Alabaster
Alabaster loved having an older brother. He had one once, Nero his name was. He was kind, he was understanding, and he was reasonable. Nero never came back from his quest and Father was never the same. When he found out he had another brother he was elated. But he never came, when father cried and tossed things around. He never came when his father's lightning would blow up part of the house. He never came when his father shocked him into unconsciousness and woke him up with lightning over and knock him out.
His brother's a greek. A weakling that could barely walk. He needed help from anyone. He was, on the first day. He was standing and getting tossed around by the automation on his first day. He made glaring mistakes and still dared to smile! If he made those mistakes, he'd be unable to move for days! If he'd even fall and not get up instantly, he'd be shocked into next week!
And after two days, Graecus is standing on two feet, holding a sword without it shaking. After two days, he's walking on his own. When it was his time to shine, his time to make his father proud, the bastard is sparking lightning and decapitating the automation with a kick and a throw. He's working with Diana as if they'd train together since she could walk! He's making swords with ice-he's fighting with two swords as if he'd done it before!
Now he's getting praise for killing two automation. Two, two less of his sister. Two, four less of his brother.
How can he get praise for killing the least automation? How can he accept such?
How did the weakling get so strong so fast?
Trivia
She sipped on the bitter wine as she watched Discordia lock lips with Julius and wondered. Her…son… Graecus…'What a disgustingly, unoriginal name' Her other half whispered, and she was forced to agree. Naming a greek child, Graecus? This is coming from one of the men that forced the greeks to retreat with only thirty mortals? She was disappointed. And then there was the treatment of her child. Graecus may not be her child in this form or by this name, but he is her child.
Discordia pulled back, a trail of saliva connecting her to Julius before she wiped it away. She smiled as Julius gasped for air and Trivia chuckled, garnering their attention.
"Discordia," She said, "Business, then pleasure," Discordia pouted and got off Julius, who looked as if he'd take her right there, regardless of the goddesses holding his Legacy by the balls.
"Now," Trivia started, her long and slender legs crossing, getting Julius' attention from Discordia's swaying hips. As she sat, Discordia pouted. She continued. "I believe that Diana is ready to officially join the Legion. Alabaster, I believe, must be trained for another two years here and be reevaluated," Julius frowned, his gaze no longer lust-filled but sharp. She hummed. This was the man she wanted to talk business with.
"Why should Alabaster be kept back?" He demanded, and though he made it sound like a question, she saw it for what it was. Discordia frowned."He killed only two bots; granted, they were boosted by my powers making them much more difficult to kill, but he showed no teamwork with his sister or the Graecus. He fought as an individual and only gave them orders to buy him time; he fought more like a greek than the Greek. You know that Rome is a machine, Julius, and right now, Alabaster does not show signs of being properly moulded for the machine."
"Alabaster is great at a multitude of things Discordia, Trivia. He, with my recommendation, be placed in a place of power."
"Julie, there is no place of power available. If he goes, he'd be regarded as a troublemaker. Your recommendation will only have the First Cohort take him in; other than that, he'd be nothing special," Discordia said slowly and soothingly.
"I know that," He snapped. Discordia flinched, and Trivia frowned. The room grew darker for a split second; The smell of ozone filled the air and an almost silent thrill of a peacock was heard. Discordia shifted nervously, her aura slowly curling around the ranting Julius.
'Fine,' The voice of the King said in their minds. 'But there will be consequences for this and your breaking of the Ancient Laws.' Discordia shot a look at Trivia, who shook her head.
"-Just because Alabaster has some individuality doesn't mean he isn't ready for the Legion!"Julius finished his face red. Discordia shot up from the couch."Darling," She cooed as she cupped his face. "How about we send Diana to the Legion and" she covered his lips with her perfectly manicured hands. "And we send Alabaster to Lady Lupa? With his training, she'll send him to New Rome in a few days at most," Julius muttered. "With the Mother? She surely breaks this individuality from him."
She kissed him, her hands unbuttoning his shirt. "I'm glad you agree darling. Since business is concluded, it's time for pleasure," She said, kissing him. Trivia smiled and pulled, the mist creating a body replica as she exited the bedroom.
