Chapter 7
Result
"And the winner is team Beacon, looks like the home advantage paid off, but now is the plot twist, tomorrow at 10am the final fight of the tournament, team Beacon against team Beacon, Nicholas Arc against Taiyang Xaio-Long, who's gonna win" the commentator voice echoed throughout the Amity Colosseum.
Team STRQ and JNBR greeted their teammates who just won, Tai and Nike were beaten after the long fight.
The decision of making Tai and Nike fight together was a risky one, both are front line fighter and their strong point is there strength.
" don't take it to hard Nike when I beat you up tomorrow" Tai said Walking with one leg and held by Nicholas.
" I want to see you try that, you'll be out of the ring in the first 5 minutes" Nicholas replied, holding Tai close even with his damage.
"Good fight you two, I'm sure no matter who wins we all winners here,… Nicholas Aec if you don't win I'm gonna have your head" Juniper said as she use her semblance, adding the last part after.
"I'll try not to Disappoint you, besides the win already ours, Beacon won against Atlas, I'm sure the headmaster and professor Ozpin gonna give us a good reward" Nicholas said as he gave Qrow his broken partner and went to his on partner.
With a silence nod, both knowing what they'll do after this, they moved.
"anyway guys, we won, we need to ccelebrate, I'll take the big guy and get some drinks, how about you guys prepare a room and snacks" Roman addressed the two teams.
"are you sure, Nicholas still injured" Juniper said with worried eyes, " Don't sweat it, this Bastard has aura enough for all of us, he can take a little walk" he said, "besides you can have him all for yourself later, we won't interfere".
By how angrily Nicholas bag was thrown at Roman face, they knew Juniper face was the same color as Summer's hair and then they went on there way.
" I take it you found a way in?" Nike asked Roman while heading to Beacon tower.
"yes and the problem is that it's not on the headmaster computer, it's on Ozpin's" both Roman and Nike looked worried.
Professor Ozpin was their teacher, the one they go to with problems and the one getting them out of them, he was closest person to their teams.
"Hopefully we can discover what this is all about, I mean maidens and relics, if this is remotely true we need to prepare, anyone discover this will want a relic that's labeled "destination", and all of this with Ozpin" Roman looked worried, not to blame of course.
The things they discovered were unreal, Women with the power to change the weather and get passed to only women, Relics that can create anything or destroy anything, and with Roman Curiosity, they discovered that there is someone looking for those Relics.
Walking down the hallway and in front of the Tower elevator, Roman hacked into it to take them into the basement where they'll get Ozpin computer.
"Well we know he's with our teams, nothing to lose here, a quick in and out" as he said this the elevator door opened.
"I'm sorry to disappoint but I excused myself from team STRQ and JNBR for urgent matter" in front of them stood professor Ozpin cane in hand, glasses removed.
And with a angry expression.
"looks like i wasn't wrong"

The first week at Beacon wasn't that bad, professor Port class was famous for catching some sleep, while professor Oobleck was hard to follow, specially when the professor single you out of everyone, and send updates to your parents daily.
The first time his uncle Bart saw him he gave him a quick hug then a long talk about how he won't give him special treatment just because he is his uncle, only to end up embarrassing him in front of the class with stories of his baby self, the students will make the teacher talk about anything except history.
With his baby story out, one student, Cardin, started making fun of him, and jaune was not impressed.
"Can jaune arc and Cardin Winchester get on the arena" in combat class, miss goodwitch announced the next fighters.
"ready to call your parents and cry to them like the baby your are" Cardin taunting weren't the best, but people like to laugh with the bigger guy, not to mention his team.
"Are you?, I'll make it quick" jaune countered it wasn't his best, besides, he'll wipe the floor with him.
" begin!" And with that they started.
The moment they started Cardin dashed towards jaune mace high.
Jaune went right, parrying with his shield and then using his gauntlet, shot 3 ice dust bullets.
Cardin parried the bullets without realizing the ice, and he realized too late because jaune was already on him swinging his sword, taking a big hit from it.
