Chapter 6: Fighting Back

"I am the pillager of twilight, Arsene!" Arsene shouted,

"A-Arsene?!" Lars shouted, "What the hell's going on here?!"

"It's been a while!" Arsene said to me, "In case you forgot, but I am the rebel's soul that resides within you."

Arsene… It's good to have you back.

"I shall consider granting you the power to break through this crisis." He said to me, "If you so desire."

I smiled.

"Give me the power." I said,

"Very well." Arsene said,

The other Velvette then got serious.

"Grrr, whatever kinda demon you are, you will NOT get in my way!" She shouted, "Attack him!"

Two of the other Velvette's bodyguards then turned into different monsters, both resembling a jack-o-lantern ghost with a lantern.

"This is what their true powers are like!" She shouted, "Kill that brat!"

The two ghosts then rushed towards me.

"Change the animosity from those detested enemies into power!" Arsene shouted, "And then unleash it!"

I use Arsene to unleash a deadly attack on one of them. It was some sort of Eiha. The one I attacked went back up to attack me, alongside the other one. I avoided both attacks.

"Swing your blade!" Arsene shouted,

I had a knife on me. I used it to kill the same ghost. The other one is still on me.

"Kill them however you want!" Arsene shouted, "Go! Run wild with your heart!"

I use Arsene to unleash another Eiha at the 2nd ghost, killing it. Afterwards, Arsene disappeared and turned back into my mask. This old power is back!

"No!" The other Velvette shouted, "Impossible! How did that even–"

Lars then got up and pushed the other Velvette aside.

"Oww!" The other Velvette shouted as she hit the floor.

"Dude, that was amazing!" Lars said, "But why that outfit?"

"Huh?" I wonder as I look at my outfit. "Oh, I guess this also awakened my Persona."

"Persona? The hell are you–"

The other Velvette got up.

"-Get them!" She shouted as more of her bodyguards appeared. "Get those damn brats!"

"Oh shit!" Lars shouted, "Let's get out of here, dude!"

We both escaped the other Velvette's mansion. Then, we made it back to the real world as the other Velvette's mansion was now that place the real Velvette and her friends used to hide in during Extermination Day.

"Holy shit…" Lars said, "We're back here…"

Lars then sighed in relief as he laughed a bit.

"Satan damn!" He shouted, "That was fucking crazy!"

"What was crazy?" A Feminine voice asked,

We both turned to whoever talked to us. It was the real Velvette.

"Oh shit, Velvette!" Lars shouted,

Velvette was giving us a mean look like a mean substitute teacher.

"Uhhh, me and my friend here were watching random videos that were so crazy on VoxTube!" Lars replied,

Velvette took a stare at me.

"I got my eye on you, buddy." She said, "If you even dare to step foot near this location, I'll make sure your life here ends."

"Hey!" Lars said, "He's new here!"

Velvette then punched Lars in the face.

"Shut your mouth, brat!" She shouted,

"Oww! I'm 19!" Lars shouted,

"I don't care, you're still a brat in my eyes! Take my words from what I said to your friend! Come here again, both of you are dead!"

Velvette then walked away. I got Lars up.

"That damn bitch…" He said, "She'll get it…"

Lars sighed.

"Come on, let's go to a café and eat there." He said, "I'm hungry."

I nodded in agreement.

"Alright." I said as he both walked.

Fast forwarding to many months later…

Bernie was continuing to investigate me.

"A mansion?! A cognitive world?!" He shouted, "Personas?! What the bloody hell are you talking about?!"

I was silent.

"What kind of drugs did they inject you with before this interrogation?!" Bernie shouted,

Bernie raised up.

"I feel like you're telling me a fantasy!" He shouted,

"It's the truth…" I said, "It's a stepping stone… for justice…"

Bernie smacked the table.

"Justice my arse!" He shouted, "This story doesn't even make sense from what you're saying!"

I was silent again. Bernie sighed and sat back down.

"Ok… Carry on with your story." He said, "Please."
