It has been a little over a week since the day Masaki Kurosaki was buried in the Karakura cemetery. She was the wife of a small clinic owner named Isshin Kurosaki, and the mother of Ichigo Kurosaki, Karin Kurosaki, and Yuzu Kurosaki. She died after being hit by a car that was driven by a drunk driver, while trying to protect her son from harm, while they were walking home from the local Karate dojo, after Ichigo was defeated by his childhood friend Tatsuki Arisawa.
The family decided this house holds painful memories for them without Masaki, so they decided to move away to the neighboring town called Kuoh.
Ichigo is currently only nine years old, he is a normal human boy without any special abilities, with unusual orange hair and brown eyes.
Currently he has fallen asleep, having previously packed all his bags in order to leave with his family early in the morning.
The dream he is currently having is an unusual one.
He is in what appears to be some kind of temple like the ones that appear in Greece, the temple appears to be almost endless and filled with all kinds of books on bookshelves.
He picks up one those books and reads the title on the cover.
'Theory of light magic used by angels?' now being confused after having seen the title, having no idea why he is having such weird dreams.
He opens the book and starts to read what is inside of the book 'Those are some detailed descriptions and illustrations' were his initial thought 'but still, magic does not exist.'
"I see that you have found something that has caught your interest." sounds a kind young male voice behind him, as he is still reading the book, not noticing him arrive.
Ichigo turns around and sees a young man standing behind him. The man is a young teenager older than him, around the age of 17 or 18, with blonde hair and kind blue eyes. Dressed in a rather complex-looking black robe with golden symbols and runes on it, something that some wizards in Hollywood movies would probably wear. If any other person who has seen the God of the Bible were to see this person, they would instantly think this person looks like a younger version of the God of the Bible. The reason for that, is that the figure represents all of the knowledge of the God of the Bible and his creations.
"Who are you?" asks Ichigo.
"I see that you have managed to enter this place while being in a dream." replies the man "When you wake up, you should try to meditate in order to return to this place once again, as this place is not a dream world."
"What is this place then?" asks Ichigo, "If this place is not a dream then what is this?"
"I will answer your questions when you return to this place once again, as you are currently in the process of waking up."
After Ichigo woke up the next day, he kept thinking about the dream he had last night, while their father was currently driving them to their new house in Kuoh.
Ichigo thought it seemed too real to be a simple dream, as it was like real life, so he promised himself he would try to meditate once they arrive in Kuoh.
The house they bought was much bigger than their house in Karakura town and was sold fairly cheaply considering the size and the location, with it being a traditional Japanese house. Some locals thought this place could have been haunted based on the few rumors, but neither he or his father believed in ghosts or in the supernatural, so his father ignored the baseless rumors when he bought the house, as he reasoned that all old houses make strange noises from time to time due to simply being old.
It was a miracle they could even buy this house as it was said to belong to a branch of the Kuchiki family in the past. The reason they could buy it was due to one of his fathers friends knowing the owner personally and him managing to convince the owner to sell it, despite the owner previously having refused all offers from potential buyers. The house was kept in good condition by the original owner, who took care of all it's maintenance.
When the Kurosaki family entered the house, his father told them "This house has many bedrooms that you can choose from. Pick whatever you like."
The twins and Ichigo nodded to their father and Ichigo picked a room on the second floor.
After some time, Ichigo sits down and starts meditating. Although he has never done this before, knows about it from the books and movies he has seen and read containing monks.
As he is about to give up after trying for a few minutes, he suddenly arrives at a familiar location.
"Congratulations on entering the mindscape of your Sacred Gear." says the same young man from his dream.
"You promised to answer my previous questions." replies Ichigo.
"Yes, I did." confirms the man.
"For your first question, I am a consciousness created by the God of the Bible using his magic representing the knowledge of the original God of the Bible and the spirit inside your Sacred Gear. Sacred Gears are items with powerful abilities bestowed upon humans by the God of the Bible. This is the mindscape, or you could call it as the inner world of your Sacred Gear, that is called Heaven's Library. Heaven's Library is a creation type Sacred Gear that allows the user to create books that are inside the Sacred Gear out of nothing. It is directly connected to Heaven's Sacred Gear system and contains knowledge on nearly anything known by humans and the three factions, with you being the first to be compatible with this Sacred Gear and to inherit it. The limits of this Sacred Gear are that it only knows things created by my creations, containing humans, angels, fallen angels, and indirectly devils, it does not have any the information on gods or their realms unless some of my species know about them."
"Amazing." replies Ichigo, being impressed at such abilities "Does it also contain knowledge on how to bring back my dead mother?"
"I would not suggest you to learn this kind of knowledge as it is dangerous." warns the spirit "If you use necromancy to bring back your mother, your mother may come back as a zombie, and summoning back the soul and creating a new body for your mother is difficult, if not impossible for you. Even if you manage to do it, how would you explain your mother returning back from the dead. I am sure she is now in a much better place."
"Oh." was Ichigo's reaction, feeling very sad.
"It seems that outside your father is about to ask you to go have dinner with your family, so you should return to the real world. Just will yourself out of this place similarly to the meditation that you did when you wished to first enter this place. When you are outside, try to create a book with your thought when nobody is watching. How about a book of William Shakespeare you like? If you wish to talk to me, come back to this place or focus on talking with me in your mind."
"Alright." replies Ichigo "Does it mean that I do not have to buy books written by human writers?"
"Yes." confirms the man "However, I don't suggest you to loan them out to your friends, as they will disappear once you lose focus."
Ichigo then left the place in order to have dinner with his family.
"Maybe I should have also told him about the ghost in his new house." said the man "Good thing it is not dangerous to any of them and only hates the Kuchiki family."
"I am interested on how far he could go with my help and the power of the Sacred Gear as he is completely human. Meaning he could not use magic like the supernatural beings. What's more the current overseer of Kuoh is a devil named Cleria Belial."
Authors Notes: Ichigo will in this story be a human without any Shinigami/Quincy/Hollow/Fullbring powers, only with a powerful Sacred Gear. With the Sacred Gear making him a potential Wizard or Martial Artist type. Ichigo is currently 9 years old as it was said that Masaki died when he was 9 years old.
He will have knowledge such as the Book of Lucifer used to create the devils and how to create Evil Pieces due to his sacred gear, but I doubt I will make him become a devil, but I will probably make him into something other than a human in the future using his own knowledge.
