Seeing the Duel of the Engineer!
Kenshi and Kenpachi are in the Headmaster Office with Chiaia, Lashara, and Yoruichi standing inside waiting for the Headmistress herself to show up and the brothers notice at Lashara glaring angry at the girl next to her for most of the time.
The girl is about the same age as Lashara with brown hair tied in a brown and pink ribbon, and green-blue eyes. She also wears the same uniform as Lashara. Breasts sizes: B-cup.
The girl behind her seems to be her attendant, she is tall with light-gray hair and yellow eyes. She wears a similar uniform with the white overcoat except her uniform is colored black. Breasts sizes: CC-cup.
"I have to admit, I was somewhat concerned when I heard the SWAN had been attacked, Princess Lashara." The brown hair girl said though not sounding a little convincing of what she said.
"Empress!" Lashara corrected. "And there's no need to lie, Maria."
"I'm not lying, I was worried innocent people might get injured because your unfortunate situation. Right, Yukine?" Maria asked her attendant as she nod.
"Your face is unfortunate." Lashara mocked.
"So, this is the cousin you mentioned earlier." Kenpachi said to Yoruichi.
"Yep, she's Princess Maria Nanadan of Havoniwa." Yoruichi informed.
"Sounds to me like this is something Kenshi and I used to do when we were little kids." Kenpachi recalled.
"Yeah, except you would always try to beat me up whenever you're angry with me." Kenshi mentioned, he looks at the Yukine thinking she's cute, she looks back at him as he quickly looks away with a little blush.
"(Hmm, looks like he got his first crush.)" Kenpachi thought.
"Imagine, the whole ordeal happens because of your poor daily conduct and poor Chiaia had to risk her life." Maria mocked Lashara more.
"I'm pretty sure Chiaia is happy serving Lashara, seeing being close friends and all." Kenpachi commented surprising the red hair girl a bit.
"Oh, we that you are toting around a rather adorable with boy and a big scary boy too! It seems you have mix taste for men these days." Maria said as she walks up to the brothers.
Then Kenpachi threw his arm up in the air, Chiaia and Kenshi gasps because Maria's skirt was lifted high by Kenpachi's hand revealing her blue skirt undies as she quickly pushes her black skirt back down and Lashara laughs at this.
"How dare you! Don't you know who I am?" Maria demanded with her cheeks blushing of embarrassment.
"Sorry, but you were upsetting my Empress and I thought this would cheer her up." Kenpachi grinned.
"And we thank you for that, you shown us that Maria's still has terrible taste probably due to immaturity." Lashara said.
"What do you mean "terrible" taste?" Maria asked.
"That amount of lace is horribly inappropriate, a good princess must not waste the national budget on such things." Lashara lectured.
"It's a traditional form of lace from my country. In fact, even a small child could make it. Unfortunately, your country lacks such special trades." Maria countered.
"Kids making lace is hardly special." Lashara said, then Maria decided for payback by showing her lace under the black skirt much to Lashara's embarrassment.
"Why am I not surprised you chose a childish color like purple?" Maria mocked.
"Tis a royal color, and unlike you, I am an Empress."
"A childish Empress who almost got assassinated because no one respects her."
"I think you're both acting like children." Kenshi blurted out loud making the royal cousins look at him.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to!" Kenshi apologized.
"Shut up and tell us which one you like best." Lashara ordered as she and Maria hold up their b black skirt to show their lace to him.
"Miss Yoruichi, can't you stop this?" Chiaia begged.
"I would, but I'm having too much fun watching this." Yoruichi chuckled as Chiaia winces.
"Ah, who the fucking cares which style is best because it's a waste of time." Kenpachi mocked the royal cousins.
"Then what would you suggest we settle this?" Lashara asked.
"Hehe, with a fight to the death!" Kenpachi smiled sinisterly while emitting a little of his killer aura making the two flinched in fear.
"Actually, Maria and we have decided to call a trace for today." Lashara said.
"Yes, a trace." Maria nodded as they both are sweating like pigs on the back.
"(Wow, he managed to get them to stop arguing like that though I'm a little worried of he was serious about the "fight to the death" part.)" Chiaia thought looking at Kenpachi.
"Hey Kenshi, why's you face being red like that?" Kenpachi asked his brother's odd color.
"Oh, it's nothing." Kenshi chuckled. Kenpachi raise an eyebrow and look over at Yukine who is also blushing.
(With Wahanly)
Wahanly is seen looking at the big white container with something special inside.
"Empress Lashara of Shtrayu took me into her services and tomorrow I become a Sacred Mechamaster. Everything is going better than I could've ever imagined!" Wahanly excited that her life is looking brighter now.
Then she heard knocking at the door of the workshop, she goes there to see who it is and meet three female students.
(Holy Land Courtyard)
"Sheesh, and I thought the lectures I hear from our family is boring." Kenpachi complained.
