again, he's still calling him his father. Was that it? Was that the damn reason he's so desperate to stop him from completing his mission? Because he still thinks that he's something he's not?! "NO I'M NOT!"

Ghost grabbed Wade by his shirt's collar, spun around, and slammed him against the ground with his head hanging off the edge.

"My master is all I have!" He proclaimed, punching Wade in the face as hard as he could. "He gave me everything!" Again, he punched the young student, making blood fly from Wade's mouth. "A purpose! My powers! A LIFE!" Ghost yelled in frustration and rage as he pummeled the Spider-Man's face. Only stopping after that last sentence.

With his face battered slightly, Wade panted as he looked up at his father. "Funny you said that… because that's the same thing you gave me… a life too." He quipped wholeheartedly.

Ghost growled in anger and cocked his fist back, forming a blade on his arm. He was going to thrust it into Wade Walker's chest and finally get rid of him once and for all!

"You said it… yourself." Wade said. Ghost paused as he looked at Wade's face. Shocked to see he had tears in his eyes and a smile. "With great power… there must come… great responsibility…"

Ghost stared at him, until his eyes widened.

[Song ends here]

It was never meant to be this way.

Daniel was certain that for once in his life, he had everything figured out. He was going to start a family, get a good job, and have a life he can be proud of.

But at 20, his life had officially gone down the drain. Bitterly, he reread the heartless letter his now ex-wife left him. The fighter was sitting alone on the sofa of his apartment's living room. Asking himself over and over again how he did not see the signs of her cheating on him. What was supposed to be the happiest day of his life turned into the most miserable day. So many thoughts were running through his head like a speeding bullet train. All of which were a variant of 'what was he going to do?' or 'why did this all happen?'.

Normally, he would have drunk himself to sleep. Something to dull the pain. But there was something that kept him from going through with it.

More specifically… someone.

Daniel's attention was caught by the sound of a baby's crying. He looked to see it was coming from the crib that the fighter bought for when his child was born. And born he was. A healthy baby boy with the same sea-green eyes as his father. Walking up to the crib, Daniel gently picked up his son and grabbed a bottle of baby formula.

With his crying son in his arms and the bottle in one hand, Daniel sat back down on the sofa. He gave the rubber tip to him and the boy started sucking on it. As he watched him drink, Dan smiled lovingly at him. He was a father and his child was healthy. That's all that mattered to him, no matter how miserable he was.

"It's just you and me against the world, huh?" He asked melancholically. But then Daniel thought of something. Reaching over to the letter, he looked at it again to see if there were any names on it. The fighter sighed in disappointment. "Didn't even bother to give you a name."

That's when he noticed one of his old comic books on the nightstand next to the couch. It was one of his favorites growing up, enough though sci-fi comics were as popular in a superhuman society.

It was simply called "Beyond", and it was about the daring adventures of astronaut Wade Watney as he explored the galaxy and went on amazing adventures.

The comic was cheesy as hell, but was a charming kind of cheesy. Daniel smiled as he remembered reading all the adventures Wade would get himself into and some of the people he would meet. Most of which were hot alien girls. However, one quote from the comics has always stuck with him.

'At some point, it's going to seem like the universe has failed you. You can either lay down and accept it, or get to work.'

Daniel looked back to his son, who had finished drinking the formula and was now sleeping. Placing the comic down, he removed the bottle and set it aside. "Don't worry, we're gonna fix that right now." He said, wiping away the bit of formula from the baby's lips. "Just know that from here, now and forever, I'll always love you…"

[Kengan Ashura OST - Tears of Sadness]

"...Wade."

Drops of tears fell down on Wade's cheeks. He felt them, but didn't bother wiping them away, not that he was in a position to do so. The moment he heard his name, he stared up at Ghost in shock and awe.

Daniel was crying as he looked down at his son. "Wade?"

"Dad?" Wade asked, almost afraid to speak again if this was some kind of trick. But he couldn't stop himself. "Dad, is that you?"

Suddenly he was pulled up and Daniel instantly wrapped his arms around his son before bursting into loud, tearful sobs as he clung himself to him. Wade was stunned at first, until he realized that it wasn't a trick, and hugged him back and cried.

"Oh my God, Wade…I…Oh my God, son. I'm…I'm so sorry!" Daniel sobbed, running his fingers through his son's hair as he started kissing his head. Pulling away from the hug, Daniel cupped Wade's battered face, horrified by what he's done to him. "I-I didn't know what I was doing! I never would have… Oh God, what've I done?!"

