The episode starts with Don narrating. "Last time on the race around the states, Harold proved once again how dominant he was, and became the first contestant to have three challenge wins, all of them coming in a row." "But a much more important story than that, was Junior revealing something really dark about himself." "His incident with Duncan in Kindergarten traumatized Junior so bad, that he wants Duncan to die an incredibly painful death." "I really hope, that Junior doesn't actually mean it." "Given the state we're about to go to in this challenge, I really hope he can sort out his issues." "We'll just have to hope for the best on this episode of, the race around the states."
Intro consists of a shorter version of the final countdown.
Noah and Emma were currently on a date, in a Chinese restaurant. "Emma, we really need to talk about Harold's performance" said Noah. "Even since the dude got back, he's been performing like a total badass" said Emma. "I wasn't talking about complimenting him" said Noah. "The reason why he's doing so good, is because he's fueled by hatred." "I'm genuinely concerned that he's going to push himself too far, and that he's going to get hurt badly." "My God, everything has just been going downhill since last season ended" said Emma. "First, Junior nearly gets killed by a rabbit, and he's still suffering from that incident." "Then, Mickey badly injures himself in a maze, and now Jay is extremely pissed off as well." "Then, Devin is forced to leave due to an incurable disease." "And to cap it all off, Jay ends up getting his hand chopped off." "Everything sucks, nothing is going right" said Noah.
(Room 3 - father and son)
"Dwayne Marcus Santori the second, do you know how serious what you said was?" snapped a stern Dwayne Senior. "I sure as heck do, and I don't regret a single word I said, I genuinely want Duncan to die" said Junior. "Son, I understand that the things Duncan did were unforgivable" said Dwayne. "But does this really warrant execution?" "Absolutely, nothing good should happen to him ever again" said Junior. "The biggest accident of his entire life, was his birth." "Junior, I want to know the full story of what is going on" said Dwayne. "Ever since you got out of the hospital, your emotions have been all over the place." "Dad, there's nothing wrong with me, I wish you would stop pushing to issue to get me to talk" said Junior.
(Confession cam- Family troubles)
Dwayne- "Why does my own son not trust me?" "I raised him, clothed him, bathed him, fed him, took him to sporting events, got him an ice cream, let him sleep in my bed whenever he had nightmares, and I stood by him the entire time he was injured." "Whatever he is struggling with, I can help."
Junior- "If I didn't live in the same house as him, he'd have no idea I was his son." "Does he give a single damn about what Duncan did to me?" "Does he seriously think I am in the wrong?" "And by the way, those of you watching that actually think Duncan is a good person." (Sticks his middle finger in the air) "Fuck you."
**End confessional**
(Room 16- the ice dancers)
"While Jay and Jacques were asleep, Josee just sat on her bed, looking down at Jay. Josee was deep in thought. "Why would he ever want to associate himself with me?" "I've done too many bad things, I just don't see a reason for him to have affections for me?" "If he knew how I felt about him, he wouldn't return my feelings." Josee sadly got under her covers, and fell asleep feeling upset. Her land was leaning over the side of the bed, and her fingers were almost touching Jay's.
(Room 15- the cadets)
"MacArthur, are you and Brody a thing?" asked Sanders. "I honestly don't know if we're a couple or not" said MacArthur. "We've hung out once a month since last season ended, he's been flirting with me several times, but he has yet to flat out ask me to be his girlfriend." "Well if he did ask you, what would you tell him?" asked Sanders. "I'd probably say yes, but we aren't kissing until date number 5 as a couple" said MacArthur.
As they were on the bus next morning, Junior began to have a panic attack, when he saw that they just crossed over into the state of New York. He put his hoodie over his head, pulled the laces so his face was hidden, and began breathing rapidly. Tom was sitting right beside him, and asked him what the heck was going on. "I don't want to be back here again, this is the exact same state where I almost died" said Junior. This began to make Crimson and Ennui think. The prophecy stated that Junior was unable to die while the devil was still at large. Did this mean it was literally impossible for him to die? Would would happen if somebody ran a sword right through his heart? Until the Devil is defeated, is Junior immortal?
