This is chapter 3 , I still don't know if this is working out or not but I'm just bored so I'll continue writing.
I said last chapter that jaune's dad is one of the strongest, but he won't show up a lot, even rarely because he's technically an oc, and the rest of the family, I'm just gonna mention them once or twice.

Chapter 3
Fight
Who would have thought that there first year finals would be like that, definitely not team JNBR, but they were tuff.
Of course, surviving the grimmland, the most dangerous place on Remnant, they survived Beacon civil war, an event that won't even happen again, for the scars that left on the survivors.
But no, this was much worst, there biggest nightmare.
"Exams"
"Come on summer, we studied this last year" Juniper said as she slammed the book on the table making Summer, Raven, Qrow, and Roman flinch.
Beacon library was usually quiet, but the exam season was the season where everything burns, when you got the future protectors of the world dying over a sheet of paper, you know you do something right, or horribly wrong.
"I understand Raven and Qrow, even Roman, but you summer? , I expected more" Juniper words cut deep like a Disappointed mother in her child, which wasn't inaccurate.
Summer rose and Juniper evergreen history goes way back, both from old respected family, trained to fight grimm, and have the family responsibility on them.
The only difference is Summer's family didn't live that long, in a mission assigned by the Council of Vale, Summer parents headed into a dangerous mission, one they didn't come back from.
Naturally Summer went to her relatives… if she had them, The Evergreen household quickly adopted Summer Rose keeping her name and legacy, while training her with there daughter Juniper.
Which made them more like sister than friends, unfortunately that gives Juniper the right to scold Summer for her bad grades.
"But I'm trying my best her Juni" Summer cried out, but her team won't come for the rescue this time, they had there own demons to conquest.
Raven and Qrow had Lessons Bart, which they start calling him professor Oobleck for some reason , they said he's like professor for giving them everything they need to know in less than 30 minutes and when they had to ask him to do it again but slower , he wasn't so happy about it.
"Well at less Taiyang and Nike doing better, what are planning to do Roman, you haven't even done half the question?" Roman looked unconsented, "oh don't worry I have a plan" he said confidently ,"you're planning to cheat" Juniper deadpan, and not to her surprise he nodded.
"Can't we just punch our way out of this shit, I mean why would I need history when I'm fighting grimm" Raven asked, but before Bart could answer, Nicholas beat him to it, "history is important so we don't repeat the mistakes of the past, also you can't punch your way out of everything, what will you do when you want some info from someone if you beat them up they just be more stubborn to not tell you" Nicholas explained it perfectly even Bart looked proud.
Raven however just growled says the tribe won't need something like that, she said it low enough so no one could her, forgetting Nicholas semblance but he ignored it.

Arriving at the hotel after a long trip, everyone went to there rooms.
His parents had one for themselves, same as his oldest sister and her wife and fortunately enough he got one for himself too.
Which left left his other 6 sisters to share 2 rooms, sometimes being the only male had his benefit, only sometimes.
It wasn't that late what with everything that happened today everyone decided it's best to just sleep the day and start tomorrow.
Jaune laid down on the bed, the room wasn't big and by far he had the most luggage out of his family because he was staying.
"Wow first day in Vale and I already made a friend, wait is Blake a friend?, I mean she helped me but she also helped them, maybe I shouldn't count her now, if we meet again I well be friends" jaune thought while stirring at the the ceiling.
He just got to Vale, the most famous city in the world, and he couldn't wait to start exploring tomorrow.
Jaune went to take a bath then to sleep, he has a busy day tomorrow full of advantage.

Come the morning, everyone was at the breakfast table in the hotel dining room, the main convention was about which place his sisters wanted to visit first, shopping moles, famous stores, landmarks, all the things Tourists want to see.
At the end they went in 3 group, his mom with his oldest sister, her wife and Sable to see shops , while his dad took Hezel, Jade to see landmarks and at the end it was him, Coral, amber and lavender who decided to go play video games while coral went to buy some novels, as she put it "spying on the Competition".
"can we buy this, can we buy this" his youngest sister started jumping up and down pointing at the game, going to a shop for games was the right move, even though it took them an hour to reach there, he wasn't the best with digital map.
"if you get this one you won't get another, we need to buy something worth it, it's not everyday we go to Vale" lavender said to amber turning her excitement to a growl.
