Day of the Finals - Naruto Uzumaki

Naruto was currently standing in the leaf. He could see people all around him going on with their normal lives. Children playing, following their parents, citizens going to various stores and vendors looking over their shops.

Many of the citizens glanced at Naruto, but not with the eyes they used to. In their eyes, Naruto was probably a Shinobi from other nation or something along the lines. Perhaps, they would recognise him if he removed the cloth that he wrapped around his eyes, or mask as Naruto liked to say.

Now, Naruto needed to wait until the battle begins, where Naruto would defeat the strongest one, which is the Kazekage. 'Kage are the strongest in the village so he definitely would be a problem' thought Naruto. He knew he wouldn't be able to take someone as strong as that at his level but he could help, even if it only helped a little bit.

And so, Naruto started to look for a place where no one would see him. Soon, he was in one of the training grounds. There, Naruto removed his mask and looked around just to check who the stronger ones in the sand are. After just opening his eyes, Naruto could see two people that were a lot strong.

First one he could see was probably in a hotel room. With just one glance, Naruto knew he was a jinchuriki. With the help of outside knowledge, Naruto knew about the 9 tailed beasts. Naruto knew that the guy he could see was seen just like him. Naruto could see the beast's chakra that's inside him slowly leaking. Naruto wanted to help him. Yet, he was going to fight him.

Second one Naruto could see was different. He wasn't in a hotel like the jinchuriki but he was underground in some sort of hidden room. But this isn't what was different, it was the chakra. The chakra of that man, probably Kazekage, may or may not be more than the jinchuriki but it was definitely stronger. 'And Sinister' thought Naruto as he put his mask on.

Now all Naruto needed to do was wait there until the invasion begins and so he did. After the matches start, Naruto could see many fights. Including his friends. He saw a guy just like Hinata defeating Kiba. Shikamaru giving up despite winning. The jinchuriki defeating someone from the 'Sound Village? I didn't know of this village. Does that mean it's also going to invade or is it just here as normal?' thought Naruto.

It wasn't long before, Gaara went to the middle and fell asleep. Soon, feathers started falling and Naruto rushed it. Soon Kazekage revealed himself to be one of the Sanins, Orochimaru. Naruto soon reached the stadium where the matches were held. He had put on his mask. There, he could see Sasuke fighting off Gaara with some kind of black marks spread on him, Sakura saving people from rubble and his teacher fighting Jonins from the Sand Village while helping Sasuke.

Sasuke was getting tired and beaten up by the beast, it was a huge problem. It was a split second decision, help Sasuke or Hokage. Naruto chose both.

"SHADOW CLONE JUTSU" shouted Naruto just as Kakashi and Sasuke looked at him.

"Naruto!?" shouted both Kakashi and Sasuke in unison, both wide eyed as they realised it was their old teammate.

Soon, the clone Naruto went towards the beast and the real one went towards the Hokage. Just after that, a barrier big barrier was made, stopping anyone from entering the fight.

Battle Arena – Clone of Naruto Uzumaki

Naruto leapt just beside Sasuke. Looking straight at the jinchuriki half stuck in the sand above the beast.

"Naruto! Where were you?" shouted Kakashi as he looked at him.

'How'd they recognise me?!' thought Naruto. "Look, I am not the beast and-" said Naruto just before he was cut by Sasuke, "We know that idiot!"

"Really?" said Naruto, he thought he would be seen just like the beast in front of him but he was wrong.

"Yes but let's not waste time right now, we can chat about this later." Said Kakashi as he looked at the Beast. "We just need to wake Gaara up and the beast would be resealed."

'Gaara…' thought Naruto as he nodded to Kakashi. Before Naruto or Kakashi could say something, Naruto shouted "Throw me" at Kakashi. Seeing the determined face since Naruto was wearing some kind of cloth around his eyes, Kakashi nodded and did so.