"Dad… it's not you who should be sorry… it's me." Wade shook his head with a big smile on his face.

"But I hurt you! Wade, I tried to kill you!" Daniel cried, trying to hold back his sobs.

"Yeah, but you wouldn't be here if it wasn't for me!" Wade exclaimed. He hung his head down as he kept sobbing. "Everything that happened to you was all my fault! If I'd just done things differently, just said the right things… I almost lost you because of me!"

"Wade, look at me." His body trembled as he continued crying, but Wade did as Daniel requested. The father smiled as he looked upon his son. "I've forgiven you a long time ago. I was hurt by what you said, yes, but nothing would ever make me stop loving you."

Wade jumped into Daniel's chest and continued sobbing, as his dad held him tightly and cried with him. The nightmare was finally over, and Wade had rescued Daniel from the darkness of evil.

But the battle is far from over. The happy reunion was abruptly cut short by another explosion that came from the battlefield. Looking at the TV, which was still working somehow, Wade gasped with what he saw.

All for One's right was a contorted, bloated, and grotesque mass of flesh and machine. And worst of all, he was overpowering All Might's own punch and pushing him back across the ground.

"You have a lot of regrets, All Might! And you'll take them to the grave, as you fail as a teacher!" All for One shouted with his masked messed up while pushing All Might back. However, in his mind, he pondered on what was taking Ghost so long to kill All Might. The moment All Might became powerless was the perfect shot. Under the impression that something must have happened, the great villain made up his mind that it should be him who finally kills All Might.

All Might grunted and groaned as he tried pushing All for One back. However, it was taking every last ounce of his strength to power up his arm and fist. "You're right. As his teacher, I shouldn't have let him go alone. I failed, but that's why I'm going to make it up to him!" He yelled, glaring at All for One's eyeless face.

"Now I'm starting to understand. The weak embers inside you are resisting. Trying to rekindle some of your former strength. A desperate attempt to rage against the inevitable, and fulfill your duty." All for One said, just imagining All Might as weak and pathetic he was right now, naked in a blizzard, trying to protect the flame. It made him smile behind his mask. "But it's not enough!

All Might yelled in pain as he felt his feet being kicked off the ground. But that was when his mind remembered the words of his master.

While she was still alive, Nana Shimura was once known to be a beautiful woman with a tough demeanor. She was a tall woman with a curvaceous figure, and at the same time, she was well-built, as befitting a One For All user, with fair-skin and a small mole below her bottom lip, centered to the right, and sharp, intelligent eyes with long eyelashes. Her hair was dark and straight, kept shoulder-length, with the exception of a clump of short bangs hanging above her forehead, and was usually styled in a half-up-half-down bun.

Her hero costume consisted of a dark, sleeveless bodysuit with a high collar, yellow elbow-length gloves, and white knee-high boots. Around her waist was a belt with an angular golden buckle, a small cape attached around the back which hung down to her knees, and over her shoulders was a longer cape, buttoned to the shoulders of her bodysuit.

As beautiful as she was, she was also one of the wisest people All Might's ever known.

"When you think you can't go on anymore, remember…"

All Might quickly stopped himself from falling over. Digging his foot into the dirt, All Might stopped All for One's push back. "I'll beat you, not because I'm a symbol, but because I will do as my master did for me!" He declared, glaring at the villain. "Until I finish training Young Walker… Until he's ready…" All Might then transferred the power of his right arm into his left arm. "I won't… I refused to die!"

"How amusing, if not embarrassing—"

'ZIIIP!'

Suddenly, a large bullet flew over the crumbled city and slammed into All for One's mutated arm. Going straight through it and out the other side, causing blood to spill out of the exit wound.

'BAAAANG!'

The loud booming gunshot that came afterwards echoed throughout the crumbled field. Everyone around the area flinched at the sound, including the reporters at the helicopter and the hundreds of thousands of people who were watching the whole thing on TV.

All For One felt an incredible twinge of pain in his shoulder, before he turned his head to his side and saw blood leaking out of a large wound in his grotesque arm. The pain inflicted on him from the shot threw him off his momentum. The force of the impact forced his right arm to move to the left, throwing it off All Might's fist and making the villain stumble forward. All Might's eyes widened and he side-stepped out of the way. Allowing his nemesis to go past him.

