The episode starts with Don narrating. "Last time on the race around the states, dear God, all hell basically just broke loose." "Jay was going to the hospital, to have an owl removed from his head." "When Junior saw that Lindsay was the substitute, he went berserk." "Leshawna apparently has the belief, that Junior injured himself on purpose, and blamed it on Loki for a publicity stunt." "Brody became the first repeat winner of the season in a photo finish, but it was overshadowed by Jay's return, and apparently he adopted the owl he saved." "He then went to look for Junior, who is apparently having another tantrum." "You know what, the kid needs to see a psychiatrist, his emotions are destroying him." "Find out wether or not Junior can finally pull himself together, in this episode of the race around the states."

Jay had just arrived at Dwayne and Junior's room, and instead of seeing Junior he saw a note.
Want to stay as far away from anybody as possible, locked myself in the basement where there are no cameras. I would appreciate it of nobody would try to talk to me, especially you dad.
Jay went over to the door of the hotel's basement, and knocked on it. "Junior, it's me Jay" said Jay. "I know what you're upset about, you're obviously scared for Mickey." "Listen, i'm taking it way harder than you are, as he's been with me since birth." The sound of footsteps could then be heard coming up the stairs, and Junior unlocked the door. He then signaled Jay, to follow him down.
The two were in a storage closet, out of the view of the cameras. "I won't deny it, i'm really worried about Mickey" said Junior. "I completely understand your worries about your twin, as I know what it's like to be apart from a sibling." "But, you're an only child" said Jay. "I don't know what happened, but I somehow found out that wasn't the case, after Loki tried to kill me" said Junior.
**Flashback**
The Santori family was riding in an ambulance. "So we know what happened, apparently he was attacked by an emo rabbit" said the doctor. "I'm going to need his full name, his date of birth, and his hometown." "Okay, his name is Dwayne Marcus Santori the second, born on October 28 1995" said Dwayne. "All three of us reside in Mount Sword, Canada" said Annie." "Canada, I am to assume that none of you are U.S citizens" said The Doctor. The doctor got his answer, when they shook their heads. "Alright, the federal government is going to have to cover this." "Obviously the legal owners of the rabbit, definitely do not have the money to pay the medical bills." "Should the kid survive, it'll be his decision as to wether or not he wants to press charges." "Being a minor, if he doesn't survive, it's going to be up to the two of you, his legal guardians to decide what happens to the pet owners."
Junior's stretcher was rolled into the hospital, and he was carefully set in an x-ray. "Oh my god, this is really serious for a thirteen year old" said one of the doctors. "Four slightly cracked ribs, and a minor grade one concussion." "The real problem, lies in his lower spine." "All of his lumbar vertebrae, are covered in cracks." "The actual chord is just fine, but one wrong move and those vertebrae are going to break apart, and he'll be in a wheelchair for the rest of his life." "He has also lost, insane amounts of blood, and is still bleeding in several places of his body." "No surprise, there is going to have to be a major transfusion." "There of course are several holes in his body that have to be sealed back up, more than likely going to leave some permanent scars." "EVERYONE HELP GET THIS KID TO THE OPERATING ROOM ASAP!"
Junior was put on a bed, ready for surgery. Dwayne handed one of the nurses his son's teddy bear. "That bear better be in bed with him, as soon as the operation is over" said Dwayne. "If he doesn't survive this, it better be because of the injuries, and not because of a screw up from one of your surgeons." "IF ONE OF YOU IS THE REASON HE DIES, I WILL MAKE YOU BURN IN HELL!" "DWAYNE, CALM THE FUCK DOWN!" shouted Annie. "I'm sorry Annie, i'm just not emotionally ready for a repeat of what happened over two decades ago" said Dwayne. "Alright, you two better make your goodbye's quick, we need to start this surgery" said one of the doctors." "Junior, we'll be waiting outside for you" said Annie. "Goodbye Junior, it was fun while it lasted, me and your mom will never forget you" said Dwayne. He thought he knew for a fact, that his son was going to die. After his parents exited the room, Junior was then put under anesthetics.
Junior woke up, and saw nothing but white. He got up, and felt that he wasn't in pain anymore. He thought he might be in heaven. He then began to fear what his father would think. A bright light began shining in the distance, blinding Junior's eyes. As the light got closer, it got darker, until it eventually revealed a shape, it was the shape of a human. A pretty blonde girl in a brown dress walked up to him. "Hello Junior, it's nice to finally meet you" said the girl. "Who exactly are you?" asked Junior. "My name is Sarah Santori, i'm your older sister" said the girl. Junior was shocked, he didn't know he had a sister. "I died several years ago, but while it may seem like it for you, you actually aren't dead" said Sarah. "So all of this is just in my head" said Junior. "Of course this is in your head, but that doesn't mean it isn't real" said Sarah. She then explained the story of how she died.