"you two can find a game you want, jaune ands I are going to the this book story down the street" Coral said without even taking his opinion on the matter.
The store wasn't bad, it had a lot if books and comics, which jaune immediately went to ,leaving his sister to do her "business".
After few minute amber and lavender entered the store with a bag in hand, clearly they decided what game to get for both of them looked happy.
"still waiting" lavender asked, "as you can see, it's Coral, we might be here for a while" jaune said knowing to disturb his sister in a book store is like fighting an Ursa bare hands.
"Well enjoy, We are going with dad now, he said you need to say with Coral" amber said not even trying to hide her laughter from him.
And with that his day was gone, even though they started early, Coral book store visit took the whole day, and of course when they left coral had about 20 Novels in different genres, and he had to hold them on the way to the hotel.
"I see Coral enjoyed her time" his mom laughed softly at her son misery.
"Well yeah of course, I thought the name 'home to every book under the sun' was a click bait, but to my surprise he had a lot of books that I wanted for some time" Coral smiled while jaune was suffering in the background.
"Anyway I'm getting dinner then I'm heading out for a me time" jaune said firmly, knowing that his parents won't allow him to go alone.
"Sure just be here before 12 or else" his dad said not even taking his eyes away from the TV, and jaune was to stunned to speak, luckily he had sisters.
"wait what, he can?, in a city he just got to, alone?" saphron said, not against the idea but the strange acceptance of it.
"Well he's staying here for the next 4 years, better to get the land now than later, besides your mother and I have an important meeting, so you'll have to look after your siblings, and I think it's better to have one down" his father finally looked his way with a smile.
"don't drink too much and don't take drinks from strangers, and if you feel threatened, activate your aura" Nicholas Arc have his son the same instructions that he gave him when he gave him when he unlocked his aura, the only difference was the drinking part.
"sure I won't be long, hopefully" jaune said as he got his wallet and scroll, he left Crocea Mors and his gadget behind, trusting he won't be needing them in a city safe from grimm.

Jaune made his way through the city with a Purpose.
He was new in Vale, he needed information, so the best solution is to find an informer.
Which wasn't hard considering his uncle Roman literally told him about an information broker he uses.
Janue was a little amused of himself for acting like his uncle even though his parents told him not to, His uncle Roman was a scar for the past.
He always came to visit, telling them stories, hanging out with his parents and being totally awesome uncle, until he became a criminal.
The first time he came after this news my parents confronted him, he didn't give them answer and acted like nothing happened.
They said it was because the girl he brought with him last time, he said her name is neo and didn't say anything else except she couldn't talk.
You could say she was jaune first crush , but that quickly changed when she started training with him, beating him up the same as aunt Raven.
Even though the crimes went up, uncle Roman kept coming to hangout with us when my parents weren't home, each time got trickier.
Until last year when he came to him, said his goodbye, told him he got himself into things he can't come out of it safe, and this is the last time he'll see him.
Of course jaune didn't accept that, there's something happening with his uncle Roman in Vale, but there's another thing.
whenever Mt Glenn get brought up and what happened after he freeze, and after a few seconds he comes back.
"my parents always said it was trauma of what happened, but the way uncle Roman acted before it and after it isn't the Sign of something with trauma, but someone frustrated that he can't say something, I need to figure this out" jaune thought as he approached the club which was named "club" perfect naming.
Jaune saw a lot of people start leaving when he entered, confused he asked, "ahh excuse me, what's happening?".
One of the people who were running out said something about a blonde girl walking to her death and dragging everyone with her.
Jaune went in immediately, not knowing what's going on but to try and help.
He saw a large group of men in suits and red glasses and weapons, "of course uncle won't work with just anybody, of course it's a gang" jaune thought as he went to the center of the action.
A girl with long blonde hair and purple eyes who looked a little familiar to him, held a larger man from his balls.
Surprisingly this wasn't the strangest thing he ever seen, that goes for what he read of his father secret note book on "Beacon civil war" he couldn't even finish the first day without throwing the book away, and it went for a whole week!.
"uh excuse me, is everything alright? , we don't need to result to violence here, and I'm sure this man would want to keep his family jewelry" jaune wasn't an idiot, this girl was cocky, either she's the stupidest girl on Remnant or she's confident enough to take everyone here, she had aura for sure.
