Spoilers to the following story as this tells about Godzilla's role and powers that are God-like and following the ideal icon.

Extra Chapter (Ch 2.75): Profile - Godzilla

Name: Immortal Godzilla/Gojira

Height: 90 meters tall

Length: 180 meters long

Weight: 45,500 tons

Profile/Bio: Having been killed around the early 1960s, this Godzilla expresses high aggression and vendetta against humanity for the things that they did. The first Godzilla from 1954 was his father and defended the world except human beings, blaming their arrogance and causes to the environment. He didn't care about destroying infrastructure or killing people. At times, he would use his instincts and intelligence to overcome obstacles like battle with the three Kaijus. He proved to be powerful enough to destroy Gorath after a year of storing up energy and Godzilla has high combat experiences. He adapts to his environments and attacks due to the mutation of Godzilla exposure to nuclear radiation.

Godzilla is 40 meters taller to the original Godzilla 1954 as the reason for his sudden growth is that he's absorbed radiations. Proven to be powerful and dangerous as Godzilla shows high aggression toward humanity. Godzilla was sent to the underworld, but he went through the trails of the underworld that Godzilla endured. He killed many things at that time as he overpowered the Gods, Angels, Demons, Spirit, and Devils. Godzilla's final journey in the underworld as swarms of demons and waves of spirits overwhelms him. Demons devoured as the spirits shred Godzilla as the Devils were still powerful while confident about the Godzilla's defeat. Then, there was something that no one or anything could ever imagine as it surprised the Devils. Demons and spirits began to change because there was some miracle happening as everything unraveled. Demons getting their skin to change from crimson to Charcoal, dorsal plates that shape maple leaves, and sounds like Godzilla. Even the spirits did the same but in a massive wave as they entered his remains and reformed Godzilla's remains. There, Godzilla did the unthinkable as Godzilla is reform and used all the new found power to obliterate the Devils. There Godzilla has finally escaped the underworld and entered the living world (Evangelion "Cipher").

Appearances/Design: Godzilla in GxE is inspired by GMK but has few changes. This godzilla design bears the appearance of GMK godzilla, Godzilla 1954, and previous incarnations. Having white pupil-less eyes like GMK, Charcoal gray skin, possessing large and sharper torn-like dorsal fins (akin to MireGoji and KiryuGoji), and the skin text is kin to the Monsterverse, GyuraGoji, MireGoji, and KiryuGoji. The jaws are similar to GMK, Monsterverse, and Godzilla Earth. This Godzilla incarnation has large digitigrade feet, like Godzilla Singular Point, kin to its theropod-like stance with its feet large in size. Even having the elbow spikes like Godzilla Singular Point and Godzilla Minus One.

Head: The head design is based on GMK, Legendary, Earth, MireGoji, KiryuGoji, Minus One, and Heisei. The story image or thumbnail shows his head design, but also used Dinosaurs like Tyrannosaurus rex and Lythronax. I wanted to create a look of fearsome, unnatural, and animalistic character that shares what makes Godzilla.

Upper Limbs(Arms): Having based on elbow spikes like Minus One and four clawed fingers that can rip through steel. Keeping the basic designs with the elbow spikes that enabled Godzilla to use close-combat for physical attacks.

Dorsal Plates/Fins: There's two stages of Godzilla's dorsal plates that would evolve throughout the following story. Bone white. The first stage keeps the basic shape like GMK, Legendary 2019-2021, or Godzilla Ultima. The second stage is more jagged and sharper like MireGoji or KiryuGoji, whereas the dorsal plates/fins will be different colored to the first stage.

Body: The body design is similar to the Heisei Godzilla but the neck is from the KiryuGoji and MireGoji, as his skin is crocodile-like to the Legendary and Minus One.

Lower Limbs(Legs): Theropod-like legs with four digit toes and reach up to 90 miles per hour.

Tail: The tail of Immortal Godzilla is similar to Ultima, KiryuGoji, and MireGoji as his tail is pointy like a whip-like.

