Facial hair, deeper voice, etc. But thanks to Kenny's...Lovecraftian heritage, he goes through quite a few unusual changes, including tentacles. But it's fine. He hides his face anyways, so it's not like anyone's going to find out... right?

When a new girl recently moves into South Park Colorado, she‘s invited to play with the boys and their friends. She soon found herself embarking on numerous quests, as she unintentionally finds and desires something she personally disliked with at first. So it makes me sad that they did nothing with Darth Chef in the end due to Issac Hayes dying, because it could have been great in the superhero lore. I've had that idea in my head for long and I needed to get it out, although this is a very short piece with no deepness whatsoever. Dull buzzing in my head, I was suddenly hyper aware of my heartbeat. Things slowed down as the crowd kept repeating something. LI took a step forward then another, my whole body slow. That sun was burning my arms and face but some other feeling overcame me. A horrible dread as I felt my oxygen cut off, my body slow, my blood thicken. I was at peace. (Whumptober 2023)

Since Timmy only appears at the end of Post-Covid (spoiler?) playing the role of Tiny Tim from A Christmas Carol, and he is not seen anywhere else in the whole movie, I think it is safe to say he really was Tiny Tim in this and therefore had a really bad outcome in the first/bad timeline.
