Quincy Medical Examiner and Harry Potter Cross over Fan Fiction. Quincy Meets A Witch
One of Albus Dumbledore's contacts was murdered in California. Albus has another contact, who works in the Los Angeles Medical Examiner's office named, Charles Robertson, who works as a janitor. Kaya O'Brien gets a letter from Dumbledore to go meet him at Hogwarts and he sends her over to Los Angeles to help with the cause of death to one of Albus' contacts. Dr. Quincy finds out of who and what she is and he falls for her deeply in the process.
Chapter One.
In nineteen seventy eight in Los Angeles, California at the Medical Examiner's office, a body was in the morgue for autopsy. And right on the autopsy table was Albus Dumbledore's good friend and contact, James Carlton, who was a wizard. But Albus would make sure that his body would be sent back to Hogwarts in Scotland and to the Ministry of Magic in London. Dumbledore would have a Muggle born with Kaya O'Brien and the two Aurors over to the states to get the body of his friend.
And right down the hall way, Charles Robertson was mopping and cleaning the rest rooms and after he got done with the cleaning, he walked out and went over to the elevators to go down to the main lobby and went to go clean the rest rooms there. And when he walked in to the lobby and he saw the receptionist talking to a tall man, who was wearing colorful robes and a very unique hat he was wearing.
Charles knew that man very well and he was also a wizard. The receptionist looked up at Albus Dumbledore and she gave the wizard a small smile. "What can I help you with, sir?" She asked him with curiosity. She wanted to know as to why he was there.
Albus looked at her with a grin. "Madam, I was wondering if I could speak to your maintenance worker, Charles Robertson, who is also a friend of mine. Is he here?" He asked her.
The receptionist was just about to tell the wizard where the janitor was at all up until Dumbledore heard him when he walked towards him. "I'm right over here, Albus." Charles said when he walked over to where the desk was.
After Albus and Charles walked a way so they could talk privately, the receptionist looked back down at her work, writing notes and appointments. When they went over to an area, so no one would hear them talking, Albus looked up at him with a smile on his face. "Ah, Charles, it is very good to see you indeed, my friend. We need to speak about a few things about getting James Carlton's body out of here and head back to London by port key. And we also need to speak about this person to come over here from Ireland." Dumbledore told him.
Robertson nodded in agreement before he guided the Headmaster of Hogwarts towards in to one of the rooms so they could talk of what was to come. after they spoke, Albus walked out of the Medical Examiner's office building and he went to a secluded area on the side of the building before Dumbledore apparated to a wizarding place and then, floo to the Ministry of Magic in London from New York before he took another floo back to Hogwarts.
When he traveled back to Hogwarts that afternoon, Albus walked in to his office with Minerva McGonagall. Dumbledore sat down at his desk and he took out a parchment from the center drawer and he placed it on his desk. "What are you going to do about your contact in the states, Albus?" Minerva asked him. She was wondering and she wanted to know what Albus was up to.
Dumbledore looked up at McGonagall with a chuckle. "Do not worry about a thing, Minerva. I'm going to write to Miss Kaya O'Brien where she now lives in her flat in County Cork, Ireland. And I will also have two Aurors from the Ministry of Magic to go with her to get James' body." The Headmaster said to her. He took out his quill from the ink and he started to write Kaya a letter about going to the states to get the body and give him a proper burial.
After he wrote the letter to O'Brien, Albus' Phoenix, Fawkes was rested on his perch, waiting for his owner to give him some thing. Dumbledore stood up with the letter to Kaya in his hand. "Fawkes, I want you to deliver this parchment to Miss O'Brien in County Cork, Ireland. Take this to her please." He said. Fawkes cocked his head to the side. The Phoenix took the letter from Albus and he spread his wings and he flew up and went out the window to go find Kaya O'Brien.
Kaya O'Brien was born in County Cork, Ireland in nineteen and forty six. Her mother and father were Muggles. Kaya's father worked as a brewing company and her mother worked as a sewing worker making clothes. Kaya was born with the hair colors of her family coat of arms of the O'Brien family. Her hair was white with silver, red and golden yellow. Her eye brows and eye lashes were red and her eyes were golden yellow just like her family coat of arms of the three lions on the shield. Her Animagus for was a lioness.
O'Brien was born in a hospital in Cork. Her parents found her long hair colors were very unique and it still was. It may look like her hair color looked like a Phoenix, but it was also the color of her coat of arms. They were pretty shocked from what they saw when she was growing up and also showing her magic. But they loved her none the less.
Her father, Edward O'Brien was originally from Dublin and her mother, Elizabeth Harding was originally from London. So, there for, Kaya was half British and the other half was Irish in her family. She was pretty good at wand less magic.
That one day at home in Cork, Kaya was at home with her parents, her father and mother were sitting in the living room, reading and O'Brien saw the photos of her and her family. She stood behind them and she took out her wand and she pointed it at her parents. "Obliviate." She said quietly when she waved her wand. She wanted her parents to stay safe from harm. Especially from the Death Eaters. Her parents moved to Wales under a different name of the last name of Evans. She was in Gryffindor when she went to Hogwarts.
Over in Cork, Ireland, a thirty two year old Muggle born witch, Kaya O'Brien lived in her parent's flat right near the airport. It was night time after ten in the evening. She was sitting in the living room with the lamp turn on, reading the Daily Prophet. Just then, there was tapping at the window. Kaya stopped her reading and she turned around and she looked out the window when she saw the lights from the poles and she saw a red bird. She recognized the Phoenix as Fawkes.
O'Brien opened up her window and the Phoenix flew in to her flat and he landed on to her shoulder before he gave her the letter. "Fawkes, it is very good to see you." She said in greeting before she opened up the letter. The Phoenix started singing happily from her greeting. Kaya smiled as she read the letter from Albus and she looked up at the Phoenix. It was a good thing that she locked all the doors in her flat.
"Well, Fawkes, looks like I have to go back to Hogwarts and speak with Albus about going to the states with two other Aurors to get the body of his friend and contact." Kaya said when she walked over to the tall fire place. "All right, Fawkes, are you ready to go back to Hogwarts?" She added before she picked up some floo powder in to her hand before she went in to the fire place.
The floo connection was in between her flat and Hogwarts, meaning Albus' office. "Albus Dumbledore's office at Hogwarts!" She said before she slammed the powder down to the fire place and she was gone to Hogwarts to go meet Albus.
