Zarbon's New Playmate
Chapter Three: Business and Pleasure
I kept my word last night. I showed restraint and I didn't hurt Vidalia. Not in any meaningful way. I was rough and I was still able to get what I needed from the encounter. She hit me. I liked it when she hit me. I like the fire in her. She is wild and fierce. She's dangerous. But so am I. I've never had a woman that could fight me back, and it is exhilarating. My ability to restrain myself did surprise me, though. I'd never been able to hold myself back from hurting or harming before. I had asked Vidalia if she was afraid of me, she didn't answer me, but I could see in her eyes that she was. I'd be lying if I said that didn't bother me, though I don't know why. Why would I care? This was her idea. I am only making her live up to the bargain she had made with me. Yet, I didn't want to hurt her. I enjoyed making her feel good. I liked it when she came on my tongue and her legs tightened around my head. I loved it when she came for me the second time. Something has shifted. Something has changed. I enjoyed her moans of pleasure instead of her cries of pain. That feeling is a dangerous one. I need to hold off on being with her again for a little while. At least until I can get a hold of myself. So, I will leave her alone. Vegeta will be back soon, and I do intend to continue living up to our agreement. I won't have that bastard ruin the fun we're having by finding out what we've been up to.
It had been two weeks since Vidalia had gone to Zarbon's room. He hadn't called for her since that night. She had seen him since then. Only in passing. He would give her a knowing grin and keep walking. A part of her hoped that maybe he had gotten his fill and was now done with her. She knew that it wouldn't be that simple. Vegeta still wasn't expected to be back for another week or so. Not that that would stop Zarbon. Her life had quickly become a mess and there didn't appear to be any way out in sight. Vidalia sat in the living room with her head laid back and her eyes closed, pondering her life up until the moment she had decided to make that deal with Zarbon that changed everything. Her thoughts wandered back to the last time she had been with Zarbon. He had kept true to his word that night and didn't put in her a healing tank. It had come as a shock to her. He had not only not hurt her, but he had also made her feel good. She had come undone for him twice. He wasn't exactly gentle, but she had enjoyed it. That was the part that angered her the most. She had loved the things he'd done and the way he touched her. Even now, just the thought of that night set her skin on fire. What the fuck is wrong with me? She thought. The sound of a door opening and then closing broke her free from her internal struggle. When she heard the sound of tiny, bare feet on the tile of the floor in the kitchen, she scowled. Anger surged through her body.
Alana.
The cause of all this chaos was now rummaging through their cabinets without a care in the world. Why Vegeta hadn't gotten rid of her before he left, Vidalia didn't know. Just the thought of her hiding out in Vegeta's room while Vidalia had to be out and about in Frieza's palace, fearful every second of the day that she would run into Zarbon, was enough to send the princess into a rage. Why did she get to live so fucking carefree when Vidalia was living in hell? Neither of these men gave a damn about this woman but Vidalia cared about her brother and Zarbon would kill him. "Get back in the room," Vidalia said.
The rummaging stopped. "What?"
"Get. Back. In. The room, Alana." Vidalia repeated, a bit slower. Her fists began to clench. Even the sound of her voice grated on Vidalia's last nerve.
"No. I'm hungry." Alana said.
Vidalia's eyes snapped open. Did she really just…. Vidalia lifted her head. She rose to her feet and walked into the kitchen. She grabbed a loaf of bread off the counter and shoved it into Alana's hand. "There. Now get your ass back in that fucking room before I put you in there." Her voice was eerily steady. Alana looked at the Saiyan defiance flashing in her eyes. Vidalia smirked, "What? Do you want to fight me? Please try. I am begging you to try. Because nothing would make me happier than to wrap my hands around your neck and squeeze until the life drains from your eyes."
"Vegeta wouldn't let you do that to me." She said, her spine straightening. She's become a bit too comfortable.
