Information
"Today we have gathered here to celebrate your success, first year students becoming second years, although this may look like a small feat for some, it is a large one for huntsmen and huntress, you have spent a year studying, training, preparing for this life, putting everything you have and more for the protection of Remnant against the grimm, I congratulate every one of you for your achievement and hope you all give it your all for the years to come" professor Ozpin said looking pleased with his students.
His students were over the Shattered moon with joy.
Even if it was just a year in Beacon, it felt like they knew each other for years.
Students roar there approval of the professor speech clapping like he announced there won't be exams for the next 20 years.
Team STRQ and JNBR were a little more special, they should have a meeting with the head master put professor ozpin came instead, Summer wondered why wasn't the headmaster the one to throw the speech.
"Team JNBR, team STRQ, I'm proud of you, what you achieved in this single year wasn't done by huntsmen with years of experience" Professor Ozpin always knew what to say to get them existed.
Summer, Juniper, Bart, and Tai looked embarrassed by the compliment from there favorite professor, while Raven, Qrow and Roman had this satisfied grin on there face.
On the contrary Nicholas looked calm, not giving his true emotions, the two who could actually make him open up were Juniper and Roman, the latter because they are partners, the former because she had an interest in him, unfortunately he was too dense to realize.
"Hey partner, mind tell me what was that" Roman, blunt as ever went to meat of the conversation leaving Nicholas no other choice but to answer.
"if you could tell that I wasn't in the mood then you should know what I'm concern about" Nicholas said, not giving anything away, but Roman knew him well.
"you're worry about what's next, if our first mission was recon to THE grimmland, what's next, your concern about if well be strong enough to survive or to save people " Roman said walking beside his partner.
Nicholas nodded, " what's next, my family already Pressure me on taking more dangerous ones for "the family honor" and we almost didn't make it without Juniper" Nicholas said, even though Juniper wasn't his partner, she was the team's heart.
"Yeah talk about convenient, but you're right" Roman said, face Turning serious, "we can't keep lucking out of trouble, we need to get stronger".
Nicholas looked amuse, " didn't you say we are the strongest first years in Beacon" he waited for the weak response.
"No I said we are the strongest first years in all of Remnant, now we are second year and fighting in the festival, we'll make everyone regret crossing us, but yes as professor Oz put it ,we need to Surpass our limits" he said looking at the CCT grining, " and the best way is by information".

"nice bike" in the awkward silence, jaune tried to start a conversation, yang was too happy to comply.
"Thanks, her name is bumblebee, I built most of her until dad found out and helped me with the rest, how about you, do you have a driving license" yang asked also trying to make conversion with the guy she tried to shoot and still debating doing it.
"Y- yes, I got it last year, although couldn't get a bike, it was either that or an upgrade for my weapon" he paused for a second then continue, " which I chose the latter".
"I don't see a weapon on you, unless you have it under there" yang waited for a reaction, and it took jaune a few to catch it.
"N- NO, I have a sword and shield.. and more" he added the later when she looked unimpressed, or as he thought when he couldn't see her face.
"if your main weapon is a sword , who trained you to fight like a boxer ?" jaune saw no harm in answering a simple question, besides it's always important to make conversations to make friends.
"My dad and aunt Raven did, they said they learned it from someone they knew" jaune realized his mistake when he felt the heat from her hair, definitely a semblance, "wait wait wait, I didn't mean it like that I'm sor-".
"How often do you see her, how's she like" yang asked with calm voice, too calm from what he saw of her, "are you sure?, I rather we talk about this when we aren't on a bike going 60km/h".
"Iike I would risk my bike, I just want to know her, I only saw her in pictures, and my dad never talked about her" yang said with a hint of something in her voice.
"W- well, your mom was-" he couldn't finish, "she isn't my mom, my real mom is the one who raised me and died, Raven is a cruel bitch who carried me for 9 months and throw me without even a goodbye" yang was angry, but not alone.
"aunt Raven isn't like that" jaune said firmly which, shocked yang, "she may not show it but she cares about the people around her, she act tuff but always keep an eye on me, on my sisters, she values strength so she could keep the people around her safe, I may not know why she left you but I'm sure it's a good reason".
