Hello :P It is Wednesday and I am back with a new update. This is a little weird for me. This is one of the most recent chapters I have written and normally they're like a month old when they finally get uploaded. It's also something I've never written about before, somewhat. It's about teenage Jazmyn who I have never written before and her twin brother, Justin, who I have written a little about. It is also the introduction by mention of Leo, my OC boyfriend for Jazmyn. I hope you enjoy :3

Ages:

Jazmyn: 18

Justin: 18

Leo: 19

Disclaimer: I own the story and Jazmyn, Justin and Leo :3

Full Title: The One With Jazmyn, Justin, Leo and The Truth. (It wouldn't fit.)

I couldn't help but let out a sigh of contentment as I sat on the desk next to the late purple haired teenager and let the early spring evening sun shine on my back as I listened to the sound of pages turning and the scratching of a pen. It was peaceful moments like these in quiet company that I couldn't help but reflect. How times seemed to change so very often for me. Nothing was ever the same. How could it be in such a large group of friends and family with so many people growing and learning and discovering new goals? I thrived off the surprises. I thrived off the excitement. I thrived off the peace. And I thrived off the love. I was getting older with each day but the presence of new members joining our group frequently made my heart feel as young and as fresh as I did in some of my earliest memories.

Turning back my attention from far off thoughts and back to the teenage girl that was sat doing her homework for school, I couldn't help but smile. Jazmyn Morgan was a special one, as they all were in our precious group. Her parents were so very different yet so very the same in so many ways that it baffled me yet didn't surprise me that she turned out to be one of the sunniest people that I knew. She was smart. She was driven. And I could tell that as well as anyone as I watched her doing her homework while waiting for my best friend to finish getting tattooed by her father in one of the rooms of the massive Morgan mansion.

The dark purple haired teenage girl sighed quietly to herself – quiet for once in her bright and confident self – as she turned over yet another page of her notebook and begun writing on that. I was about to get lost in thoughts of her and what that particular Morgan child had been through when suddenly I heard gentle footsteps coming from the room opposite and walking towards Jazmyn's door. I mentioned earlier that I was getting older but I am pleased to say my hearing was far from deteriorating as I heard these soft moments. Jazmyn did not.

Her ears did notice the knocking on her bedroom door however and her teal orbs laced with blue glanced behind her curiously when she heard this. Her brow furrowed gently and she pushed her long locks over onto her opposite shoulder before turning around on her chair.

"Yeah?" she asked casually, her leg beginning to tap under the desk and she massaged her fingers achingly, only realising how tired they were and how much writing for school she had done now that she had stopped.

I always found that a peculiar thing. We always notice things when it's too late or they are over. Whether it's a love, a feeling, an expression or a pain. Human beings were interesting. Human beings were complicated. I wasn't one but I sure felt in my heart that I deeply understood a lot of them.

The person on the other side of the door knocked rhythmically a few more times as a joke before opening the door. Jazmyn raised an eyebrow and pretended to narrow her eyes but I noticed she couldn't help but smile when she saw her twin brother. And why wouldn't she? He was one of the people she had essentially known for the longest amount of time. They had shared a womb, a room and many friends. Like their parents, they were very very different yet had many of the same interests. And in the not so distant future it would be revealed that there was something strikingly similar about them.

When her twin brother stopped banging a tune on the side of the door frame and didn't do anything other than tuck a long bit of hair behind his ear, Jazmyn turned her back to him and picked up her pen but most certainly didn't ignore him.

"What do you want, Justin?" she tried to sound exhausted with him already but she couldn't help but smile at him because she always seemed to be smiling at everyone. I agreed with her parents and siblings that she had a lot of Jessie's mother's soul inside of her.

The purple haired teenage boy let out a quiet sigh and I blinked gently when this automatically got Jazmyn's attention and she turned back to study his face. At that moment I didn't fully know why but looking back now I definitely did.

He was one of those naturally complex people like his father. He was shy but he was laced with confidence in the things he was passionate about. He was talented in almost every area but he was modest. He encouraged people to always be true to themselves but at that moment in time, wasn't one hundred percent comfortable in who he was. He put on a brave face and often showed off that dimpled smile of his. But inside he was lost. He was broken. And he was sad.

Justin furrowed his brow automatically and looked away much like he did many times these days when somebody was looking at him. His eyes travelled down to his black socks and his fingers tapped back on the door frame.