Before Sasuke could think of anything to help, Naruto was in air. Naruto landed on the sand halfway but in a high speed, he jumped again, only to jump just above Gaara and punch him awake.

Soon the sand beast was gone, all sucked in by Gaara, the jinchuriki. Laying on the ground, Gaara looked around himself, blood dripping out of his head.

"I know how it feels. I'm just like you, burdened by something that I can't control. I understand your pain. I know how they look at us but don't make the same mistake as me. I thought my friends wouldn't believe me but I was wrong. You also have friends, just look around you." Said Naruto as two sand Sand Shinobis, about his age, came and picked Gaara up and took him away, nodding at Naruto.

"Naruto! Where were you?!" shouted Sakura, coming down towards other members of team 7.

"Uhh, you could say I was gone on a training trip." Said Naruto, grinning as he used to.

"Don't give me that just like you weren't gone for 2 months and we weren't looking for you!" shouted Sakura as he went ahead to punch Naruto straight in the face.

As the punch connected with Naruto's face, Naruto stood there without moving. "I'm sorry… I'm sorry everyone for thinking that you would betray me… I'm sorry for leaving you all… I'm sorr-"

"It's okay." Said Sasuke looking straight into Naruto's mask.

"Yea it's fine. We were told what happened." Said Sakura, looking sad.

"I say the same. But promise you'll never do something this reckless again." Said Kakashi with a eye smile.

"I promise!" shouted Naruto as he smiled very happily.

"By the way Naruto, why are you wearing this cloth?" asked Sakura, still happy but curious.

"Oh this? You see I grew strong and-" said Naruto just before disappearing in a smoke.

"He was a clone…" said Kakashi

"Say Kakashi sensei, does wearing a mask make us stronger?" asked Sakura in genuine curiosity.

"What? No. Such thing is absurd." said Kakashi.

'I need to try that…' thought Sasuke as he looked around himself, only to say "It isn't the time, we're getting invaded, we need to fight."

"Yeah let's go" said Kakashi as he ran off somewhere in speed, probably to fight more sand Shinobis.

Meanwhile – Real Naruto Uzumaki

Naruto was running towards the Hokage. Just as he saw a red barrier be put around the area. Soon, he jumped and landed right beside him.

"Naruto!?"

"The Nine Tailed Brat!"

Shouted both the Hokage and the Sanin in unison, the latter one's voice sounding like a snake, which he looked like as well.

'How'd they recognise me!?' thought Naruto. "Gramps! Hear me out! I am not being controlled-" said Naruto only to be cut off by the Hokage.

"I know that Naruto. What do you think I am the Hokage for? Now get out of here, this isn't a place for you to fight." Said the Hokage.

"I would recommend the same, you wouldn't want to die now would you, brat?" said Orochimaru.

"No, I'm here to help you old man." Said Naruto as he jumped towards Orochimaru in high speed, only to be caught with one hand of his.

"You may be powerful but you're nowhere as strong as me brat." Said Orochimaru as he threw Naruto towards the Hokage. Hokage went ahead to catch Naruto but before he could do so, Naruto landed on his feet.

"Well, you certainly are strong." Said Naruto as he removed his mask, revealing his eyes, the six eyes.

'Those eyes… those are so beautiful yet so terrifying… they look like they reflect the pure sky… what's up with those?' thought Hiruzen.

'Those eyes… those are so terrifying yet so beautiful… they look like they reflect the deadly sky... what's up with those?' thought Orochimaru. "Well, I have perfect opponents for you." Said Orochimaru as he shouted "Summonin: Impure World Reincarnation!"

Soon, two coffins came out of the ground, another one came out but it went back into the ground. 'Interesting' thought Orochimaru as both the first and second Hokage came out of the coffins and started fighting the third Hokage.

Now, Naruto was left alone to face Orochimaru. Hiruzen wanted to help but he couldn't. And so, the fight began.

