Hey :P Sorry that I forgot to update yesterday but I'm here today with my usual weekly oneshot. I wrote this for WishfulShipping day but I uploaded a different one that week. Anyways, here it is now and I hope you enjoy :P

Disclaimer: I own the pokemon characters children and story, although my TT gave me the idea because this happened in real life to someone :3

It was a beautiful day at the Undella Bay beach and all our friends were there. Ash had been granted six whole weeks off work for summer and both he and his family were ecstatic to be spending some good, quality time together. It was now the beginning of August and our family and I as well as all our friends and their families had taken a two week trip to Unova to visit the beaches. It was normally very hectic scheduling things to do for such a huge group but today we were just relaxing on the beach and it was truly wonderful just to all be together, enjoying the beautiful weather, warm sea and life in general. I was sat on the picnic rug along with Misty and her and Ash's youngest child, Jessika. The raven haired baby girl was having so much fun, watching her siblings, uncles and father all running around on the quiet beach, having a ball.

Jessie and James were there with their six children, Jayme and Gary were there with their three offspring, May and Tracey with theirs and Jayde and Cameron, Max and Bonnie on their own, as well as Clemont and Shauna. It was such a blessing to know all these people as children or teenagers and watch them grow up and find love and have families of their own.

I glanced up from entertaining Jessika with my tail to where Misty was discussing family life with Iris before glancing over to where Cilan was rubbing sun tan lotion over his chest and shoulders. He sure wasn't going to get any darker with the amount he was putting on himself!

"It's just so hard balancing family life with work as well as romance. How on earth are you supposed to pay attention to each and every one?"

I was barely listening to Misty and Iris' conversation and was smirking at Cilan as he slathered another layer of sun cream over his neck. He looked so innocent and gentlemanly, just the same as when we travelled this region together all those years ago.

"Ta-da, there you go!" the green haired male putting the sun cream bottle down and waving his greasy arms in the air with triumph caused his wife and Misty to stop conversing.

Misty smiled amusedly at the connoisseur's actions before looking interestingly at Iris.

"What sun cream do you use? I just find it hard finding one that my children like. They're so fussy when it comes to really greasy cream."

Iris smiled at the red haired woman sympathetically, taking the bottle from her husband who was now lying down under the sun.

"It's this. It's really good value and even my fussy lot love it."

Iris' smile soon faded as she glanced down at the bottle she was holding. Trying not to choke, she tugged her husband up.

"Oh my god, Cilan, this is not sun cream you idiot!"

Me and Misty exchanged looks of bewilderment as Cilan jumped up in confusion and Iris tried to stifle the smirk that was visibly taking over her face.

Misty glanced at the bottle in the dragon master's hands and her own hands flew to her mouth in a mixture of shock, guilt and amusement.

"Oh god, that's my fake tan!"

The red headed female's voice was loud enough for the whole group to hear her and everyone looked up from their shenanigans.

Cilan jumped up from his beach towel, looking frantically at his skin which was beginning to grow darker.

"This is not good, this is not good!" he panicked, looking between Misty, Iris, myself and even baby Jessika who was babbling away in seeming amusement. "Oh no, it's disaster time!"

Ash, who had been playing volley ball with Ben, Gary and Eddie, came to join in the laughter which was happening between his wife and one of his good friends.

"Oh my, I can't believe you put fake tan on instead of sun lotion!" he laughed out loud before stopping, looking at Iris. "Maybe I'm not the littlest kid anymore, after all.

At this moment, Gary threw the volley ball at Ash and it hit his head, throwing him off guard. If that wasn't bad enough, he tripped on a bit of seaweed and landed on his bottom in front of everyone.

No, Ash. You will always be the littlest kid.

The End.

There you go, hope you enjoyed. It was just a little funny summer oneshot :3 Thanks again and see you guys next week for my usual Wednesday update :P
