"We have three of the Eight Bullets confirmed down, people!" Futaba called in.
"Half our class is fighting up top, probably mopping up the small fry as we speak." Oujiro noted as he looked up.
"Rebecca's the Heavy Weapons Gal, she's got things covered." Sen added.
"Hope Uraraka's doing okay, and Tsu-Chan too. That big guy who came barreling out at the beginning was also one of the Eight Bullets."
"If we've already taken down three of them, I'm sure he'll be a piece of cake for them." Hilda reassured.
Atomic Samurai looked around the hallway. "Mimic doesn't seem to be affecting the building anymore. You'd think he'd want to slow us down as much as possible."
"We're probably too far out of his range," Flashy Flash suggested. "Even with Trigger, he can only affect so much within his perception. Not to mention he has both the police and Sakura to occupy him."
"It's likely he can only control so much at once. Meaning that when he is affecting the area, his real body is nearby." Aizawa realized.
Sero and Bondo were finishing trapping the last of the thugs with their tape and glue respectively. Mipha healed those who were injured as she turned to some of the restrained goons.
"I really must ask; why are you so loyal to someone who shows no care for you?"
"I wouldn't say we're loyal to Overhaul, more we're loyal to the real boss." A thug in a gas mask clarified. "The Oyabun preferred to stay true to the old traditions of the Yakuza, even in modern times. We respected him for it. But one day he fell into a coma. That's when Overhaul took over. He wanted to do things differently and started bringing in scumbags."
"At first we tried to fight against him, but Overhaul killed some of the loyalists." A thug in a nice white suit continued. "Death was no escape, however. He'd bring back the ones he killed unless they really pissed him off, just to prove he was powerful enough to be in charge. Even the boss's daughter only stayed because she wanted Overhaul to bring her dad out of his coma. He could do it, too. His Quirk is just that powerful."
"But isn't Motoko Chisaki part of the League now or something?" Nia asked with a hand on her hip.
"She is? We never saw her when meeting with them." A thug with peach fuzz who could manipulate leaves with a Quirk called [Leafipulation] said. "Though I gotta admit... Those guys might be even more powerful than Overhaul. Heck, that one guy with the red skin and glowing fingers burned and melted some of our guys just by poking them."
"Not to mention what their leader could do..." A thug in a hoodie and face mask noted.
"There's one more thing we should mention; The boss's coma? It wasn't some convenient illness that just happened to let Overhaul rise to power. He engineered it." The suited thug said. "At first we were confused as to why. Overhaul respected the Oyabun just like the rest of us. But when we overheard him and Motoko arguing, it made sense."
The masked thug nodded. "For all his respect for the boss, Overhaul never agreed with his way of running things. Thought he could do it better. If you really want to bring him down... Then I hope you brought some A-list heroes to this raid. The guys he's hired... They don't care about their future and have no hope. That's what makes them so dangerous."
"How dreadful..." Mipha frowned.
"Don't worry, the way our friends are, I'd say their more S-Tier if anythin'." Nia smirked, confident in the others.
Mimic had just caught up with the Front Raid Team and tried to ambush them, only to get a shock when Futaba phased down through the ceiling, the tentacles of her UFO construct lashing out to make room for the heroes to keep moving.
"Two more members right through there. If they aren't intercepted they'll likely bust through to engage us." Futaba said as she checked the hole Mimic had been trying to shove them through.
"Who are we dealing with?" Rock Lock asked.
Futaba frowned when she checked the screens. "The Shield and the Spear. Vanguard of the Shie Hassaikai's Eight Bullets. Kendo Rappa and Hekiji Tengai."
"Let's bring some shields and spears of our own for this," Fat Gum said as he turned to Eijirou. "Red Riot, I'll be counting on you!"
"You got it!" Eijirou declared.
"Yusuke, Haru, you join in as well. Show them why you're our agency's shield and spear." Zenkichi said.
"I'll do my best!"
"I shall beat their rubbish mentality into submission."
The four dove into the hole, and Mimic quickly ran for it, Futaba giving chase. Fat Gum tucked himself into a ball as he rolled and rolled through the tunnel before finally coming to a stop on flat ground. Eijirou, Haru, and Yusuke then climbed out of his belly, having taken refuge in his fat.
