Back at it with this story! Let's continue, shall we?

Hour And A Half Later

CRASH

THUD

"The armor on that damn thing is impenetrable! We barely even made a SCRATCH!" Spinelli exclaimed while Arnold helped her up.

Arnold quickly took a look at the bulldozer. "Aye! Guys!" He then gave hand signals.

They all quickly nodded and sprung into the shadows, leaving the bulldozer exposed and confused. The Dozer started looking around in utter confusion with his weapons drawn.

In a shadowy corner, an electrical noise was heard but was quiet enough.

The electrical noise suddenly jumped at the Bulldozer, sticking at his neck area and penetrating the armor.

And just like that, the Bulldozer immediately started charging straight into a wall.

CRACK

CRASH

The Bulldozer was now stuck.

Two taser lines were launched from two wrists.

"Max voltage! NOW!" Scarlet called out.

The electricity whirring through the taser lines started shocking the Bulldozer and the electric currents ran through the Bulldozer's armor, amplifying the shock.

After a minute of shocking the beast, the tasers were switched off and smoke came off the Bulldozer, which only stood there with no signs of activity.

Gerald and Nadine walked near it.

"So far, all this metal looks like it's going to the scrap yard." Gerald said while inspecting around it.

"No signs of the armor being manned, and by the looks of it, it looks like the taser should've done the job." Arnold mentioned. "Don't this armor look familiar…?" Spinelli scratched her head.

FBI and SWAT units came in with rifles and slowly approached with the Commissioner.

"Right there, Commish."

"Open fire if it even moves." Commissioner Gallup told his units. He then saw what the armor was based on. "Hey, Shadow, isn't this armor similar to the gear the bomb squad wears?" He asked.

Shadow slowly walked over. "Well, Scarlet, looks like we found the answer to your question. It is from the bomb squad, only made of heavy materials that are impenetrable!" He replied.

A piece of armor fell. Shadow walked up to pick it up.

"And I know just who sent this Bulldozer…" He saw the emblem that was hidden. "The Militia." He sternly looked at the emblem. "We better find out what they're up to and fast, we don't know whether they plan to release more of these animals."

"I never thought I'd say this but, I don't wanna face this damn thing again!" Scarlet groaned. "Looks like we're paying the Militia a visit." She rolled her eyes.

"Only thing we can do. We can't let more Bulldozers rampage this city!" Sapphire replied. While most of them were looking at a different picture, Phoebe, on the other hand, was looking at the bigger picture.

"Guys, any way you can bring back the Dozer? I think there may be something I can do that'll cut us some slack." Phoebe asked them through the earpiece.

Like expected, they all groaned with how exhausted they are.

"We'll find a way." Nadine replied and scoffed after.

While most of them were groaning, Arnold might have found a way to help them. He was looking up at the roof which had an opening due to the Bulldozer.

"Ariel, lower down the chains, we're gonna need your help on this." Shadow called her through the earpiece.

"You got it!" She replied.

While she got to work and with others walking to the dead armor, Scarlet walked up to Shadow.

"You're one smart bastard, no wonder I fell for you." She smirked and walked away. Shadow only smirked back and followed behind her.

Half Hour Later

Soon, back at HQ, the roar of the Hyperjet's engine came into the lair. The landing gear was soon deployed, and the jet soon landed.

Phoebe walked over.

"Special request of a bunch of heavy metal?" Ariel smirked as the Dozer was lowered from beneath the Hyperjet.

Phoebe yelped as she saw the Dozer was bigger than she thought. "Alrighty then, I think this will be tougher than I thought…" She lowered her eyelids. "But I'll see what I can do."

"Think you can find out what's powering this thing?" Gerald asked.

"I bet I can track where this came from and a whole lot more. Heck, maybe rewire it completely for us!" She replied. "Though I suppose I'll need to find a way to be able to control it…"

Spinelli sighed. "Yeah, well, that'll be up to you to see how you figure that out…"

"I think I'll stay down here, just in case." Gerald stood next to her while she was thinking.

"Impulse, where's Amy? Get her and our other kids to meet us in the living room, will ya, bud?" Arnold asked.

"Yes, Sir." Impulse replied.