Vidalia let out a laugh and began to look around. "Do you see him anywhere? He's not here, sweetheart. He's gone and you're here. All alone. With me." Vidalia grabbed her by the throat and pulled her close. "Do you really believe that my brother gives a damn about you? Do you really think that if I snapped your pretty little neck right now he'd be upset with me about it? That he would avenge you? That he would hurt me over you?"
Vidalia tightened her grip on her neck. "I am his sister. His flesh and blood and you are just a toy for him to play with until he's bored. You're not the first and you won't be the last." Vidalia shoved Alana back and she tumbled to the floor. "Now, for the last time, GET BACK IN THE FUCKING ROOM!"
Just then the front door opened. Vidalia's head turned to see her brother walk inside. She smiled and said, "Well, it's true what they say. 'Speak of the devil and he will rise'. You're back early."
Vegeta looked at his sister and then down at Alana quivering on the floor with her hand on her throat and tears streaming down her face. "What's going on here?" he asked.
Alana scrambled off the floor and ran over to Vegeta. She threw herself into his arms. Vidalia rolled her eyes. "Vegeta, she threatened me. Your crazy bitch of a sister threatened to strangle me. She threatened to snap my neck."
Vegeta looked down at Alana, "Did she now? Why would she do such a thing?"
He looked at Vidalia, and she shrugged, "I told her to get back in the fucking room and she refused to get back in the fucking room."
Vegeta looked back down at Alana. He brought his hands up to gently cup her face. "Well, what should we do with her?" he asked. A smirk formed on his face.
Alana smiled, "Whatever you think is best." She looked over at Vidalia and gave her a devilish grin. Thinking she had won this little spat.
Vegeta slid a hand down to her neck. "I wasn't talking to you." He whispered. He began to squeeze tightly.
"Wh..what?"
"I was talking to my crazy bitch of a sister."
Vidalia chuckled, "Oh, I have a wonderful idea."
Zarbon stood in the throne room before. They had been discussing the rumors of a rebellion forming on Planet Drigo. The king there was having trouble finding any information about who was behind it. It was beginning to look like Zarbon was going to have to take a trip and find it out for himself. If the king was, in fact, telling them the truth and he wasn't trying to betray Frieza then no harm would come to the planet or its people. If he was then Zarbon was to deal with them the same way Frieza had dealt with Planet Vegeta so many years ago. "The king is hosting a party and has extended us an invitation. It will be held in two weeks time. We would need to leave in two days to attend." Zarbon said.
"You go, Zarbon. I have other things to deal with here. This will be the perfect opportunity to find out who is planning their little uprising. I want you to take one of the Saiyans."
Zarbon widened his eyes. "One of the Saiyans, sir? Why? This will require a more diplomatic approach."
"Then take Vidalia. She is beautiful and quite charming. She would probably be able to gather more information than you would be able to. By far the best behaved out of the bunch of monkeys and if you are able to uncover the filthy little conspirators, she will be able to help you dispose of them."
Zarbon smiled at that. What a wonderful turn of events. He had no problem taking a Saiyan with him if that Saiyan were her. Zarbon placed his hand across his chest, bowed at the waist, and said, "As you wish, Lord Frieza." He turned and walked out of the throne room. He was greeted at the door by Kyko. He walked past and she fell in step behind him. "I need you to make preparations. We will be heading to Planet Drigo. Lord Frieza has requested that Princess Vidalia accompany us, so I want you to find something nice for her to wear. She needs to look presentable for the party."
"Yes, sir. I will see to everything. But, sir, Vegeta has returned early."
"And?"
"Sir, he went to your chambers. He left you….he called it a gift."
Zarbon stopped in his tracks, "Is that so? Well, let's go see what he left, shall we?"
Zarbon was not assumed. He walked in to find Vegeta's "gift". A very angry Alana with her hands and feet tied. She was gagged and sitting on the floor in the middle of his living room. There was even a red bow on top of her head. Vegeta might have left her here, but this had Vidalia's name written all over it. "Very funny, Vidalia," Zarbon mumbled to no one. He sighed and walked over to the bound girl. He kneeled in front of her and removed the gag. "And what are you doing here?" he asked.
