Helping a Girl with Handkerchief on a Cliffside

"Hey, Chiaia!" Wahanly walked up to the red hair girl who was reading a book.

"Rumor has it Kenshi and Kenpachi started working at the dorms.

"Wow, that travels fast." Chiaia surprised of the brothers working have already been spreading.

"Yeah, a friend of mine on the staff told me. They're becoming quite popular." Wahaly informed standing next to her.

"And… people have been saying that Kenshi is Miss Mexiash's newest little plaything. Is that true, do you know?" Wahaly asked curious.

"Good grief, of course it's not true. I can't believe you're even asking me that." Chiaia sighed.

"Well, besides her, he's also popular Empress Lashara's newest attendant and he has a habit of running around the Holy looking super cute, like a sexy little Koro." Wahaly mentioned.

"Please, stop saying all those things." Chiaia is about to walk away right now.

"Same can be said about Kenpachi." Wahaly said causing Chiaia to stop after just two steps.

"Yeah, all the girls have been saying that Kenpachi is like a sexy Koro too and there is also the vicious part that seems to make him cuter." Wahaly said.

"R-Really? That's pretty weird consider he has the face that makes him look like a scary pirate or something." Chiaia said, a little stutter but kept her cool.

"That's true, I'm surprise that he gotten himself some admires despite his looks and he is also incredibly strong, and he was seen carrying the box that is twice as big as him with just one hand." Wahaly mentioned.

"Yeah, Kenpachi's strength is unreal like he was born super strong from birth or something more wild than that." Chiaia complimented.

"I also heard rumors that Miss Yoruichi has fallen for him and wants to seduce him in bed." Wahaly said with a small smirk.

"What? No way, Kenpachi wouldn't go out with an older woman like her?!" Chiaia gasped.

"Oh, so you are interested in who Kenpachi wants to go out with." Wahaly smirked making Chiaia realized that she just walked right into her trap.

"No, no, no, it's not what you think! As if I have feelings for that brute, no way. Anyway, I have to… return this book to the library." Chiaia quickly walked away to leave the conversation in a blank.

"Oh man, she totally has the hots for him. I got to tell this to Mexiah about this when I get the chance." Wahaly giggled.

(With Kenpachi)

Kenpachi is seen walking through the path with the trees mostly covering him in shades as he is delivering a large package to one of the school buildings, he heard footsteps behind him and turns around to see Kenshi jogging while carrying a sheet covered package on his back.

"Yo, Kenshi. You're taking this path too?" Kenpachi asked as his brother stop.

"Yeah, the job is bring this to one of the bakers." Kenshi explained.

"Are they trying to make a big cake or something for someone's birthday?" Kenpachi wondered.

"I asked the same thing, but they just ignored my question and just told me to deliver this." Kenshi chuckled.

"Well then, since we're going the same way, might as well get going." Kenpachi said.

The two brothers start jogging together for a few minutes until they stop upon seeing Aura walking in the path unknowingly towards until she saw them.

"Hey, Princess Aura! Where are you off to? You're not sic or anything, are you?" Kenshi asked, a little worry for Aura.

"If you're ditching classes when they just barely started, maybe you do have a rebel side." Kenpachi commented.

"No, I'm not ditching classes. I just always head out this time of day, I suppose you could think of it as a kind of custom. I do apologize if I worried you, Kenshi." Aura explained.

"But tell me, what is it that brings you and Kenpachi out here today?" Aura asked curious.

"We just started working for the Holy Land." Kenshi answered.

"You two are working? I thought you are acting as the Empress's attendant." Aura puzzled.

"Well, she thought that we could meet some new people by taking the advantage of being here and maybe make some new friends." Kenpachi explained.

"She also wanted us to learn about how the Holy Land work its own system with the training and studying while we help with the staff." Kenshi added.

"I see, then you two have impeccable timing; I just was about to fetch a member of the staff to assist me with something." Aura mentioned.

"What, you need help putting on some makeup?" Kenpachi joked.

"No, it's actually someone who needs help." Aura said.

Kenpachi and Kenshi follow Aura to the cliffside of the path, looking down to see a handkerchief stuck on the side with the vines.

"Huh, I wasn't expecting you need help with something like that but at least it's better than doing delivers." Kenpachi commented.

"Did the wind blew it over the edge?" Kenshi asked.

"Bullies did." Aura revealed.

"I see, guess even a sacred place like the Holy Land have students trouble picking on each other." Kenpachi said.

"Yes, students from many countries gather here as some are Sacred Mechamater candidates while others aren't. The reason vary, from difference in rank to customs." Aura explained as they turn to the girl who needed help getting the handkerchief back.

