As the introductions conclude, Ash shifts the focus to explaining the rules of the Sevestar Region's gym challenge.
"Now, let me explain the rules of our region," Ash begins. "Even though we have 18 gyms, you only need to earn 8 gym badges to qualify for the Pokémon League. Winning the Pokémon League grants you the opportunity to challenge my Elite Four. However, if you manage to collect all 18 badges, you can bypass the League and directly face the Elite Four."
Cynthia raises a question, asking, "Could you elaborate on the battles with the Gym Leaders?"
Ash clarifies, "Each Gym Leader is tasked with using a team of six Pokémon. This team includes one Mega Evolution, one Z Move user, one Dynamax Pokémon, a Legendary or Mythical Pokémon, and a rare Pokémon that has yet to be discovered in our region."
There's some protest among the gym leaders and attendees about the high standard set for battles. Addressing their concerns, Ash reassures, "For trainers who have fewer than 8 badges, the six-Pokémon team rule won't apply. Each Gym Leader will adjust their team's strength according to the challenger's level. They're strong, but they've also issued numerous badges over the years. However, for Elite trainers like yourselves, the beginner's rule won't be enforced."
With some groans from the crowd, Ash concludes his speech, saying, "My Elite Four members and I will be overseeing your progress. I wish you all the best on your journey."
As the gym leaders gather around Ash after the event, sharing their concerns and thoughts, Ash listens attentively to each of them.
Minami expresses her admiration, saying, "You did a great job on stage, brother."
"But it's hard to remain patient knowing our mother's killers are out there," she adds with a hint of frustration.
Max echoes her sentiments, "I understand. I just hope my family doesn't try to drag me back, especially since May and her friends were involved in Ms. Ketchum's death."
Luke shares his apprehension, "I'm worried about facing my Dad when he inevitably comes to my gym."
Ash reassures them, "If any of you are facing a tough situation, don't hesitate to call me. I'll be there to support you. Remember, don't hold back in battles; give it your all and aim to defeat their teams."
With nods of agreement, the gym leaders depart in their respective limos, leaving Ash to find a quiet spot to relax. Unbeknownst to him, someone is watching from a distance and decides to approach him for a conversation.
Here is a new chapter, as you can see, Ash has introduced the gym leaders to everyone in the crowd, and he also explains the rules of each gym battle. Who is the figure at the end of the chapter? And why does she want to find Ash? Not only that, but will the gym leaders help Ash with the revenge? What if their families are the ones who come? What are they going to do about it? I hope you like this chapter.
