Chapter 29: Boris's Awakening

Boris slowly opened his eyes to see us.

"What the fuck?!" He shouted,

Boris then realized something as he looked closely at me.

"Wait a minute…" He said, "You're that nerd that sweeped my ass in front of my gang!"

"You're to talk!" Lars shouted, "Why are you stalking us?!"

"What's with those lame ass outfits you four are wearing?! It ain't a masquerade or Halloween!"

"You're stalking us over a defeat from Ren here!" Cattleya said, "Or going by his code name, Joker."

Boris tried to get up to fight us, but he was bound to the chains by his wrists from behind.

"Damn it!" He shouted, "Ok, who chained me?! Was it one of you fuckers?!"

"Hell no!" Lars shouted, "We just saw you like this!"

"Don't lie! I know it was one of you that–"

"-Gah ha ha ha ha ha! I see we got some unwanted guests in my factory!" A Masculine voice shouted,

We all gasped as we saw Vox in a plain purple shirt, shorts and glasses. It was Vox's Shadow! And he had 2 robotic guards next to him.

"Vox!" Lars shouted, angrily,

"Vox?!" Boris shouted, confused, "Why is he different?!"

"That's not the real Vox!" Cattleya said to Boris, "That's Vox's Shadow!"

"The fuck does that supposed to mean?!"

Shadow Vox laughed more.

"Welcome to my factory of Vox Videos!" He said, "Where I get to do whatever I want, wherever I want!"

"That explains why you work your employees to death here!" Willow said,

"There's more than meets the eyes on my screen, honey! I never would have thought that the journalist of this group here have framed my boyfriend for lies!"

"It was the truth, damn it!"

"Don't go to him already!" Cattleya said, "He's trying to taunt you!"

Shadow Vox then saw Boris.

"I see that another intruder has woken up." He said,

"You fucker!" Boris shouted as he tried to break free, "Did you do what you did to my boyfriend?!"

"Boyfriend?!" Willow, Cattleya and Lars shouted,

Shadow Vox chuckled a bit.

"He wasn't the only one I toyed with when I'm bored with my electrical powers." He replied,

"Not the only one?" Boris wonder, confused, "What do you mean by that?"

Shadow Vox smiled menacingly.

"I remember that face of yours when you were a pup." He said to Boris, "When I first spoke to your parents."

"No…" Boris said, softly, "What did you do to them?"

Boris then grew serious.

"What did you do to them?!" He shouted, "Tell me!"

Shadow Vox chuckled.

"I gave them who's boss." He replied, "Remember that accident you saw while they were driving? My electrical powers made them go a little… Haywire."

Boris and the rest of us gasped.

"No…" Boris said,

"Oh yeah. They just pissed me off by existing and not care for who I was, during my visit to Gluttony with my Val." Shadow Vox said with an evil smirk, "And all of that I let news anchors not show these accidents as I pay them big money."

Shadow Vox laughed menacingly.

"I just love seeing those that oppose me and my products!" He shouted,

As he laughed more, Boris had tears in his eyes. He knew who killed not only his boyfriend, but also his parents. He then grew angry.

"You ruined my life…" He said,

Shadow Vox then stopped laughing.

"Huh?" He said,

"Not only did you kill my lover that gave me back my happiness, but before that you took away a part of me and my brother…" Boris said, "You made me and Lindsey go through hell in that pound… And the offering to Pride was another way to make my life worse, all because of you…."

Boris growled angrily.

"Ha ha ha!" Shadow Vox shouted, "So what?! I've only made a lot of others feel the same way as you during those accidents, so it's no big deal!"

"No big deal?!" Lars shouted, "You made my Mom paralyzed from the waist down!"

One of Shadow Vox's guards then attacked Lars.

"DON'T BRING YOURSELF IN, BUNNY BITCH BOY!" He shouted,

Boris was disgusted.

"I can't believe this…" Boris said, "You really did this for your own lazy amusement… You made me and many others suffer because of your abuse of power…"

Boris then grew angry.

"To hell with you!" He shouted, "I'LL NEVER FORGIVE YOU, YOU FUCKING BLOCKHEAD!"

Shadow Vox was shocked by Boris. Then, Boris felt a big migraine in his head as he groaned in pain and moved around, but the chains attached to his wrists kept him down still.

"It seems you are lost." A Masculine voice said to him,

Boris then continued to scream in pain.

"Your life is targeted. You hide yourself from your own truth to others." The voice continued, "And now you're not gonna fight back, but give up? I see… I think you need a sudden turn around if you want to be the one to target those in your way and let them discover your truth!"

Boris then tried to free himself from the chains by force.

"I am thou…" The voice continued, "...Thou art I."

Blue flames destroyed the chains as Boris got up and was free. A mask appeared in front of him.

"This contract will not only make you hunt with your truth, but also to unleash your inner wolf!" The voice shouted,

Boris then ripped off the mask from his face. He screamed in pain as a blue fire flowed around him. We all covered.

"What the hell?!" Shadow Vox shouted, "What's going on?!"

The blue flame died down as Boris was in different clothes. He had a Persona behind him with a bow and arrow on sight. His Persona fired at a security guard behind Vox, destroying it.

"Holy shit! Cattleya shouted, "He has a Persona!"

Shadow Vox was scared as he walked back a bit while Boring walked forward.

"Oh good grief." Boris said as he rolled his eyes, "What a pain in the ass you're always meant to be. It's no wonder why Overlords like you are the scum of this Hell we're suffering from."

Shadow Vox then grew serious. He turned to his guards.

"Earn your keep if you want to live!" He shouted at them, "Get them!"

The guards turned into Shadows. Boris came out of the room he was chained to and use his Persona's power.

"I don't think so!" He shouted, "Let's hunt them down! Ullr!"

Ullr then unleashed a Bufula ice blast that froze the Shadows. Boris then used his newfound ax to throw it at one of the frozen Shadows, shattering it to pieces. He then used Ullr to destroy the remaining frozen Shadows. His Persona was then recalled as his mask returned to his face. He looked at Shadow Vox.

"Oh shit!" Shadow Vox shouted in fear, "Oh shit, shit, shit!"

"Now I'm gonna make sure you're the one in living hell!" Boris shouted,

Boris then felt a pain as he was on one knee.

"Oh? Ha ha ha!" Shadow Vox shouted, "Too slow!"

A floating chair appeared as Shadow Vox got on it.

"Hey!" Lars shouted, "He's getting away!"

"Sayonara, brats!" Shadow Vox shouted as he floated away to doors that are locked behind a passcode.

Cattleya and Willow then got Boris up.

"Oww…" He groaned, "What the hell… Is this… Outfit…"

"We gotta get out of here!" Willow said,

"Vox…"

"Don't worry!" Cattleya said, "We'll get him! Just wait! Joker! Lead us out of here!"

"Got it!" I said, "Let's get out of here!"