"That bastard tied me up and left me here. I thought he cared for me. That psychotic whore, Vidalia, told him to do it."
For reasons that Zarbon didn't know, hearing her speak of Vidalia in that way set his blood on fire. Before he had even registered what he was doing, he slapped her across the face. "Watch your mouth. I don't even know why she would even have him leave you here. I told her I didn't want you." Alana just lay on the floor sobbing. Zarbon just looked at her with disgust. Did his little princess really think that giving her back was going to make him leave her alone? She was very wrong. The princess would be traveling with him to Planet Drigo. They would be spending a lot of time together. They could mix business with pleasure. A smile crept along his face at the idea. He was rather excited at the thought of getting the princess all to himself for a few days. He had so many things he wanted to do with her. First, he needed to do something with Alana.
Vidalia walked into the throne room. Frieza had summoned her. She knew that he was about to assign her to another mission, but nothing could prepare her for what her assignment was actually going to be.
Frieza was waiting for her along with Zarbon. She smirked in his direction. Vegeta had told her that he had tied Alana up and left her in Zarbon's living room. Alana had been so surprised that her Prince Charming had turned out to be a villain. Watching Vegeta carry her out of their chambers kicking and screaming was quite satisfying. Honestly, Alana had gotten off easy as far as Vidalia was concerned. She'd wanted to hurt Alana. She knew that Alana wasn't at fault for her current predicament, but she was still the catalyst that set all of this in motion. The princess didn't know what Zarbon would do with the girl, but that really wasn't her problem anymore. She knew that it wouldn't stop Zarbon from coming for her, but it did put a smile on her face. Placing her hand across her chest and bowing at the waist she said, "You summoned me, Lord Frieza?"
"Yes, Vidalia. There have been some whisperings of a possible uprising on Planet Drigo. We're not entirely sure, but it doesn't appear that the king on the planet has anything to do with it. They have invited me to a party as a show of good faith. I can't go so I am sending Zarbon. I want you to accompany him." Vidalia's body stiffened and her jaw tightened. Her eyes shifted toward Zarbon then back to Frieza. She knew that his mind was already made up, or she wouldn't be standing here, so there was no point in trying to argue or trying to get out of it.
"Yes, Lord Frieza."
"You'll be leaving in a few days. Zarbon will brief you on everything you'll need to know." I'll bet he will. Vidalia thought to herself. "And, Vidalia, I expect you to be on your best behavior. Be your alluring and charming self until you find the traitors and depose of them." Vidalia smiled sweetly, "Of course, Lord Frieza."
Frieza turned his hovering throne away from and toward the large windows of his throne room, dismissing the princess. Zarbon then made his way towards her and gestured for her to follow him. "Come and I'll go over everything you, Princess." She rolled her eyes at him and turned away from him, earning her an amused chuckle from Zarbon. She hated, no, loathed this arrangement and he knew it.
In the conference room, paperwork strewn on the table, Zarbon gave Vidalia a rundown of all the information they had on Drigo and the apparent uprising there. "We received a message from a spy Frieza has on Drigo. He told us that there were rumors from some of the natives that there was a group covertly gathering wanting to take down Frieza. Tired of sending their people out to fight in our armies. Same ole, same ole."
Vidalia read over the intel gathered about the planet and its people. The Drigonians were a race of people similar to the Saiyans in appearance but not quite in terms of power. Frieza had invaded the planet years ago but didn't destroy the planet because he saw that they would be useful to him and made a deal with them. "The spy one of ours or one of theirs?" Vidalia asked. This wasn't a divide-and-conquer kind of mission. They weren't going in there to kill everyone on the planet. Just a small group of morons thinking that they could stand against the power of Frieza and his armies if they could only gather enough of their people and somehow catch Frieza off guard. They weren't the first to try this and they wouldn't be the last, but this was the first time that Vidalia was asked to go along to deal with it. She was always the one to go in a kill everyone. "One of theirs in terms of them being from the planet. Frieza pays them well and promises them amnesty in the event Frieza decides to do away with them. There are a few of them there." Zarbon answered, "I suspect that someone in the king's inner circle has been compromised. Rebels always seem to be a step ahead of us."
