Time skip several months later

Yuji idatori was lying on his bed inside his room. Today he didn't have school. However this caused him to be board out of his mind. Usually he would be training with his bro todo but with the end of school coming up he has been sucked into all that. He lets out a groan and sits up straight in his bed. He had decided that it was hot and the only cure is ice cream so he gets out of bed and puts on a thin hoodie that would be pretty breathable. And made his way out of his room. He shoots a quick text to Satoru saying " going to go get ice cream wanna come?",

satoru replied "can't right now I have a "meeting" with my clan"

yuji is empathetic for his big bro he knows what that's like and they had both talked about it and there experiences with it. Yuji was known as the prodigy while gojo was literally known as the strongest sorcerer in the world so needless to say they were very well known. However this lead to problems where people like to use them to do there bidding and gojo and himself had been getting rather good at spotting things like that. And if his big bro could already tell something was up then whatever it was wasn't going to end nicely.

Yuji just let out a humf and typed "alright see you later" he then went and scrolled through his contacts as he thought about who to invite to come and get some food. His attention was then brought to a group chat between himself, setsaki setsoro and iguchi. "Meet at the occult club room today after school at 8" yuji then checks the time and sees that's it's only 5 and with how hot it is now he figures he'll be fine and looks up a good ice cream place.

Yuji was walking down the street as he licked his ice cream he was looking down at his phone and at the numbers of the waitress and hostess he got. "Wow two more friends, awesome" completely dense to all of their obvious flirting. He then looks at the time 6:30 man I sure must have been chatty he thinks. He then got a text from another one of his friends megumi fushiguro "aye I'm in town on a mission looking for some cursed object, wanna come help me look" yuji looks at the time again and thinks about how he hasn't seen megumi in while and sends a quick "yeah sure but If it takes to long I'll have to leave you, I got to go to a club meeting." A shiver runs down his spine at the thought that he was turning into his big brother.

Megumi sends him back another text saying "any help would be useful." That made it up for him. See he may be lazy but when his friends needed him he'd be there instantly. With a quick text for megumi's location he took a big lick of his ice cream and made his way to where his friend was.

Megumi was waiting for him at some abandoned building. It looked normal enough if not a little old and worn down by time. Megumi then spots him. He makes sure to raise his arm extra high, his other hand coming up to cup his mouth as he obnoxiously shouts "megumi, hi megumi, how are you megumi" not getting any quieter as he closed the distance tell he got to the point where he was basically yelling into megumi's face.

Megumi smacked him in the shoulder and said "quit that" yuji couldn't help the slight smirk that made its way into his lips. As he put his hand on over his chest and he playfully said "wow not even a "hey how are you, or it's good to see you my bestest of friends yuji"" he says over dramatically. Megumi just gives him a deadpan stare.

"your impossible", he finally says before turning to point at the building in front of them. "there is supposedly a special grade cursed object in here somewhere" he gestures to the building. Yuji has to agree when he started approaching the building he could feel the stored up cursed energy.

"wonder if there will be any cursed spirits" yuji says out loud as he and megumi make there way to the building. When suddenly yujis battle senses start screaming at him and he quickly used his cursed technique and stops a claw from digging into his head. He peaks his head around the claw to see 4 beady eyes, staring back at him. The curse also had giant tusk like teeth on either side of its snarling maw. The creatures claw was suspended in mid air not unlike a certain blue eyed automatic defense.

Yuji finally finishes his observation of the curse and declares "it's only a grade 2, and it can still sense this cursed objects power", he can't see it but megumi was staring at him as he casually walks around the cursed spirit that was locked in place in mid air. Megumi decides that enough is enough as he says "hurry up and kill it already the sooner we get this done the sooner I can go home".

With a wave of Yuji's hand the monster was pulverized only the liquidy remains lay on the ground to show it had ever been there.

