Usually after a week or so Dean would settle down and return to his usual cocky grinning self. But sometimes it didn't stop. Sometimes Sam had to make it stop. wincest

Sam is pissed and lets Dean know. This is a glimpse of what is going on in Dean's head while Sam is talking.

Yeah, right. Something's brewing in Michigan, something which may make even the Apocalypse look easy-peasy. But once the boys -and a 'friend'- go there, Sam ends up alone with only a demon for company. And it's up to Dean to save him.
