An Hour Later

Ariel and Swoops were in the kitchen, along with Travis and Amelia.

Arnold and Spinelli walked in, still pulling up their pants and adjusting their shirts.

Swoops ate a piece of bread and soon noticed a smell. He squawked and kept eating the piece of bread.

Ariel started smelling as well. "… Y'all smell like SEX." She smirked.

Arnold and Spinelli blushed. "We were working out!" He replied. "Working out while having sex?" Travis smirked while he drank water.

Spinelli rolled her eyes. "Big whoop, Arnold and I had sex, so what? We're married so it's not like we're each other's booty call. We're married in case you missed it!" She showed off her diamond ring.

(A diamond ring that was the best money can buy. Diamonds were etched on the sides of the ring itself. And the main ring was pretty big and noticeable.)

Arnold nodded in agreement.

"Oh, we already know, we're not blind!"

"Amelia, please tell me you didn't hear that…" Spinelli yelped. "Uh, Mom? You do know I'm nineteen, so uh…"

"Yeah, don't bother." Arnold said. "So uh, you guys, listen… Spinelli and I have been considering having another child…"

"Two more and soon you'll be forgetting your kids' names…" Travis said and took a sip of water. "Remind me to flush the toilet when you're showering." Spinelli lowered an eyelid and raised an eyebrow.

"Mom, Daddy, are you two actually serious? Another kid? It's not that I'm complaining about another brother OR sister, it's just- Don't you think you guys have enough to worry about?" Kathleen asked. "Oh, Amelia, you know we love all of you, but we also miss those times when we held you three in our arms, when you were little lumps in our arms." Arnold approached his daughter and caressed her cheek.

"We haven't fully thought about it yet, but we are seriously considering having one more kid."

"If you guys do, then congratulations!" Ariel told them with a smile. Swoops screeched.

"When are the others back from that training exercise?" Arnold asked. "Eh, they won't be back until tomorrow or so." Travis shrugged. "Guess that gives some time to hang out in the living room. How 'bout it?" He suggested.

"Ain't telling me twice." Spinelli grabbed two beer bottles from the fridge and handed one to Ariel. "After a morning like that, I'm definitely down." Arnold grabbed a beer bottle. Swoops helped him take off the bottle cap with his beak.

"Sweetie, you want in or not?" Arnold offered Amelia. "I don't have anything to do so I guess so." She had a bright smile on her face.

Now time for a proper introduction now that the gang is busy, no?

So, way back in middle school is where Arnold and Spinelli's romance first started, and so would their journey.

From the second they met, they instantly fell in love. Of course, they wouldn't admit it right away since they would start dating during their Freshman year of high school. If anything was for sure, nobody would even mess with these two. The first time they would have sex would be during their freshman year as well. While they were the more popular kids, they mostly spent every minute together, goofing around, loving each other, whatever.

After high school, Arnold would propose to Spinelli. And she gladly accepted. Unfortunately, the day before their wedding, Spinelli would lose her dad to a heart attack…

Around two weeks after their wedding, Arnold's grandparents would be killed, leading to where they are now, Hillwood's Vigilantes.

Everything they would need was with Stella and Miles. They trained relentlessly in every aspect. Physical and mental toughness, crime scene detective work, hand-to-hand combat, etc. Of course, they started out small with the Hybrid, Hyperjet, and QR Jet. Impulse is their artificial intelligence. Not only was he a companion who always helped them along the way, but he was also a friend and pretty much family to them.

Arnold's nickname was Shadow, Gerald was Trickshot, Spinelli's nickname was Scarlet Claw, and Amelia was SilverShadow, for following in her father's footsteps. Nadine was nicknamed Serpent. While they don't kill, their strikes were silent and extremely painful.

Eventually, the lair expanded, and their vehicles would expand as well along with their team. The first to be recruited was Gerald, and the latest was Travis and Kliff for the PRT and UFRT.

The UFRT and PRT are two first-response vehicles for different cases. The Physician Response Team and Ultimate Fire Rescue Truck. The PRT truck was an operating room on wheels, basically, with state-of-the-art technology. It had everything an operating room would have.

Another vehicle they added was the Quick Response Helicopter. The QR Helicopter.

Despite being the unknown heroes of Hillwood, underneath the suits at least, surprisingly, the Spinelli-Shortmans were famous for their wealth, along with how unique they were for a married couple.

Arnold and Spinelli, despite having a team to lead, would end up having three kids together. But of course, someone would have to take their places. Of course, only Arnold would be capable and slightly crazy to deal with Spinelli's pregnancy anger, but he knew it was just that during those grueling nine months. All three of their kids would be healthy babies at birth, making Arnold and Spinelli the proudest parents.

Back To Where We Are…

"Crazy to think you two knew each other since middle school, to be fair."

Arnold shrugged. "You could say that, but in my eyes, I just sensed something special in this woman." He teasingly kissed Spinelli's cheek.

"Man, I still remember our wedding. To be truthful here, it was a day I sincerely never thought might happen, yet I'm more than happy my wedding was with this man, right here." Spinelli and Arnold nuzzled together for a moment.

"Boy, I'm sort of jealous we didn't get to see how that went." Ariel said. "Oh, trust me, it was such a special and surreal day." Arnold smiled.

"I'd say the birth of our three kids was also special, mm?" She smirked at her husband. "And how could I forget? Amelia, our firstborn." He smiled at his daughter.