"Our mother Annie, gave gave birth to me on October 28 1975." "But I had a really bad birth defect, as I was born with only one lung." "The next several years were quite rough for me, as mom and dad did several things to keep me alive, until an organ donor was willing to give me a lung." "When I was 10, they finally got the lung, and I was on my way to the hospital, but then soot hit the fan."
"On the way to the hospital, there was a really bad blizzard outside." "Due to how icy the road was, the car ended up veering out of control, and went tumbling down a hill." "Mom and dad finally woke up 10 hours later, but they were mortified at what they saw." "There was a giant hole in my back, with my spine lying right beside me, and a huge pile of blood in the snow." "A rescue team eventually came to save them, but my fate was already determined."
"Obviously mom and dad were devastated at what took place, as it's really hard for a parent to lose a child." "But dad, he took the loss extremely hard." "At my funeral, he dug my grave with his bare hands, carries my casket, and buried me all by himself." "He didn't want to leave me, and he was the last person to leave my funeral."
"When dad got home, he stored away all of the pictures of me, and anything that belonged to me." "Every time he looked at them, he couldn't stop imagining my dead corpse." "For years to come, he always denied that he ever had a daughter." "He loved me, but he never wanted to mention my existence, as it would bring up too many bad memories."
"To a certain extent, he changed his entire identity." "He constantly denied that he ever had a child, and even claimed to be 20 years younger than his actual age." "He also developed a really bad drinking problem, and kept getting in trouble with the law for DUI's." "Mom stood by him the whole time, and she continued to love him."
"Dad was traumatized, when he found out that mom was pregnant." "So many bad thoughts came into his mind." "He knew what happened the last time he had a child, and really did not want to go through any more suffering." "Mom then gave birth to you, exactly 20 years after the day I was born, right down to the exact date." "They named you, Dwayne Marcus Santori the second, more commonly known as Junior."
"Dad was so overprotective of you, because he didn't want to lose another kid." "He always treated you like a baby, because sometimes when he looks at you, he sees me when I was a baby." "Due to the fact that he really doesn't want to remember what happened the day that I died, he decided to never tell you that you had an older sister." "He constantly forgets your birthday on purpose, as he knows the person you're sharing it with."
Junior was shattered at what he just heard. He always got angry with his dad for treating him like a baby, but now he realized that his dad just wanted to keep him safe. He felt like an asshole, he was never fair to his own father. "Listen, I have to go now, but you don't have anything to worry about" said Sarah. "Dad does and always will, love both of us." "I'll be keeping an eye on you in heaven, and one day, all of us will be reunited again, as one big happy family." "You're my little brother, and I love you." Sarah began hugging Junior, and now Junior was completely filled with tears. He didn't want his sister to leave him, not now.
In the hospital waiting room, Dwayne and Annie were sitting with band aids on theirs arms, as they just had to donate blood to help their son. "It's alright sweetheart, everything will be fine" said Annie. "Nothing is fine, we just gave our blood for nothing" said Dwayne. "This is all my fault, this never would have happened had I not signed us up for that show." "My son is going to die, and it's all my fault, at least he'll be with his sister now." Something snapped inside of Dwayne, and he was absolutely full of anger and hatred, to the point where he started yelling. "THERE IS NO GOD, AND IF THERE IS, HE DOESN'T GIVE A SINGLE SHIT ANY OF HIS FUCKING CHILDREN!" "THIS WAS ALL A HUGE MISTAKE, WE SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAD CHILDREN, WE'RE ALL JUST SLAVES!" "SLAVES OF JESUS CHRIST TO BE PUNISHED UNFAIRLY, AND TO BE BANISHED TO HELL!" "THERE IS NO HEAVEN!" A doctor then stepped into the waiting room. "Well, the operation is complete, and your son is currently resting right now" he said. "We don't know if he's going to wake up." "You are a fucking liar" said Dwayne. "Our son is dead, and now he's burning in hell." "I'm not putting up with any more bullshit, this never happened, we never had kids to begin with." "We're just going to live for the rest of our horrible lives, and then die a painful death."
About two hours had just passed since he went into surgery, and Junior had just woken up from his vision. He felt that most of his body was in serious pain again, and felt something tugging on his arm. He didn't know that it was an IV. He was absolutely horrified, he was alone in the dark, with his family presumably thousands of miles away. He began to breathe heavily, not knowing what to do. Tears slowly began dripping out of his eyes, and he began throwing a tantrum. Inside the waiting room, his parents could recognize his screams. They bolted through the hallways, and burst into the room. They saw their son in bed, with stitches across his face in the shape of an x. His skin was going pale, and there was an IV in his left arm. His eyes had gone completely bloodshot, and his hospital sheets were soaked with his tears. Dwayne leaned above his son, and was crying along with him. "It's alright son, mommy's here, daddy's here, we're all here together" said Dwayne. Junior really wanted to tell his dad not everyone was here as Sarah was gone, but didn't want to upset his father even more.