"We lack the means to see in the dark or provide a light source," Yusuke noted as the four saw that the interior of the room they were now in was quite dark. "Fortunately, those of us in the Royal Agency have trained our eyes for dark areas in preparation for becoming Underground Heroes."
Suddenly, the two of them could hear steps rapidly approaching them and quickly turned around to face the source to see a tall man with a black plague mask covering his whole face charging towards them.
"Incoming!" Haru called out.
Eijirou immediately assumed his Red Riot Unbreakable form as he saw the fist coming towards his face, crossing his arms to block the attack. What he didn't expect was to be sent flying towards the wall, crashing into it and creating a crater.
"Hang on!" Yusuke exclaimed, activating his Quirk, [Crystal Ice]. This allowed him to lower the temperature in the air around him, allowing him to manipulate the ice crystals created and form ice constructs.
While Yusuke formed an ice slide to catch Eijirou before he hit the far wall, Fat Gum couldn't react fast enough before being pounded by a barrage of fists from Kendo Rappa. He quickly took a back step to create some space as Rappa continued his assault, only to realize he was slowing down, ice forming around his arms.
"Hey, that's not fair!"
Yusuke merely huffed. "There is an old legend from Chinese history of a merchant who approached a king with two objects of great worth. A spear that could pierce any shield, and a shield that could block any spear. The king called him out for the contradiction, for what would happen if the two items were to be used against each other? If you are the great spear of villainy, then I am here as the shield of justice."
"Well said, kid!" Fat Gum smiled as he threw a punch with all his formidable weight behind it, only to clash against a barrier that suddenly formed to protect Rappa.
"So we have Fat Gum, one boy who can harden, and another who can generate ice. But what can the girl do, I wonder?" Hekiji Tengai noted as he stepped into view.
Haru was checking up on Eijirou, who had parts of his arms chipped from the blow he received earlier. Yusuke had helped ice over the wounds but Eijirou was still shaken from the experience.
"We have three better suited for defense. You'd have been better off bringing in two defense and two offense." Hekiji noted.
Rappa continued to strike Fat Gum again and again with the power of his Quirk, [Strongarm], the BMI Hero just standing there tanking it.
"Damn, even with my fat, the damage still goes through. It's like a high-caliber piercing bullet!" Fat Gum noted with a wince.
"You look like you can barely stand!" Rappa grunted as he prepared to unleash another barrage, only to be stopped by a freezing wave.
"To be honest, I'm more suited as a shield. But the truth is..." Yusuke said as he generated several ice spears. "I'm not too shabby on the offense, either."
He unleashed the ice spears, only for Hekiji to block them with his Quirk, [Barrier].
Haru watched this with a hum. "I'm curious... Can those only block physical attacks?"
Haru then unleashed a psychic strike on Hekiji's mind. As it turned out, his barriers were only good for physical attacks. A mental attack was something else entirely
"The hell? What did you do?" Rappa asked incredulously.
"That's the power of my Quirk, [Psychic Dazzle]. It gives me various psychic-based powers such as telekinesis, psychic bursts, telepathy, and perception alteration!" Haru explained. "It's the ultimate spear, able to pierce through any physical barrier. So long as I know where a target is, walls and barriers provide no defense."
Meanwhile, Eijirou was taking some deep breaths. What had just happened scared him out of his mind, but luckily the ice now covering his arms had numbed the pain. His mind then went back to something his beloved grandfather and idol Crimson Riot had said.
"Show me someone who's not afraid of death, and I'll show you an idiot!"
"Grandpa understood my pain. He once had a weak spirit like I did, and his hesitation cost an innocent life. He admitted to being afraid of dying, but that he was afraid of the look on other people's faces when they die even more." Eijirou thought before speaking his next words out loud. "The day before I had frozen up when Ashido was in danger. But the day after... I swore to never freeze up that like again. Just like Crimson Riot before me... I'LL LIVE A LIFE WITHOUT REGRET!"
Suddenly, waves of force burst off of Eijirou as his hardened body became coated in the familiar black sheen of Armament Haki. Rappa's eyes widened in amazement as he struggled to hold his ground.
"That kid... He's got Haki! And from this pressure, he's able to harness the Path of the Conqueror!"
Meanwhile, Fat Gum was preparing to make his own move. "What these guys don't know is that I've been absorbing every blow and sinking the energy into my body. Doing that burns a lot of fat, but in doing so... My ultimate defense turns into a more powerful offense!"