"A GOOD REASON TO LEAVE HER BABY AND LEAVE, WHAT IS IT THAT IS SO IMPORTANT THAT SHE LEFT AND NEVER CAME BACK" yang yelled at the top of her lungs so jaune could hear, unfortunately she didn't notice the group of men in suits with weapons in front of her.
Jaune saw them, yelling to yang who when she noticed, tried to stop, drifting her bike to the side.
The bike hit them taking 2 with it, while the other dodged in time, yang and janue activated there aura at the last second, saving them from any harm.

Roman heard the Shattered glass and curse, he knew it was a bad sign, specially when he saw junior's men flying around.
When he stepped out his eyes widen, for he just saw a ghost, he quickly recovered, smirk back in place and confident at the front, he'll needed it.
He saw a short girl, a kid really, she had weapon and her movement clearly trained to be huntress, the problem wasn't that though.
She had Short redish black hair, with silver eyes.
Those damn silver eyes.
She was Summer's, which meant she was Tai's, which also meant he's her uncle technically.
If the old friendship haven't got destroyed yet.
"Well red, I think we can all agree it's been an eventful evening, and as much as I'd like to stick around, I'm afraid this is were we part away" Roman said holding his cane towards little Summer , and then he shot.
Shooting low was enough, with the explosion he had enough time to escape while the "worth every penny" Henchmen distract her.
"she should be here any second now, and Junior men aren't child murderers, if they could hurt a huntress in training, I should just get out" Roman thought as he climbed the building.
Unfortunately his past keep coming.

"YANG, you ruined my cool fight" a girl, shorter than his youngest sister amber yelled.
"Ruby, what are you doing?" Yang asked the girl, she had weapon in hand, a Scythe twice her hight, she wore black dress and a red cape, which was in jaune opinion, the look of a hero from comics.
"iwastryingtobydustandthenthisguyshoweduptoldmethisisarobbryandihadtohelpand-" jaune barley processed half of that when yang asked to say it again but slowly.
"I was buying dust when a guy showed up and start rubbing me and I was stopping them until you ran them over" the girl said looking at the knocked guys on the ground, and the other trying to run away.
"wait where's the main guy" when jaune and yang looked confused ruby countered," there leader, he had hat, a cane, and orange hair with white coat".
Jaune immediately knew who she meant , and he went the direction she pointed at.
Yang made to follow but got stopped by the men in suits, "go ahead I'm going to take care of those" she gave him a thumbs-up and started blowing them up.
Jaune went up the building just in time to see him, the man he came to Vale to find, just in reach yet far.
On the bullhead stood his uncle Roman, looking smug for his escape, until jaune removed the helmet that yang gave him.
Roman smile disappeared, the cigarette in his mouth fell, he looked in jaune eyes.
Disbelief, angry, regret, sorrow, and then he looked Resigned.
"ROMAN" jaune yelled, throwing the uncle away in favor of saying the name faster, Roman smiled.
"You have grown nephew, please don't look for me and leave Vale, this will be safe for everyone" his uncle said while the bullhead started moving away, jaune looked around for anything, he got the helmet and throw it, using aura to help his throw.
It almost reach him, but Roman shot it midair," sorry, you'll need to try a little harder than that" those words doomed him as little Summer and yellow Raven came behind him.
Little Summer had a sniper in her Scythe and started shooting.
"You're useless, take control of this I'll deal with them" the woman who till this point was driving the bullhead said.
Roman tensed, not wanting a maiden to fight his nephews, he almost made an excuse till-.
The bullhead started shaking, looking outside stood Glynda Goodwitch, prepared to fight.
"At less I know she'll protect them" Roman went to fly this thing away, and after Glynda losing her grip, Roman flied away like there's no tomorrow.

The police station was awkward.
There stood the headmaster of Beacon academy, the hero of Mt Glenn, and a man who looked a lot like his father but he had a light beard, two arms and no weapons.
After the police came to take the criminal, we also got arrested, for as they say it "we want your testimony" which would be normal unless you ignored the special cuffs they used on the three of them.
Unlike the normal iron cuffs, those cuffs had aura monitors to detect your aura, the awful part was the cuffs pokes you with needles draining your aura until it's in red or completely empty.
Because people who has aura are more dangerous than normal people, I mean they could take bullets to the chest and make a run for it, the police needed a way to take that off them so they could be detained.
