I turned and watched as Alabaster pulled Diana into a hug, and whispered something that halted her cries. Her arms latched around him and her head rested in the crook of his neck. Thunder boomed and I found myself looking away from my siblings and toward our father.
He shield bashed a hound, disorienting it while Augustus pierced its neck. As it exploded he raised Vulvanite Fortuna and braced as a hellhound slammed into it. The sword entered the hound's stomach one, twice, thrice. As it collapsed with a whine, he stabbed it in the head and spun to the left, the sword decapitating a lunging hellhound and piercing a hound's shoulder.
From the shadows, a hound appeared and smashed into the old man with the speed of a cheetah. His sword clattered to the ground as he tumbled with a snarling hellhound. With a howl, the remaining pack chased after them, teeth bared as the-

About: This is the first Lamia. Her name was forgotten by history. She was the daughter of Poseidon who slept with Zeus and bore him children. In her jealousy and rage, Hera killed all her children and cursed her to be a child-eating monster. Lamia ate solely the children of the Big Three for a time, before exacting her revenge on Hera by killing her prized animals. She retreated for a time before Juno sent Julius on a quest to slay her. Julius slept with her and killed her. She is here to exact revenge on Julius by killing his children and smothering him, just like he did her.

"Hello children," She cooed as she flung Alabaster back to the ground. "I used to, I believe it was a date? Your daddy. We ended on some, deadly terms," She said, her voice turning amused as she said this. "I'm going to, tenderize you and present you to your father. Nothing personal," Her tail slammed Alabaster into concrete as she grabbed Diana's head. Her spear dug into the ground as she caressed my sister's cheek. "I had a daughter that looked like you," She whispered brokenly as I limped closer. "She was about your age too. She had a wonderful smile. But you aren't her, your eyes give it away, her's was a lovely blue, like the sea," Lamia murmured, her brokenly tone transforming into something sinister, crazed. Her claws traced red lines on my sister's face. Holding Diana's head still, Lamia's claws reached up to her eyes. Diana kicked and struggled and my pace increased. "Don't struggle, you'll make this much harder," Lamia cooed as Diana screamed, black sparks dancing on her palms as she struck the Child eater.
"Get away from her!" Alabaster screamed as he launched himself forward. Diana fell, holding her face with blood dripping between her fingers. Lamia dodged almost lazily and I lunged, my hand almost unseen as lightning covered it-
She grabbed my forearm and looked at the lighting-covered hand. "Was that supposed to do something?" She enquired before she flung me towards Alabaster. I soared over him, and twisted, landing on my feet before I winced, pain flaring in my leg as I tumbled next to Diana. I watched as lamia dodged all of Alabaster's strikes, and commented as she did so with ease.
"Come on, faster!" She mocked as she dodged a punch by a hair's length. She smacked him behind his head and he slammed against the floor. She giggled as she grabbed his leg. "You have so much potential," She said, with a wicked grin as she raised him higher. "It's such a shame you won't meet it." Her jaws widened, exposing her sharp serpentine teeth and her long tongue as she lowered Alabaster into her mouth. Thunder boomed and a bolt the width of Augustus slammed into her chest. She cried out as she spun, her grip on Alabaster gone as she slammed through a tree. Footsteps entered my hearing range and I turned.
Father walked slowly, Augustus now pointing to the ground, his eyes alight with blue fire. Vulcanite Fortuna was in watch form as he eyed Diana's state. He turned to me and nodded. Augustus snapped up as a loud hiss filled the air. Green eyes stared in our direction. Father lunged towards a blur, winds blowing away from us as his sword struck. A pained hiss filled the air as Lamia pulled back, black blood pouring from her cheek.
"Is that how you treat your lovers, Julius?" She spat as he jabbed at her again, drawing a cut from her side. Her spear flew into her palm and it became a blur. Father activated Vulcanite Fortuna just as nine clangs rang out across the clearing. Father's feet dug into the ground as the clangs repeated once more.
"What? No hellos," She mocked as the blur slammed into his side, sending him tumbling with a cry. He slammed into a smaller slab and raised his shield. The back of his head slammed into the concrete multiple times as the spear blurred. Lamia screamed, her tail battering Vulcanite Fortuna aside as she grabbed Julius by the neck. She hissed as Augustus stabbed through her stomach and snapped Julius' wrist. He cried out and Lamia stabbed him through the stomach, driving him back into the concrete. He gasped, his only abled hand grasping the spear as Lamia huffed. The sky darkened as she touched his cheek.
"A life for a life, Julius," She whispered before she planted her lips on his chastely.
"...Hey, Clio," Julius said as his forehead touched hers. "Forgive me," She closed her eyes, and pulled away. Her mouth latched unto Julius' neck, his eyes widening as blood dripped down.
"Get away from my father!" Alabaster screamed as he slammed his fist into her neck. She slammed into the floor and twisted, her hand on Alabaser's neck as she pummeled him with a snarl.
I lunged, my hand piercing her tail. She cried out. Alabaster's fist caught her in the nose, and she slithered to her…thingy. My fist buried itself between her chest as Alabaster's caught her in the face. My fist smashed into her chin as Alabaster yanked Augustus from her gut.