She followed the scent of blood and tears. She entered, reality-bending to her will as she entered without opening the door.
She coughed, garnering the sniffling red-haired boy's attention. She glanced into his mind and was unsurprised to feel his rage, his frustration, and his sadness. She summoned a napkin and knelt, wiping his face as he stared at her. 'I would like to speak to him,' Hecate spoke desperately. Trivia caressed his smooth skin, watching the fresh cut on his forehead. You know you can't. This is Roman territory. Even if you wanted to, you can't. 'Speak to him for me,' Hecate said desperately. 'Tell him I'm proud. Tell him I love him.'
"Your mother is proud," Trivia started and watched as his eyes widened. "I'm not your mother, but she told me. We're connected in a way. I don't think you'd understand She thinks it's very impressive what you did. And," Trivia pauses and ruffles his hair. "She loves you." With that, she kissed his forehead, embedding her magical energy in his forehead. "Don't hate us, we may not be there all the time, but we watch and we're proud of what you've done. What you've accomplished." With that done, and Hecate silent, she turned, ignoring how her heart beat fast and his almost silent, 'Thank you." Before she left she turned and added. "Change your name; it's an insult and unoriginal. Go to the east, you'll be safe there." With that, she left the room in a hurry.
Hours later
"You two," Jupiter said, rubbing his temples. "Are the most troublesome of this age." They stood before The King and Queen. Discordia was riddled with love bites and her face was red. Juno chuckled at her daughter's look. Jupiter frowned. "You two not only hid a demigod and had children with him but you extended his life and interacted with your children. Simply put; you're in deep shit young ladies."
He caressed his throne armbars. "It is well known that I have let Minor gods such as yourselves and my fellow Olympians visit their children without repercussions. Thanks to you, that ends tonight," Trivia nodded in acceptance while Discordia gasped. "But father-"
"No daughter. You've spat on my hospitality," The King snapped. "You've hidden my son from me, and you bore him a child. You allowed him to spit upon you. You are a goddess, and you'll take no insults from anyone, regardless of feelings." Discordia opened her mouth, only for Jupiter to summon the Master bolt. She remained silent.
"You've severely broken the Ancient Laws, Trivia and Discordia, your punishment will be thus," Imperial gold chains brought them to their knees and they felt their divinity receding. Juno spoke, her tone harsh. "Your lover's ward will be broken, and an army of monsters will attack tomorrow. You will watch as their fates are decided." Discordia was openly crying, but Trivia nodded, accepting the punishment.
She could only hope that the children survive.
Grind Arc begins! Probably just gonna like two chapters...so might just change it to parts!

Sorry but this novel is trash this is MC's new life and he could totally become overpowered as fuck by choosing strong races but he chose demigod also mc wants affection wtf I get that you don't want to make him perfect but this is total bullshit they are complete strangers to him hell if I was mc and had gamer I would see them all as NPCs and lower beings and if somebody pissed me off I would have revenge 1000 times over just look at shiros fics they are not perfect yes but they are realistic absolute power corrupts absolutely.
No. Power corrupts the weak.
The goal is for him to become OP asf.
It is total bullshit but for him to buy demigod when there's Omnipresent Dragon and Omnipresent God...I'll do a one-shot about that to soothe you okay?
MC wants affection...he's been dead and was lacking parental affection. It's a new life and he wants what he never had.
'Strangers are just friends you haven't met yet.'
And TheDarkWolfShiro's fics are amazing.
And this can all be explained by me saying thus: I'M THE FUCKING AUTHOR. . . IF I WANT THE MC TO BE DESPERATE FOR AFFECTION, HE'S GONNA BE DESPERATE FOR AFFECTION. IF I WANT THE PLOT TO NOT MAKE SENSE TO YOU'RE TINY LITTLE MIND IT'LL NOT MAKE SENSE TO YOUR TINY LITTLE MIND. EVERYTHING I WRITE NOW LEADS UP TO SOMETHING SO SHUT THE FUCK UP AND READ. IT'LL ALL MAKE SENSE.
Anyways, enjoy your Night! Or morning?idk