Abilities: Immortal Godzilla/Gojira

Atomic Breath: Godzilla's signature weapon is a powerful blue heat ray that can melt metal and concrete, as if it could level city blocks, destroy military vehicles upon impact, or even incinerate anything caught in its path. When charging or preparing his attack, his dorsal plate/fins, mouth, and eyes would glow bright blue, except the eyes as it glowed pure white. Godzilla fires a blue beam (A trademark ability) that can obliterate anything in its path.

Spiral Heat Ray: A stronger variation of Godzilla's standard atomic breath as it doubled the damage of his atomic breath as he used the special ability against Gorath. It's a focus red thermonuclear beam with purple spiral and at times a multi-color (blue/purple/red) sparks. It's a super charged ability that Godzilla has absorbed enough energy that he gains.

Nuclear Pulse: Godzilla Nuclear Pulse is a wide range attack that emits atomic energy in all directions. It's a multi-color energy blast that either emits around his dorsal plate or whole body.

Spiritual Thermonuclear: A special power mode that made Godzilla extremely powerful as it changes his Atomic Breath, Spiral Heat Ray, and Nuclear Breath to change color to ghostly white like a call of the past. It's twenty times powerful like reaching up to Burning Godzilla or Godzilla Earth level that can destroy his opponent in a single go.

Regeneration: Godzilla healing properties prove to heal rapidly like the previous incarnation as Godzilla processed regenerative cells called G-1. With the benefit to adapt, Godzilla would be immune to attacks like Non-nuclear(N^2) but still have this ability and make things impossible to harm/kill Godzilla.

Intelligence: Godzilla demonstrates learning and strategy as well following animalistic instincts. Godzilla expresses problem-solving in combat as he would rethink ways to defeat or destroy his enemy. Immortal Godzilla isn't always a heartless creature that would kill any insight as he's like the Heisei Godzilla.

Durability: His durability has proven to be immune to any human weaponry and resistances to extreme temperatures. Due to his Evolution/adaptation, he can be immune to new attacks that can take matters into minutes or days in combat. But if new stronger attacks prove too much it can take a matter of time for Godzilla to adapt. Environment wise, Godzilla can adapt to resist extreme conditions if it is like Second Impact and Third Impact.

Amphibiousness: Godzilla is capable of living, swimming, and moving both water and land. Can reach up to 85 knots (97.8 miles per hour) in any depth water level.

Energy Absorption: Godzilla ability to absorb Radiation has proven to be the only thing to regain his strength and energy. But now, he can absorb any energy that he finds or gains from electricity(like lighting), plasma, and solar energy(Any kind). Godzilla's unique radiation can emit some benefactor to plant life as it somehow causes terraforming of the environment.

Evolution: This Godzilla's unique ability is quite similar to Shin Godzilla and Godzilla Ultima as it proves to adapt in its environments and overcome enemy attacks. His unique radiation proves to benefit plant life as it's non-lethal to animals who were near or close to Godzilla. During or if he's in the Third Impact, the reactions of the environment can somehow not alter him but Godzilla terraforming the Third Impact environment. He can cancel his attack due to the last time when Operation Rogue happens.

Heightened Senses: Godzilla's heightened senses have proven to detect threats before seeing them. He senses the area where he is standing, and can locate where his opponent is. Godzilla views the world as an extension of himself, as he would be aware of any disturbances or imbalances.

Physical Abilities: Like the previous incarnations, this Godzilla expresses a high degree of strength and some quick reflexes that it overpowers his opponents in physical combat. Godzilla can use his jaws, claws, tail, feet, and dorsal plate/fins.

Weakness: His Evolution ability proves to be slow as it can take days or months to evolve to resistance to any new attacks. Godzilla isn't adapted to the main antagonist's powers as it overpowers him and it is new to Godzilla encounter whereas the Main Antagonist has adapted and evolved. He was killed in Operation Rogue because of the efforts to kill him by overloading his atomic breath while using the prototype substance (Due to its properties to harden to heat). But Spiritual Thermonuclear is one of the weaknesses; it is his final ability that can drain so much that it causes his dorsal plates to crumble and melt.