The girl is a little shorter than Kenshi with pale dark green hair and brown-orange eyes. She wears the school uniform of black robe with green lines and a pink neck cloth around her neck. Breasts sizes: D-cup.

"The handkerchief is out of the Draft right now, so we can't use an aircraft. Honestly, I'm shocked they threw it down there." Aura hated how the bullies who picked on this girl.

"Please, don't worry about it. It's gone now… Thank you though, Princess Aura." The girl said as she doesn't want to waste their time with this.

"But that handkerchief is precious, didn't you tell me that your mother gave it to you?" Aura remembered the girl mentioning that earlier.

"Kenshi, you know what to do?" Kenpachi asked.

"Yep." Kenshi nodded

"Now, all we need is a long rope. Kenshi, you can go get the rope and-AH!" Aura and the girl gasped as they see Kenshi standing one the edge and jump.

Aura was about to stop him, but Kenpachi stopped her and Kenshi grabs onto the vine slowing himself down and stop at the handkerchief.

"Okay, now let's get you back to your owner." Kenshi said as he places the handkerchief in his pocket.

"Okay, I got it!" Kenshi called out.

"Nice work!" Kenpachi responded as he grabs the vine Kenshi is hanging on.

"You girls might want to stand back a bit." Kenpachi warned.

Kenpachi tighten his grip on the vine and pulls it with his fist all the way up which easily pulled Kenshi back up to the edge and land on the edge like he just walked out of an elevator.

"The old elevator-arm lift, haven't done that in a while." Kenshi said.

"Yeah, I think the last time we did it was about five months ago when we were out with our uncles climbing up a mountain." Kenpachi recalled that time.

"Anyway, here." Kenshi holds up the handkerchief only to realize its ditry.

"Oh no, give a second to wash the dirt off for you." Kenshi offered to clean it.

"No, that's okay! I think I can manage it myuself." The girl grabbed, tiny tears forming as she is happy to have this back, and Kenshi's hand with her handkerchief which actually made his cheeks blush a bit.

"(Wow, I didn't realize how pretty she looks.)" Kenshi thought.

"Kenshi." Aura grabbed Kenshi's shoulder, snapping him out of his thoughts on the girl.

"That was very dangerous. You could have gotten yourself hurt." Aura scolded.

"It wasn't that bad, the vine was pretty strong and there were enough spots for me to hold on to, so I was perfectly safe." Kenshi explained.

"Trust us, elf lady, we've done this sort of thing all the time back home." Kenpachi mentioned.

"You were not at all safe." Aura said.

"Either way, I appreciate the help. Thank you, Kenshi, Kenpachi, and you, Princess." The girl thanked.

"So, mind if we get your name since you know ours?" Kenpachi asked.

"Oh yes, forgive me for the late introduction. My name is Lapis Lars, I'm part of the Student Council and I hope we can get along." Lapis introduced herself with a bow.

"Well, now that we got your handkerchief back, should we getting to class now." Aura pointed out the time they spent being here.

"Oh yeah, I got to get going with my delivery." Kenshi realized.

"Guess I better go too. Well, it was nice seeing you, Aura, and nice meeting you too, Lapis." Kenpachi waved goodbye at them as they pick up their things and head out.

"Those, Kenshi is always in a rush and Kenpachi doesn't seem to be enjoying working, but he couldn't say no to his Empress." Aura chuckled.

Lapis just watch Kenshi leaves, looking down at her handkerchief and remembering her hands touching his which made her smile and blush.

"(I hope I'll see you again soon, Kenshi.)" Lapis thought giggled.

"Well, it looks like you got yourself another catch." Kenpachi said.

"Huh, what do you mean?" Kenshi confused of what his adopted brother meant.

"Oh, you know… girlfriend number three." Kenpachi teased.

"G-G-Girlfriend number…! Come on, Kenpachi, I just met her and stop saying about the others being my girlfriends." Kenshi begged as his face turn slightly red.

"Blame yourself for looking damn cute to them. First, you got Mexiah having the hots for you and want to get to know you more up close and personal. Second is with that Yukine girl, being all bold showing you her under skirt and seem to have quite a crush on you too." Kenpachi listed the girls he met.

"Well, Yukine is the nicest person I met since coming here." Kenshi said scratching his cheek a little.

"And now, there's that Lapis girl who you totally won her heart over when you helped get that handkerchief back." Kenpachi added.

"You helped too. Look, can we just stop talking about it and move on with our jobs?" Kenshi asked to drop the romance subject.