Yuji lets out a sigh as he slumps down while walking. They had spent 50 minutes searching for the damned object. While it was easy enough to find once they got into the building as it was as simple as following where they sensed the highest amount of cursed energy. When they found where the highest amount of cursed energy was however all that was there was some weird small looking bird house box thingy. When they opened it all they found was some box with an obvious imprint of something large an oval sized.

When megumi saw that the box was empty he frantically started looking around the structure, saying stuff like "gojo sensei is going to kill me", "where is this stupid thing", he then turned to yuji as he said "is there any way that you were just wrong and this isn't the highest amount of cursed energy in the area". Yuji wasn't the best sensor but he was the prodigy so he was taught how to do it, and he could sense out to about 100 yards of them and he was sure this was the highest source. "Positive" he replied.

Megumi let out a frustrated grunt as he kicked at some grass on the ground, "damn" he mumbled out, he then grabs his phone and hits dial on a number he then turns away from yuji as the phone stops ringing and says "hello", yugi can hear the other person say something and megumi replying with "it's not here", there was a slight pause before megumi continued, "I don't know where it is" he then stopped for a second then said "but wait, what am I supposed to do-" before he took the phone away from his ear and from yuji pov he was able to see the caller name.

He walked up to megumi and put a hand on his shoulder. "Yeah satoru can be a pain in the ass sometimes" megumi gives him a harsh look. " Isn't he your brother or something" he says. Yuji replies with "kind of I guess I have been living with him sense I was like 7". Megumi nods at that. Yuji then continues with "well sense I don't like to see a special grade anything go undocumented I suppose we should look for it".

But after looking all around their search turned up with nothing so megumi and yuji were walking towards yuji's middle school. Yuji was going to his club meeting and megumi decided to spend some more time with yuji before leaving back home. Yuji then brakes the silence by saying "aye are you excited to start jj tech in a few months". Megumi looks up from looking at his phone. He was looking at where the nearest train station was, for when he left yuji. He then turned his head and said "yeah I guess, although I already have a bad start with messing up this, at this he brings up his hands and makes air quotes, as he says "simple mission""

Yuji can't help but let out a laugh, the atmosphere being a nice and friendly one and it makes yuji feel at peace hearing of his friends complaining. He playfully jabs at megumi's arm as he says "nah don't worry" he then says his next words in a mock way of an old person "you are with the prodigy, the rival of satoru gojo". At this yuji could have sworn he saw a small smile tug at megumi's lips.

He then shoved yuji back and said "yeah whatever lazy ass-" the last word gets caught in megumi's throat. "That... that... feeling" he thinks. While megumi stops dead in his tracks, yuji just kept on walking for a second before his brow suddenly furrows as he looks at the direction he felt a large amount of cursed energy. He quickly turned behind him to see megumi frozen.

He let out a groan before smacking magumi's shoulder again saying "snap out of it, it's just the object you worry wort", at this yuji sees megumi unfreeze and then then to him his eyes widening "we need to get there now" he says, yuji nods his head and with that they both start running towards the feeling of the unsealing of the special grade cursed object.

Yuji and megumi arrived at the school in a couple of minutes as they both ran, yuji had to hold back a surprising amount to make sure he didn't leave megumi in his dust. When they got there he heard megumi shout "demon dogs" and he glances back to see megumi's shadow extend and then meld together and coalesce into 2 wolf like forms before the darkness "popped" and out running with them were two wolfs. One was pitch black with 3 red dots on the center of its head they were all connected like a triangle by smaller red lines. The other one was as white as fresh snow and had the same 3 pointed red triangle dots on its forehead.

he heard megumi shout "split up we can cover more ground like that", he looked over at megumi and meet his eyes and nodded as he raised up one hand only his index and middle finger pointed up and said "emerge from darkness. Darker then darkness. Purified that witch is unpure" and concentrate his cursed energy and put up a vail to cover up the school and some adjacent roads.

He then focuses some cursed energy to his technique and flings himself up to the third floor of the building he then smashes open a window and lands inside in a super hero crouch. He scans his environment all his senses on high alert he can feel the special grade cursed object but he knows that big amounts of cursed energy draws in curses like moths to the brightest light ever. So there were bound to be more curses in the vicinity.