"Shall we begin?" asked Orochimaru, but Naruto's kick was already about to hit his face as he finished his question, only to be stopped.

"You're quite fast, for your age that is." said Orochimaru as he stopped Naruto with one hand and flung him, in air, Naruto created two clones to propel him forwards and he enhanced his fist by chakra.

"You aren't going to survive this." Said Naruto as he came flying straight towards Orochimaru, the real one. With his six eyes, Naruto easily saw the mud clone that Orochimaru replaced himself with while Naruto was flung. Orochimaru was hit straight in his stomach but it didn't do much. Orochimaru was just flung backwards a little.

"You survived this punch? Now we're talking." Said Naruto.

"As I thought, those eyes of yours, those are special aren't they. As far as I know, neither Namikaze nor Uzumaki had special eyes. Interesting…" said Orochimaru.

Soon the fighting started heating up. It was clear who had the upper hand. Naruto was dodging Orochimaru's attacks by hair lengths, and his attacks were getting countered. Many of them were indeed getting hit but they just didn't have the power to damage a Sanin.

"I see now… Your eyes can see everything but do nothing, after all, you need muscles to move not eyes." Said Orochimaru.

"Pretty much." Said Naruto as he continued with his attacks. 'I definitely can't win but I need to do it fast, gramps there isn't so well either.' Thought Naruto as he triple kicked Orochimaru.

One more interesting thing Naruto noted with his eyes was the techniques of the first Hokage. They were indeed wonderful. But right now, Naruto couldn't do much. His current opponent was Orochimaru.

Both Naruto's and Hiruzen's battles weren't going anywhere. Both were getting pushed back. Hiruzen was standing up a little more than Naruto against his battle with the first and the second Hokages but that was because the Summoning: Impure Word Reincarnation Jutsu wasn't casted perfectly.

To a normal viewer, it would like Orochimaru had infinite chakra. With the six eyes, Naruto could see the exact level of chakra that Orochimaru had and he could see it dropping. But, it was like emptying the ocean with a bucket as Orochimaru just had too much of chakra.

The fight was still ongoing but Naruto's chakra wasn't enough. If it wasn't for him to be an Uzumaki, he probably would've died by now just by chakra exhaustion. But even with Uzumaki DNA, Naruto was now starting to get tired.

Soon, he started feeling weaker and weaker, his movements getting sloppier.

"Looks like you're almost at your limit." Said Orochimaru.

'He's correct.' Thought Naruto. He was really at his limit. 'All now I have left now is just one chance… put almost all of my chakra into one single punch in hopes to mobilize him and hope it breaks his jutsu that he used to bring back first and second Hokage to life…' thought Naruto. Soon he created 5 more clones and using help of everyone, came just besides Orochimaru. Naruto, as fast as he could and as hard as he could, punched Orochimaru straight in the stomach, trying to add chakra just before impact.

But he was late.

He pushed chakra into his punch after his punch landed.

He was late.

By One-millionth of a second.

First of all, I would like to apologise for late chapter. It's due to a certain someone (disease [rhinovirus {common cold} to be exact]). It won't happen again, atleast I hope so.

Now this is the real black flash that Naruto did, not some chakra punches.

Illuminated: I think you're getting something wrong. The ability that Naruto was practising at that time was Infinity, which is like a barrier around Naruto. It stops everything. It doesn't stop but more like creates infinite distance between him and that object. Naruto was using paper balls to practice as he didn't want to hurt himself using rocks, which albeit wouldn't cause much damage, it wouldn't be painless.

Samuel Santillan: I do know about that but don't worry, as far as I know (which I am pretty sure of), CRA (Clan Restoration Act) is just a fanon. It isn't canon. I won't include that in here. You need not worry, my story won't be a harem.

dylangaray06: Yea I know about those abilities, thanks for mentioning. About partner, the main focus of this story isn't romance. In case I think of partner (It will most likely be Hinata which is also canon), it won't be Harem, i.e. only one girl.
