Hey :P It is Wednesday so I am back with a new update. This one is inspired from the film "P.S. I Love You". I saw the movie ages ago in like February and automatically knew I wanted to turn it into a PokeShipping oneshot. It took embarrassingly long to actually get round to writing and uploading it but here it is today. I hope you enjoy :P

"Okay this is not good, this is not good…" Ash nibbled his lip and glanced at the dog pokemon that was growling and coming towards them.

Misty furrowed her brow slightly, edging nearer to her raven haired boyfriend.

I looked over, horrified, from where I was perched on the fence. Ash and Misty had decided to go on a couple's walk in the countryside of Pallet Town and had let me come along. It was a perfect day; the bird pokemon were singing and the blue skies had not a cloud in sight.

Disaster had struck, however, and now suddenly a Growlithe was running up to the pair, its wide and showing no signs of anger. Ash reached out to pull Misty closer which caused the red head female to blush slightly but shuffle closer to her boyfriend. He then turned to meet my gaze and nodded.

"Pikachu, thunderbolt!" he hissed quietly at me so as not to scare the pokemon.

Misty heard this and glared at us both before looking down at the Growlithe who was now whining and tilting its head on one side. It must have known it was no match for me and my thunderbolt.

"Ash, Pikachu, don't!" Misty cried, still holding onto Ash's shirt but looking softly down at the fire type pokemon. "Don't attack it, maybe it's lost."

Hesitantly, the red haired female took her hands off Ash's shirt and moved carefully towards the Growlithe. Her hand was outstretched and her face with graced with a delicate smile.

"Hello there, we don't hurt you-"

Misty could barely finish her sentence as the Growlithe suddenly let out a huge bark. Its eyes were still soft and playful but this was enough to send the teenage girl back to her boyfriend's chest.

"Jeez, I was just trying to make frends…" she mumbled, burying her head in Ash's t shirt material. "Ash, what do we do?"

I glanced up at Ash from my position on the fence and could see he had a light smirk on his face. What did he have up his sleeve?

Ash's frown turned to a serious look and he leaned forward to whisper into his girlfriend's ear.

"Kanto Growlithe are much different from those bred anywhere else in the world and some of them can be very wild indeed." He mumbled his voice a low rasp. "We have to keep very close and very still."

Upon hearing this, Misty peeped out of Ash's chest and frowned. Soon enough she nodded. She trusted her boyfriend because he had travelled around much more than she had before finally stopping a few weeks ago.

Ash pulled Misty's body closer to his, his arms wrapping tightly around her waist. They both blushed deeply but did their best to ignore it.

Misty turned around to see what the Growlithe was up to now, her back still pressed against her boyfriend's chest. When the pokemon let out yet another growl accompanied with a bark, she gulped and froze.

"I want to turn around to face you again but I don't want to freak it out." She mumbled, watching the pokemon glare between her and her boyfriend.

Ash stroked Misty's hair slightly, nudging as near to her as possible. I was beginning to get an idea of what my best friend was up to.

"I think it's a good idea that you turn back around to me but you have to do it very slowly."

Misty blushed when Ash wrapped his arms around her waist and assisted her with turning around.

As soon as she had turned around to face him, Ash had a glint in his eye and leaned in to kiss Misty. She must have had the same thing on her mind as she did it at the exact same time, not a second before or after.

Their noses bumped together and Ash laughed sheepishly, completely oblivious to me and the Growlithe.

"We've never done this before…" he mumbled, holding her face in his hands and looking her right in the eye.

Misty melted under his gaze but maintained eye contact, the blush becoming more apparent on her fair face.

"Technically we've kissed but not like-"

Ash cut his girlfriend off by pulling her body closer to his and locking his lips to hers. The couple stayed interlocked for quite a few minutes, smiling against the kiss and playing with each other's hair and faces. When they pulled away, Misty was quite breathless.

"We've kissed before but not like that." She tucked her hair behind her ear and smirked at her best friend now turned boyfriend.

It didn't take long before the pair began kissing again, right in the middle of a Pallet Town path.

I just stayed perched on the fence, watching the Growlithe get bored and return round the corner to where it came from. I thought I heard voices and ran along the fence to investigate. What I discovered was quite amusing indeed.

"Good boy, Growlie." the lavender haired male smiled and hugged his pokemon close, a proud look on his face."

"Yeah, not bad of that pokemon of yours, Jimmy. He finally got the twoips to have a proper smooch!"

Jessie smirked and handed the purple haired toddler belonging to the two rocketeer's, over to her father. The little girl shrieked with laughter when James let her ride on the back of Growlie. Afterwards, James stood up with his little girl on his hip and joined Jessie who was holding their twin boy on her hip.

"Not a bad way to end things, huh Jess? We've been chasing that guy for years and now he's with the girl we thought he would always end up with."

Jessie smiled as he lavender haired man pulled her closer to him, both their eyes filled with memories and happiness.

"Yeah, now it's time to hang up the old Team Rocket uniform to start a better life for our little ones."

I couldn't help but smile as I ran back along the fence to where Ash and Misty were still kissing. I couldn't decide whether Jessie and James helping the pair have a proper kiss or them quitting Team Rocket was a better decision; each of them lead to many beautiful things. Ash and Misty's kisses lead to love, marriage and a family. Jessie and James quitting their organisation also lead to love, marriage, a bigger family as well as friendship with us.

For years we were enemies but we all truly knew the other one was good deep down in their hearts. Now that I'm in the future, I can see why we thought they were good people because they truly are. Our entire group is a family and it doesn't matter for a single second how we got here or why we are as close as we are. Who knew the twerps and Team Rocket would make peace and form a friendship? The future can be unexpected but sweet at the same time. As sweet as Ash and Misty's countryside kiss.

The End.