Arnold sighed deeply and looked at the others. "We beat this thing, but we better look out for more, which hopefully, we won't have to if Phoebe can shed some light before the Militia makes a move. Let's clean up, rest and heal, and be ready for the next."

"We're with you on that." Nadine replied.

"You got it, no need to tell us twice." Sapphire replied.

Arnold and Spinelli soon started walking away and toward the staircase.

Arnold wrapped his arm over her shoulder. "You know, that reminded me about our encounter with Mr. Freeze. I mean, obviously, the environment was a lot more colder and we needed the heavier gear, but something about these encounters are rather similar…"

Spinelli felt chills down her spine. "Ugh, don't remind me of it. It was in the middle of WINTER when that went down!" She complained. "Not to mention I got SICK AFTER!"

"At least it took you a week to feel better." Arnold kissed her forehead. "But if anything, both of them are heavily armored, we had to fight 'em from the shadows after handing us our asses from going head-on, something doesn't seem right…"

He put his hand on his chin as they walked into the living room. Amelia, Pamela, and Allen were there waiting for them.

"Mom! Dad!" The three of them ran to them.

"Oh, there are my sweethearts!" Spinelli smiled while Amelia hugged her.

Allen hopped on Arnold's back while Pamela hugged him. "Ok! Ok!" Arnold chuckled with them. "I know I'm strong but come on, you two!" He kept chuckling.

"You okay, Dad? You seem a little tired." Pamela saw Arnold's slightly exhausted look. Arnold smiled at them. "Pammy, Allen, I'll never be too tired to be with you guys, I love you so much I wouldn't let any amount of exhaustion keep me apart from my children." Amelia leaned over to kiss his cheek.

"We all love you, Dad, but we possibly couldn't ask you to-" Arnold interrupted Amelia. "Sweetie, I mean what I said." He smiled.

"We love you, Dad." Allen smiled while on his father's back. "And we love you, Allen. Your mother and I love you dearly." Arnold smiled at his children. Spinelli looked at her husband with a smile. "You have the best traits for being a dad, heck, you don't even make those ridiculous dad jokes!" She briefly pinched his cheek playfully.

Arnold kissed Amelia's forehead. "Amy, one thing your mother and I are grateful for is how you take time out of your day to help us out and watch over your younger siblings." Amelia shrugged with a smile. "Mom, Dad, you know I'm more than grateful to help out however I can. And besides, I'm near the point where I join the 'family business' which is what you guys do for this city and around the world!" Amelia replied.

Spinelli smirked. "Key words: Near the point. You still have quite a bit of training to go through and then be tested by your grandparents, which is Arnold's parents. I guess you could call them 'Chiefs' since they're more or less superior to us. My parents aren't… they obviously aren't the same as his parents." She shrugged and then patted her daughter's shoulder.

"Near the point meanwhile Pam still has a long way!" Allen teased her. "Shut up, Al! I'm nearer than you!" Pamela replied and looked at him.

"Settle down, you two." Arnold raised his eyebrows while his eyelids lowered. "Don't think we don't notice the minor competition you have between you two. But I want you to remember this." Arnold looked at Spinelli, signaling her to take over. "Remember that one day you three will be taking over our positions. Even though you have competition with one another, just know that one day we either won't be here, or we won't be able to do this anymore and you three will eventually take over." She noticed the look on her middle child's face. "Pam, you keep that up and I'll make sure to have you do drills until you're 35…" She frowned while Pamela gave a nervous smile.

"Or better yet, have them clean the Hyperjet!" Arnold suggested. "I mean, that's literally the biggest vehicle anyone would ever see!" He shrugged while Spinelli began to think. "... Yeah… Yeah! Yeah, that's a great idea! Let's see your faces after that! And let me tell you, first time I had to clean that jet, now that was a more humbling experience ever since I got impaled by not checking out the stealth cycle!" Spinelli added.

Arnold rolled his eyes. "And at least we have Phoebe as our go-to physician-slash-doctor-slash-surgeon, and with Warren onboard, we have two physicians now along with the PRT." He rubbed her shoulder. Spinelli shrugged while looking down. "The PRT proves time and time again it saves lives…" She quietly said.