When they got off the bus, they saw 36 pitching machines, and 36 bats. "We are in New York, this state is famous for the New York Yankees, so we'll be doing a baseball related challenge" said Don. "You will step up and grab a bat, the baseballs will be shot towards you, and what you have to do is knock them away, as far as possible." "The idea is to hit it at least 250 feet." "If your machine lets out a ding, that means you got it." "If it let's out a buzzer, it means you have to try again." "The first contestant to reach the 250 foot mark, will win the challenge."
The challenge ended up as a complete crapshoot. Thirty six balls were launched at once, and Harold got 325 feet on the first try. While every other contestant was able to hit their ball successfully, Brody ended up getting hit in the chest. He got down on his knees, and put both hands to his heart. "Ow, this hurts, you have no idea how painful this is" said Brody in a weak voice. He then began coughing and hacking, and spat out a small amount of his own blood. Seeing as how there was obviously an injury, Don immediately halted the challenge.
(Confession cam- Oh Lord, you know it's bad when blood is splattered)
Harold- "I knew exactly what the problem was, given how I had a similar incident when I was 12." "I knew what I had to do, I've done a lot of research."
**End confessional**
"Alright Brody, you are going to be just fine, just do exactly as I instruct you" said Harold. Harold told Brody to slowly lie down, and he very carefully removed Brody's shirt. On Brody's left side, there was a massive, dark red bruise. "Without a doubt, you've got a few cracked ribs, it might even be a case of sternal fracture" said Harold. Harold carefully taped some ice packs overtop of the bruise, just as an ambulance arrived on the scene. Harold then spoke to the paramedics. "I've done all that I can do, I'm not a doctor like you guys are." "But to my knowledge, I don't think you need to go to medical school, to learn how to put ice on bruises." Harold then turned back to Brody. "Brody, you're going to be just fine, just make sure you get some rest." Brody nodded his head in agreement, before he was put on the ambulance.
Not wanting to risk another contestant getting hit with a baseball, Don made the decision to end the challenge, and determine the finishing order by how far the balls went. Harold was obviously the winner, being the only one to hit the ball the required distance. Everyone else was then placed in the following Order. Emma, Ryan, Owen, Noah, Dwayne, Crimson, Lorenzo, Leonard, Sanders, Jay, Taylor, Tammy, Kelly, Kitty, Leshawna, Ennui, Junior, MacArthur, Miles, Stephanie, Rock, Jen, Gerry, Pete, Chet, Mary, Tom, Jacques, Geoff, Spud, Ellody, Josee, Laurie, Carrie, and Brody was in last by default.
(Confession cam- That's another injured contestant)
Geoff- "Oh God, now I really feel bad about the way I treated Harold." "Dude came to the rescue when my best friend got hurt." "Maybe I should sign the contract, maybe Harold has been right the whole time."
Junior- "Every time we go to New York, it results in somebody getting hurt."
**End confessional**
The podium ceremony was now happening. Ryan was on the third place pedestal, Emma was on the second place pedestal, and Harold was on the winners pedestal. "Harold dude, this is the fourth freaking time in a row" said Don. "Not only that, but you just gave a demonstration of heroism." "You have just got yourself a Pac Man machine." "Better you than me Harold, I suck at Pac Man" said Spud. "Okay then, while nothing is certain, i'm pretty sure Brody is going to survive" said Don. "We'll tell you all of the details on the next episode of, the race around the states."

Authors note: I do acknowledge that Harold filing a major sexual harassment lawsuit, might seem a little excessive. I wouldn't blame you, if you thought that Harold was taking this too seriously. But the scene where he leaps into action and helps an injured Brody, is proof that he doesn't want people to get hurt.
As for Junior wanting Duncan to die, I can understand if you think he might seem out of character, and sadistic. He's actually not a bad person, he's just been through a lot of trauma. He got accused of a crime he didn't commit, and he's been driven insane by wanting to see his sister again.
I forgot to mention this last chapter: As always if you have an idea for a challenge in an upcoming state, or a prize for a future challenge winner, feel free to let me know in a review.
Thank you for reading and please have a great day.