"I can't help but think you had something to do with this arrangement." Vidalia accused. She sat back in her chair, crossing her legs and folding her arms across her chest.
"While I can't say that I'm disappointed with this arrangement, it was not my idea. Frieza wanted me to bring a Saiyan in case we found out who the culprits were. I mentioned that your little group was not the most diplomatic and he told me to bring you."
"Me? Why me?"
"Because you're beautiful and charming. You can mingle and possibly get more information than I would be able to." It made sense. Vidalia knew what she was. She was beautiful. She also knew how to bat her icy blue eyes and manipulate a situation to get what she needed. "But won't they know that I'm a soldier in Frieza's army? They won't tell me anything." She questioned.
Zarbon thought about that. She had a point. If they knew that she was one of Frieza's warriors no one would ever tell her anything. "We would have to convince that you're just along for the ride. That you came with me as my…"
"Whore?"
Rage flashed in Zarbon's eyes at that word. Vidalia had been no virginal angel before their little arrangement, but she wasn't promiscuous either. "No," he growled. "We will convince them that you are my companion for the party. We can spin a story. Downplay your abilities and power. I trust that there won't be any scouters at the party."
She was a little taken aback by Zarbon's reaction to the word she'd used. "So what? I'm expected to act like I'm some weakling Saiyan princess that just lounges around in Frieza's palace and he allows it because I happen to be Vegeta's little sister?"
"That works actually."
Her eyes narrow. "I am not a weak little princess. In fact, I am one of the strongest soldiers that Frieza has."
"I know this. They don't need to. I'm not trying to demean you, Dali darling. I need you to be able to mingle and not raise suspicions."
"What makes you think that anyone will tell me anything?"
"You'll convince them. I know you will."
"Because I'm beautiful and charming?"
Zarbon winked. "Fine," Vidalia relented standing to her feet, "and don't call me Dali."
She went to walk past Zarbon and as she did, he reached out and grabbed her wrist, stopping her. "Please tell Vegeta not to leave his trash in my home again." Vidalia smiled sweetly, "You didn't like your gift? I picked it out just for you. I even put a bow on it." Zarbon let out a small laugh, still holding on to her wrist. He slid his hand down to hers and began making small circles with his thumb. He looked up at her and she could see the desire in his eyes. For some reason, that sent a shiver through her body that settled at her core. She pushed that feeling away. "What happened to her?" she asked, breaking the heavy silence that had settled between the two of them.
"She's dead. She ran her mouth too much."
"Yeah, that she did. I almost killed her myself."
"Did you think that giving her back would end our agreement?"
"Honestly no. She shot her mouth off, and I wanted her gone. I thought it would be funny." She answered. She knew Zarbon wouldn't accept Alana, but the opportunity to get one over on him and play a little prank had been too good for either of the Saiyans to resist. Vegeta had laughed out loud when Vidalia had suggested it. He knew it would piss Zarbon off even though he still had no clue about the agreement she'd made with Zarbon.
Before Vidalia could react, Zarbon spun her around, grabbed her by the waist, and yanked her down into his lap. He pulled her hair back from her neck and placed his face against the side of it. Vidalia sat there stiffly. Her heart was beating in her chest so hard that she was almost certain he could hear it. "I have missed you." He whispered. Vidalia scoffed, "You've missed my pussy."