"I was just in my room playing on my guitar and I started to get inspiration for a song when-"

"When you should be doing your homework." Jazmyn responded quickly and honestly, forgetting about her worried expression over at her brother and moving her pen to her opposite hand to roll it in between her fingers.

Justin glanced up at her briefly and adjusted his hat before looking at her with bored eyes and raising just one eyebrow.

"Not everybody is Miss Perfect like you are." He said lowly but with no hint whatsoever of seriousness or bitterness before he gave off a gentle side smile and continued what he was previously saying. "I started writing a song but I can't think of anything that rhymes with 'break'."

Jazmyn was quick to breathe out upon hearing this and glanced behind her at her brother before shaking her head and raising an eyebrow for real, surprising me with her multitasking skills as she managed to continue writing her homework while talking to her twin.

"Oh come on, Just, how many words rhyme with that particular one? A lot." She responded before her eyes scanned her homework, already finding multiple to offer him. "There's 'make', there's 'take', there's 'stake', there's 'steak', there's 'fake', there's-"

"Alright, alright." Justin breathed out and his brow creased between his eyebrows, his fingers rubbing his brow as he was beginning to get displeased with his sister's now know it all attitude.

"Maybe I should have mentioned that I understand there's a lot of words to rhyme but none of them feel right." He shrugged before his shoulders slumped and he began to take overtaken with emotion he had been battling for years. "Nothing feels right." He muttered honestly before turning on his heel before his eyes pricked with tears and got ready to leave.

But Jazmyn knew her brother more than anyone. Some people would have just brushed this off as just a teenage mood swing but their parents wouldn't have done that so they certainly weren't raised to. She had dealt with issues of keeping things to herself for quite some time but, like her mother, she was getting better as she got older. She took her brother's words as they were presented to her and gave him a sympathetic smile.

"I know that feeling." She responded to him with a casual shrug and sighed to herself, deciding to focus her attention back on her homework.

But, like his sister before him, Justin also picked up on the tone that she had said these words and noticed the things she was not saying. He turned back around on his heels and re-entered the room, shutting the door quietly behind him.

"Jaz?" was all he asked her as he folded his arms over his chest and leaned against the door, his body language showing signs of being closed but his eyes, ears and heart open. He didn't have to even ask her if she was okay or ask her to share with him her pain. All he had to do was say her name and they knew. Siblings had a terrific bond and twins were no different. The Morgan twins were an exceptional non exception.

I studied Jazmyn's expression silently to myself and offered her a gentle smile even though she wasn't looking at me as I saw her contemplate whether or not she wanted to hassle her brother with her feelings. She might have shut off in the past. But she was growing. And she trusted him more than anyone.

Jazzy let out another quiet sigh and put the lid back on her pen, turning her bottom around in her chair to face in the direction of her brother even though she was looking down at her tapping leg. She shrugged and remained silent for a few moments before finally biting the bullet and speaking.

"It's Leo." She uttered simply at first, not adding a 'just' in front of his name or an 'is all' after because in her heart she knew that her feelings were valid. That was how she was raised.

For once Justin didn't wait a few minutes for his sister to elaborate, his ears pricking with interest and his mind filling with casual worry as the name of someone he cared about and was close to was mentioned.

"Is Leo okay?" his teal orbs laced with green changed slightly when he said his sister's boyfriend's name but I couldn't work out why and shook it off, focusing on listening to those two converse and getting ready to add my input if I felt it was necessary. "He seems okay to me." He continued, showing a different side to him and appearing like his sister as he stated a lot of things. "He's doing well at school. He's content living here. You and he are great together. He's making so much progress."

Jazmyn ignored her brother's different actions by speaking a lot and couldn't help but smile proudly and lovingly at the mention of her boyfriend.

Leo. The lovely Leo. The boy who was becoming a man and who was the child of Giovanni, raised essentially as a weapon to ruin lives and deceive many people but most of all, Jessie and James. He was a bundle of wonder. He was faithful, he was loyal and he was artistic. But bless him, when we first all got to know him, he was so very confused and so very broken.

It was no wonder that Jazmyn had fallen for him when she was a few years younger and likewise with him. He was a mystery. And she was a song. And their teenage love was so sweet and special.

The purple haired female snapped out slowly of her adoring thoughts of her boyfriend to see her brother staring back at her for once, his eyebrow raised once again and his expression showing he didn't know at all how that felt yet also contradicting and showing he knew exactly how that felt.

Jazmyn laughed shyly and tucked her long hair behind her ear at the same time that Justin did before going back to conversing with him. Before she spoke, her expression and depth behind her eyes went quiet again.