"huh a fellow blonde, sup, I'm afraid I need something from junior, so if you don't mind interfering that would be appreciated" she said giving him just a glance and back to the man.
"Well I also need something from him, , you don't need to destroy the place, that's not how informers work, if you do that he'll never give you the answer you want, or worst he'll just send you to a trap" jaune tried to reason and to his credit the girl seemed convinced.
"alright all I want to know if you know where this person is" she opened her scroll to a picture her saw before.
"Aunt Raven!?" Jaune said without realizing and before junior could say he doesn't know the women, luckily for him the blonde girl went to jaune with red eyes.
"You know her, how, nevermind, where is she" the girl demanded and if he didn't have training with 7 demanding sisters he would have folded.
"and why do you need to know, and what do you want with her" her eyes narrowed as did his, they both knew what about to come.
The girl went for the punch, but jaune ducked in time and countered with a kick.
She blocked it, giving him enough time to take her in and to take a stand himself.
"a boxing stand, same as aunt Raven, wait she looks like aunt Raven" jaune couldn't think on it more for the girl activated her weapon which looked like punch go bomb bomb kind of weapon.
"and here I am without one, just my luck" luckily for jaune the people who were standing around start attacking them both.
Jaune expression was flat, dodging armed men left and right, and giving hits where he can, the girl on the other hand was sending them flying.
Jaune saw junior and yelled, " hey wait I need information" jaune tried to make his way but couldn't, too much bodies on the dance floor.
"hey lover boy, fortunately for you, you'll be playing with us" 2 girl, one in red and black and one in white approach him.
In any other scenario he'll be excited and nervous for 2 girl want to dance with him, this situation though, they both had weapons and by how confident they were they probably could back it up.
Jaune took boxing stand, the same his father and aunt taught him, but before they could attack, an angry ball of fire just thrown junior across the club into the 2 girls knocking them out.
"Well shit" jaune turned to the only other person standing, who looked at him angrily.
" where . is . she" she said readying her weapon.
"I presume you're yang?, you know anything about your mother you know she shows up when she want to" jaune said trying to avoid the fight that he'll lose.
"So she told you about me, great she went and got another kid with some rando-" she paused, looked him up and down then, " do you know who's your father is" she asked him.
"Oh yeah, Nicholas Arc? Why?" jaune was confused then caught on," I'm sorry but we aren't siblings even with this uncanny resemblance, aunt Raven never mention you in front of me, I heard her say your name without her knowing, and you do look shockingly similar" jaune said trying to explain.
"Hey how about we put down the weapons and talk this out, I'll answer 2 questions you have on her, in exchange you'll answer 2 of mine, sounds fair" she looked reluctant to agreed but she did.
"great, my name is jaune, jaune arc, I would say nice to meet you but I rather not" they both dusted themselves," now that we're finished, let me just ask junior what I wanted from h-" jaune looked at junior who passed out from yang throw.
"…sorry?, also my name is yang xaio long, I wouldn't say nice to meet you, because I'm still debating on whether beating you up for answer would be better" she said to him, red eyes turning purple hand extended, jaune took it with nervous laugh.
"Guess I won't have my answers today, great" he turned to look at yang," let's go to another place to chat, this place is a little rough right now" yang agreed and they both got out before any police arrive.
"So where should we go lover boy, have any place in mind?" yang said teasingly, but went still when her scroll buzzed.
"Shit, I forgot to pick up ruby" she ran to the yellow bike putting on the helmet then paused, looked at him, then.
"You're coming with me, I'm having my answers" she gestured to him to get on the bike, jaune looked at the his scroll, it was 11:30.
"How long would this take" jaune said to himself," where to go?" He asked as he got on the bike.
"Dust store, my sister told me to pick her up there, hold tight" then yang speed off.
"I'm sure I won't get in trouble".
So this is the end of this chapter and yang entering, instead of what happened at the end of yellow trailer ruby is in the dust storage that Roman literally just went out to get.
Finally jaune about to see Roman for the first time in year.
Jaune's parents aren't bad and they immediately cut Roman off after his crime, of course after trying to help him come back, but Roman as the beat uncle ever kept coming when they weren't home, playing with kids, teaching them to not be fools on the streets, and take about his information broker.
Next chapter will be fun not just because ruby , but with more people gonna show up.