And here they sat for the next 2 hours until his dad, the headmaster of Beacon and a look a like angry Nicholas Arc showed up
"uncuff them NOW" the man who looked like his father said.
He and yang were in an interaction room, her sister was in another one alone, probably so they could ask her what happened, the headmaster went to see her.
"How the hell did you end up here?" The angry man looked at yang, who shrunk in her seat, jaune was glad it wasn't him until.
"Jaune, didn't I tell you to be at the hotel at 12, why when I finished the meeting I found out you weren't there but also in the police station" his dad words were calm, same as the look in his face, but jaune knew, he knew he fucked up big times.
"I… I was at the club making a new friends" jaune pointed at yang who looked at his father and relaxed a little, big mistake.
"and yang, why are you at a club at midnight, and you left your sister alone in the street of Vale, look what happened, if you didn't show up in time what do you think would happened to her" yang relief turned Sour when his dad started his lecture, yang's dad looked too pleased to stop him, so he turned to him.
"so you're jaune huh, finally a male arc, how's your sister, how's saph?" the man looked relaxed now, and somehow knew about his family.
"They're good, and how exactly do you know my parents and saph?" jaune asked a reasonable question, the man just laughed and shrugged it off.
"I was a friend of your parents, I knew of saph because I used to play with her when she was a baby" the man said.
"I'm taiyang, yang's and ruby's father, I take it your parents never Mentioned me" he said with a worn smile on his face, jaune looked surprised for the coincidence, but then realized it wasn't.
"I met yang because I recognized aunt Raven is ynag's mother, so of course her husband is a friend of my parents, but why yang and her sister looked so different" jaune thought as he was shaking the man's hand.
Yang looked at them and had a modified expression, " dad NO, he isn't my boyfriend, I literally just met the guy at the club" yang jumped to the wildest conclusion possibly, and jaune was blushing hard for even considering being with a beautiful woman like yang.
" Well if he was, he'll need to defeat me before anything" taiyang start laughing a little too fake of a laugh.
Nicholas looked to his son with a little smile, too self-satisfied, " your mother gonna have a word with you then your eldest sister, then her wife" jaune face became more white with each word, hitting the nail in the coffin.
"dad where's ruby?" yang asked about her sister concerned," don't worry an old friend is helping, she got investigate because she saw everything" his face darken a little, " it was Roman Torchwick" and with those words both jaune and his father stiffened.
Taiyang noticed," I'm not blaming you Nike, I know we all tried but this is his choice, if he planning to hurt our children, then I won't stand by and watch" Taiyang said with anger start showing.
"Calm down Tai, he didn't target ruby, you saw the video, besides who would have known that he'll find our kid, it's probably bad luck" his father said, " besides if this does happen again I don't think anyone would stand and watch".
As he said this, the door opened and the headmaster entered the room, yang and jaune immediately stood to give there respect but the headmaster waved them off, Behind him and existed ruby, jumped up and down.
"YANG IM COMING TO BEACON WITH YOU" she said in a high-pitched noise that almost broke glass.
Taiyang looked unhappy put Reluctant, while his father smiled fondly.
"Let's go jaune, you made your mother and sisters worry enough, I'm sure each would like a word with you" jaune, knowing his doom is coming went with his father.
"Wait we didn't have out talk" yang looked sideways to where her father stood with puzzled look.
"shit I forgot, we can meet tomorrow if you want" jaune said without realizing it was basically asking for a date.
"Sorry to break it to you, but yang would be grounded till the school starts" yang expression was pained for what her dad said.
She was about to argue until the headmaster came to the rescue.
"I'm sure you'll have enough time to talk when you all start Beacon, I'll sure you, you'll have enough time after Initiation" with what the headmaster said yang looked at jaune with surprise, as he did her, they both gave each other a nod and start leaving.
"see you again lover boy, don't get in trouble without me" yang called out which made him blush, and worst his dad start laughing.
"And here it goes my 4 years at Beacon" jaune said, his father looked at him and said with a simple.
"first time?"
This is the end of the chapter, yes something are little different than Canon which is expanded.
Yang ruby and jaune have know clue about there parents friendship, and they'll have to discover what happened to it themselves.
I was planning to make jaune a secret for ruby to keep there first meeting, but I realize I can just change little stuff and still works.