"Besides, you don't hear me teasing about girls having the "hots" for you too." Kenshi pointed out.

"Probably because I'm not into dating yet, but for some reason I think I want to give that a try." Kenpachi said.

(With Yoruichi and the Staff)

"I'm telling you, Headmistress, that Kenpachi kid is like a monster with that immense strength of his, not to mention the way he uses that big sword its like he had experience using it before." Ikumi informed the Headmistress and the other staff about Kenpachi as they are sitting in the mess hall together.

"Really? I was more surprised of how fast Kenshi was moving when he made all those beds in such a short time." Jozzy said.

"And this is just their first day too! We'll have to see if any bad habits show." Hannah wondered if there is something to be worry about.

"No way! I can say Kenshi has got this line of work down. In fact, he's got a weird gift for it or something." Jozzy praised of Kenshi's hard work.

"Not to mention there's Kenpachi, I don't mean to say this in a bad way but he got this aura that makes him look like a demon in human clothing and yet, he comes off as a calm-nice kind of guy at the same time it freaks me out." Ikumi stated her own opinion on Kenpachi.

"I'm sure he does. Kenpachi told me that he really doesn't care how people see him because "They don't control my life and I'll beat the living shit out of anyone who says otherwise!" In his own words that is." Yoruichi mentioned.

"Not to mention that Kenpachi has been able to do some other heavy lifting jobs that requires at least ten men to do them, and he can do them without breaking a sweat." One staff said, still shock of Kenpachi's strength.

"Well, Kenpachi did say that he doesn't want to do any other jobs like cooking or doing the laundry or putting things together. Said it's not his thing." The Headmistress said.

"Well, I say with a little more training, they could become two of our best." Jozzy believed.

"Though I am not quite sure if they will be enough to replace the staff members, we lost this past year. Although, that isn't to say we won't take at least one of them, of course." One staff member said and then started arguing with each other until the Headmistress calms them down.

"Whether we like it or not, we're going to have to work together to make ends meet until we get some new staff in here. In the meantime, the two Masaki brothers will help all the departments." The Headmistress pointed out.

"Remember, the poor boys only have one body each, so you must coordinate with each other to make sure you don't overwork them." The Headmistress realizes that everyone wasn't paying attention to her and turns around seeing Kenshi and Kenpachi running fast back and forth, carrying different heavy objects with no sign of exhaustion whatsoever.

"I think they'll be fine." The Headmistress said as the other agrees.

"Actually, there is something I want to talk to you about, Headmistress." Yoruichi said.

"And what would that be?" The Headmistress asked.

"Do you remember the family name Zaraki?" Yoruichi asked.

"Zaraki? I believe that was our country's strongest and fierce royal family, always seeking for battles and fighting against strong foes while protecting our land." The Headmistress recalled the stories.

"That is until 15 years ago they were wiped out from within and all the royal family members were dead." Hannah added.

"Well, I know this may come as a shock to you, but I believe Kenpachi might be the last survivor of that family." Yoruichi said shocking everyone here.

"Are you sure about that?" Hannah asked.

"I strongly believe so, especially with the word Zaraki in his name." Yoruichi mentioned.

"Zaraki, I can't believe I didn't realize this sooner." The Headmistress gasped.

"Do you think he knows about his family?" Jozzy wondered.

"I don't think so, from what I can tell Kenpachi has no idea who his family was and maybe how special he really is." Yoruichi said looking out the window.

"Like being a Sacred Mechamaster?" Jozzy shocked.

"I won't be surprise if that was actually true. The Zaraki family was known to housing powerful and great potential Sacred Mechamasters." Hannah said.

"And I hope you don't think I'm crazy, but I'm also thinking that Kenshi is hiding a great secret from us as well." Yoruichi stated.

"Then I believe we should keep an eye on them. Call it a gut feeling, but I believe those two together will do something amazing in our world." The Headmistress smiled.

(With Kenpachi)

Kepachi is seen running carrying a large wooden box over his head as he makes his way to the next place to drop this off.

"Oh man, did you see the sad look on Lapis' face" A girl laughed causing Kenpachi to stop and look to his left seeing three girls with mean smiles on their faces.

"That bitch should know better than to look all happy like those other Sacred Mechamasters." The second girl mocked.

"Maybe we should drop a bucket of crushed ices on her head with water." The third girl suggested.

"How about you fuckers get a nice stay at the nurse's office." Kenpachi suggested, standing behind him and cracking his knuckles causing the girls to become scared.

Kenpachi punched each girl so hard, breaking their noses and blood coming out of their faces as they lay unconscious on the ground as Kenpachi leaves them there to continue his delivery.