He recovered quickly bringing his mace to parry, but jaune used his shield and dashed inside of his defense and shooting electric dust point blink.
Cardin was stunned for a second, but recovered and used his mace with dust, causing an exception to get rid of jaune, which sended him away.
Jaune jumped back shield ready for defense, and as he expected a mace came from above.
Parrying it again, he used his sword to deflect the next one, which resulted in them both counter attacking each other for a solid minute.
Eventually, and with enough hits on his shield, jaune activated one of his shield upgrades.
A shock wave burst out of the shield sending Cardin flying to the other side, but this wasn't enough, jaune looked at there aura both in the yellow but Cardin was closer to red.
Jaune used his gauntlet on ice dust shooting the moment Cardin touched the ground pinning him, then switch to fire dust and blasted his opponent.
" enough " the voice of miss goodwitch Echoed around, stepping inside the ring she turned to him.
"Mr Arc won" she turned to cardin, " Mr Winchester, can you tell me why you lost" the question seems to make Cardin more angry for his lost.
"he cheated, he used another weapon other than his sword, if it was just that , I would have won" miss goodwitch wasn't pleased.
"No, you lost because you Underestimated your opponent, if you didn't charge like you did, you would had time look for extra or hidden weapons, you can't expect someone using all his card immediately" she turned to jaune, not hearing Cardin complain.
"On the other hand Mr Arc, you are Versatile, which is a good thing, holding just a sword and a shield will give the opponent the wrong idea, which lead to surprises when you got your extra weapon out, although use excessive force isn't ideal, I would ask you next time to not blow up a student pinned down" he looked him dead in the eye showing she wasn't joking about the last part.
"Yes mis goodwitch" Cardin and jaune said at the same time, jaune went to Cardin, even with his awkwardness, fighting other people already make connection with them
"Good match, your mace is pretty good weapon, although I would suggest a side arm or a range option, it would make life easi-" jaune couldn't finish for Cardin pushing him away.
"I don't need anything from you, you were luck this time, watch your back because I'm not gonna hold back next time" and with that jaune's hope of making more friends died.
Walking to his friends, he waved to them with a smile, ruby and his team returned it with compliments of his fight, while Blake and Weiss gave him a silent nod, yang however looked at him with hardened eyes.
Every since they joined Beacon there wasn't a Time for their talk, and Yang was pissed.
Between normal classes, Leadership Classes which him and ruby had to attend, and sparing. jaune didn't have time for Yang, which made the message he received from her telling him they needed to talk after the class worried him.
Excusing himself from his team, jaune made his was to Beacon garden, an open place between the school building, and no brave soul going to start a fight here, which made it a little easier.
"you wanted to talk" jaune said the yellow figure sat under shade.
"It's long overdue, you're gonna answer my 3 questions, and I'm going to answer your 3 questions" the deal they made, jaune sat opposite of her, eyes looked into each other.
"so what do you want to ask?, 3 questions, you ask one, then I ask one" the rules were simple, he didn't want to give anything about his aunt Raven, but then Yang is her daughter, and he needed information.
"how do you know my mom" the first question.
"I've known here all my life, she was always there as long as I remember, as my parents told me, she was a member of team they were friends with when they attended Beacon" jaune answer honestly not giving the important information while giving her enough.
"What's she lik-" jaune cut her off, " my turn remember" she nodded and he continued.
"How did your father meet your mother?" the question is a simple one, but he needed to know, his parents only talked about Raven,not her teammates.
" they were in the same team in Beacon, he's my uncle Qrow parents" Yang answer gave more than she thought, which left just 1 member unknown.
"did she ever mention me?"
"yes, but never in front of me or my sisters, usually this lead to a fight between her and my parents, although she did once mention your in front of me, and it wasn't pretty" yang looked at him tell him to continue but he didn't, she looked like she was about to argue but surrendered.
"who are the members in your parents team?".
" my real mom, Summer Rose, she was the leader of team STRQ, my dad Taiyang, my uncle Qrow, and Raven, I'm not surprised you don't know, looking how Raven acts" yang said with a scuff.