"I remember how beautiful she was when she was a baby." Spinelli also smiled as Amelia blushed. "Remember how chaotic she'd be at times?" Arnold chuckled.

"Daddy!" Kathleen felt her cheeks hot. "Oh, Amelia, sweetheart! You shouldn't be ashamed of that, every baby is chaotic at times. You don't Arnold wasn't chaotic? Or me?" Spinelli told her daughter.

Arnold drank a bit of beer. "If you want to find out, you should just ask your grandmothers, and they should answer your question. I certainly know Mrs. Spinelli did about little Ashley here." Arnold rubbed his cheek against her.

Spinelli blushed immediately. "Arnold!" She looked at him. "What? I'm only saying what I know. And besides, you know I'm not gonna reveal everything." She only pouted as Arnold kissed her cheek.

Impulse soon interrupted. "Sir, I'm picking up suspicious activity near a bar. May I suggest checking it out?"

Arnold and Spinelli sighed. "We'll be over soon."

"Ariel? Travis? Could you do us a favor and look after Pamela and Allen, please?" Arnold asked. "Sure thing." Ariel replied as Travis nodded.

"Come on…" Spinelli pouted. "Kathy, sweetie, how would you like to see how real combat looks?" Arnold kneeled and offered. "Wait, re- really?" Her face started to light up.

"Of course, honey. Your mother and I would love to let you see how it's really done! And with the training you've been doing for so long, it's time we finally give you a chance." Arnold smiled.

"Thanks, Daddy." Amelia smiled.

Later

Arnold, Spinelli, and Amelia were on a rooftop, looking around for the suspicious activity Impulse told them about.

Arnold sighed. "… I guess there isn't anything here that we can see, or even less hear." Kathleen and Spinelli nodded. A scream was heard to their left.

"What the?" They all quietly walked over.

"EWWW! GET AWAY FROM ME, YOU PERVERTED FREAK!" A blonde woman cried. She was pinned against a brick wall by a middle-aged man with a stubble beard.

"Looks like my knuckles got their wish." Spinelli mentioned.

"JUST LET ME GO, PERVERTED ASSHOLE! SOMEONE! HE- MMPHM MMPHFF!" Her mouth was covered.

"Don't worry, sweet cheeks. This dick will be the biggest you'll feel and you'll beg for more!"

"That's it. Come on!" Shadow said as he dropped down. Spinelli and Amelia followed behind.

The three dropped and landed, making the man flinch as they crossed their arms.

"Who the hell are you losers?" The man zipped up his pants. "Gross…" Amelia grimaced for a moment.

"We're the ones who are about to hand you your sorry ass!" Spinelli cracked her knuckles. "You're welcome to try!"

Arnold, Spinelli, and Amelia held in their laughter.

The middle-aged man grabbed a pipe and ran toward them.

"Kathy?" Shadow looked at his daughter. "With pleasure!"

The man charged at them, but Amelia tackled his legs. She proceeded to break his leg with her knee, making it break in the other direction.

"OWWW-" The man shouted, but Amelia stomped on his face, knocking him out. She dusted off her hands.

Shadow stepped forward. "Ma'am? Are you alright? Are you hurt?" The woman whimpered.

She immediately hugged him. "Easy now, easy. You're safe as long as we're here." Shadow comforted her. Spinelli noticed who the woman was. "Shadow, hang on a sec… I recognize that hair! Ashley A?!"

She looked over. "Wha- Who the heck are you? How do you know my name?" She asked. Spinelli cleared her throat. "I- I heard your name before, and seen you in a magazine for mink coat modeling?"

Ashley A was a little confused. She looked at who she was hugging. "I want to say you're familiar but… I'm not too certain."

"A-hem? That's my husband you're hugging." Spinelli crossed her arms. "Mom, you know this woman?"

"Ok, this is too confusing for me. Who are you? And how do you know my name?" She asked and let go of Shadow.

"Ashley-"

"Yeah?" Spinelli replied, jokingly. "Not you, Scarlet! I mean the other Ashley." Arnold looked back at her. "Am I ever going to find out or…?"

"We're not going to tell you who we are or our real names, but I'd say Scarlet here remembers you before. And from what she told me, you two didn't get along well as kids."

She gave a confused look. "Can I at least thank you guys for saving me? I honestly thought I was going to be…" She gulped. Shadow put a hand on her shoulder. "You don't need to say it. We know."

"Can I at least give you a kiss on the cheek as a thank you?" Ashley A asked. "Alright." He smiled.

"Just don't leave a lipstick mark." Spinelli rolled her eyes.

Ashley A soon kissed Shadow's cheek, delighted with herself. "Thanks again… Handsome." She blushed and smiled.

"Ok. That's enough. Let's go home, O-husband of mine!" She yanked his collar. "Ok! Ok! I understand you, sweetheart!" He gave a nervous laugh.

Once they got out of the alleyway, Spinelli immediately pinned Arnold against the wall and kissed him for a minute.

"You better not have been flirting with her…" She gave a serious look. "Spinelli, why would I even flirt with her? You know I love you, we're married too!"

"Uh, Mom? Daddy? Can we get out before anyone sees us like this?"

They looked at their daughter and realized she was right. Spinelli looked back at Shadow. "You owe me more than a kiss." Arnold gave a small smile and nodded.
