For the people who are waiting for the raid against the Hassaikai to finally begin, I put a sneak peak in Chapter 5 of my story My Hero Reacts, confirming the cast of characters that will be participating in the raid.

Cell: Wow, you really had them react to something we HAVEN'T EVEN MADE HET?!

It is now… it is now.

Cell vs Sir Nighteye

In a office building that was a Hero Agency, a meeting was being held based off the threats, actions, and evidence on the Shie Hassaikai, makers of the Coochie Erasing Bullets, and also the gang of Kai Chisaki "Overhaul", the villain who leads the Hassaikai.

In the meeting were a majority of the Dragon Ball Super Friends, save for Zarbon, who had matters to attend to.

Aside from the Friends, there were also a number of Pro Heroes, such as Fat Gum and Ryukyu. But the one who had called the meetings was known as Sir Nighteye.

But, there were also talents from other universes that Cell thought to call up, including the Gohan Council who had Absolan Gohan and Emo Gohan attending on behalf of the other Gohans, Slick Goku who was attending because he was in the area at the time when Emo and Absolan decided to come over, and Prince Vegeta, who Cell felt like including because he would be able to channel his rage here

"Are we all here?" Nighteye asked. After receiving a nod from everyone, he nodded. "Good. In that case, I can get to the main point as to why I'm hosting this meeting…" He stood up and slammed his hands onto the table. "Coochie is being targeted and erased!"

"Yo, did this man say Gucci, or Coochie?" Slick asked.

"He said Coochie father," Emo answered. "And from the sounds of it, my mother's side job might be in danger…"

"Alright, I'm also concerned," Prince Vegeta agreed. "Because if someone erases Coochie, then we all won't be able to enjoy ourselves when we all want to-"

"What is Coochie?" Came the innocent voice of Nejire Hado, a third-year student at UA High School, and a member of the Big Three. Everyone stared at her after she had asked her question.

"...is she for real?" Cell asked. "Is she for fucking real?"

"I'm sorry, but her family has managed to refrain her from the more… sexual, aspects of life, and want to keep it that way until she is ready to move out and be independent," Pro Hero Ryukyu said, explaining Nejire's behavior.

Nighteye was silent. "Okay… but this will ruin any and every hopes of that outcome, becomes this is an important fucking matter." He turned to look at Roshi. "Roshi. If you would please."

"I gotcha," Roshi said before pulling up a clipboard. "Alright, listen up! This is a very important meeting, and when I mean important, I mean that rate of the world is on us! Recently, the criminal underground has finally made its move after my empire had fallen many years ago, after the Great Coochie War. I would tell the story, but it's not relevant since a second one might happen.

"Recently, a villain organization known as the Shie Hassaikai has made a drug," Roshi continued. "This drug has the power to erase Coochie, even on stuff like body pillows, action figures, and also robots, who don't know what it's like to go through puberty." At the mention of body pillows and action figures, he placed photos of said crimes on the table. "Needless to say, we got our hands full. And this will not end well, oh no, it will not…"

"Fortunately, we have managed to locate their hideout, after three months of investigation after the first assault, dating back to 5 months ago, before Overhaul came into contact with Cell, and before Roshi caught wind of this development after spending some time with Jesus Christ himself, and reminiscing the old days," Nighteye added.

"Wait, why isn't Jesus here?" Cell asked.

"Yeah, doesn't it make sense if he's here since he fought in the first war?" Absolan also asked.

"He has retired from fighting, ever since he became a devoted Christian, helping out his new followers and kingdom," Roshi explained. "I wished he would come back and help us, but he just doesn't have the time. Thankfully, his kingdom is in the clouds, where Overhaul should never be able to reach."

"Alright, that makes sense," Kermit said.

"However… we did some research on the drug…" Nighteye began, his expression growing slightly angry, the mood set into the room growing more tense and stressful. "And we found quite a lot of stuff that would make most people sick."

Pro Hero Fat Gun then pulled out a clipboard, and placed it on the table. "This is not a pretty discovery…" Fat Gum began. "You see… we managed to find out what the source of the drug is…"

"Well what is it?" Cell asked. "Don't just get mopey because of it, just spit it out!"

"The drug is being made from the skin and blood cells of a little, 6 year old girl."

Everyone, but Fat Gum, Roshi, and Nighteye, froze. The hell?

"Wait, so our problems are all because of a little girl?" Slick asked.

"Yes… and she's Chisaki's daughter nonetheless, from what we've learned from my interns, Deku and Lemillion," Nighteye said. "And judging by some other things, we can also assume she's also being used to make Quirk Erasing Bullets, which are more recent than the other ones, but the Quirks always come back with a day or two, same with the Coochie."

"So you're saying, we let the maker of the bullets get away, all because we pulled back despite the fact she was an injured little girl, clearly being abused by her father?!" Deku shouted, going 100% and breaking the table as he slammed his fist into the table.

"We didn't have enough information at the time, there was nothing else we could do," Nighteye replied.

"And here we are, regretting that decision all because you decided it would be better to play it safe than sorry!" Deku retorted.

"Wait, here me out," Kermit began, shifting the attention to him. "How about, we go use the Dragon Balls, wish for the little girl to appear, wish for a meteor to hit their compound and only destroy their compound but leave everything else alone, and then we walk away like it never happened after we make sure Overhaul pays for his crimes with the most gruesome death Lego can give him. Like the one he gave Shigaraki in chapter 4 of My Hero Reacts."

"As much as I like the phrasing of that, I'm going to have to say no. And by no, I mean hell no," Prince Vegeta replied after a few seconds of silence as the plan sunk in.

"But this would be easier," Kermit said.

"Whatever! I, as a Super Saiyan God, relish the challenge!" Prince Vegeta retorted.

"I have to agree. That plan, is not fun, and doesn't let us kill some people, because now, I'm riled up," Slick agreed.

"Yep, I want to murder those Hassaikai bastards anyway," Black added.

"So it's settled," Nighteye said.

"Yes it is. We will and shall lead a dignified battle as we murder those Hassaikai punks, next time, on the DevilArtemis Cell Vs: Fanfic Edition," Roshi said.

"Wait, are you doing the outro?!" Cell exclaimed as the chapter ended.

I am making a lot of references. Both to Team Four Star, my other story, and a bunch of other YouTube Content Creators.

So, I have a devastating plan.

Cell: I don't like this.

I'm gonna post the link of the first chapter, on the next video Kaggy makes, and see if he will react to all of this shit. If he doesn't, then we failed twice because on the Christmas Special of the DevilArtemis YouTube, I posted a link to chapter one, and no one read it as far as I'm concerned from the link.

On a side note, HAHA, WE'RE NEARING THE END OF THE ARC! And the next one has already been decided.