Hekiji was able to shake himself out of his stupor and noticed Fat Gum seemed to start becoming skinnier, energy coursing through him.
"Rappa! Fat Gum is up to something, be careful!"
Suddenly Eijirou came barging in between the two, Rappa's fists bouncing off his Haki-enhanced body. However, despite this, Rappa had a smile on his face as he saw the fire in Eijirou's eyes.
"This kid...he's not giving up! He's got the fire of a king in his belly!"
Eijirou quickly moved for a counter-punch, only for it to bounce off of Hekiji's barrier.
"You ass!" Rappa growled, looking over to Hekiji in anger at the interruption of such a fight.
"That girl might be able to bypass my barrier with a mental attack," Hekiji admitted, "But no physical force can break through it. The boy's attack was in vain."
"That's because my back wasn't in it!" Eijirou smirked, shocking Hekiji. "What I was doing just now was buying time for Mr. Fat! You thought he was just another shield for us, but you were wrong!"
Fat Gum smiled in agreement as he stepped in front of Eijirou, his fat having melted away into energy that was coursing in his arms as he now had the look of an Olympic athlete.
"Thanks, kiddo. You bought me the time I needed for this. As for you two, you guys made a serious mistake!" The BMI Hero grinned. "Though to be fair, I made the same one. And that mistake... Was underestimating Red Riot's chivalrous spirit!"
"A chivalrous spirit with the makings of a king." Yusuke added with a nod, acknowledging Eijirou's use of Conqueror's Haki.
With a mighty blow, Fat Gum punched right through Hekiji's barrier, shattering it like glass, blowing both him and Rappa right into the opposite wall from the shockwave.
"At the end of the day, both of us had spears and shields. But we had one more of each than you did. And that made all the difference." Fat Gum said, spitting out a glob of blood before wiping his chin.
Meanwhile, Overhaul and Chronostasis were still taking the Eri clone out of the hideout.
"We're losing men at too fast a rate. The heroes really planned this raid for maximum effect." Overhaul said.
"It may just be the end of the Shie Hassaikai..." Chronostasis grimly noted.
"For now, perhaps," Overhaul admitted. "But now that we have our finished product, all we have to do is make sure the two of us and our primary asset escape. Then we can rebuild from scratch. With our backing from the League of Villains, getting new recruits will be easy. And with the story that the heroes attacked because they were afraid of the potency of our drug, we can draw in even more investors."
"You're not getting out of here, Kai. Everything you built on your web of lies will be BROKEN."
Hearing Motoko's voice again, Overhaul once more turned to see where it came from, scowling in annoyance.
"I don't know how you're watching me, sister...but even you'll see that I'm right in the end!"
Back outside, things were starting to calm down, with Katsukame being the only yakuza thug still fighting. Morgana and Nia blitzed him with their cat-like agility before landing near Ochako, Tsuyu, Mipha, and Rebecca.
"Me, Ryuukyuu, and Nejire-Chan have this guy. Even with his Quirk boosting his strength he can only last so long. Head inside and back up the others." Morgana said.
The four girls nodded and headed into the lair, joining their classmates as they hurried in.
"Glad to see you guys are okay." Futaba said after managing to reunite the Strike Force.
"You used Conqueror's Haki? That's so cool, Kirishima!" Hilda smiled as Izuku used the [Heal-Heal Fruit] to mend Eijirou's wounds as Mina hugged him tightly.
"You dummy! Don't worry us like that!"
"Kiri-Bro...you are even manlier than I ever could hope to be!" Tetsutetsu said, slapping Eijirou on the back with manly tears in his eyes.
"Thanks, Tetsu-Bro!"
"Listen, I don't know if that ability can really help everyone here. So just in case, there's a medical facility in the back of this hideout where you can tend your wounded." Rappa suddenly said, him and Hekiji having surrendered.
"I can somehow tell in my gut that you aren't lying." Hilda said. "And I've got a big one."
"Hehehe, you sure do, girlie." Rappa chuckled before looking to Eijirou. "I saw a boy become a man today. Right in front of my eyes. I honestly wouldn't mind fighting him again, but only once he's managed to get even stronger. See, I used to be a champion MMA fighter. At first, it was great. We were allowed to use our Quirks with no restraint, save for not killing each other of course."