Unused/Removed Concepts & Trivia

Hybrid(Unused): A plan for the Godzilla battle with the EVA units was cut out of the story due to the complex connection between the Evangelion story and Godzilla. The fight will conclude in the destruction of Godzilla as he will be dead for the following chapters till the near end when part of him lives on. Through Shinji and Unit-01, as he would be triggered by Shinji's mental state and caused a rampage. Using the concept of Shin Godzilla and expressing the idea of horror and suffering. Like Shin Godzilla, Shinji would become a Godzilla-like hybrid, just like Shin Godzilla's 5th form, who would go on a murder spree rampage.

Shinji (Godzilla Hybrid) would be a fusion of Godzilla and Shinji as he would go through a slow transition. Gaining Regenerative abilities and atomic breath for Shinji (Godzilla Hybrid). Shinji would grow a tail and ghostly dorsal plate as slowly fangs and red eyes like in rage (like a notion of betrayal by the ones he loved and known).

Negative/Issue: The problem here is the cause between Shinji's transformation and how other characters saved him. How Shinji became Godzilla was caused by his mental state that he felt angry or in pain. Pain by the ones he trusted or remembered like the third movie. Even how they resolve and remove Godzilla out of Shinji's body. So this concept was scraped off and will may or may not be used.

Unit-01 Hybrid: Unit-01 would go into transformation, in a response to Shinji's transformation. Both of them would go on a murder rampage that would kill many lives and "Spoilers" variants.

Spirits of the Dead(Removed): The part where the Shinji was killed by Character's variant (That be Asuka, Rei, or Misato variant) as his version of them and WILLE would see him dead in front of them. WILLE surrounded, with no hope but something happens when a blue aura that looks like flames are slowly showing up. Victims of the WWII and Second Impact show themselves as one of them speaks about their actions from Shinji's view and judgment toward those who were forgotten or treated.

Sharing the "Hybrid" concept, one of the spirits would speak how they're not in control of Godzilla but are part of his will. Will to survive, fury, and judgment toward the living. Then forms into a ghostly version of Godzilla who would enter inside Shinji (deceased) and resurrect himself.

Immortal Godzilla(Trivia): The meaning of his name implies that this Godzilla died before and acts like a legacy to previous incarnations of Godzilla. How I imagine his appearance is a combination between Godzilla 1954, GMK Godzilla, Monsterverse, Godzilla 2000, Heisei Godzilla, Godzilla Ultima, Earth, and Minus One. Godzilla shares not just the movies but also the comic IDW.

Like Godzilla in Hell, he was sent to Hell and came back to the world of the living where this set the story of GxE GAM.

The naming of Godzilla wasn't always called Immortal Godzilla before. Considering what he was called like Spirit/Devil/Wraith as these didn't fit what I can picture of a godzilla that was killed and brought back from the dead. Like GMK origin or Godzilla in Hell as much as I can make out of him. So thinking of the word "Immortal" Godzilla as I feel it's quite catchy and feels like Toho would use it soon or later. Betting a dollar that it was used and made feels like a Godzilla that's a god incarnated from death.

What is his size?: Originally the plan for his height wasn't always 90 meters because in the beginning I used previous Godzilla's heights to determine his height as well as did the same for his body length. Felt that being 100 or 300 meters was too tall as it felt like adding a Godzilla height contest and felt off. The thought of a Godzilla that can be small (like back to 50/55/60 meters height) but found out that Evangelion's height were 80 meters tall.(Note: I look it up and say it varies on 40, 60, 80, or 95 meters or something but decided that having it at 80 meters because I don't know why and wanted what the Units to be in the story.)

So I decided to have this Godzilla to be 90 meters for "Not too tall but not too small" because I don't want Godzilla to be a pushover at 50 or 55 meters and respecting other heights.

A/N: Hope you enjoy this Extra/Bonus Chapter because this is a favorite profile about this Godzilla incarnation that differs from other designs. The appearance references other designs like GMK, Godzilla 1954, Godzilla Ultima, KiryuGoji, MireGoji, Godzilla 90s, Godzilla Earth, and Monstervse Godzilla.

The unused concepts where the idea was thought to be good until it didn't match well for the story. It will either be used or not for Unused Concepts. Removed Concept is concepts that were deleted completely due to how it doesn't fit the theme, series, or no sense of the story. Trivia Concepts is telling the concepts of the story and how it's a background behind the story. So that's what I'm putting it down for the extras or bonus chapter for now."
