Chapter 19: Errands
We were then back in the real world after escaping Valentino's Palace.
"Damn… I don't even want to go back there!" Lars said,
"Me neither…" Cattleya said, "But we have no choice. If we're gonna change Valentino's heart, then that palace will still be up."
Willow sighed in relief.
"Good, I'm back in my original clothes." She said,
"I think we should leave." Lars said, "Because who knows what will happen–"
"-Hold it you four!" A Masculine voice said,
We turned to see a pimp wearing glasses and a hat. It was the normal Valentino.
"Oh… Valentino." Willow said,
Valentino looked at Willow.
"Ain't you that bitch that tried to expose me?" He asked Willow,
"Yeah? What about it?" Willow said,
"My Satan, he's taller than all of us!" Lars whispered to me,
"We know what you did."
Valentino smirked menacingly.
"Oh really?" He said, "Because I know damn well those are lies!"
"Lies my ass!" Lars said as he pointed at Valentino, "Listen here, Scarface! What you did was truly–"
Valentino then grabbed Lars by his shirt.
"-What was that?" He said to Lars, "Do you wanna make a threat?"
"N-No sir! I got carried away!" Lars replied, scared, "Please! Let me go!"
Valentino then gave off a more sinister smile.
"With pleasure." He said as he threw Lars to the ground, hurting him,
"OWWWW!" Lars shouted in pain,
"Lars!" Cattleya said as she and I got him up,
"I think he broke my back…" Lars groaned in pain,
"Alright you four, listen up!" Valentino said as he pulled out what seems to be Velvette's calling card, "Look at this! This was sent to Velvette and for some reason, these Phantom Thieves have something to do with it! They changed her heart and now she's rotting in a jail cell! You four might be associated with the Phantom Thieves, correct?"
"We are not." I replied,
"Oh really~"
"Really. We are not associated with The Phantom Thieves."
"Hrgh… Fine. I'll believe you, for now. Now move aside, I got errands to run in my business. And on June 6th, I got a meeting with Katie Killjoy of 666 News on these allegations around me."
Valentino then pushed me aside as he went into Porn Studios.
"Fucking hate that guy." Lars said, "So fucking much."
"We all do." Willow said,
"Let's all get some rest." I said,
"Please, I need to sleep. I'm tired."
As Cattleya and Lars left, Willow looked at me.
"Hey, Ren, isn't it?" She said to me, "Do you want to exchange phone numbers? We could hang out sometime."
"Sure." I replied as I got out my phone,
I have become friends with Willow.
Fast forwarding to many months later. Bernie was still interrogating me.
"Your actions as The Phantom Thieves must have been obstructed by a mysterious minority." He said to me, "And with those actions, you can hide behind a public face from someone."
I was silent.
"Are you listening? Answer me, damn it!" Bernie said,
Back to the present moment. A voice spoke to me.

May 15th. I was talking to Vaggie in the Hazbin Hotel.
"Yeah, Valentino is an Overlord." She said, "I've looked at this Phan-site and people want these Phantom Thieves to steal his heart."
"I saw it too." I said,
"I don't know how these Phantom Thieves want to change Hell, but they're in the same boat as Charlie."
"I can probably tell."
May 16th. I was working in Rosie's Emporium again.
"Hey, Ren, are you bored?" Rosie asked me,
"Yeah…" I replied, "Can we talk?"
"That's what I want to ask. I want to know your opinions on something."
"Ok."
I sat with Rosie.
"Now, I want to know about these clocks I want to sell." She replied, "They're cuckoo clocks."
"I think the kids will like them." I replied,
Rosie laughed.
"I'm sure they will!" She replied, "Someday, I want to marry a man to have a child with!"
"I see." I said,
"Well you see, I never had a good childhood. There's some folks that treated me like shit."
"That must have sucked."
"It did. But now I'm an Overlord, I got revenge on them in their older years! That included my sister! She always got me in trouble during my childhood!"
"Oh…"
"But some Overlords here gave me the respect I need as one of them. That included the Radio Demon. He's such a gentleman!"
"Alastor?"
"Yes, him!"
Rosie looked at the clock.
"I think we should go back to work." She said, "It was nice talking to an employee with some respect."
"Thanks." I said,
I had a nice conversation with Rosie.
Fast forwarding to many months later. Bernie was still interrogating me.
"You had a lot of money from somewhere, didn't you?" He asked me, "You had errands to run, yet it wasn't enough as you were smuggling it from wherever world you were in."
I was silent.
"Tell me about the money!" Bernie said,
Back to the present moment. A voice spoke to me.

I have formed a bond with Rosie. She's my 2nd boss when it comes to jobs, but my assistance to her can gift me her respect in my journey to changing this Hell.
May 17th. I was with Charlie in the Hazbin Hotel as she offered me an errand.
"Take care of these fliers across Pride." She said, "We want to spread a message about the hotel."
"Alright." I said,
I then put up fliers across Pride about The Hazbin Hotel. When I left, a Shark Demon looked at it and smiled.
"The Hazbin Hotel, huh?" He said, "I'll get a close look at it later."
Then, an angler fish demon bumped into me.
"Ooh! Sorry!" He said as he walked away,
What was that about? Probably wasn't important.
Did more errands with my team on May 18th. I helped with Lars in the hotel and even trained with Willow in Mementos with Cattleya and Lars.
"What should my Code Name be?" Willow wonder,
"You resemble a spider, so how about Arachnid?" Cattleya asked,
"I guess Arachnid could work."
"Ok, welcome aboard, Arachnid!"
"Heh heh, thanks!"
We took down some Shadows and I even got some new Personas while I'm at it.
May 19th. I was talking to Rosie again.
"Ok, Alastor told me this joke one time." She said to me, "What do demons do on a Holiday?"
"I don't know." I replied, "What do they do?"
"A devil of a time!"
We both didn't laugh.
"...It was funny the 1st time." Rosie said, "And when he told me the joke."
"I see." I said,
I did more errands for a few more days. I was all tuckered out throughout the days.