Back at the tower, Wade snapped his head away from the TV the moment he heard the loud shot. To his astonishment, he saw his father having formed a yellow and black Barret 50. cal from his ink.

"Got you, you ugly son of a bitch." Daniel muttered bitterly. All for One took him away from his son, he'll take away his arm.

All for One looked towards the wrecked tower. "How disappointing." As much as he didn't want to believe it, there was no doubt that his loyal agent had done that to him. And while his tone and attitude would make one believe that it was merrily and inconvenienct, deep down, he was furious that his best assassin turned on him.

Even though All Might was shocked at the unexpected turn of events, Daniel's shot helped him finally get the upper hand. He took the chance and swung and punched his nemesis in the right side of his face. He knew that stopping All for One head on was impossible, so he'll take a page out of Wade's book and use his wits. That's why he allowed his right arm to be sacrificed, so that he could get in that punch.

But while his right around could no longer be used, All for One still wasn't down. He'll deal with Ghost later, after he kills All Might himself. "A clever trick. That's so unlike you." He said, holding out his left arm and activating Air Cannon. Only this time he was going to use a full blast. "But you're still weak!"

All Might then surprised his nemesis by deflating his left arm. "That's because I didn't put my BACK INTO IT THAT TIME!" All Might yelled, raising his broken right arm into the air. Bringing the power of One for All to the arm restored it to its muscular form. Within his soul, he could feel the stars of the power that he'd passed on still connecting. Driving only by the sheer might of his will.

"This power has been passed on from hero to hero. Each praying that it will bring joy and peace to the world. That One for All will give humanity hope for the future. And now it is your turn. Do your best, Toshinori."

Grasping the same light his master gave him all those years ago in his fist, All Might went on the attack! All for One tried to blast him with his stolen Quirk, but All Might ducked under it. The Hero yelled as he lunged at the villain. This would be their final battle, and All Might will not be denied victory and justice!

"Goodbye…"

With the last bit of One for All still left inside of him in his right arm, All Might punched All for One in the face.

UNITED STATES OF SMASH!

The power behind the punch swept All for One off his feet as All Might's fist slammed him into the ground. His body formed a crater as a gigantic cyclone of air and kinetic energy formed around the two of them. It was so powerful that everyone, including Wade and Daniel felt it and had to brace themselves from being blown away. Helicopters were nearly knocked out of the sky and destroyed buildings were carried up into the cyclone.

"… All for One… and One for All."

When the destruction finally ended, Wade looked down at the battlefield with his jaw dropped and his eyes as wide as they've ever been. The same was for everyone around the world. But as the dust settled, they could see All for One, with his mask completely obliterated, lying on the ground unconscious. Whether or not he was still alive was a mystery. All Might was standing over him with blood dripping from his mouth, head, and shattered right arm.

Everyone's eyes were on him, as the Symbol of Peace began to raise his arm. With his fist clenched, All Might held it up over his head. Claiming victory as he puffed up the muscles of his arm.

"ALL MIGHT WINS!" The reporter on the news yelled as loud as he could sobbing into the microphone. The rest of the world cheered as loud as they could together, in celebration for their Hero's stunning victory. "The villain's not moving! He's K.O.! All Might stands victorious! He's saved us yet again!"

All Might transformed back into his muscular form for the people. However, doing so almost made him topple over, but he stopped himself. This would be his final day as a Hero. The final act as the Symbol of Justice and Peace. The battle was won, and the night was finally coming to an end as the sun started to rise.

But, for some, there would be no celebrations. And Daniel knew this.

When he and his son made it down the emergency stairs of the observation tower, they stared out into the destruction before them. They could see Heroes working quickly to rescue the people that were trapped inside the wrecked buildings. They could only imagine the death toll caused by the staggering amount of devastation. Looking at it all, Daniel started walking, with his son following close behind him, like a lost puppy. They headed for the eye of the storm. Surprisingly, no one tried to stop them. They were too focused on the rescue operation.

Soon, they reached the location where All Might was. As a news reporter and her cameraman reported on the operation going on, All Might watched as police teams secured All for One loaded him into a S.V.C.U. (Special Villain Containment Unit), also called a maiden, in reference to the iron maiden torture device.

