Konoha University.

Sasuke stood before it as he observed the students.

Male and female were all over the campus. Some were chatting and laughing with one another, while some were coming out of buildings and arguing on a topic.

Sasuke looked down at his clothes. Now he knew why Jugo had persuaded him to wear this crap.

He felt disgusted.

Sure he was not used to it but he had to fit in. Learning about the human's modernized world for three days still did not feel enough. Another thing he did not like was the way girls ogled him, especially those ones with lack of decency in dressing. It made him sick.

He turned around, coming face to face with the two other people who had come with him.

Oh, right. They're here too.

Naruto smirked as he gave him a knowing look.

"Where are you off to Teme? The great Lycan Alpha is not giving up that easily, is he now?"

Sasuke glared at him.

"What?" Naruto asked innocently. "We're no more in Isekai. You don't need to use your dominance on me."

The glare deepened.

"Ok sorry, sheesh." Naruto looked away. Killjoy. "Loosen up a bit, will you? You're killing the vibe here. We have to fit in, remember?"

"I don't remember me giving you permission to call me names." He lowered his voice threateningly.

"Yes Alpha." Naruto moved away from his sight. Oh we'll so come back to this when I become an Alpha, Sasuke.

Sasuke began to walk towards one of the buildings' entrance. He had decided that he will endure the coming tortures, but if anyone tried touching him with their filthy hands, he will burn them down.

He heard the footsteps of his men behind him. "We have to look out for Dracula's son." He reminded them.

His eyes roved around the halls and corridors. There were too many people.

So many heads.

He knew they wouldn't be able to find the vampire heir that easily but the sooner, the better.

He turned to them when they were about to go their separate ways.

"We can look out for him that way." Naruto said, wiggling a paper in his hand.

Shikamaru raised a brow. "You had that printed?"

Naruto frowned, looking confused. "Yeah, why?"

He raised his phone. "Jugo had it stored in the phone drives remember?"

"Keep your senses intact." Sasuke cut them off, looking at each intently. "No distractions."

Shikamaru was too unmotivated to be distracted and Naruto was another person entirely. And they had no time.

"There shouldn't..."

He stopped talking.

His mind, his nerves, everything... stopped.

Naruto stared at his Alpha best friend, worried about the way he seemed frozen. Did the dreadful snow witch pass by?

No, it wasn't possible. The royal blood was immune to her antics. But what could've made Sasuke stunned to this extent?

Sasuke wasn't feeling himself.

His heartbeat was picking up, and andrenaline was violently streaming through his boiling blood. His heart constricted painfully when he felt tiny like veins circling round it and gifting it with a powerful clutch.

Sasuke was dazed. What...what was this?

Then he smelt it.

Her scent.

The person responsible for his torture right now, and his heightened senses knew.

It can't be.

He turned around abruptly and his eyes searched through the crowd.

The fragrance of cherry blossoms and the smell of sweet strawberries.

She was here, in the crowd.

His body acted on his own, taking a step forward.

Naruto shared a glance with Shikamaru whose laziness had disappeared the minute Sasuke's behaviour changed.

Naruto moved forward and tried to touch him. "Sasuke, what the...woah." His words died down when Sasuke turned to face him.

The Alpha's eyes were red and his canines were slightly elongated.

Oh no. Naruto's eyes widened. He took a quick look at the students around. Not here!

This was a dangerous time for the beast side to surface, especially an Alpha's. He knew that Sasuke was fighting it, he could see that, but whatever was making him this distorted?

Sasuke closed his eyes and huffed out a shaky breath, trying so, so desperately to calm himself. This was not supposed to happen. He hasn't lost his cool before.

When he felt his senses partially come back, he looked up and saw Naruto staring at him, and Shikamaru surprisingly looking serious than ever.

"I'm fine." He said arrogantly.

"What was that?" Naruto asked.

Sasuke sighed and changed the subject. "You guys go on off. We'll meet at the strangely constructed containment the earthlings eat at."

"But..." Naruto stopped talking when Sasuke ignored him and started walking away.

Shikamaru sighed, hanging his head. "Mendokusai." Then he straightened up and started walking the other way. "Let's go."

Sasuke was trying to recollect his thoughts. It was strange. He's never felt this way before, and all that was about to change because of his mate.

Oh, he knew. He wasn't ignorant.

She had been in the crowd. The only reason he'd returned to normal was because her scent had faded; meaning she was far away from there.

Sasuke groaned as he rubbed his temples. He had to think but his brain was still in DND mode.

Suddenly, he heard a shrill voice beside him.

"Oh my, if it isn't the great Sasuke Uchiha."

He frowned. A creature who knew him in the human world? Probably the person wasn't their kind.

He looked up and saw a woman beside him.

She had bright red hair, which looked electrocuted on one side, and red eyes, with red-rimmed glasses resting on the bridge of her nose.