I stabbed her in the eyes, my sword shattering. She yowled and batted me aside, her arm bleeding from the slash Alabaster gave her. She slapped him, Augustus clattering to the ground as Alabaster flew, blood gushing from his mouth. I dove, picking up Augustus before I leapt, Augustus meeting nothing but Air. I choked, my hand grasping her before she slammed me to the ground.

I gasped as I curled in myself, my hand touching my back as she blocked a punch from Alabaster. She redirected one of his blows, and her hand struck his neck like a viper. He choked, and she grabbed his hand and pulled. Alabaster cried out, as her forearm smashed into his arm and it snapped. Her elbow smashed into his throat as she punched him in the gut. He flew in the air as I stood up. Her eyes snapped towards mine and she ran. I tried to dodge but she was too fast. Her arm pierced into my chest and I coughed, blood coming out of my mouth as she slammed me to the ground.

I snarled, a gold chain wrapping around her hand. She gasped.

My foot smashed into her chest and we both winced. I spat in her face, a spear appearing in my hand. It cut straight through her chest and she gasped. She collapsed into the floor and crawled over to her father. I fell, the pain in my leg was unbearable as she rested her head on his still-moving chest. His hand rested on her head before she exploded into gold dust.

I collapsed, the chain receding into my body as I crawled towards Diana. She whimpered.
"Sh, sh," I said, lightning disappearing from me as I pulled her hands from her face. I gasped, at her eyes, bleeding and a crudely carved 'X' into them. I pulled her into a hug, and she hugged me back, her head beneath my chin as she sobbed.
A shadow loomed over us. I turned to see my father standing, his chest impaled by Lamia's spear. He grimaced and collapsed, his back resting on stone and wood. Alabaster limped towards us, his clothes no longer holding a reddish hue to them as he knelt before our father.
With a grunt, Julius snapped part of the shaft of the spear, as he gestured to Alabaster to come closer. With shaky hands, he drew a lightning bolt on Alabaster's wrist with the piece of wood. As it bleed Julius grabbed his wrist, and lightning came from the heavens and struck them. Alabaster cried out and fell back as our father released him.
"You have my seal...my signature. You are now…my official heir Alabaster," He croaked as he inhaled heavily. I looked at Alabaster, and his eyes met mine for a brief second before he turn away. Father noticed and with his hand lowered he croaked out. "Do not let his looks make you feel ashamed my son, he is greek, and…"His head leaned to the side, the wood snapping. "A greek will never be my heir…a greek…will never…be…my son…"
Julius died, surrounded by his blind daughter, his heir and a greek, in his ruined home.

Honestly think he should go to Half-Blood instead of the Romans after getting them to the Wolf House. Lupa will probably tell him where to go and his travel across the states could led him to meeting other Supernatural creatures and factions. Of course he could just leave and do his own thing but I am pretty sure his mother will try to get him to go to Half-Blood or at least help them when they need it as he grows from grinding in the dungeons
I mean...alabaster's arm is dislocated...and Diana's blind...do you like her now? She kinda did go Sakura on us without any healing techniques. They gonna live...they gonna grow...into something nice. Mc ain't going Camp half blood or New Rome...and the quest was for him to survive not to fight...so it was a success...but it wasn't. The game wanted the player to run with his siblings...not fight an A and S rank monster on the same day while he's a fucking Level 6.
I had the same idea...get Lupa to make him go cross country but I read a particular fanfic where Lupa eats the weak demigods and...hehe...
After the next chapter is grinding Arc. After that...maybe he'd meet a supernatural creature or two on his way to CHB. His momma gonna stay chained til cannon...so no momma moments.

Also ever wonder how the Percy Jackson universe scales the pantheons since I'm pretty sure the top 3 would be catholic, Shinto and Hinduism since a lot of people worship the deities associated with it since think about it both Greek and Roman gods are limited by the faith they get by those that believe in them so since they only have camps dedicate to them and their children well let's just say I'm pretty sure those other three pantheons outrank them in followers and power now

I rank them like...before the Old Devil Faction) Most gods are SSS rank and their elder monster kiddos will be S ranked. Minotaur is A++ so...Percy gonna be Ascended Demigod off the bat. It's the only way he could survive.
