Many thanks to those who read and reviewed this fic. I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here the story picks up where the last chapter left, in which after Midoriya and Camie were interrogated by the Naruhata Vigilante group…we'll be re-focusing on what's transpiring at UA Academy…specifically what happened to Class 1-B…

Ch. 31: Daraku shita seito-tachi
The scene shifts at the road where the ambulance is cruising as the paramedics are secretly transporting the badly-injured Shiozaki to the nearest hospital as her burn injuries on her head is getting worse as infection is taking hold, while her body injuries are piling up, and the medics attending to her are beginning to wonder what is going on at the Hero Public Safety Commission, as to why are they sending pro heroes to hurt the UA students despite the fact that Shiozaki and Kuroiro did not resist yet the pro heroes who showed up assaulted them.
One of the medics expressed worry over the fact that they had to leave Kuroiro behind yet the other medic said that it can't be helped as they had to transport the injured Shiozaki away as she needs medical attention immediately and that Kuroiro stayed behind to distract TheBee and his sidekicks, and thus there is no other way to rectify the current situation at this time.
"Still…leaving that boy behind…I…"
"Can't be helped…"
"I agree. This young lady needs medical attention…and pronto."
"He chose this, so…"
"I can't believe that the Hero Public Safety Commission would stoop this low…"
"Yeah…attacking kids and severely injuring them…"
"What the heck is going on here…?"
"Beats me…"
Suddenly, a limousine appeared and stopped in front, causing the ambulance to make a screeching halt, and there the medics asked what happened and the driver told them why, as one of the medics came out and saw the limousine and there someone came out, which the entrant is shown to be wearing a bulky armor and sporting a yaiba-like sword, and told the medics that he is a pro hero sent by the Hero Public Safety Commission to apprehend a wanted person, pointing his finger at the ambulance.
There the entrant introduced himself as the Blade-wielding Scorpion Hero: Sasword, and there he told the medics that if they get in the way he would consider them accomplices and would be dealt accordingly, which the medics protested as they said that Shiozaki is no longer a threat and told him of her situation, yet Sasword said that it is irrelevant as he is only here to follow orders from the Hero Public Safety Commission.
"Sorry. Regardless of her condition…I must apprehend her. Those are my orders."
"What?"
"You're crazy!"
"Didn't you hear us? She's in critical condition and needs to be taken to a hospital!"
"Silence! Hand over the girl, or else. The Hero Public Safety Commission gave me permission to take down anyone who obstructs a pro hero!"
"Damn you!"
"You call yourself a hero?"
"You're not a hero at all!"
As the medics reiterated that they are not budging and insisted that Shiozaki be taken to the nearest hospital, Sasword scoffed before doing a sword-slash motion, where the medics that stood there were suddenly sliced in half, their bodies fell to the ground bathed in a pool of blood while only two medics are left, and are horrified at what Sasword just did, and yet they mustered the courage to criticize the Scorpion Hero for his actions and deemed him a FAKE HERO for attacking unarmed people who are doing their jobs as medics yet Sasword said that it is irrelevant as he is following orders from the Hero Public Safety Commission.
"I shall say it again…hand her over."
"No way!"
"We won't!"
"Do you realize what you are…"
"Screw it!"
"You're not a hero at all!"
"Then by the power invested in me by the Hero Public Safety Commission…I shall take you all down…"
"!"
"!"
At this point a man appeared and confronted Sasword, in which the man appeared to be a pro hero which his appearance consist of sporting a long light blond hair that reaches to his feet, with long bangs that cover the left side of his face. Two long wing-like appendages emerge from his arms. His hero costume consists of a short-sleeved shirt and white shorts, two large armbands on his biceps, and a thin red headband, as well as dark colored boots.
He is identified as The Fly, and there he questions Sasword on why he attacked and killed the ambulance medics as they are unarmed and we're explaining their reasons for their refusal to cooperate, yet Sasword said that The Fly doesn't need to hear anything as he stated that the Hero Public Safety Commission gave him permission to use any means necessary to carry out the orders.
The remaining two medics then told the Fly the situation and the latter was shocked and after looking inside the ambulance and saw Shiozaki's injuries he told Sasword to stop the foolishness and said that Shiozaki should be brought to the hospital and from there the police can handle the security as he said that Shiozaki poses no threat due to the injuries she received.
