The episode starts with Don narrating. "Last time on the race around the states, with Mickey finally returning, it was time for Leshawna to leave." "Harold showed that he was still unhappy with his ex, and simply just said that he would meet her in court." "We went to Kentucky for a horse race, where Robert Pattinson was actually in attendance." "Harold continued his domination, scoring his seventh win in a row." "He is now currently in the chase, as one of the two wild card contestants, the other being Junior." "For this challenge, will we have a winner who isn't named Harold McGrady?" "Find out on this episode of, the race around the states."
Intro consists of a shorter version of the final countdown.
(Room 12- Harold and Izzy)
As Izzy was fast asleep in bed, Harold was sitting on the toilet, reading the newspaper. What he was seeing on the front page, was something that Junior definitely needed to be aware of.
(Room 18- the vegans)
"Those poor horses, their backs are probably killing them right now" said Laurie. "Why did it have to be horses?" asked Miles. "Why couldn't the interns just give us piggyback rides?" Laurie then looked at Miles, as if she had gone nuts. "What?" asked Miles. "Have you seen those guys?" "They need to exercise."
(Room 3- father and son)
Harold had just barged into the room. "Junior, you need to read this" he said. Junior could not believe the story that was on the front page.
Former Elementary school teacher goes missing.
Carson Matthew, age 46, has not been seen in over a month. Carson is a retired Elementary school teacher, born in Canada, who moved to the U.S and became and American citizen five years ago. Reports say that he got up to go and begin his shift, at the local Wal mart, but never arrived for work. All that was found of him, was his uniform, and it is unknown where he is. Carson is well known for being the former Elementary school principal, to soon to be reality show contestants Duncan Riffon, and Dwayne Santori II. The latter of whom was expelled in Kindergarten, for "allegedly" pulling the fire alarm. In a previous episode of the race around the states, Dwayne Junior said that Duncan framed him for the incident, and has had a major prejudice against him ever since, claiming to be traumatized. He took it a step further, when he said that he wanted Duncan to die, and would have killed him if murder was legal. People are questioning the sanity of his father, Dwayne Santori II, as he has yet to punish his child for his violent behavior. There are even people that think, that all Dwayne needs to do, is give the kid a good spank.
(Confession cam- That's a bit harsh)
Don- "I am inclined to believe, the jackass who wrote this, is the same moron who tried to defend Leshawna, when she tried to chop off Jay's hand."
Dwayne- "Have you noticed that compared to last season, i've considerably toned down treating Junior as a small child?" "That is because, of the incident that happened last year." "I'm fast asleep, minding my own business, and then I hear my son screaming." "I turn my head, and see a rabbit, absolutely ripping him apart." "I wanted to jump in and help him, but I feared I would make the situation worse." "When Loki finally stops biting and scratching him, I become absolutely horrified at what I see." "My son, the boy that I raised, is on the ground, unconscious, bleeding to death." "I didn't know how to handle this." "This had never happened before, my son had never gotten seriously injured before." "I just bent down closer to him, trying to tell him that everything will be fine." "In reality, I didn't have that much hope." "Annie then shows up, and she's terrified, everyone is freaking out right now." "We get to the hospital, and i'm just sitting in the waiting room, Annie is trying to calm me down." "At that moment I thought there was no hope, I couldn't see a way out of this." "I thought Junior was about to die, I didn't see a happy ending." "I then hear screaming, and I know who it is." "Me and Annie bolt down to his room, and I see him bawling his eyes out." "I start crying right along with him." "I was so relieved, my son survived in a miracle, and then everything went downhill from there." "I lost count of the number of times I came home from work, to see him bawling his eyes out." "Ever since he got out of the hospital, he has been emotionally destroyed, and doesn't want to talk about it." "Not knowing how long I was going to be with him, given what had just happened, I figured I should let him enjoy his life and not be so strict." "If he was ever going to die, I was going to make sure he enjoyed his final moments." "But after Mickey got injured, he did something he hasn't done since he was six." "Instead of calling me dad, he called me daddy." "His happiness reaches an all time low, when Devin leaves the competition permanently." "It becomes even worse when Brody also gets hurt." "He is obviously physically and mentally destroyed right now, and people are suggesting I use violence on him?" "No, absolutely not, I would never abuse my own son." "I love Junior, and I never want to see him get hurt, ever again."
**End confessional**
Everyone got on the bus the next morning, and when they got off, they saw something odd. There were 36 pop a shot machines, standing right beside each other. "We are in Indiana, where basketball is the state sport" said Don. "You all are probably familiar with the game pop a shot, you see these machines in a lot of arcades." "A timer starts on the machine, and the idea is to score as many shots as possible, before the timer hits zero." "All of you are going to have one minute, by the time the clock hits zero, the contestant with the most shots will be the challenge winner."
The following minute was quite eventful. There were several close calls and near misses, and some were obviously doing better than others. Some were taking slight pauses in between shots, while others weren't stopping for anything. To nobody's surprise, Harold once again came out on top, not missing a single shot, and won by 75. Owen got second, Emma got third, Mickey fourth, Noah fifth, Miles sixth, Ellody seventh, Rock eighth, Josee ninth, Carrie tenth, Leonard eleventh, Kelly twelfth, Mary thirteenth, Chet fourteenth, Junior fifteenth, Tammy sixteenth, Ennui seventeenth, Laurie eighteenth, Izzy nineteenth, Jacques twentieth, MacArthur twenty first, Stephanie twenty second, Sanders twenty third, Spud twenty fourth, Jay twenty fifth, Kitty twenty sixth, Ryan twenty seventh, Jen twenty eighth, Lorenzo twenty ninth, Gerry thirtieth, Pete thirty first, Tom thirty second, Crimson thirty third, Dwayne thirty fourth, Geoff thirty fifth, and Taylor thirty sixth. I would like to point out, that Taylor did not make a single shot.
(Confession cam- He can't be stopped)
Taylor- "Damnit, i'm never going to make the chase at this rate." "It's irritating how i'm losing to my own mom."
Harold- "Eight wins in a row, nothing is going to stop me, I am invincible."
**End confessional**
The podium ceremony was now happening. Emma was on the third place pedestal, Owen was on the second place pedestal, and Harold was on the winners pedestal. "Harold, I don't think anybody will stop you any time soon" said Don. "Seeing as how this is an arcade related challenge, you just managed to win yourself a $1000 Nick arcade card." "Unfortunately, they don't have battle for bikini bottom." He then turned to the camera. "Well folks, that's a wrap." "Tune in next time, and see if anybody will kill Harold's momentum on, the race around the states."

Authors note: Arcades aren't the only places you can find pop a shot machines, you might also see them at carnivals and fairs. If you happen to have one inside your own house, I highly envy you.
The disappearance of Carson Matthew, is going to be very important later on in the story. He is a very important character, and is going to play a major role.
As always, if you have an idea for a challenge in upcoming state or a prize for a future challenge winner, feel free to let me know in a review.
