"Thanks everyone for helping out." Gohan said to his friends who flew alongside him as they carried large boxes from his old home. It was a couple of weeks after Lily had taken Gohan to get his school supplies, that she had gone around to various communities to look into purchasing a new home.

Lily liked the large space in Ottery St. Catchpole, but didn't like how distant it was from everything else. Which was similar to the issue she had living in her home right now. She arrived at Godric's Hollow but couldn't stand to see the home she had been sequestered in. It brought back too many horrid memories of living in fear and waiting for that madman to come to them.

Lily was debating on a home in the muggle area, but after having her sister slam the door in her face, she reconsidered the idea of living among the muggles. Finally she decided on a nice home in Hogsmeade, which she adored because of how close to the school she would be. So after negotiating a better price, she had been prepared to take out a loan with the goblins before Bulma stepped in.

"It's not even going to amount to more than twenty million Zeni," Bulma dismissed her friend's attempt at not accepting the money. "Just think of it as a reward for always being there to save the world."

The goblins were annoyed they didn't get someone to take out a terrible loan at their bank but when Bulma Briefs had come into the bank to exchange her money into Galleons, their tune changed. Gringotts may not deal too often in muggle businesses but Capsule Corp was not the ordinary business and when she opened an account to ensure if she stopped by to see her friend that she would have some wizarding money. To goblin bankers barely contained their glee at the prospect of doing business with the wealthy woman, but couldn't place why the shorter man standing with her made them wary.

"It's no problem at all Gohan," Krillin said as they passed the Asian borders into Europe. "It's going to be a bummer that you aren't as close as you used to be, but it's not like it's that hard to get to England either." Krillin shrugged as the total trip time only really increased by maybe a half an hour at most.

"I guess it's strange that you're a wizard but, considering the stuff we've seen, it's not too far-fetched," Yamcha commented on the topic of magic running in the family.

"Yeah, you all and dad told me a lot about his adventures over the years, so I guess being able to use a wand isn't that special." Gohan agreed.

"Hey hey hey, we didn't say that. You are special Gohan," Tien interjected. "I mean, we can't do magic. It might be a huge boon to have that skill set the next time some bad dude rolls into the neighborhood."

"Maybe, it's a seven year school. Mom said it might be awhile before I know a bunch of spells, even if I picked up a few things over the years from watching her."

Piccolo began to lower. "We should be nearing Hogsmeade." The Namekian called out the groups.

"How do you know where this place is?" Yamcha asked.

"Kami liked to keep an eye on the magical earthlings from time to time, make sure no one was doing anything crazy." Piccolo answered. "And they may be able to hide from non-magicals, they can't hide from the Guardian of Earth. Which reminds me I'm going to have to give Dende some more instruction."

"That might be a good idea, he could come in handy in the future," Tien agreed with the Namekian as Kami had been very useful to them over the years.

The group landed on the yard of Gohan's new home, Krillin let out a whistle of appreciation. "Nice place, seems cozy." he complimented as he saw that the house looked pretty on the outside, a very quaint cottage.

"Wait until you see the inside," Gohan smirked as he had been there when the wards were put in place, along with a few 'upgrades' to the home, both his mother and himself were very happy with the results.

"It's bigger on the inside?!" Yamcha shouted as the outside looked like the home would be a decent size but once he and the group crossed the threshold the building was clearly far larger than it would seem.

"Yeah, that cost a bit of money to do but it's really worth it, we got a couple of extra rooms too," Gohan said as he carried his box into the kitchen. "Each of the doors have a label on them so just put your boxes in there and tap them three times, mom did the charmwork so they would unpack themselves."

"So freakin' cool," Yamcha said gleefully as he ran to find the bathroom.

It only took a few minutes and all of the belongings from the old home had been put in their proper place. Lily had made it easy by magically marking all the items and and then where they should be, the charm work was time consuming but it did save far more time and headache than doing it all by hand, even if her son and friends could move at ridiculous speeds.

Now all they had to do was wait for Bulma to arrive with Lily, as the vehicle would take a bit longer than the flight of the individuals. They had just gotten comfortable in the living room when there was a knock on the door. "Huh," Gohan mused as he went to greet whoever it could be. He hadn't been expecting visitors, but it was uncommon back in his old home for anyone who didn't know them to stop by.

Opening the door revealed three people, a tall regal looking woman with striking features. Long, curly black hair cascaded down her shoulders. The shorter fat man with a goofy smile on his face heavily contrasted his partner, but behind them both was a teenage girl sporting a pout, her outfit and purple hair screamed punk. "Hello," Andromeda started. "We noticed that the house had been bought and were hoping to meet our new neighbors. My name is Andromeda Tonks, this is my husband Ted and our daughter Nymphadora." gesturing to each person as she introduced them.