"wait, is she ruby's mom" jaune asked an Yang nodded
"Summer Rose.. , my parents never Mentioned her, I can't ask aunt Raven, maybe I can ask saph, she'll know something if it exists, and ruby is an option " jaune thought, and Yang was waiting for her answer.
"What" not paying attention, jaune missed the question and yang looked angry.
"I said, where is she" she said with an emphasis on the she.
"I have no clue where she is, I presume you know her semblance, she can open portal to people, I have no clue if I can summon her or something like that" the answer wasn't to Yang liking but she let him ask his final question.
"what happened to team STRQ" jaune asked his final question, the answer would help him uncover the truth, yang didn't look too pleased with this question but answered.
"when I was born Raven left me with my dad, Summer my real mom stepped in and raised me and Ruby, until one mission took her life" Yang barely held herself , looks like taking about this isn't the best of topics.
"That's it then, thank you Yang for answering thos-" he was about to stand up until Yang gripped him.
"Why ask all the questions about my parents team" her eyes harden on him.
"I can't tell you that, the question are over" she wasn't pleased and jaune sighed," listen there's something went wrong in my parents team long age, and I saw the fallout of it, I'm just trying to discover why it fallen and why now, your parents team, team STRQ played a big part in this, evident by aunt Raven still in contact with my parents and not you and your father" he said while getting out of her grip.
"if I found something that have connaction to you I will tell you, but other then that I'm doing fine sol-".
"you went to junior for information, you looking for someone from the underground, I can help you there" Yang smiled in his face, the type of smile that says "refuse and died" type.
"I can't let you-" she smiled more, and jaune gave up, knowing that she will follow him and he agrees.
" fine, but listen, this will be on the back burner, my first priority is my team, i don't want what happened to my parents team to happen to mine, what's yours?"
"finding Raven and find out why she left, see if she had a good reason for it" Yang said
"and what will you do if it was a good or a bad reason ?" jaune countered.
"Well either way I want to know, I don't think I want her in my life now, but I want closure" Yang said with a honest smile which surprised him.
"alright , we'll meet again to share information, everything you know about team STRQ, and if it so happen Aunt Raven drop by I'll tell you" Yang nodded, and with a hand shack they went to their room.

Team JNPR room was loud, one of the benefits of having Nora Valkyrie as a teammates.
Upon entering the room, Jaune got a pillow in the head, making him off balance.
Luckily Ren caught him and dragged him to the other side of the room.
"Too you long enough, we are in the middle of war, Nora declared herself queen and pyrrha her king, we need to fight back before they destroy the whole room" Ren explained, and this was the longest sentence jaune saw Ren says.
Even though 1 week have passed, jaune felt team JNPR was coming along nicely, Ren and Nora were great due, while pyrrha was polite and combative partner, making the whole team fight her and coming out at the top.
"Alright let's go, I'm right, your left, I'll go out first and attract pyrrha, you sneak behind and dethrone the queen on my signal " Ren nodded and jaune moved.
The moment he got out of his cover pyrrha started her attack, he dodged two pillows but the third hit his left leg.
Rolling over and throwing his own, Pyrrha dodge it with ease, she went to tackle jaune, imprison him probably
Juane was ready for it holding the sheet and throwing it, blinding her for a moment, which he took to go fight the queen.
Pyrrha was on her feet the next second running after him, janue readied his pillow for the attack, but Nora attacked first with a pillow right to the head.
"Sorry fearless leader but I'm the queen of the pillows empire" Nora said standing on 4 mattresses, with pillows all around.
"Well that's make you're the Empress" Nora started thinking for a second, and this all he needed.
Ren appeared behind her with two pillows, both hitting Nora's head at the same time.
Nora fell from her throne replaced by a green pillow ninja.
"Guess I'm the emperor now" Ren said with a chuckle," my first order as the new emperor is to clean the room and go to sleep, we have classes tomorrow, and we need to wake up early for training.
"Yes your majesty" Nora Pyrrha and Jaune said at the same time and started cleaning the mess.