"I think I recall you were also involved with Miruko before she became a licensed Pro Hero." Fat Gum chuckled. "Ah, those were some good times, I gotta say."
"Heh, I was wondering how that kid was doing these days." Rappa smiled wistfully before frowning. "But with how strong my Quirk makes me... All of my opponents went down in a single punch and wouldn't get back up. I lost all passion for the sport. But this young man... He's the first to ever take my knockout blow, strong enough to kill a man and get right back up. And then just keep going, to the point where my blows wouldn't even affect him."
"Guess you just wanted a fair and true challenge, huh?" Togaru guessed.
"I've always felt like the best fights are death matches. You're never more powerful than when your life is at stake." Rappa said. "It doesn't matter if the match doesn't actually end in a death for me, so long as I get that challenge. And that's what I got today."
"I must also admit something as well..." Hekiji sighed. "I never truly agreed with Overhaul's methods of bringing the Yakuza back. I was loyal to the Oyabun alone but my hands were tied...and Overhaul had saved my life long ago. I owe him that much, at least...but for what he has done to the child...you must stop him."
"Don't worry, that's at the top of our list." Katsuki smirked.
"Well, these guys are apples that fell far off the tree!" A familiar voice to the Hero Students chimed in. "Don't worry, we won't be taking them like we took those three losers!"
"LOOK OUT!" Hilda shouted as Twice and Saiko made their appearance along with a man who looked like the Pokemon Hypno, only with a more muscular build, biker gear, and glaring hollow black eyes.
"I recognize him, that's Shigeo Hamaguchi!" Sir Nighteye realized. "Also goes by the name of the Pokemon he resembles; Hypno!"
"Yeah! We're putting the screws to the Shie Hassaikai ourselves!" Twice said. "We're helping them take you down!"
"Even if we have a common enemy, you're still part of the League of Villains!" Nighteye said as he took out some of his Hyper-Density Seals. "We have no choice but to bring you in as well!"
"That's what you think!" Saiko smirked as she slit her shoulder, causing blood to gush out and form into a giant hammer.
"We still have a mission to complete ourselves!" Hypno added, using his Quirk, [Hypno], which allowed him to summon a pendulum that he could channel psychic energy through for all sorts of attacks, most notably hypnosis and mind reading.
"Back off, vils méchants!" Yuuga shouted as he thrust his hand out instinctively...only for everyone to stare in shock as a brilliant laser shot from it, which hit the surprised Twice in the face and cut off a piece of his mask.
"Jin-Chan!" Saiko cried in alarm.
"Hmph, it seems the Quirk the fallen king gave that boy has become his own..." Hypno noted in interest. "We have no more quarrel with you now. We will meet again!"
Saiko slammed her palms into the ground, creating a barrier of glass to cover their escape. As she, Hypno, and Twice fled, the Double-user fell over and clutched his head, shaking.
"No! Yes! I'm splitting up! Hooray! I'm gonna split apart! I won't! Gotta cover it up! Leave it off!"
"You guys seem to be in a bit of a hurry."
Saiko gasped when she saw Himiko there, having also joined in on the raid. Her Hero Costume consisted of a skin-tight crimson leotard made from genetic fibers, her extremities bearing telekill forged gauntlets and boots and her face covered by a black piped mask.
"Himi-Chan!"
Himiko simply crouched down toward Twice and took out some bandages from her blue utility belt, wrapping them around the torn area of his mask as he began calming down.
"You know, in another universe, maybe we could have been partners, Jin-Kun." Himiko noted as she held Twice's face gently. "You must be so sad, but you gotta endure. You've got people who are counting on you, people who think you're a really great guy."
"I guess not everything you put up for our classmates was a mask, huh?" Saiko said fondly as Himiko smiled and gestured with her head for the three villains to escape.
"Consider this a freebie."
"Himiko..." Twice said, tears in his eyes as Hypno created a psychic portal to escape through with his comrades.
"Before we leave, you should probably get rid of that clone you made of Eri, my friend." Hypno suggested to Twice. "It will do good to put the screws to Overhaul on that bend."
Eijirou has awakened Conqueror's Haki and unlike mtnetsurfer with My Hero SCP, I brought back Himiko and Twice's friendship, even if Himiko is a Hero this time and Twice is still a Villain.
Overhaul is about to be screwed over big time so look forward to that when it comes, people!
