Hudson checked the clock for 2 billionth time. It was 4 am.

When Hudson showed up to "Fazbear's Fright," he realized that spending the night at a horror attraction might be, well, horrifying.

And it was.

For like 20 minutes.

By 1 am, he was bored. He had pulled out his laptop and started watching random youtube videos, glancing at the cams periodically, and fixing whatever issue came up with the systems. He had figured out how to download a program onto the device that reboots everything, and now it fixed itself.

He had been watching youtube for 3 hours, he was bored. He looked around the office, a triplet of bobble heads catching his eye. He grabbed them and examined them. A brown bear. A blue rabbit. A yellow bird (probably a duck or a chicklet). He decides that the bear must be Freddy Fazbear. As that's in his name, but the others are lost to him. That's when he realizes he knows next to nothing about Freddy's.

He glances at his laptop.

Hudson checks the time again. 5 am. He had spent an entire hour researching Freddys.

He had learnt quite a bit.

Mostly the characters.

The bear was Freddy, he had that right. The bunny was Bonnie (wow). The Bird was a chicken, and named Chica. Apparently there was also a Fox pirate character named "Foxy." Hudson was baffled by the creativity.

There was also a more "Toy-looking" line of robots, which changed a couple things, mostly foxy. It also added a little guy named "Balloon Boy," who Hudson thought looked like he broke things on purpose. There was also the Puppet, who creeped Hudson out, so he didn't know much about that character.

Weirdly, he also saw pictures of yellow versions of both Freddy and Bonnie, who were apparently used at the very first location, and could be used as costumes as well.

Then there were the rumors. And accidents.

Those freaked Hudson out.

Hudson had found several. A robot had bit into a guy's head in '87. A robot malfunctioned in a freak accident which killed a child. Children taken and never found. One of the owner's kids was found dead outside the diner. The restaurants being haunted. And the most worrying, the habit of the security guards to go missing. And the ones that didn't complained about the robots freaking moving.

Hudson was the guard at this place. This made him happy that they hadn't found a robot to put in it. Yet. He inwardly yelled at himself, 'Good job, you successfully made this place scary again.'

Clatter.

Hudson jumped. That had come from farther into Fright. He checked the cameras, and saw that the rabbit stand (which he now knew was 'Bonnie') had fallen over. He sighed in both relief and frustration. On the one hand, it wasn't an intruder (or worse), On the other, he had to go pick it up. He stood up, grabbing his crappy flashlight, and limped out of the office and down the hall.

When he reached Bonnie, he picked it up quickly, in a hurry to get back to his nice, well-lit office. Then it happened.

Hudson heard whispers coming from behind him. He whirled around and came face-to-face with the puppet. It had to lean down to be eye level. It seemed to be in much better shape than its friends.

Hudson took a few steps back, his leg screaming in pain from the sudden stress of the puppet. They told him that they didn't find any of the robots! What was going on?! It stood up a little and looked at him for longer, before it reached for him slowly. Hudson screwed his eyes shut and held his hands in front of his face to protect himself. Suddenly everything got very cold, then it returned to a normal temperature. He stood there for a while before he noticed nothing had happened.

Hudson opened his eyes and lowered his hands, it was gone. Had he imagined it?

He went back to his office and sat there until the 6 am bells rang, and he quickly left.

He didn't notice the puppet watching him the entire time.