Seeing the hero again made Wade sigh in relief. But he knew that this was only the beginning of the end. The secret was out, and there was no going back from that.

"HOLD IT RIGHT THERE!" Wade gasped when Endeavor suddenly jumped in front of him and his father. Glaring at Daniel, his flames burned brightly. "Surrender and hand over the hostage, Ghost!"

The remaining members of the SAT quickly surrounded the Walkers, all their guns trained on the former villain. This got the attention of the news team and All Might, who was surprised to see his student there. However, with most, if not all his strength gone, he couldn't really move to stop his colleague from making what would be a big mistake.

"Wait! Please!" Wade said, quickly jumping in front of his father and putting himself between him and the Pro-Hero.

"Out of the way, Walker!" Endeavor ordered aggressively.

"Just hold on! Dad's no longer brainwashed! I broke the programming!" Wade exclaimed in a pleading tone.

"How can we be sure? Get out of the way!" Endeavor shouted.

"No way, I'm not—" Wade was interrupted when his father spoke up for him.

"I surrender."

Wade whipped his head around to look at his father in shock. "What?! Dad, no!"

"Wade." Daniel placed his hands on his son's shoulders. Looking into his eyes, he smiled gratefully. "It's okay. I know what I'm doing."

Wade couldn't believe it. After all that he did, he finally got his father back from the villains. He was a victim in their sick games, but was now going to be treated like a villain too. It wasn't fair. All he could do is watch as the police walked over to Daniel and place him in special arm braces to keep him from using his Quirk. Then, they led him away to a police car. As Wade watched helplessly, he saw Tsukauchi standing next to it. The detective gave him a small, sad smile and nod as the police placed Daniel into the back of the cruiser.

As most of the heroes and police returned to their jobs of getting the victims out of the wreckage around him, Wade turned to look at All Might.

To his surprise, the Hero was pointing at him. However, one of the news teams at the site was also standing between the two heroes, with the cameraman's camera pointed at All Might. Making it seem, to everyone that was watching the news, that the Symbol of Piece was pointing at them through the screen.

"Now…Now. It's your turn." He simply said. Wade's eyes widened as the light of the sun shone through the wreckage of the city, shining on him.

Those few words were all he said, yet it said enough.

After the villains were taken away, Wade was taken to the police station. All for One was taken to a maximum security prison for holding, while Daniel was taken to the same station as his son. Being a victim of the League of Villains' schemes, he was instead brought in for questioning, hoping that his insight would give the police all they needed to learn about the group.

Wade gave his own detailed account of his time with Shigaraki, right down to the last witty comeback he made at him and his goons. He then talked about his fight with his father, and how he was the one that put the bullet in All for One's arm. They weren't happy that Spider-Man used his powers to fight back against the villains, but couldn't punish him. Given that he had no other way of getting away, and All Might gave him permission to go after Ghost.

After giving his statement, Wade asked if he could see where his father was. Sansa, the cat officer, agreed and took him to a room with a one-way glass window. On the other side, he could see his dad sitting in a chair at a table with Tsukauchi on the other side and two other officers standing in the corner. On the table, there was what had to be a mountain of evidence against Daniel.

However, as Wade watched Daniel look through one of the folders, his hearing picked up the sound of high heels running down the hallway. A moment later, the door to the room swung open behind Wade and he turned around. It was Midnight, out of breath, looking like she ran a marathon in her hero costume.

"Nemuri!" Wade gasped.

Midnight looked at the young man with wide eyes. "Where is he?" She asked, desperate.

Wade pointed with his thumb at the window. "Tsukauchi's talking to him." He said, as the heroine approached the glass.

The black-haired woman set her eyes on the man she loved more than anyone. He appeared so much different than the last time she saw him. His hair had grown out and grew a beard. But there was no doubt that she was looking at her beloved. The sight of Daniel made the usually cheery and seductive woman tear up. "Dan…"

Inside the room, Dan looked over another file and was again confused and concerned. Tsukauchi saw this, and knew what the man's answer was. "You don't remember this incident either, huh?"

Daniel sighed. "No."

"I don't get it. How is it that you don't remember crimes that were committed by you?" The detective asked the big question.

"Because they made me forget." Daniel said, looking at the man with a frown. "I don't know how they did it, but what I do know is that every time I came back from a mission, they wiped my memories so I wouldn't give out the location of their hideout in the event I was captured. They would then have Kurogiri take me back to the hideout, and when I returned to Shigaraki, my mind would be wiped. It was how the brainwashing was able to last as long as it did, I suppose."