"Leo is doing great." She nodded in agreement but her expression didn't match her words, her brow furrowing gently. "I mean it, I'm so proud of Leo. But it's other people who are the problem." She breathed out sadly and Justin listened to her recap all that her boyfriend had been through and what they had been through together and what the Morgan family had gone through together with Leo.

Leo had initially been introduced to Jessie and James at the age of thirteen when their clothing line held a competition for young people, showing them around their headquarters and hoping to inspire some of them into becoming their best workers in the future. Jessie toured the girls and James toured the boys. In the lavender haired male's words, Leo was 'the least rotten'.

James had been disappointed when he realised Leo in some ways were like the other children and had only entered the competition because it seemed like an easy career path. Nobody knew Leo was in Team Rocket, let alone one of Giovanni's sons. The young man confessed to James that he was really interested in tattooing and he got offered a chance to work with James at a weekend to help him put on the right career path. Leo didn't show.

Months later when Jazmyn was out training with her Pokémon, she had gotten into trouble with other Team Rocket agents and Leo had come to her rescue, knowing exactly who she was but instinctively protecting her. When Jessie and James came to their daughter's rescue, it was revealed that he was a member of that evil organisation and was shunned by James, telling his daughter to stay away from the likes of them and him.

The youngest Morgan daughter ended up bumping into Leo on her journey with her brother and had the opportunity to thank him. From then on they kept bumping into one and other and battling. When Giovanni heard his son was close to the child of Jessie and James, he instantly had a plan to get them back for leaving the team. Leo was to appear homeless to Jazmyn in the hope Jazmyn would take pity on him and bring him home to her parents, knowing they would have enough compassion in their hearts and a big enough house for room for Leo.

Leo moved in and grew close to James after his initial disapproval and found out things about him and his personal life that he was meant to record and present to his father so he could make their lives and career crumble. But of course Leo could not betray his new family, not then and especially not when he entered a relationship with Jazmyn and was in love with her.

When Giovanni found this out, he beat his son and kicked him out. James quickly took proper pity on him and welcomed him into their home and family, even after it was revealed that he was dating his little girl. The rest had been history. Jessie and James had kindly paid for him to go to school to get a few basic exams under him before he was set to become his girlfriend's father's apprentice at his tattoo studio.

"It's other people who are the problem." Jazmyn repeated with a sigh and a shake of her head, beginning to chew on the lid of her pen in between talking to her brother. "I just want him to be loved with the same acceptance like I love him because that is what he deserves. He's so far off from the person that people think he is when they find out about his past and the things he was raised to do. He was manipulated. He should be welcomed, not judged."

When Justin heard his sister breathe out shakily, his understanding and listening expression softened even more and he came to sit down on her bed next to her desk, his long legs crossed over one and other. He gave her a sad smile when he saw slight tears in the corners of her eyes.

"I don't understand it, Jaz, I really don't. In this day and age we are all taught to accept all kinds of love but you love a person who is human and has made mistakes yet apparently you're evil." He raised an eyebrow and showed how ridiculous he thought this was before quickly continuing his point when she flushed in slight hurt. "You're not. If a person doesn't have room in their heart for someone outside of the box or someone who has made mistakes but is showing that they're trying to change, they're not worth it."

I knew that Jazmyn had heard similar words such of these from both of her parents and a lot of her loved ones so her skin was quick to return back to its normal colour and she couldn't help but nod in agreement, smiling slightly.

She knew in her heart who her boyfriend was and she wanted people to love and accept him but she also realised that if they didn't love him, they were missing out. She was glad to have been raised to although be passionate and focused, but to also not see things in black and white and most importantly listen to her heart. She had been made by Jessie and James with love. Her heart was precious because it was hers. And whatever she felt inside her soul would always be the right decision for her. It didn't matter what anybody else thought.

The purple haired girl was already beginning to feel a lot better upon hearing her brother's side and remembering past lessons. She turned her back to get back to doing her homework but Justin's heart and brain were ticking. His mind and soul had things he wanted to say. So he said it even if his sister wasn't listening, although she was quick to turn around when she realised he needed and deserved a listening ear.

"This world can be so picky and so hypocritical. A person should be able to love who they love and how they want to love and if they want to love if it's inside of the law. I can't believe we've reached an age where anybody can marry anyone yet people don't believe it should be that way or that people don't deserve second chances. Sometimes it makes me sick to my stomach."

