Cell vs Izuku Midoriya (OFA 100%)

Cell stood in his arena and sighed. Today was boring.

Shallot tried to comfort Cell through these boring times. "Cell, it's okay, something should come and try to kill you," Shallot said.

"We haven't seen anyone in a long time Shallot," Cell said. "How can you be certain?"

"I don't know. Ask the kid right there who looks pissed," Shallot answered, pointing at the newcomer.

Cell looked and his jaw dropped. "You have got to be kidding me..."

"That's right Cell..." a familiar boy with green hair, eyes, freckles in a diamond pattern under his eyes said. "I'm back!" (for description of Izuku, at youtube: /watch?v=zvZuAdu2DQ0)

Cell snorted. "You must have a death wish."

Izuku flipped him off. "FUCK YOU! You forced All Might into retirement!"

"Oh, so it was Cell who forced All Might to retire..." Shallot realized.

"Yeah... and thankfully... I will be the one to avenge All Might," Izuku said confidently.

Cell laughed. "You're funny. I beat you with you a pimp slap. You don't stand a chance against me."

"Tch..." Izuku clearly was really confident and also serious. "Did you really think I would come back without being ready to defeat you?"

"What?" Cell was confused.

Que the Ultra Instinct music as Izuku goes Full Cowling 100%. "You're fucked Cell."

"Holy shit, his power is so high!" Shallot said. Cell nodded in agreement as Izuku's power was way stronger than before and rivaled Cell's.

"Prepare yourself Cell..." Izuku said before he suddenly appeared on Cell's left side and punched him in the face with his right hand and sent Cell flying. Izuku then reappeared in the direction that Cell was being sent in and kicked Cell into several mountains before Cell crashed into one mountain and stopped going through mountains. Izuku clenched his right hand. "This is the end!" He then threw a fist at Cell's mountain and a large gust of wind came from that punch and hit Cell, and blew up the top half of the mountain.

"Holy shit, Cell!" Shallot exclaimed. He looked at Izuku and went Super Saiyan. "You're gonna pay for that brat!"

Izuku looked at Shallot before flipping him off. "Shut up you gay furry," Izuku roasted.

"Hey! Only I can say I'm a gay furry! No one else!" Shallot yelled.

Izuku was about to reply back before he got punched in the face and into a mountain. "That, was a lucky punch you damn bastard," Cell said. "However, I'm still stronger than you dumb ass."

Izuku reappeared in front of Cell, his aura glowing. "What makes you say that?" Izuku asked.

"Because this is still the DevilArtemis Universe, and I have the power of Coochie," Cell said as he went Ultra Instinct.

Izuku smirked. "I'll take you on..."

"There ain't gonna be shit left of you when I'm done with you dumb ass," Cell said as the two stood off against each other.

Oof, sorry for the late upload. Stuff happens here at my home. We will be seeing Izuku return in a another chapter soon though, so prepare for that.
