Hey :P Today's Wednesday so I'm back from my usual weekly upload :3 I got the idea for this as someone posted a video similar to this on facebook and I wanted to do it with Ash and Katie :3 Hope you enjoy!

"Ugh, I'm so nervous, Pikachu…"
I glanced over to where my best friend was desperately trying to tie a tie in front of the bathroom mirror and smiled fondly. He was twenty four years old and still couldn't work out to tie that wretched thing properly.
"It's not like I haven't done this before, I have… It's just this has to go perfect…" I glanced over at Ash as he pulled a face, ripping the tie from around his neck and throwing it on the floor. "I don't need a tie anyway. It's better open collar."
Ash squirted some cologne onto his neck and smoothed down his unruly hair one last time before looking at his reflection.
"How do I look, buddy?"
I smiled at the raven haired man and nodded my head. Even though he hated to admit it, Ash Ketchum, the messy and unorganised Pokemon Master scrubbed up well.
"Thanks man…" he smiled sheepishly before sitting on the edge of the bath and pulling on his immaculate, new black shoes. Ash and I had come to Gary Oak's house to get ready for the big date. This sounds odd but all will be revealed soon, I assure you.
"Hey, Pikachu…?" my best friend glanced at me nervously as he brushed down his smart tuxedo. "Will you come with me? Not on the date, obviously but just come with me on the walk there…?"
A squeaked a yes and hopped on his shoulder as he left the Oak Household, waving to Gary on the way out.
"Thanks…" was all Ash muttered on the entire journey to the country house in Pallet Town. I hopped off his shoulder as he went down the path leading to the house and hid on the porch. Nervously, Ash knocked on the door. This was it. The day was finally here.
After a few seconds, some scuffling could be heard from the other side of the door before it opened. The little red headed girl gasped as she saw the raven haired man. She squealed a few times before jumping into his arms.
"Daddy! Mommy said you would be here to surprise me and she was right!"
I smiled as Ash lead his daughter and little princess round to the back porch in the back garden to where he had earlier prepared a table, two chairs and plenty of food for them to eat. A few weeks ago, little Katie had asked her father what a date was and as soon as she heard what it was, she wanted to go on one with her father. Everyone else had laughed at her sweetness but Ash was sure he was going to grant her wish. He had just returned from a week long Pokemon Master's Conference in Unova and she had missed her father terribly. This was no doubt the best coming home present for the little girl.
I couldn't help but be filled with my own happiness as I saw Ash and Katie sharing lemonade and looking at each other so full of fatherly and daughterly love.
Many boys were sure to make eyes at Katie in the future, some may screw her over and others will be lucky to be with her. No matter who comes in to her life, her father will remain her one true love. Always.