It was at that moment that I began to tilt my head gently to myself and realise that Justin felt a little too passionately about that to have not felt it in his heart first hand. Jazmyn was smart but for once she was naïve, just giving her brother a sunny smile.

"I'm really grateful how much you stick up for Leo and how you see how other people treat him is wrong. Thank you." She continued smiling at her twin, pushing her hair out of her eyes before reaching out to squeeze her hand.

She was quick to move her hand away when she felt how clammy Justin's hand was but she didn't stop smiling at him, her leg jiggling under the chair.

The purple haired male laughed shyly and looked down at his lap, adjusting the hat on his head before tucking yet another loose bit of hair behind his ear. I saw his mind think for a moment before he changed the subject out of habit.

"Of course I would be the number one Jazmyn and Leo protection squad." He laughed at his lap before laughing sincerely right at her, his eyes showing the same smile as his face in quite some time. "I mean, I was the only one who knew you were together at first and was the first person to know when you properly got together so of course I'll always help out."

Jazmyn pulled an embarrassed and shy expression like her father would before her mother's side took over and she laughed heartily, giving her brother a playful shove. When he pushed her hands away and played with the brim of his hat, she smiled sincerely at him again and came to sit down on the bed next to him.

"Well… Even though you're annoying and take up way too much of mom and dad's attention, I don't mind you too much and I would tell you anything." She laughed and expressed her feelings to her brother guardedly before sighing and putting an effort in to be completely honest. "I trust you more than anyone, Justin, you know that."

Jazmyn glanced over at her brother and I could tell she was expecting his James-like sheepish laugh and smile upon hearing this but he wasn't doing that at all. He was looking down at his lap but he was biting his lip and his breath was hitching in his throat. The teenage girl blinked but stayed silent and waited for him to speak.

Justin adjusted his legs and swapped which one was resting on the other before breathing out and swallowing, rubbing his forehead.

"Listen, Jaz…" he mumbled to get her attention and didn't look at her but said the next part of his sentence when he felt her gaze on him. "There's… There's something I've been meaning to tell you."

From across the desk and from the atmosphere across the room, I could sense Justin's heart pounding and my heart couldn't help but thump with love and pride that I was a part of that tender and honest moment.

When her brother began to hesitate and stutter, Jazzy only had to look at him for a few moments before in an instance, she suddenly knew in her heart. She looked at him with knowing eyes as he swallowed and tried to speak again.

"Jaz…" he began, rubbing his hands against themselves before his eyes travelled to meet hers but stopped at her neck. "I… I'm…"

It was at this moment that Jazmyn couldn't take anymore and she wanted to make her twin brother's anxiety go away. She bit her lip lovingly at him but tried to hide it by looking at him honestly and matter of factly as she moved closer on the bed and reached out to squeeze his arm.

"Justin…" she breathed out, causing him to nod his head at himself for courage before finally looking at her and he was met with understanding and accepting eyes as she squeezed his arms and smiled at him. "Justin… I know." She stated simply before holding her arms out to him and the teenage siblings embraced in a tight hug.

Justin breathed out in relief when as he held his sister tight, a weight was lifted off his shoulders and even though he hadn't even said the words, it was finally out in the open to someone he could trust. Jazmyn pressed a gentle kiss to her brother's head and squeezed his hand, her heart thumping with pride and love that her brother had finally been open and honest with her and most importantly he and that she really did know him better than anybody.

When they pulled away from the hug, Justin looked at his sister in the eye for what felt like the first time in forever for her and let out a sheepish laugh that was one hundred percent truthful. Jazmyn laughed with him but it was loving and accepting as she pretended to slap his cheek playfully yet softly.

Then they looked at one and other and shared a smile that said it all. Jazmyn had known him longer than anybody else. She knew his quirks and he knew hers. She knew his flaws and he knew hers. She had always known there was something different about him, aside from him being so sweet and gentle and talented and humble. That day she found out that her twin brother was gay. And she never loved him even more than when he shared with her the identity of his true self.

The End.

There you go! Thanks so much for reading and I hope you enjoyed :3 This is something I've wanted to write about since about 2015 when I first headcanoned Justin as gay but was nervous about tackling it realistically. But I've gotten to that place where I know I'm accepting so whatever I write about I will always do my best to be welcoming and sensitive. The emotions that Jazzy expresses about wanting everyone to love Leo is close to me. And I think that's a universal feeling as a teenager struggling when other people don't view something the same way as you :P Thanks again for reading and I will be back on 23rd of March for my best friend AAML-TAML's birthday FanFiction so see you then!