But Sasword said that regardless of the circumstances Shiozaki must either be apprehended or taken down as the Hero Public Safety Commission deemed her and Class 1-B as ARMED AND DANGEROUS and thus necessitating the need to take her down, and the Fly sees that either Sasword is overzealous or is abusing his privilege of being a pro hero and there he told the two remaining paramedics to get going and take Shiozaki to the hospital.
"You two…take the girl and leave."
"Eh…?"
"What…?"
"Take her to the nearest hospital…I will deal with this fool…"
"All by yourself…?"
"But that guy…"
"I will deal with him…but take the girl to the hospital. She would not make it if she remains here…"
"!"
"!"
The two medics realized that the Fly is right and they immediately boarded the ambulance and there they noticed that the infection on the burnt head of Shiozaki has worsened and there they told the driver that they need to get going, which the driver nodded as he sees that the Fly is starting to hold off Sasword and there the ambulance began to move out, but then another ambulance passed by until it stopped as it suffered a flat tire.
As the driver asked the other ambulance driver what is wrong, the other driver revealed that he is transporting another injured UA student, and the scene shifts inside where the said injured student is revealed to be Kuroiro, and there the occupants of the downed ambulance were told to hop in as the driver said that they would transport Kuroiro and Shiozaki to the nearest hospital.
"Hop in!"
"And bring the patient in!"
"We'll take them to the nearest hospital!"
"And we need to move or more wannabe pro heroes would show up and hurt these kids…!"
"Okay!"
"Okay!"
"Okay!"
"Okay!"
After that the ambulance drives away and there Sasword is dismayed by this and tells the Fly that he will pay the price as he revealed that the Hero Public Safety Commission gave him permission to take down any pro heroes who dare interfere, hence he Is guaranteed that he won't be penalized since he is FAITHFULLY following orders.
At this point Vlad King arrived, and accompanying him is another pro hero, Eel Boy, and there they saw what is happening, which the Fly told the two what is going on, and there Eel Boy tells Vlad King to go ahead as he and the Fly will deal with Sasword, which Vlad King nodded, as he is feeling the pressure as he knew that Shiozaki and Kuroiro are the only Class 1-B students who are still alive and now he has to ensure that they are protected from harm.
As Vlad moves out, which he boarded a car and drives away, he is determined to protect his remaining students as he now believes that something is definitely going on at the Hero Public Safety Commission, but as the vehicle is gaining speed, he heard a rather loud explosion, which Vlad stared wide-eyed as he has a bad feeling, and after 15 seconds he saw that the ambulance was laying on its side near a cliff, which was burning.
And nearby is another pro hero encased in an armor which is a mix of colors white and cyan, and his helmet resembled that of a dragonfly's head, and he is wielding a blaster gun that resembled the body of a dragonfly, whose nozzle is steaming, indicating that he shot something and Vlad realized that the pro hero just shot the ambulance and saw the medics sprawled on the ground, indicating that they were thrown out due to the impact of the attack.
The pro hero in question is identified as the Gunslinger Dragonfly Hero: Drake, and there Vlad got out of the vehicle and confronted Drake and demanded why he attacked an ambulance, which the latter said that his Intel told him about it and that the Hero Public Safety Commission strictly ordered him to stop the renegade first year UA students using any means necessary, much to Vlad King's fury.
"Sorry, but I'm given VERY STRICT ORDERS to stop the renegade UA students regardless of their conditions…therefore I am permitted to use any means necessary. Those are my orders."
"What?"
"You heard me. That's the will of the Hero Public Safety Commission."
"You bastard! Those two are minors and are critically injured! And yet you attacked an ambulance filled with paramedics? You're nothing but a fraud!"
"Silence! You committed a crime by harboring wanted fugitives! And now the Hero Public Safety Commission gave me permission to take down anyone who obstructs a pro hero!"
"Damn you! You call yourself a hero?"
"I am one. Make no mistake."
"You're not a hero at all!"