Zarbon chuckled, "I have missed that too. Has it missed me? It seemed to like it when I had my ton…"
"We can't do this here, Zarbon." Vidalia interrupted, trying to wiggle free from his hold on her but he tightened his grip. She didn't want to be seen with him like this. "Relax, Dali." He ran his hands down the sides of her body to her hips. She was wearing her armor so he couldn't feel her the way he wanted to. The idea of throwing her on the table and fucking into oblivion was almost too good for him to resist. But she was right. Someone could walk in and find them. Then it would get back to Vegeta and the game would be over. Then the thought of someone seeing her writhing beneath him as he was pounding into her both intrigued and angered him. He didn't want anyone else to see her that way, though he couldn't figure out why. He placed his hand on her neck and gently pulled her head back against his shoulder. He turned his head and placed his lips to hers. Vidalia let him. Fuck! Why was she letting him? They could get caught. Her brother could find out what she'd been getting up to. But the thought of being caught only fueled the heat of the moment they were in. He pulled away and loosened his grip. "We'll continue this another day." He purred and allowed her to get up from his lap and she quickly left the room.
Vidalia was settling into the room that she had chosen for herself when she boarded the ship. It was going to be a longer trip to Drigo and she was not looking forward to spending all that time on this ship with Zarbon. Frieza had sent them with a small entourage of soldiers and Zarbon had brought Kyko along. "She will be coming with us to assist you." He had told her. She wouldn't be needing Kyko's assistance with anything.
They had taken off just a little while ago and she already heard a knock on her door. She sighed and went to answer the door, not surprised to find Zarbon standing on the other side. He wasn't in his armor, instead he was wearing black sweatpants and a plain T-shirt. "You didn't even last an hour." She said. Zarbon just shrugged. "I wanted to see you. May I come in?" Vidalia turned and walked into her room. She sat down on the edge of the bed. Zarbon stepped inside and closed the door behind him. "I only want to talk." He said.
Vidalia's eyes narrowed with suspicion, and she tilted her head to the side. "You want…to talk?" He nodded. He was just standing there with his hands in his pockets. "Okay, so talk."
"It's going to take a few days to reach Drigo. I know that you probably aren't exactly thrilled about having to come on this trip with me, but I am very pleased that you have."
Vidalia folded her arms, "I'm so sure that you are. I can't really avoid you on this ship and we're going to be away for who even knows how long. Plenty of time and opportunity for you to get me into your bed."
"Vidalia, I sincerely had hoped that after the other night, you would at least come to enjoy any time that you spend with me. You don't have to like me to like the things I do to your body. I've told you this."
She had enjoyed the things he'd done to her body that last time. That was the whole problem. She honestly wished that he would get bored with her and leave her alone already. "And what? What do you think this is, Zarbon? You threatened my brother's life all because of a woman that neither of you cared about."
"I threatened your brother's life because he is an arrogant, cocky bastard and I was sick of him undermining me and doing things just to piss me off. Do you believe that he was going to just continue to do that and not face any kind of consequences for it?"
"Well, I promise you one thing. When you finally get bored of me and start going back to picking out girls from the harem, I will personally kick his ass if he so much as breathes in their direction."
Zarbon chuckled. He started to walk towards her then. Alarm bells started sounding in her head. "I don't think that I will get bored of you, Dali."
"I told you to stop calling me that."
He was in front of her now. "Make me." He said. He bent down until he was at eye level with her. He placed his hands down on either side of her on the bed, caging her in. Having him this close to her was bringing all those memories and feelings from their last time spent together back up to the surface. Her breath began to grow shallow. "Look at you. You're starting to tremble. Your body certainly doesn't agree with your assertion that you don't want this." She could feel his breath on her face. She could see the desire in his eyes just like she could when they were in the conference room together. Her breath hitched. He slowly bent down and softly kissed the side of her neck then began to go up to her ear. "It's okay to like the way I fuck you, Dali. You can use me. It's our secret. No one will know." He whispered.
What would it be like to give in just once? He'd used her body. Why couldn't she use his? He'd made her feel so good. If she were honest, it was better than any of the other men she'd been with. They were going to be on this ship for a while and there would be no point in trying to avoid him or hold him off the entire trip. They had made a deal, after all, she had to honor it, right? Fuck it she thought. She leaned forward and kissed his lips. He kissed her back. His tongue invaded her mouth as she opened up for him. She wrapped her arms around his neck and slowly leaned back on the bed pulling him down with her.
