My pov
I am Isabella Gu ， actually soon I will become Isabella underwood because my mom is going to marry the governor of Pennsylvania Jim underwood so I have to change my last name and I want to change it too.
My own father is in jailed now because of taxes . I don't want him to be a dirty spot on my resume in the future if I want to become someone important in a country . Tomorrow I will be in USA so Chinese government sent many security detail to protect me .
"i suggest you to visit your dad one more time before you leave because you will not be able to come back." Grandma shakes her head ."I decide to go to USA with you too."
"You got USA passport too!" I am surprised
"No ， I got the green card . I want to come back every year in summer and go back to USA in fall. At least， I can take care of you guys ." Grandma brushes my hair to the side ."I know why you change your last name Isabella . I understand you."
I know that my grandma loves me and my mom. I understand her too.
"I will go now . Do you want to come ?" I ask
"No， your mom divorced him so it's not good for me to see him ." Grandma shakes her head ."At least， you are still his daughter ."
"Okay， I will be back very soon." I smile .
I leave the house . Security guard are standing by the car door
"Where are you going to go?" Sam asks me .
"I am going to the prison to see my dad one last time ."I fold my arms
Sam opens the door and I climb in. He climbs into driver's seat.
"Do you want me to go in with you?" He asks
"No thank you." I shake my head
I don't like to talk with man because I am lesbian . Then my phone rings. It is my mom.
"Hello mom." I am so happy to hear her voice .
"Hello Isabella . I miss you so much. Tomorrow when you and grandma arrives ， a body guard will pick you up. His name is Sabrina brown . He is actually a girl but he is also lesbian. You too." Mom is excited
My mom never care about my sexual orientation be honest. She supports me whatever I want
"Okay， I know what you mean mom." I roll my eyes ."I am going to see my dad one last time ."
"Okay， go ahead ." She sighs .
Sabrina brown's pov
I am a new Capitol police . Today is my first day of work. I don't know who I will be assigned to . I get into my workplace early . I sit at my desk.
"So new one ， what's your name ?" A boy comes near me ."You don't look like a girl."
"My name is Sabrina brown." I say."What do you want?"
"I don't want anything."he smirks at me ."You are so plain."
I am lesbian and I am a"he." I can openly announces that in public .

"You are lesbian! Oh how pity." He laughs at me
"Enough， Sabrina comes in for a minute ." A voice appears
My boss is here already?i push the door to the office and an older man is in the room.
"Hello sir ." I am a little nervous .
"Yes ， sit down ." Simon points at the seat.
I sit down and Simon is playing with his pen on his hands .
"I know it is your first day. However we have a new person that need a body guard . She is a girl . She is the new niece for Frank underwood and daughter of vice president. She works well with girl . I think that you are the best option that we have and you are very prepared already ." Simon smiles at me ."Will you go work for her ?"
"Yes I can try." I shrug .
"Tonight around 6， go to Frank underwood's house because she will temporarily lived with them before her mom and vice president marry." Simon says
I nod at him. I get up and open the door . The boy leans against the door
"You have a job now ! So nice ." The boy claps his hand for me .
He tries to punch me but I grab his wrist and pull him down. He screams .
"God ， what hell are you doing !" The boy screams
"Joshua ， let her go!" Simon shouts .
I let Joshua go . I walk away from him. I don't want to talk to him anymore . I just want to start doing my job. I walk into training room and start self training.
I am 190cm which is the tallest height here . I have to practice my speed and weight too. I try to punch the punching bag. I don't know why I have a new job the first day and she is the daughter of vice president .
My pov
I arrive at the prison. I get out of the car . The police who is working here already waiting for me . She beckons for me to follow her . I follow her into the prison and she leads me to a room. There is a window between me and the window and my dad is there .
"Dad ." I pick up the phone
"Hello Isabella ." He smiles at me
"I am going to leave tomorrow . I am going to USA ." I bite my lips
No one told him that I am not coming back to China
"Are you going to school there? Good for you." Dad nods at me
"I am not coming back and now I am Isabella underwood . I am the daughter for vice president." I shake my head ."I am sorry."
"Why? Why did you change your last name !" Dad tries to hit the glass
The glass is bullet proof so he can't even break it.
"I want to be politician and you on my resume is going to be a dirty spot." I close my eyes ."I am sorry dad ."
"I am no longer your dad ." Dad stands up."Just go."
"Dad . I am sorry!" I scream
I am over emotional now . I don't want to hurt him but actually I did . I clinch my fist. Why is he doing this to me now ?
"Go!" He points at the door
I stand up and walk out of the room. I look at him
"I wish you best of luck." I clap my hand .
Sam walks me out and help me to get in the car . I am so tired
"I am sorry miss underwood ." He shakes his head ."Your dad will understand you one day."
"I know but I don't know why he can't understand me now ." I lower my head
"He is just so frustrated . People will lose logic when that happened ." Sam shrugs ."I learned criminology in Beijing university so I know."
Sam is a patient man but sometime he is very easily to be angry.
"So tomorrow is the last day." I say. "Thank you."
"If you will come back, we will see each other again." He looks at me
"You know that I am lesbian right?" I say
Sam goes quiet. Yes he knows it. We get back home . Grandma is making dinner and everything are set.
"So how is the visit." She asks
"He is angry with me but I don't care anymore ."
Sabrina brown's pov
I arrive at Frank underwood's home very soon. Steve is there beside the car . He looks at me . He doesn't know me but I heard about him
"So you are Sabrina brown?" He asks
"Yes I am ." I nod at him
"Here we go." Steve smiles at me . "Mr underwood wants to see you."
I follow him into the house . Frank underwood is sitting in the living room with Claire underwood
"Hello Mr underwood and ms underwood ." I bowl my head .
"Hello Sabrina ." Frank underwood stands up. "You are my niece's body guard?"
"Yes I am ." I look around . "Where is miss underwood ?"
I don't see her here but I know that she is coming soon
"She will arrive tomorrow . She is from China . She will bring her grandma to our house . So I expect you to pick them up early tomorrow ." Frank underwood says .
"Yes sir I will do that."I stand straight.
"Steve will teach you because we know that you are new to Capitol police ." Claire says
Steve is far more experienced than me . He can be my teacher
"I will learn as quick as possible ." I smile at them. "I will have to go now ."
"Sure , don't forget the time." Frank underwood waves at me
I leave the house . Steve is still circling around the house
"Finished ?" Steve raises his eyebrows
"Yes I did ." I shrug.
"I have to warn you don't fall in love with that girl. She is not going to be allowed to marry you." Steve shakes his head
I don't understand why she can't? She is also human being but I don't want to argue with him
"Sure? " I say.
I sit into car and drive away. When I get back home , grandma is there .
"Hello grandma ." I say.
"Hello welcome back Sabrina . How is the first day of work?"grandma hugs me
"I am good . I will see my employer tomorrow ." I yawn. "I have to go back to bed now . I don't want to be late ."
Grandma kisses my forehead . She really loves me .
"I have talked with your mom recently." She stops me . "She wants to see you."
"Tell her that no way. I am not going to forgive her or father . I hate them both." I grit my teeth. "I don't have a parent."