Without warning, the ambulance exploded before tilting as it fell off the cliff, and there Vlad noticed that only the medics are sprawled on the ground and he realized that Shiozaki and Kuroiro are inside the burning ambulance that fell off the cliff, and as he attempted to go after it and see if there's a possibility that Shiozaki and Kuroiro survive or can be saved, Drake uses his weapon to subdue Vlad King until the UA teacher is taken down and out before fitting him with a Quirk-blocking device.
There he radioed the Hero Public Safety Commission and told Rokuweru of the situation and the latter congratulated Drake and gave him instructions of what to do next, which Drake nodded in acknowledgement as he is pleased with being told that he would receive a bonus for A JOB WELL-DONE.
"Good job, Drake. A job well done."
"Thank you, sir."
"Now here is what you'll do…"
"I see…yes, I understand…"
"Then you know what to do…"
"Yes."
"Good. You may commence…"
"Thank you, sir…"

Several hours later, the scene shifts at the hideout of the Naruhata Vigilante group, where the time now is 18:30, and there the scene shows that Soga Kugisaki, Rapt Tokage, and Moyuru Tochi are preparing dinner which they told the recovering Midoriya and Camie to relax as they need to recover their strength and stamina as they are going to figure out a way to flush out the mastermind behind all this which the two teens nodded in acknowledgement.
"Okay, kids…dinner will be ready in a while…"
"And once the food is ready…dig in. You'll be needing the energy to replenish your strength and stamina after what you two went through…"
"Okay."
"Okay."
"And by tomorrow we'll be planning out our next course of action."
"And how to clear your names."
"Okay."
"Okay."
Suddenly Haneyama came and is sporting a worried look as she glanced at Midoriya and asked him if he has friends at UA Academy besides his classmates, which Midoriya nodded and asked why, and there Haneyama grimly tells him that she just watched the news announcing the deaths of ALL MEMBERS of Class 1-B, which Midoriya stood up and is horrified at what he was told, and he couldn't believe what he is hearing from Haneyama.
"Wha…what was…that…?"
"…"
"My schoolmates from…Class 1-B…dead…?"
"Yes…"
"All…of…them…?"
"Yes. That's what the news said…"
"…"
"I'm sorry."
Camie saw the distressed look of Midoriya and she asked Haneyama for confirmation, which the latter reluctantly nodded and there she led the two teens toward the living room area, where the TV is there and the latest news is being broadcasted, where the reporter is standing there announcing the deaths of Class 1-B, and showed the pictures of the students killed after they were REPORTED TO RESIST ARREST and were killed after HIJACKING A POLICE VAN AND AN AMBULANCE and reportedly attempting to escape Musutafu.
There the next footage showed the wreckage of the police SUV and the ambulance and the names of the Class 1-B members reportedly killed, which are:

Midoriya stared wide-eyed in shock, horror and disbelief as he couldn't believe that ALL OF Class 1-B are killed at the hands of the pro heroes sent by the Hero Public Safety Commission, and now he is starting to waiver as he began to realize that many are being dragged in because of him and there he solemnly told everyone that he may have to turn himself in to prevent more loss of innocent lives, but Camie advised him against it as she reiterated that he is not at fault to begin with.
"No, Midoriya! Don't…!"
"But…"
"Calm down…!"
"My schoolmates…all dead! All because of me!"
"You're not at fault! Believe me!"
"I…I…"
"Relax! Don't give in!"
"…"
Likewise, Kugisaki, Rapt, and Tochi approached Midoriya and told him to calm down, stating that this is what the mastermind is aiming for, making Midoriya guilt-ridden and make him act rashly, and there they urged him to calm down and not give in, saying that TWO IMPORTANT ALLIES are coming tomorrow and from there they would plan out their next course of action and expose the corruption of the Hero Public Safety Commission.
"Relax, kid!"
"Don't break down!"
"We'll expose the corruption and clear your name."
"…"
"So don't chicken out!"
"We're expecting a few VIPs coming tomorrow…"
"So pull yourself together, okay…?"
"…"

Hope you liked this chapter, as Midoriya is bordering in giving up after watching the news about Kuroiro and Shiozaki being reportedly killed by pro heroes…and what's more the rest of Class 1-B are also being reported to be killed out of the blue by more pro heroes, and it seems that the hidden mastermind behind this has achieve its goal in undermining UA Academy…yet the Naruhata Vigilante group tried to calm Midoriya down and not give in…
