Hello :P Sorry for not uploading in a while, I had an exam last week and have generally been a bit stressed with school though so -3- Anyways, it gave me time to write a bit more and yesterday I wrote this after a conversation with my TT :3 Hope you enjoy :3 By the way I have been putting paragraph breaks in, they just haven't been showing up after I save a document -.-

It was a beautiful evening in the Kanto Region and we were just engaging in a hearty dinner in my best friend's house. We had finished travelling through the Kalos Region a few months ago and Ash had invited Clemont and Bonnie over to dinner and to meet his mother. It was in the middle of everyone eating up Clemont's delicious spaghetti bolognaise when Ash finished his meal quicker than usual and said he had to rush to pick someone up from the airport. He didn't mention who but his brown orbs sparkled and his mouth twitched into a small smirk. I had an idea who he was talking about.
As Delia set the table with her son's favourite dessert of macaroons, the front door creaked open and out of the corner of my eye I saw a blur of bright orange. I turned around and gasped. It was her!
"Pikachu-Pi!" I cried as I leapt into Misty's arms and snuggled against her. I hadn't seen her in so long.
"Pikachu!" cried the red head, pulling me further into her arms and glancing down at me. "It's so good to see you, how have you been?"
I nodded, signalling that I was well before glancing at my best friend. He didn't notice as, as usual, he was staring at his female best friend. I sighed slightly. I wished they'd hurry up and be together.
My thoughts were interrupted by two more people joining the already loud scene in the hall.
"Hey Mist, I want you to meet my friends."
Ash was about to reach for the red head's hand when he stopped and decided to grab her shoulder instead. It went unnoticed by the rest of the group but I could see his light blush. Mm. Suspicious.
Misty smiled as the youngest member of the group pushed past everyone else, desperate to meet the red head first.
"Hi, I'm Bonnie!" she grinned, tilting her head on one side and squinting her eyes happily before glancing at the blonde boy next to her. "And this is my brother, Clemont."
"I can introduce myself, Bonnie…" Clemont sighed, pushing his glasses further up his nose before holding his hand out to shake Misty's formally. "But hi, yes my name is Clemont."
I watched as Bonnie's eyes grew wide and sparkled as she saw Misty and the geeky male's hands touch. I laughed inwardly to myself. We had been travelling together for months prior. I knew what this look meant.
"Misty's a keeper!"
Suddenly the blonde young female got down on one knee, holding her arm out to the red head.
"Oh Misty, please take care of my brother!"
Misty's aquamarine eyes grew confused and she glanced at Ash before bending down to Bonnie's level. She was good with children so knew how to handle them.
"What do you mean, Bonnie?"
I was about to help Bonnie clarify what she meant when I noticed she was glancing at my best friend. Looking at Ash, I saw he had yet another blush on his face. It was not an ordinary blush but I had seen it before so I knew what it meant. He was jealous and had a pout to prove it.
Suddenly Bonnie got up off from one knee and frowned, glancing between Clemont and Misty and then between Ash and Misty.
"No… No, this isn't right…" she sighed, crossing her arms and doing her own little pout. "Clemont and Misty shouldn't be together, it should be Ash and Misty!"
I couldn't help but laugh as all attention fell to the two best friends who shared an equally as embarrassed blush. Even Delia poked her head round the door to see her son's reaction to this statement.
"Um well…" Ash rubbed the back of his neck before catching the red head's eye. They seemed to give each other a nod. A nod of what…?
"Actually I've been waiting to tell you… We are together actually and have been for some time. I'm sorry we couldn't tell you but it was such a risk that we wanted to keep it quiet, just until we were completely serious so…"
He trailed off, expecting everyone to be angry but instead everyone was hugging each other and glancing at the couple who were now holding hands.
I was slightly mad at Ash for not telling me but I sort of knew already, especially after I could have sworn they kissed in that photo booth a few months back. It didn't matter what I was feeling now, they were completely happy to finally be a couple and so was I, if a little taken aback. They had certainly taken their time!
I smiled as Bonnie walked over to me, a slight frown on her youthful face.
"Pikachu, I was thinking about changing my name…"
My eyes grew wide until the young girl suddenly picked me up, her expression changing into a cheeky grin.
"Just call me cupid from now on!"

There you go, thanks for reading :3 Yeah I know I wrote about Pikachu and everyone finding out about Ash and Misty being a couple in The One With The Christmas Bash but this is sort of an alternate version. I'll probably write quite a few so :P Thanks again and I'll see you next Wednesday :3