He stands up and quickly makes his way down the halls checking classrooms and closets trying to find the person or people trying to open the seal on the cursed object. He then turned down a familiar hallway and started running down it. "I'm getting closer I can feel it", that's when it hit him. "Wait a minute" he thinks, why would some curse user or cursed spirit come to this middle school of all places and that's when he feels the final bit of the seal break from the cursed object. He then looks at a door to his left In terror. "Occult club meeting room"

senoko was having a good night. She and her best friend iguch had found a haunted and paranormal item! Well supposedly paranormal. They had sources that said the item was haunted and that anyone who had possession of it would die. So one family over 50 years ago put it inside a box and rises it off the ground so that way nobody would have to hold it or have possession and such wouldn't take the curse. It was all so fascinating and she and her best friend were determined to figure it out.

It also helped that now they would have some proof to show to that ass of a president.

so she looked at her phone one last time before sighing, it would appear as though yuji has abandoned them. She knew this would happen yuji was the nice popular guy who was known to be willing to help anyone so when she approached him to ask for a date she ended up freezing up and stuttered out and asked him to join her club instead... yeahhh not her best moment. But him being the nice person he is said yes but now she can see that it was all and act. He was 10 minutes late. She looked at her friend who gave her a knowing smile she sighed again before finally saying, "it's no matter iguch we will figure this out on our own" she then starts to unwrap the artifact. Completely unaware of the massive spike of cursed energy.

She continues to unravel the object she doesn't realize it but she had started holding her breath. The anticipation was getting to her as she continued to unwrap the stupid thing. "Gosh she thinks how many times do they wrap this same thing" she thinks as she continues to unwrap it. However if she looked up she would see a darkness condensing on the ceiling and out of it a series of mouths with single huge eye balls with skeleton like hands was forming out of the darkness.

Finally senoko started seeing a dent in the wrappings and at that point it didn't take her much longer to finish off the rest. However right when she was down to the last wrapping she quickly stood up and throw down the object as she saw that it was somebody's dismembered finger. Gross she thinks as she furiously rubs her hand on her skirt. However when she looked up she let out a scream as she saw iguch had what looked like a mouth over his head at it was slowly going down farther. That's when she hears a loud bang of the sliding door into the club room slamming open and there stood her crush in a hoodie and sweats.

Yuji ripped open the door to the club room and his eyes immediately land on the curse trying to consume his male friend iguch but with a simple flick of his hands he severs the curse's neck with a condensed blast of gravity. The other heads then turn away from where they were just about to latch onto senoko. His training then kicked in and he looked up and saw another giant mouth coming from the ceiling.

He quickly rushed over to his friends, activating his technique that repels anything that gets close to him. Then with control that would make someone think he had the six eyes of the gojo clan, effortlessly manipulated his cursed energy flow from a cursed technique reversel to just regular cursed technique. grabbing senoko and iguch and making them attracted to him as to not let them go and quickly ran out of the door to the class room. The cursed spirit hot on his trails.

Megumi was mentally beraided himself, he knew it wasn't that big of an error but to freeze up like that caused him a couple of seconds, which in the grande scheme of things isn't a lot but what if in those couple of seconds he could save just one more person. And so he ran, he ran as fast as he could following his demon dogs two of the many possible shikigami he could summon using his ten shadows cursed technique. they searched every classroom as the ran down hallway after hallway searching for the curse or cursed user unsealing the cursed object.

they finished clearing the first floor his demon dogs already finding and guiding him to the nearest staircase. They take another left down another hallway but stop dead in there tracks, do to several curses in the hallway. He quickly commands his demons dogs and says "formation 3" as he crouched down and pulls out a sort dagger. "I'll kill every curse, just like a jujutsu sorcerer should!" Megumi thinks as he rushes down the hallway with his dogs