Tsukauchi sighed in frustration and leaned back in his chair. "So we're still back at square one unless you're able to remember what we need to know."

"I guess so, detective." Daniel said, looking down with a somber expression. He wished that he could do more to take down the people that made him a puppet.

The door behind Wade, Midnight, and Sansa opened again. It was the chief of police, and surprising Principal Nezu.

"Mr. Principal!" Wade exclaimed, bowing his head in respect.

"That's me!"

"What are you doing here?" Wade asked as he and the chief approached him, Sansa, and Midnight.

"I've just come back from explaining my plan to the police." The principal said to the young man. "And to congratulate you on your safe return."

Chief Tsuragamae sighed and scratched his jaw with his finger. "It was a risky decision to go after your father, but considering that you did have official clearance from All Might, there's nothing that you can be in trouble for." The dog man said, giving Wade a thumbs up. "So good job."

Wade nodded and heard the door to the interrogation room open. Tsukauchi walked out of the room, along with the other officers in the room. The two officers walked out, leaving the detective with the group in the room. "He can't remember anything." Tsukauchi said somberly. "The last thing he remembered was being knocked out at the hospital, before returning to the bar to do the training camp attack."

"So, everything after that was a blank?" Wade asked, concerned.

"Perhaps those memories will come back to him, just as his memories of Wade. But he'll need time to allow the brainwashing to completely wear off. When it does, he'll be ready to talk again about his experiences. For that to happen, he'll need to be somewhere safe, and I don't mean a prison." Nezu explained.

It was then that the police chief said, "Witness Protection."

Wade gasped when he heard this, but continued listening as the adults talked. "It would be a risky move, but I'm seeing no other option." Tsukauchi said. "But with him turning on the League of Villains, Daniel would be in danger. No doubt Shigaraki would want to lash out at him."

"That's where my plan comes into effect." Nezu explained with his smile. "With the abilities of his Ink-Quirk we have recorded, we'll fool them for sure!"

As he listened to the conversation, Wade's heart only sank. "Does that mean dad's not coming home with me?" He asked sadly.

Just as sad, Nemuri placed a hand on his shoulder. "Doing so would only put you in more danger, Wade. You and Inko." She said softly to him. The heroine then looked back at the men (and animal) in the room. "I know of several locations where he can lay low."

Those that knew of hers and Daniel's relationship had an idea why she brought this up, and it wasn't just to keep him safe.

"Will I still be able to talk to him?" Wade asked, hopeful that the answer was yes.

"I'm sure that we'll be able to come up with a solution, Mr. Walker. But for now, please go home. I'm sure you're extremely tired, and would want to get some sleep." Nezu said kindly to the young man.

Wade wanted to protest and stay with his father, but felt his eyes grow heavier. He didn't want to admit it, but Wade was in fact exhausted. He'd been awake for two days and was now just feeling the effects of not having sleep. "Can you tell dad that I came to see him?" He asked Midnight, who smiled sincerely at him.

"I will." She nodded. With her assurance, Wade walked past the chief and principal, and left the room. Midnight then looked to the others. "If you don't mind, I'd… like to be alone with Daniel for a moment."

Nezu bowed his head to her. "Of course. But we'll have to talk to him soon about what the plan is," He said. The chief of police and Tsukauchi followed the principal out of the room, leaving the beautiful woman alone. Midnight turned back to the glass, and watched the love of her life stand up.

Daniel walked up to the barred window of the room and looked out at the city. It was amazing how much he'd miss the sight of the day, not remembering a moment he had when as Ghost to appreciate it. He only had a second to think bitterly about how he was a villain, when the door opened. Expecting it to be the detective and the police, Daniel turned around to face them and to be taken to jail.

But standing at the doorway was one of the most beautiful women that he'd ever seen in his life. But unlike all those other women, this one was special. This goddess among women brought back memories of passionate sex, wonderful dates and dinners, and the feeling of finally finding the perfect partner after being alone for so long. She was his soul mate, and seeing her again stunned Daniel into silence.

Whenever she was alone with him, Nemuri would be seductive, bubbly, and loving to Daniel. But at that moment, she didn't put on the act. She was anxious, but afraid to say something. Fearing that he wouldn't remember her like he had Wade. But Midnight knew she had to. She wanted Daniel back in her arms.