Over the next year, life was pretty rough for him. He wanted to tell his parents that he knew about his older sister, but didn't want to cause his father any more trauma. During the night when his parents were in bed, he would often search the house for memorabilia of his sister, but his efforts were always fruitless. He always hoped that he could speak to her in another dream, and while he could picture her in his mind, there was no chance of interaction.
He then went into a major stage of depression. At school, due to the fact he was a ridongculous race contestant, several students obviously wanted his autograph. He's just sign his name, without saying anything. He never raised his hand in class, and only talked when he was asked to. He was that one kid, who always sat alone in the cafeteria. Whenever he was at home, he would lock himself in his bedroom and throw a tantrum before falling asleep. There was even a time when he missed the bus to take him home from school, and the principal found him crying in the janitors closet. He never told his parents about the reason why he was upset, and he never told his girlfriend Sanders that he was going through emotional trauma. His parents simply just believed that it was PTSD, due to the fact he almost died.
When he got the call to come back for season 2, he realized how dangerous the challenges could be, and didn't want to go through the same pain his dad went through. At that point, he promised that he would badly hurt, anybody that tried to injure his family members. For over a year, he wanted to have a comforting talk with his dad, and tell him that he knew about Sarah Santori's existence, but didn't want to give him any more trauma. Junior really wanted what he knows he can't have, to see his sister, one last time, just one.
**End of flashback**
"Oh my God, I didn't know it was this serious" said Jay. "I know how you're feeling right now, I know what it's like to be separated from a sibling" said Junior. He then looked at the baby owl on Jay's shoulder. "Her name is Hazel, after she got removed from me, I kept her as a pet" said Jay. "Take good care of that owl, that's what Mickey would want" said Junior. "And Jay, I would appreciate it if you not talk about this with anybody else, especially my dad, I don't want him to suffer any longer." Jay, suddenly felt a surge of anger towards Leshawna. She actually accused Junior of faking his emotions, completely unaware of what was going on. He decided to give here a piece of his mind that night.
(Room 8- Jay and Leshawna)
"It's completely ridiculous, that brat injures himself on purpose, in order to get sympathy" said Leshawna. "Yeah, and I suppose you also think that my brother intentionally fell down in the sunflower maze" said Jay. "My brother is on his deathbed, and you are taking full advantage of his injury." "Why are you trying to treat me like a sadist?" asked Leshawna. "BECAUSE YOU ARE ONE!" shouted Jay. "YOU ARE HOPING THAT MY TWIN DIES, SO YOU CAN STAY IN THE COMPETITION PERMANENTLY, AND WIN THE MILLION DOLLARS!" "BULL, I CARE VERY MUCH FOR MICKEY, I SIGNED MY NAME ON HIS HELMET!" shouted Leshawna. "SHUT UP!" shouted Jay. "YOU HAVE NO SYMPATHY, WHEN OTHER PEOPLE GET SERIOUSLY HURT!" "YOU DIDN'T CARE WHEN IT HAPPENED TO JUNIOR, AND YOU DON'T CARE NOW ABOUT MICKEY, JUST LIKE YOU NEVER CARED ABOUT HAROLD!" That was the final nail in the coffin, and Leshawna lunged at Jay. Jay lunged at the exact same time, and a major fist fight was now happening in the room. Dwayne actually heard this from outside the room, and was shocked.
(Confession cam- Who can blame him?)
Dwayne- "I was in the room with Junior at the time of his accident, and saw everything." "You know what, my son can do whatever he wants to that bitch, I hope Jay beats the shit out of her."
**End confessional**
(Room 3- father and son)
Dwayne walked into the room, to see Junior in bed with his eyes closed, and tears on his cheeks. He wouldn't let go of his bear. "Junior, you don't know" thought Dwayne in his mind. "You don't know that teddy used to belong to your sister."
(Room 10- the surfers)
"I said it once and i'll say it again, if Harold doesn't want to accept your apology, then it's his problem" said Brody. "But, the contract" said Geoff. "If you want my advice, don't sign it" said Brody. "Whatever emotional trauma Junior is going with, he needs to talk about it with his dad, and not take his frustration out on the innocent" said Brody. "Ever since he got that injury, he's been really annoying."
