Margalo was in pretty dire straits until Falcon rescued and adopted her. However, due to others her size being afraid of her adopted father, she has had no friends. But then she meets Stuart Little. And things seem to be going good. However, some red-tailed hawks, angry at how Falcon is protecting young birds, whom they view as their rightful prey, scheme to lure Falcon into a trap

Stuart Little 3 AU with Margalo in it. (Just a note, this deviates from Call of the Wild, and is actually dark enough to be PG level.) Reeko the skunk, an informant of the tyrant Beast, despite losing a brother to her, encounters the canary and mouse when they go camping. He plans to lure Snowbell to Beast to pay her off. But he is having second thoughts on his loyalty to her.

Shortly after Snowbell takes out a hit on Stuart with Smokey, the mouse has a heart to heart with him, making him reconsider killing him. But, then again, Smokey is a bad cat to double cross.

"Lovely people," Mrs. Keeper says after closing the door. Many believe the Littles to be the perfect family, but what if there is no such thing? Headcanon-inspired retelling some scenes from the movie from different POVs. Stuart secretly fears becoming the only flaw in the picture, but Mom and Dad have an ugly past that begins to surface the more time the mouse spends with them.

When Stuart overhears Falcon blackmailing Margalo to get a ring or else he'll eat him, Stuart confronts him, only to be taken hostage by Falcon, who demands a 50,000 dollar ransom from the Littles in two days or else he'll kill Stuart. Now, his only hope for rescue is Margalo. However, the Littles are reluctant to trust her, now that they have at last learned the truth about her.

When the Littles don't let Margalo off like he'd hoped, but instead turn her over to the police for stealing the ring, Stuart Little is upset. He runs away from home, breaks Margalo out of jail, and the two go on the run. After wandering around for some time, the two encounter Falcon, and realize that his capture might be the only way they have left to clear Margalo's name.

What if, instead of stealing the ring for Falcon, Margalo told Stuart the truth and begged for his help?

One shot where Stuart, rather than fight Falcon, like in canon, offers to join him and Margalo, in exchange for Falcon returning the ring of the Littles. Now bound to steal for Falcon, can Stuart and Margalo escape or will they be trapped forever?

Stuart and Margalo are in love. Problem is, the odds against them have never been higher. Not only are the Falcon and his two raven minions back, but a mysterious Angora cat, with ties to the pasts of both Margalo and Stuart, will stop at nothing to bring her dark schemes to fruition, even if it tears the Little family apart. (Story also involves Harriet Ames from the book.)

This is my approach for a Stuart Little reboot, based solely more on the original novel. A mouse gets taken in by humans, faces a rough aging transition, and soon wishes to find himself out in the large world.

In the few days spent with the Stouts, Stuart resigns himself to what it appears a mouse's life is supposed to be. Living on dumpster pancakes and learning more about communist Russia than a nine year old should, he puts on a brave face, for them. But after speaking with the neighborhood kids, he begins to question if they're really his parents. Pre-Little Compromise. Complete!