Walking around the table with a sway of her hips, Midnight approached Daniel and stopped in front of him. Slowly, she reached out to him. "Dan? Is that you? Are you really real?" She asked in a voice that was almost a whisper.

Her hand was intercepted by Daniel's hand. With a small smile, he brought it to his lips and gave it a kiss. "Does that feel real, babe?"

Unable to hold herself, Midnight jumped onto Daniel, nearly knocking him over as she wrapped her arms around his neck and meshed her lips on his. The man quickly closed his eyes and returned the kiss as Nemuri teared up. The two lovers held one other and passionately made out after close to two years. Midnight pulled away from Daniel's lips and started sobbing in his chest. Her lover held her in his arms.

At the same time, Wade walked out of the police station and was stopped by the sight in front of him. Inko was standing there with all of his classmates, including those that had just gotten out of the hospital had just gotten out of the hospital. They were all there waiting for him with cheers, tears, and smiles—with the exception of Bakugo.

Seeing everyone standing there to greet him, Wade smiled brightly as his heart filled with joy and relief. He jogged towards them, and they all rushed him. With Inko being the first to reach him and give him a bone-crushing hug as she sobbed wildly. Raining tears of everyone around her as she cried for her baby. When she let him go, he was completely surrounded and hugged all around by his girlfriends, who peppered his head and face with kisses. They didn't let go of him in fear of losing him, as more of Wade's friends gathered around to voice how happy they were to see him safe and sound.

But this would only be a temporary moment of happiness for these heroes-in-training. The world is still in shock of seeing the Number One Hero's true form, and they knew that something was wrong with him. Wade knew the truth, and he knew the meaning of All Might's words on the news.

"Now it's your turn."

To most people watching, it was meant for other criminals. A warning that their days were numbered and that the Symbol of Peace endured. But Wade knew that the message was meant for him. He knew that it was quite the opposite. He'd used up everything. His time as the Number One Hero was over, and that he, a lone boy, would have to take out the mantle and the responsibility that comes with it.

For the Heroes of Tomorrow, their worlds have been turned up, and now they had to live with the reality of a society without All Might to save them all the time, just like he used to. It weighed heavily on all of them, with Wade feeling it the most.

From here, the fight will be his own.

AN: Man that fight was awesome to write! We've had Wade going all out on the League of Villains, before the climactic fight with Ghost, where Wade saves his father. There was a lot of action in this chapter and it was amazing to have it all in here. And Wade was able to save Daniel from the villains and bring him back.

There were a lot of things to inspire the fights for this chapter. Wade fighting the villains was inspired by the forest fight in Transformer: Revenge of the Fallen. Which is just the coolest moment of the movie series. The one thing that had me tripped up is how to get Wade in a situation where he was trapped from all sides like Bakugo was in the canon series. That's when I remembered Magne's powers and used that as the villain's way of preventing him from escaping, even if he turned invisible.

I knew what role Ochaco would be playing in saving Wade, but Mina was a bit more tricky for me. That is until I realized that she could use her acid to give their sled more speed on the ice.

And then there was the fight between Wade and Ghost and this was where I was the most eager to write. Inspired by the final fight in the Winter Soldier and Miles Morales vs the Tinkerer in Spider-Man: Miles Morales. Wade is just desperate to get his father back and make him remember, all while fighting him. And we got an adorable flashback to how Wade got his name, and a heartwarming reunion.

Yeah, I wouldn't want to meet my mom if she did what Wade's mom did to Daniel. And with Daniel back to being good, he'll help play a part in the story. And maybe save a special woman from a grizzly fate. (Wink, wink)

As for Daniel's mind being wiped after every mission, that's another thing taken from Bucky, and it would make sense. Don't want your secret assassin to reveal your secret base. This leaves its location still a mystery, but now with Daniel, there's a chance of knowing its location. All the Heroes have to do is wait.

However, knowing Wade's father, a former Vigilante, I've got a feeling he's not gonna stay out of trouble.

And with that, we bring an end to the Kamino Incident Arc, one of the best arcs of the series. Up next will be the Heroes of Tomorrow moving into their dorms and training with their Ultimate Moves, and after that, they're off the Provisional Hero License Exam. And let's just say that Wade will be getting some upgrades for his suit.
