Hey :P Wow I'm really sorry I haven't uploaded in a few weeks. Loads of stuff happened to do with school which got me stressed T.T Anyways, my hiatus meant I could write quite a bit. I wrote this a while ago but still I hope you like. It's another way Ash and Misty could find out their love for one another with a bit of ReplacementShipping (May x Tracey) too :3

"Oh yeah?! Well Tracey, as you know, is a really great pokemon watcher and also Professor Oak's assistant! Beat that!" the red headed female hissed at her raven haired best friend.
A smirk took over his angry face as he snatched May's hand back from where the brunette was gazing at the pokemon watcher opposite her.
"Beat that?! Well May is an amazing coordinator and got Top 8 in the Hoenn Grand Festival and Top 4 in the Kanto one!"
I groaned, covering my ears with my paws. I didn't know how to explain what was going on as I'm not entirely sure myself but I will do my best. Ash and Misty had both separately gone to Brock for advice on how to tell each other who they truly feel about one and other. That was a big mistake. Brock suggested jealousy was the key and told Ash ask Misty to a double date. Except, Misty wasn't going to be the date. Ash took May along while Misty took Tracey. They both hoped it would make each other jealous enough so that one of them would absent mindedly let it slip how they really felt about one and other.
"That's what's going on?" the purple haired male took a sip of his glass of wine as he took the hand of his pink haired girlfriend.
Coincidentally, Jessie and James had shown up at the same restaurant at the same time as Ash and Misty's double date and were currently observing the scene with me.
I nodded, sighing. Those two and their Meowth had been enemies of ours until not too long ago, when they decided to quit Team Rocket. Now they are very dear friends of ours and knew since Ash and Misty were ten that they were crazy about each other. I remember once they called them lovebirds!
I looked to where Ash and Misty were now stood up, away from their dates and just yelling boastful things at one and other. Tracey leaned in and muttered something into May's ear and took her hand. It must have been something along the lines of "Let's get out of here" because that's exactly what they did. I sighed. Wasn't it just Ash and Misty's luck that both their dates would fall for one and other?
I had had enough of this. I had to do something!
Jumping down from Jessie and James' table, I leapt onto where Ash and Misty's was, making my cheeks sparkle with electricity to get their attention. As if by magic, the arguing came to a stop.
"Whoa, Pikachu, what's up buddy?" Ash brown orbs blinked at me while I glared from him to Misty.
What you guys have is so special, why are you wasting it?
Misty blinked her aquamarine eyes also, her glare softening as she turned to glance at her best friend.
"What do you mean, Pikachu…?"
I sighed, turning to look Ash right in the eye, a firm look on my face.
Ash, tell Misty how you feel right this minute.
"Wha…? I-I…" the raven haired young man's tanned cheeks became flushed with red as he glanced at Misty with his arms crossed stubbornly. Misty's own expression was downright confused for a minute then turned pale with realisation.
Ash, tell her now or so help me I will zap you harder than you've ever been zapped before!
My best friend jumped at my serious tone and gulped, turning to look at Misty.
"Uh… Misty I…" he stuttered a few times before looking at her right in the eyes and confessing to her. "I like you Misty… I like like you, I always have done…"
I watched as Misty's mouth dropped open before she composed herself, a grin making it's away across her mouth.
"Uh, really…? I…"
My expression turned from sweet to firm once again as I looked at Misty this time.
Misty, tell him how you feel. The zapping thing applies to you too.
"Um, well I…" she blushed for a few seconds before walking up to Ash, taking his hands and smiling. "I like you too, Ash…"
Now that was all out in the open, I sighed with relief. My mouth couldn't help but go into my own grin as I saw Jessie and James smile at one another while Ash and Misty sat down to resume their date. This time, they were each other's dates. What they didn't know that this was the beginning of a beautiful new journey together. A journey that was going to lead to true love, intimacy, children and marriage. It was gonna be one heck of a ride!