"Without the PRT, your mother most likely wouldn't be here despite the best team of surgeons down at SilverStone." Arnold added.

"What even happened that night?" Pamela asked. "I don't think we remember that happening…" Allen paused to think. Amelia didn't say anything since she partially remembered.

"Al, Pammy, you most likely don't remember anything, but Amy here was around nine-years-old when the accident occurred." Arnold saw that Spinelli had a somber and regretful look on her face. He rubbed her shoulder slowly.

Years Ago…

It was the middle of winter in Hillwood, and crime was high as ever. Currently snowing that night in Hillwood, the roar of a jet engine was heard whooshing by, the blue afterburner flames from the rear, the lights from the red wings, and the rear of the Hyperjet opening up as it was in pursuit against two blue vans. The second year of the Vigilantes.

The revving of the Stealth Cycle was heard. Shadow patted Scarlet's shoulder. "Be careful, scans revealed those two vans are armed." He told her. "Big whoop. I have my own weapons with this baby, and it's end of the line for 'em!" Scarlet replied.

"I'll be behind you, alright?" Scarlet only nodded as she revved up the Stealth Cycle, popping a wheelie and racing out and landing on the road and racing behind the vans.

The Hybrid soon raced out of the Hyperjet.

THUD

The Hybrid landed on the road and sped up.

Two separate thugs from the vans started firing away their AK rifles at them.

While the Hybrid didn't swerve to avoid since it was bulletproof, the Stealth Cycle swerved around to avoid the bullets.

After the thugs got back in their van to reload their guns, the Stealth Cycle stopped swerving.

"Time to bring one of these vans down!" Scarlet exclaimed and pushed a red trigger button on the handle.

The front wheel miniguns were brought out and extended, and tether lines shot out from the wheel front cover, only the line would backfire….

The tether hook line barely shot out and was a weak shot, at that. The hook fell sideways and into the front wheel, hooking the rim, the rope yanked to a stop, and abruptly stopped the Stealth Cycle…

THUD

SHATTER

CRASH

CRACK

SQUASH

CRACK

With the blue vans racing away, the Hybrid was forced to come to a stop after the Stealth Cycle crashed and was now somewhat destroyed. But that wasn't all…

"AUUUGGH!" Red fluids were dripping from a side of the Stealth Cycle. Shadow immediately hopped out and ran over to where Scarlet was.

"ASHLEY!" Shadow yelled as pained screams were heard while the Hyperjet flew overhead with its searchlight shining down.

"Ariel, get the PRT down here! NOW!" Shadow exclaimed over his earpiece as he kneeled to Scarlet. He lifted her visor and took off her helmet and frantically caressed her cheek as she was lying in a pool of blood, impaled by a part of the Cycle that got torn off.

"Hang in there, Ashley, just hang in there!" Shadow tried comforting her as the Hyperjet got as close to the road as possible. The PRT soon drove out and near the Stealth Cycle.

"Stay with me dammit!" Shadow signaled Warren over.

Present Day

"After Warren and I extricated her, he took her into the PRT for surgery, Ariel went to bring Phoebe for an extra set of hands, and thankfully, she was stable enough to take to SilverStone and the rest is history." Arnold rubbed Spinelli's shoulder while she looked down in somberness. "And it's crazy to think that you two wouldn't even be here if it weren't for the Warren and Phoebe saving her life." Arnold looked at Allen and Pamela.

She shrugged. "And from that day forward, I always check out the Stealth Cycle's condition and see how it's doing. I don't know what even happened that I didn't check it…" She exhaled sharply. "What matters now is that my three children are all here, healthy and as tough as us. That's what's important to me." Spinelli smiled at them.

"We love you, Mom." Pamela, Allen, and Amelia hugged their mother. All Spinelli could do was absorb the love from her children. Arnold smiled at his wife and kids. He then decided to hug Spinelli from behind.

"Ok! Ok!" Spinelli chuckled. "Now let go already!" She kept chuckling while Arnold shook his head. "Nah. I prefer staying like this." He smiled while Spinelli rolled her eyes with a smile.

That'll wrap up another chapter! So where do we head after this? You'll just have to tune in for the next chapter...