"Don't call me that mom," Tonks stomped her foot in frustration as her mother insisted on using her first name.

"Oh, hello," Gohan bowed respectfully. "Please come in." He motioned as he stepped aside. "My name is Son Gohan, my mother is not currently, here but she'll be arriving shortly."

The Tonks family entered the new Son home. "It's a lovely place," Andromeda complimented.

"Thank you very much," Gohan smiled. "These are some of my friends." pointing to the group who were chatting while they waited. "Tien Shinhan, Yamcha, Krillin and Piccolo."

"Oh my goodness," Andromeda exclaimed when she saw the group. Clearing her throat with a blush of embarrassment she stood up proper. "I'm sorry for my outburst. It was uncalled for and disrespectful of me." she apologized profusely, as far as first impressions went, shrieking in fright at seeing another person's appearance was pretty bad.

"Hey Gohan, what did she say?" Tien asked.

"What do you... I forgot, you guys don't speak English," Gohan slapped his head, turning to Mrs. Tonks. "It's alright, we're used to some of those reactions." Gohan said, acting as translator for a moment.

"I speak English Gohan," Piccolo commented. "I actually speak every human language."

"Huh," Krillin mused. "That's neat."

"You guys look wicked," Tonks said as she looked at the appearance of the seated group.

Gohan chuckled. "She likes how you look guys." the compliment causing the group of fighters to puff up with pride.

"So you said your mother will be joining us shortly," Ted commented as while it was nice to see people in the home, it was a bit awkward to be there without the child's mother.

"Yeah she should be here, right now." Gohan smiled as he sensed his mother landing with Bulma on the yard.

"Gohan, I'm home," Lily called out as she waddled into the home. "I brought some extra, BELLATRIX!" Lily screamed causing everyone in the room to panic. "Get away from my son you bitch" Lily demanded as she drew her wand.

Moving quickly to intercede Gohan had snatched his mother's wand from him. "Woah, woah, woah. Mom calm down," Gohan said as the rest of the group was now eyeing the Tonks with uncertainty. They knew that Lily was not one to normally overreact, so for now these new people were to be watched carefully.

"I am not my sister," Andromeda huffed, having gotten that reaction many times over the years. "Lily Evans I presume?" She inquired as there were few red headed witches in magical Britain.

Calming down a moment, Lily realized that while this witch bore the resemblance of Bellatrix, there were enough differences to tell that she was not the psychotic killer. "I'm sorry." Lily apologized. "It's just the last time I saw that woman it was at wandpoint."

"Well now that the ice has been properly broken, let's get to know our neighbors," Ted chuckled as he introduced himself and his family to the two new women. The Tonks decided to not overstay their welcome and left the home. "They seem nice," Ted commented as both his wife and daughter were being quiet, he felt that was fine, he'd do the talking for them.

"We'll head on out too," Krillin said as he got off the couch. "We'll keep in touch." The group of fighters heading off to return to their normal routines.

That night Lily lied awake in her bed as she realized how drastically she had just changed her life. A new home back in the country she grew up in, she didn't know whether this was a good idea or not. A life living with neighbors, shops she could walk to, where she could meet people other than her husband's friends who stopped by over the years.

The next morning Lily thought it would be a good idea to properly apologizing to Mrs. Tonks as it was very rude of her to draw her wand first, thinking back, even if that was Bellatrix, who was still in Azkaban, the witch wouldn't have been able to hurt anyone before any of her friends or son took the other woman down. So she did some extra cooking and took Gohan with her to the family's home.

Knocking on the door and patiently waiting with a dish of grilled Mt. Paozu tuna, Lily tried to look non threatening when it opened and their daughter Nymphadora answered. "Hello, Nymphadora, I'm sure you remember me and my son from yesterday, but I was hoping I could apologize to your mother. What I did was very rude and I feel dreadful about it."

"Sure," Tonks rolled her eyes, this was not the first time this had happened. "She's in the kitchen."

Lily entered and went to find Andromeda to apologize, leaving the teen with Gohan. "So," Gohan scratched the back of his head. "I notice your hair is blue today," Gohan commented.

Shifting it to a red with a smirk on her face. "I think you need to get your eyes checked." She chuckled as she saw Gohan's mouth turn into a smile.

"That's cool," Gohan commented as Tonks shifted more of her features for him.

