Virgil stretched out in bed. He glanced over to see his wife still asleep while intertwined with their oldest child. Must have been another night of bad dreams.

He slid from bed to grab the baby and get breakfast together.

"Morning, stink butt," he leaned into the crib, patting his back, "How did you sleep?"

Gunner raised his head and immediately got excited, reaching up.

"There's my boy," he lifted him from the crib, "What do you think about french toast for breakfast?"

"Time to wake up, Sweetheart," Virgil leaned over, kissing his wife's cheek, and laying the baby on the bed to climb on her.

She stretched the best she could with Miguel still clinging to her side, "Good morning, babe. How did you sleep?" she turned away as Gunner crawled onto her neck.

"I slept pretty good. So good I didn't even notice an addition to the bed," he teased, shaking Miguel's shoulder, "Breakfast is ready, Bubs. Come eat with me and GG."

"Mmmm'k," he muttered into Jess' shoulder, wincing as the baby pulled his hair in an attempt to lean over to him.

"Hurry up, or GG and I will just have to inhale it all," he sang, picking his little one and scurrying off.

"Come on Pumpkin," Jess rubbed his shoulder, climbing out of bed over him, "Breakfast smells good."

"I'm coming," he rubbed his eyes, following her to the kitchen.

"French toast, eggs and stuff this morning, cuz I'm feeling fancy," Virgil switched his shoulders as he put the baby in his high chair, feeding him his scrambled eggs.

Jess bit into her toast and squealed in excitement, "Mmm! Babe, is this crunch berries?"

"I switched it up a little on her," Virgil whispered to Miguel, "Gotta keep y'all guessing."

"It's really good," he mumbled, forcing himself to take a few bites of the egg.

Virgil's eyebrows furrowed, "You ok, honey?"

"Yes," Miguel prodded his toast, "I'm just still a little tired."

Jess and her husband exchanged concerned frowns, but let it go. If he was tired he could sleep again after breakfast. If not, they would give him a little space before they pushed it.

Virgil just proceeded to feed little Gunner, occasionally glancing at the giant continuing to nibble small bites.

"I'm done. Thank you for breakfast," he mumbled, having barely touched half of his plate.

"Not very hungry. Are you feeling sick?" Jess reached over, placing a hand on his forehead, "You don't feel like you have a fever. Are you just not feeling well?" she watched as he shook his head no, "Ok, why don't you go lay in your room, Ok?"

Miguel nodded, standing and putting his plate in the fridge for later before going to lay down.

As he lay in bed a tapping sounded against his door, "Hey Bubs," Virgil waved, "Daddy has to get ready for work. Do you want to talk about your bad dreams?"

"No…no thank you."

"Anything at all, don't be afraid to ask," he reminded, rubbing his hair, "Do you have a preference today?" he quickly walked to the drawer holding the inserts and diaps, "Want pinned sides? Or an insert?"

Mig played with the Llama's hat, "May I have pins? Please?"

"Ah, looking to feel extra secure today," daddy smiled, grabbing his items before making his way to the bed and getting the man nice and fresh, "Which cover would you like?"

Miguel looked between cacti and plain blue. He started to point to the plants before reconsidering and choosing the blue.

"You sure?" Virgil looked to the plain cover, "I see we're going old fashioned today," he slid the cover under him and snapped the sides in place, "All nice and clean. Doesn't that feel better?"

Mig bit his lip as his pj pants were pulled up.

"Can I have a kiss?"

He almost headbutted the man, quickly leaning forward for a smooch.

"There we go," Virgil used a clean wipe to sanitize his hands, "Mommy is in the front if you need her. I'll see you at lunch ok?" he squeezed his boy's chin before making his way out with new things to add to the laundry and to finish getting ready for work.

Mig turned on his side, hugging Invernio. He loved his dragon daddy got him. He loved Alfredo too, but Invernio felt extra special. Daddy saw fit to get him a nice toy just because he could. Because Virgil loved him.

Jess hummed, watching her home and gardens channel as she planned for a place to go on a future family vacation. They should have gone somewhere for the winter, but so much else had happened. That was ok, it was fun nonetheless. She was just super happy about the kids, making a few friends for herself and even Virgil.

She sighed, leaning back to the couch as GG played with his block toys.

"M…mami?"

Spider-woman quickly turned to face 2099. His expression was so forlorn.

"What's wrong, Boo?" She jumped up and hurried to hold him. As soon as she touched him tears streamed down his cheeks, "What happened? What's wrong with my baby?"

He sobbed into her shoulder, hugging her tight.

Jess tsked, rubbing his back and hair, "It's ok, mommy is here. I'm right here." she attempted to soothe her boy, "What's wrong? Did something happen in your dimension?

Miguel bit his lip, nodding as he soaked her shoulder in hot tears.

"Tell me what happened. If you tell me you'll feel better."