"Honesty, why were we forced to endure all of that just for the privilege of starting school?" Lashara asked complaining too.
"So, what are these collars for?" Kenpachi asked pointing at his collar while Kenshi wonder about it too.
"Those are proof that you two have our permission to enter our dorm. Do not take them off." Lashara explained.
"It actually looks cool on me, remains me of that costume I used to wear last year." Kenpachi said posing like a vicious dog.
"I don't know, this makes me feel silly." Kenshi complained then got pulled by Chiaia.
"If you like, I could put a lash, so you don't wander off." Chiaia threatened. Kenpachi pulls her away from Kenshi.
"Forget, when Kenshi likes to do something he likes then it best to leave him be. Trust me, Kenshi is not the kind a guy who would cause trouble for others." Kenpachi informed.
"Speaking of Kenshi, don't think I didn't notice you looking at her undergarment while we and Maria were talking to Kenpachi." Lashara angered as Kenshi flinches.
"Oh, so that's why you were blushing, already seeing your first crush undies, nice job!" Kenpachi said giving his brother a thumb up.
"Well, huh, she just wanted to stop you two from arguing though it looks like Kenpachi already did that for her already." Kenshi explained.
"Besides, she doesn't seem like the type who would care about something like some pretty underwear or something." Kenshi added.
"So, then you like her?" Lashara asked bluntly.
"Well…, she's like really pretty or whatever. She has this air of maturity too." Kenshi blushed.
"I was actually worry that you would end up coming alone forever since you never had a real crush on a girl before, glad you're going to a loser in the future." Kenpachi patted Kenshi on the back.
"Hey, what exactly do you mean by that?" Kenshi asked.
"Well, if you do like her then there's a decent chance you might marry her someday. It would be horrible if she failed to fulfill her given duty, do you best to get to know her and see what happens." Lashara advised.
"Wait, marry her?" Kenshi shocked.
"Isn't that jumping too much ahead?" Kenpachi asked.
"Sacred Mechanoids are the ultimate weapons on this world. A such, marriage to Sacred Mechamasters are supervised by their countries in order to ensure they produce highly gifted children." Lashara explained.
"So, it's like horses breeding strong runners. I think I get it." Kenpachi said.
"Indeed, also there are far more female than males in our population." Lashara revealed.
"That would explain why there are more girls here than guys." Kenpachi said as Lashara also mentioned about if Kenshi and Kenpachi may have marry one.
"Female Sacred Mechamasters can fall in love with and marry anyone they want except for a male Sacred Mechamaster as long as they fulfill their duties, but male Sacred Mechamasters don't get the same luxury because they're so rare." Chiaia explained.
"Damn, that's harsh." Kenpachi commented.
"I don't care what you say, I'm not a horse." Kenshi protested the idea.
"You don't care… look, I don't know how things are in your world but it how things are here." Chiaia stated.
"Well, I think your world has a similar law back on earth like murder is a serious crime and be sentence for life in prison." Kenpachi mentioned.
"Is that so, just don't get forget you owe us." Chiaia reminded the brothers.
Inside Kenpachi's uniform started moving around inside like something is trying to out get of the clothes, the eyepatch wearing boy notice this and open his shirt to let out a Koro as it runs up to his shoulder.
"Huh, you have a Koro?" Chiaia asked.
"Yeah, this one came up to me back when we were your prisoners and I grew a liking to him, I decided to name him Scar because of the scar he has over his eye." Kenpachi explained.
"Aw, that's sweet." Chiaia complimented with a gentle smile, this made Kenpachi blush a bit though does his best to remain cool.
"And don't worry, I promise we'll find a way to send you guys back." Chiaia promised.
"Yep, and we promise to keep our mouth shuts about being from another world." Kenpachi promised too as Kenshi nodded.
"Huh, but if we can't go back then… does that mean you and Kenpachi will get marry?" Kenshi asked making Chiaia shock while blushing.
"Oh, now that would be something to look forward to, honey." Kenpachi chuckled before being pulled in the collar by Chiaia.
"If you say any more like that, you're seriously going to regret it!" Chiaia threatened.
"Oh please, I heard better threats from my grandma." Kenpachi smirked, not being scared.
"Looks as though you two are having a good time ignoring us." Lashara deadpanned.
Then Wahanly suddenly comes in pushing Kenpachi and Chiaia apart as she grabs into Chiaia.
"There you are! I need you to stand as witness for me, Chiaia!" Wahanly begged.
"As a witness?" Chiaia surprised knowing what this means, she looks to Lashara and she give nod approval.
(Practice Battle Ring)
"So…, why do you have to stand as a witness?" Kenshi asked curious.
"To see who the winner of the duel is and make sure the competitors are playing according to the rules." Chiaia answered.
"Well, gadget geek can put up a fight when we fought her that night." Kenpachi remembered Wahanly fights with a Mechanoid with guns as well.