(Room 5- the geniuses)
"Ellody, i've done some calculations, and came to the conclusion that Mickey's chances of living are 10 and 13/455%" said Mary. "It pains me to say this, but i'd only give him 10%" exactly" said Ellody. "It's a real shame, he was a good friend to all of us, and I know how bad Mickey's taking it." "I'm really scared, do you think I can sleep with you tonight?" asked Mary. "Of course, get on in, but stay on your side of the bed" said Ellody. Mary got under the covers of Ellody's bed, and the geniuses fell asleep.
The next day everyone got on the bus, and they stopped in front of a large forest. "Welcome to Wyoming, famous for it's several national parks, it's mountains, and it's greenery" said Don. "This challenge is going to be a nature hike, you'll all run from one end of the forest to the other." "Very similar to Kansas, the forest is kind of like a maze, and can be hard to navigate through." "The idea is to stay on the trail, and while we're not going to try and penalize you for taking shortcuts, it is really not recommended." "Any area that is not a part of the trail, is full of thorns and poison ivy." "Obviously cutting through there will help you get there faster, but it's way too risky."
Everyone was then lined up at the starting line. "I will indeed clarify, that there are no dangerous animals in those woods" said Don. "As we don't a repeat of the last maze challenge, I ask that you not worry about losing this race, and instead try not to lose yourselves." "ON YOU MARK, GET SET GOOOOO!" Everyone then ran into the forest.
Now, with a challenge like this, you all are probably thinking that nearly everyone is going to break up into groups of three, and then this story is going to focus on the different interactions. This was about to be the case, until one of the trees began emitting smoke. It toppled over, taking another tree with it, starting a major accordion event. The forest was now on fire, and it was spreading rapidly. At that point it wasn't a race anymore, and the goal was to simply get the hell out of there, before you started burning alive. All of the contestants were panicking, along with the camera crew that were in the forest. Junior was the first one to make it out alive, followed by Owen, then Chet, then Lorenzo, then Ryan, then Crimson, then Kitty, then Tammy, then Jacques, then MacArthur, then Taylor, then Sanders, then Laurie, then Noah, then Kelly, then Geoff, then Ennui, then Jen, then Leonard, then Miles, then Jay, then Pete, then Leshawna, then Rock, then Brody, then Stephanie, then May, then Gerry, then Spud, then Carrie, then Ellody, then Josee, then Dwayne, then Tom, and finally Emma.
"Wait, Devin is nowhere to be seen" said Kitty. "OH GOD NO, DEVIN!" shouted Carrie. She was horrified for her boyfriend.
The fire department eventually came to put the fire out, and they did manage to find Devin. His body was completely in tact, with no tears in his clothing, he was breathing, he had a pulse, but he would not wake up. Nobody had any smelling salts on them, so they had Owen fart on him. It didn't do anything. Ultimately, they had to dial 911, and Devin had to be taken away by an ambulance.
"Well, at least it's not as bad as Mickey's injury" said Don. "At least Mickey was actually conscious" said Josee. "Oh yeah, I didn't think of that" said Don. "As for the challenge, well due to the fact that Junior got out of the forest first, he technically wins the race."
On the podium Chet stood on the third place pedestal, Owen stood on the second place pedestal, and Junior stood on the winners pedestal. "Junior, you just won every episode of Full house on DVD" said Don. Instead of celebrating, Junior got down to the ground, and started throwing another tantrum. "Maybe he'd actually be happy, if Devin wasn't going to the hospital" said Emma. Leshawna just rolled her eyes. "Okay, we've seen enough here" said Don. The screen then went black.

Authors note: I am not a doctor, so I might not have gotten all the facts right, in terms of the seriousness of Junior's injuries. I'm also not a lawyer, so I don't know wether or not Junior would be allowed to press charges against the goths, with him being under 18. Also the accident happened in the United States, and Seeing as how he is a Canadian immigrant, I don't he'd be relying on an insurance company, outside of the US. It's a complicated system, and I've never even been to New York, so I have no freaking idea how their Government works. Maybe one of you guys can fact check me in a review, I think I might be 60% correct.
You would think with Junior being my all time favorite Total drama character, i'd actually have him enjoy his first win of the season. But the sad thing about life, is that you can't have your cake and eat it too. Junior is obviously going through some pretty bad trauma, and he just had to witness 2 of his friends leave due to health issues. Well technically 3, if you count Jay missing one challenge to get his owl removed. Don't even get me started on the fact, that this isn't the first time Devin had a medical issue while competing.
The conversation that Junior had with Jay, did not happen on camera. You the readers, know why he's so upset, but the audience watching has no idea. Now many people see Junior as an annoying brat, and they don't realize what actually happened. With how many dark things that have happened so far, I think you know why this story is rated M