"So, you gonna be a new firstie?" The metamorph asked.

"Yeah, I got my letter a few weeks ago."

"Neat, I'm in my seventh year." Deciding to go into the awkward question. "So you aren't from around here? I mean the accent kind of gives it away, but then you speak Chinese and it's pretty obvious."

"Well I was born in England," Gohan said. "But after Halloween ten years back, my dad moved mom and me back to his home."

"Oh gosh, she's that Lily Evans." Tonks snapped her fingers remembering the old story that gets told every so often. "Yeah, the Mystery of Halloween. You-Know-Who just vanished when he tried to attack the home of Lily and her muggle husband. No one's been able to figure out what really happened that night," She said excitedly as the investigation came to the conclusion that some sort of attack was done, but it didn't match any known spell and no one in the British wizarding world knew how to track down Lily or Goku.

"Oh that," Gohan rubbed his chin. "My dad told me that story a few years back, he said as soon as the door was knocked down he killed him."

"How?!" Tonks' tone showed exactly how much she wanted to know the details. She could possibly be the first person to know what went down that night.

"I dunno," Gohan dragged out. He tapped his chin. "I mean, I tell my friends these stories, buuuuuut."

"What, we're totally friends," Tonks exclaimed as she grabbed Gohan and turned him around to face her.

"Okay, I'll tell you what happened, if you tell me a bit about Hogwarts, my mom is being really tight lipped about it." Gohan offered an exchange of information.

"Deal." Tonks quickly answered. "What do you want to know?"

"What this sorting business," Gohan asked as his mother kept talking about where he would be sorted.

Tonks hissed through her teeth. "Ooooh, sorry can't, I can't answer that one, it's like a tradition for firsties to not know. Even my mom and dad didn't tell me."

Dropping his shoulders. "I figured. Okay, then what's it like, I can see the castle from town but, that's just what it looks like."

"Okay, that one has a long answer," Tonks hummed. "I think it's pretty neat, there's so much to do, like.." as she went on a tangent about the fun stuff she did at Hogwarts.

An hour later and Tonks had talked herself blue in the face, literally, her face had turned blue because she hadn't taken a breath in a while.

"Wow, that sounds like fun, way better than getting tutored." Gohan smiled as the school sounded like it would be more entertaining than what he had previously been doing.

"Okay, I totally answered your question, now, spill it. What happened that night," Tonks demanded.

"One thing first," Gohan said, earning a groan from the teenager. "Hey mom," Gohan called out. "I'm gonna go outside, is that alright?" He asked as he went into the kitchen to see his mother and Mrs. Tonks sharing tea and having a delightful chat.

"Just make sure you come back before dinner," Lily requested.

"I'm gonna take your daughter with me, is that acceptable ma'am," Gohan inquired.

Giggling at how proper the little boy was Andromeda nodded. "Certainly, just make sure she knows to keep an eye on you."

"That's okay, I wanted to explore that forest a bit today, so I can talk and walk," Gohan smiled before he ran out of the kitchen to grab Tonks so he can tell the story to her while getting to see more of the surrounding area.

Andromeda had paused for a moment when she heard the young boys plan. "Wait forest?!"

"Oh, I may have filled his head with silly stories about the Forbidden Forest as a child and he's probably hoping to see something scary," Lily chuckled.

"But there are scary things in the Forbidden Forest," Andromeda exclaimed in shock.

Whipping out her wand Lily sent a little monkey patronus out. "Gohan, make sure if you take Nymphadora into the Forbidden Forest you keep an eye out for anything that could harm her." The silvery creature raced through the walls to catch up to it's target. "There, nothing to worry about."

"There is everything to worry about, my daughter is still underage, she can't use her wand to protect them." Andromeda slammed her hand on the tabletop.

"And she wouldn't need to," Lily calmly sipped her tea. "I assure you, even if You-Know-Who himself was in that forest trying to kill your daughter, she would be completely unharmed because my son would not allow it to happen."

"How can you be so sure?" Andromeda asked worried about her child, but curious about the claim itself.

"Because my son is so powerful he will make Albus Dumbledore look like a muggle." Lily promised. "And that's without even trying."

"Gohan, this is the Forbidden Forest," Tonks stopped at the edge of the tree line. "It's dangerous to go in there."

"That's why I want to go," Gohan smiled. "Mom told me all about the things that supposedly live in it, that sounds exciting." his voice calling out to her as he ventured into the gloomy forest.

"Wa-wait," Tonks called out as she hurried after the eleven year old. She had just caught up to him when she stumbled over a tree root and would have crushed the smaller kid if he hadn't caught her.