"The challenger is most likely trying to get Empress Lashara's attention by defeating Wahanly. I'm sure those girls are RONIN and looking for more." Chiaia explained the reason for this duel.
"RONIN means they don't serve anyone yet, doesn't it?" Kenshi recalled hearing something about that.
"It does… the church supples the Mechs to them, but each country is only allowed to have possession of so many." Chiaia explained.
"I see, so they want to get a job by winning this duel." Kenpachi realized.
"Yeah, pretty much." Chiaia nodded.
"In Wahan's case, I bet they figure she's a weak Sacred Mechamaster since she mainly deals with the mechanoids as a mechanic." Chiaia mentioned.
"This is insulting. There are questioning our ability to assess others, since we hired Wahanly they are challenging us by challenging her." Lashara stated.
"That's stupid, guess they never heard the saying about never judging a book by its book." Kenpachi said.
"Oh, I get it." Kenshi understand.
"So, those armor are for training?" Kenpachi asked curious.
"Oh, that's called"
"That's called moving armor." Mexiah interrupted Chiaia as she is a little surprise to see her big sister here.
"I am a teacher in the Holy Land, sister." Mexiah reminded her.
"Whatever, what are you doing here?" Chiaia asked her with Yoruichi and Ulyte being here too.
"A lot of students like to target newcomers for duels this time of year, we're on patrol." Ulyte explained.
"Though to be honest, I always love a good duel like this." Yoruichi confessed.
Mexiah saw Kenshi and goes down to him showing off her official business wear as a teacher.
"This what I dress for the Holy Land, you like?" Mexiah asked.
"Yeah, you look cool." Kenshi complimented.
"Thank you!" Mexiah wanted to get closer to Kenshi, but Kenpachi is preventing that with his hand on her face.
"Sheesh, lady, you didn't learn the first time?" Kenpachi sighed.
"Hey, I just want to be close to Kenshi and have him call me Big Sis." Mexiah tried to push forward, but Kenpachi's strength wouldn't budge.
"We still don't know you all that well and you're being too forward, just shut up so I can watch the duel." Kenpachi said finally letting go of her face.
"Wow, your brother has a charm for girls." Mexiah joked.
"He's like that to some girls." Kenshi said.
"So, as you boys see those armors are for Sacred Mechnoid training exercises, that plate emits aho which allows them to maneuver the armor." Mexiah explained.
"And they can only move when they're on the plate?" Kenshi asked.
"Exactly!" Mexiah nodded. They notice the students are watching Mexiah being closer to Kenshi then Ulyte and Kenpachi acting disrespectful to her though he doesn't care.
"Is everyone ready?" Chiaia asked the two as they ready their swords that lights up.
"Being!"
The RONIN opponent made the first move charging at Wahanly as she blocks and dodges thinking the attack is so transparent, but then her armor got hit much to her shock as the spot on the arm that got hit changed color to red.
"As you just saw on the spot where it got hit, the moving armor uses dummies, but it still calculates the damage you take and will limit your movements." Mexiah explained that.
"That's interesting, I wonder if I can damage it with my fist?" Kenpachi asked smirking.
"Hey, Big Sis Mexiah, do both of the girls get to have the same performance capabilities?" Kenshi asked, noticing the movements between Wahanly and her opponent.
"Well, they're supposed to." Mexiah said shocking Chiaia that they might not, meaning that Wahanly's armor might've been sabotage.
The RONIN opponent keeps attacking getting a hit on the ankle and forcing Wahanly to go backward to dodge them until she find herself the corner edge of the plate, the RONIN girl was about to push Wahanly off the plate but the engineer girl jump over her though out of the aho barrier for a bit which gave the RONIN girl the chance to shoot blasters from the halt damaging the whole right arm.
Chiaia and Lashara becomes a little worry for Wahanly's chances of winning slipping away, until Kenpachi and Kenshi spoke.
"I wouldn't worry about her." Kenpachi said.
"Yeah, she's probably planning her next move." Kenshi added.
"You lose!" The RONIN girl charged.
Wahanly waited for a chance like this and move toward her opponent before she could react and pushing her backward as the right arm of her armor is the only thing that was damaged, if her opponent gone for the leg then she would be in trouble. Wahanly kept pushing her opponent until she fell off the plate out of the aho barrier which is a ring out.
"The winner is… Wahanly Schme!" Chiaia announced and the crowd cheers.
"Your girl won." Ulyte said.
"That's only natural of who's she working for." Lashara smiled.
Kenshi smiles seeing Wahanly out of the armor in one piece and waving at everyone laughing of joy that she won her fight.

Kenpachi and Kenshi got meet Lashara's cousin Maria and her attendant Yukine who caught the eye and perhaps heart of Kenshi as learned a little more about the world, they also got to see their first duel that Wahanly took part against another female student and won with only a damaged metal arm. That just show how tough she is, and I think maybe Kenshi is falling for her too a little. Next Chapter the boys will see more of the school ground like being close to nature.