"Soo, where have you been? You missed the whole 'NO ONE GONNA STAND IN MY WAY' speech it was pretty good" Nora said beside him rearranging the mattresses on the beds.
"Oh I had a little talk with yang, she wanted to ask me about something" jauen tried to dodge the question but a wild pyrrha appeared.
"Did she ask you out ?!" pyrrha blurred out.
"what no, I mean I have no chance to date a girl as pretty as her, Don't tell her I said that, but no she wanted to ask about what happened when we first met" jaune said with a little blush.
"You guys met before Beacon" this time Ren joined in.
"Well yeah, but it was mostly in a police station, you know the robbery that ruby stopped and joined Beacon because of it" he continued when they nodded,"well me and yang were there too".
"Well next time you see a robbery you call us, we'll break there legs together" Nora said with a smile.
"How about we go to Vale this Weekend, I'm sure it'll be fun" Nora suggested, everyone liked that.
"You want to invite our sister team too, I'm sure Yang would love it" pyrrha wasn't wrong, and it wasn't a bad idea.
"we'll ask them ,but let's make it after the trip with miss goodwitch, I'm not sure what we need to do, but it's better to have our rest for it" they all nodded.
"let's go to sleep, we will be up at 5am for a run then light training before classes" even though jaune hated waking up early, having pyrrha who walks up at 4am for training didn't help much, and soon guilt played it part and now team JNPR starts their day with running and sparing each day, we'll it's the third day but still.

If not for Ren and Jaune skill at cooking, team JNPR would have been dead at the cafeteria closed doors.
Turns out that close to the weekend, the cafeteria opens at 7am.
Which left team JNPR starving until jaune and Ren suggested cooking, And they were pretty good at it.
In the common area for the first year students, there was kitchen and eating table, which team JNPR used
"this is great jaune, how did you learn to cook like that" pyrrha compliment him Ren and Nora followed after.
"Well when you have 7 demanding sisters, a huntsmen parents and an aunt who show up in the night half dead and starving, you're forced to adapt" jaune didn't notice the weird looks they gave him at the last one.
"And you Ren, those pancakes are great" Turning it to Ren, he only nodding in appropriation.
"Right, Renny pancakes are the best, he always make them for me while camping" Nora jumped in on the first compliment for her partner.
Team JNPR sat in rare silence for 5 minutes.
Nora eating her pancakes, Ren enjoying Jaune special eggs and potatoes mix, pyrrha eating her eggs and bacon, and jaune enjoying the moment of peace.
Which didn't last long.
A Red, Yellow, Black, and white blur came out of the door.
"FOOD" they all scream in unisen.
Luck for them Jaune and Ren made extra for Nora if she demanded more but it looks like team Rwby won it.
Team Rwby, fresh from there workout, found out the hard way that the cafeteria was closed.
And unlike team JNPR they didn't have two chefs, but they were luck enough to be friends with them.
That what jaune gathered from team RWBY while stuffing their mouths with breakfast.
"so Ruby, excited for the trip tomorrow" Ruby looked at him with daggers in her eyes, but then realized she wasn't in the jingle and didn't need to protect her food.
"Oh right, sure I checked my weapon, my sister weapon, my partner weapon, Blake's weapon, everything gonna be fine" Runy answered with food in her mouth.
"will you be fine jaune, isn't Cardin picking at you a lot lately" yang said same as Ruby mouth full of food.
"nah, he's just messing around, also he didn't go that far, If need to I can beat him up" jaune said without concern.
"And beating him up didn't make him stop" Blake added eating like a normal human being, or faunus in this case.
"Don't worry guys , also I can't make a scene today because of Tomorrow's trip".
"Do as you wish, nobody cares Arc" the last member of team RWBY said.
"Oh she definitely isn't over what I didn't last time" jaune thought as he looked at his team and friends enjoying there morning together.
" I wonder if my parents team was like that".
anyway this is for today, im jumping a little in timeline, i mean i dant want to recreate the whole class, juane want to date weiss thing, also idk if i should make him date someone, if you want a ship just ask and i'll think about it