"Don't worry, I got you." Gohan smiled down at Tonks as he held her in his arms.

"Put me down please," Tonks sighed as she had never felt so humiliated in her life before.

"Sure, so anyway, the story goes like this," Gohan said as he started heading into a random direction. He knew he could have sensed for the ki of anything in the forest to find something but this would be much more interesting to see what he came across, and it wasn't like he was unused to being in a forest, having one so close to his old house. "And so my dad used the Kamehameha wave to kill the Voldehoosits."

"I've never heard of that spell before," Tonks commented as she had been enthralled by the story, even if some part of it didn't make sense. "And, wasn't it a big deal that Lily Evans married a muggle? So how could he do something like that without a wand or."

"Tonks," Gohan chuckled as he turned to face her. "There are a lot of things in this world that magic doesn't even begin to explain." He was going to try and impress the older girl and show her some ki when he shot his hand out and caught an arrow that was heading right for the taller girl.

"Wizards have no business being in these forests," Bane declared as he stomped his hoof in the dirt. "For invading centaur lands."

"Oh shit," Tonks gasped as she stepped back, pulling Gohan with her. "We're sorry, we didn't know, please forgive us." she quickly said, hoping the centaur wouldn't kill them with his bow. She was so mad at herself for forgetting her wand in her room.

"We're sorry?!" Gohan wrinkled an eyebrow, genuinely confused why he should be the one to apologize. "He's the asshole who shot at you, he should apologize."

"You impudent child," Bane shouted as he stormed forward to try and intimidate the child before beating it senseless and returning it to the wizards as a warning. However the child didn't flinch, instead he began to float off the ground to get to eye level with the much taller centaur. His arms folded across his chest, signalling his displeasure.

"I said," Gohan snarled. "Apologize." He commanded as he let a bit of his power slip and the wind picked up, rustling the leaves of the trees.

"You think I am afraid of your magic," Bane scoffed at the little wizard. "This display means nothing to me."

While Gohan stared down the angry centaur, Tonks had been edging away. 'Cripes, mom is going to skin me alive. He's got some impressive magic if he can silently do a levitation charm on himself though.' Tonks thought that was cool, even if she was terrified.

"I'm getting tired of waiting," Gohan said as he began tapping his fingers. "Say you are sorry."

"I don't take orders from a filthy wi-," Bane shouted before a hand grasped him by the throat firmly.

Gohan's eyes flashed green for a moment. "Do it, or I reduce you to a red smear on the ground."

In that moment, Bane saw something in the eyes of a human, for the first time this person was not looking at him like he was worthless because he was a centaur, he was looking down on him because this child KNEW his own strength and that Bane did not measure up. "I'm, sorry," Bane wheezed out as Gohan released his hand from the centaur's throat.

"Great," Gohan smiled. "Well, it's getting late, I should get Tonks home before her mother starts to worry or worse, we miss dinner. Have a nice day," Gohan happily waved his goodbye to the creature he had just threatened to slaughter as if they had a pleasant conversation.

Hurrying to catch up so she wasn't left behind, Tonks fell in line next to Gohan. "Merlin's beard, what was that?!" she shouted as there was no one around to hear her.

"I don't like people hurting my friends." Gohan shrugged. "And if I let you get hit by that arrow I'd be a pretty awful friend."

All her questions about the story Gohan had told her were forgotten as she carefully observed the strange kid before her. When they arrived back in Hogsmeade and entered the home, she lied through her teeth about anything unusual happening in the forest earlier. Lily Evans said she couldn't stay for dinner, she had to get Gohan home since the term would be starting soon and she wanted to spend as much with him as she could before it began.

Andromeda had warmed the tuna back to what Lily suggested and served it to her family. "Oh wow, this is," Ted said as he bit into the fish. "Amazing, Mrs. Evans, certainly knows how to cook. That husband of her's is a lucky man."

"She's a widow," Andromeda corrected Ted before tasting some of the food herself. "That is outstanding."

A sudden moan of pleasure came from the other person at the table, causing both of Tonks' parents to stare at their daughter in disbelief. "Mmm," Tonks closed her eyes "It's sooooo good."

"Well, if you like it so much, you'd just need to marry her son to get her to make some more." Ted teased his daughter who blushed and pouted.

"Daaaad, come on, he's eleven," Tonks groaned.

"It's only a few measly years," Andromeda waved off. "My mother was going to marry me off to a man almost forty years my senior. Anyway, tell me Nymphadora, what did you two do in the Forbidden Forest?"

"You went into the Forest, Nymmie," Ted scolded. "How many times have I told you, it's dangerous."

"I know that, I only went because Gohan went in though." Tonks deflected. "Plus nothing bad happened."

"So something happened?" Andromeda inquired.

"Well, we uh, met a centaur," Tonks quietly answered.

"Mmhm," Andromeda nodded, indicating to her daughter to continue.

"He shot an arrow at me, and it was weird, Gohan caught it, right out of the air, then he started to yell at the centaur and then he choked him." Tonks quickly spat out. "It was crazy, he just floated off the ground and then he forced the centaur to apologize to me," she exclaimed, even though she hadn't fully believed the events and she had been there to see them happen.

"A centaur apologizing to a human, a magical one at that. I don't think that's ever happened before." Ted said in shock and confusion.

"Right." Tonks waved her hands around. "He just got done telling me how his dad killed You-Know-Who ten years ago, he's a muggle but according to Gohan used this strange spell to stop him so I don't know if he's messing with me or not."

"That's certainly a wild story." Andromeda nodded as she thought about what her daughter told her, she might be a free spirit and a trouble maker, but she was not a liar, it would seem their new neighbors had some secrets. "Keep an eye on him in Hogwarts, he seems like a nice young man, but there may be some issues, socially, his mother told me he'd been home schooled since birth in the mountains of China."

Tonks nodded to her mom. "Yeah, sure, I can do that."

"Gohan you will get your dinner when you tell me what exactly happened in the forest today," Lily sternly stood in front of her son.

"Tonks didn't get hurt, and I threatened a centaur," Gohan scuffed his foot on the floor. "But he shot an arrow at her mom."

"Then I'm glad she is safe," Lily smiled. "But," stopping him from sitting at the table. "No more picking fights, the centaurs don't like humans as it is, antagonizing them only makes it harder to find peace in the future."

"Yes mom," Gohan groaned. Ever since Cell sometimes Gohan's ego would flare up at times and make him act more wild and uncontrollable. His mother keeps insisting it's puberty.

"Good boy," Lily smiled and seated herself at the table. "You know Gohan, their daughter is only a few years older than you."

"You can't be serious." Gohan blanched, he knew his mother wanted him to expand out more from their previously secluded lifestyle but was she that eager for her son to begin dating.

Chuckling softly Lily looked at her terrified son. "I met your father around your age."

"I know, you told me," Gohan responded, keeping his head down to not show how much he was blushing.

"So maybe you meet a nice girl at Hogwarts," Lily shrugged before seeing a point where she could educate her son on. "You know, almost all wizarding relationships begin in their respective schools. I mean the obvious understanding is that you put almost a thousand hormonal teenagers into a boarding school together for ten months a year for seven years that they are bound to get up to something eventually. But I think there's something to it. So don't be afraid to put yourself out there." Encouraging her son to really show off.

"Why, why did I try so hard to stop Cell." Gohan lamented his fate as his mother teased him further.

In the otherworld. "Bwahahaha, that's what you get you stupid brat," Perfect Cell mocked Gohan as he looked at the massive screen which showed the denizens the life they were missing out on, an extra punishment for some.

"Hey, get back to suffering," Goz demanded slapping his spiked club into his hand threateningly. Despite being far weaker than Perfect Cell had been in life, in the Home for Infinite Losers, if King Yemma sent you there, you had no power.

Grumbling Cell went back to his labor, scrubbing the blood pond. "I am perfect, I shouldn't be made to do manual labor."

"Oh quit your whining you overgrown cockroach," Frieza shouted as he dunked a sponge into the bucket. "If you had just blown up the fucking planet from the start you wouldn't be here, now would you."

"Says the idiot who missed an entire planet." Cell spat back at the dead emperor.

HFIL was always a busy place, but in the coming years it would only get busier.

Author's Notes: Happy to see a positive reaction.

Hope this one will be a bit different to all the other crossovers. I think I got a nice and unique flair for it.

So for a bit of Review Review, the part of the story where I respond to reviews a bit.

Sakra95, I did send you a PM about that. Hope it cleared up some of the details.

Otsutsuki Naruto; Don't know what to tell you man, you jumped to a bunch of conclusions about stuff I've not even done. For no real reason either.

Guest; Yeah it's post Cell Sage, but Gohan was Eleven then, that's when the Hogwarts letters go out. Sorry famalam, I didn't feel like doing an age adjusted story. I always feel like when I read those I'm not mentally picturing them age adjusted and some of that stuff can get weird.
