Hey guys and gals, DigitallyAdmiringHumanity, Naruto on this Earth will work for the D.E.O.
When Naruto turns off his Rinne Sharingan, the third eye closes, leaving what people will assume is either a birth defect or a scar.
Now let me explain the "Sync Effect" first because, for Naruto and Sakura, it's unique.
If you havent read my Shinobi of the Multiverse, Naruto botched a portal that both him and Sakura entered, opening it 'unknowingly' to multiple universes/dimensions/multiverses simultaneously and unintentionally created a hivemind between them all but they do not all open at the same time, each fic opens in a different 'Time' so depending on which one I publish/update first is the order of syncing, they also do not experience time at the same rate, some will not 'flow' the same for all of them, but they will all sync up with Naruto and Sakura Prime about once a month, this set of Naruto and Sakura being the new hiveminds prime, he and Sakura's knowledge of their powers/abilities, as well as abilities, as well as all knowledge gained going forward are shared between them. So, if one of them gets a new power, through whatever means, all the others will receive it via a surge of energy modifying their D.N.A. when they 'Sync' up, the same goes for the training of their powers/abilities. Also, due to Sakura's life force being bound to Naruto's which is now infinite, she and their children will have the same healing factor, which is just about the same level as Wolverines.
It's like Venom's hivemind, except they only share powers/abilities and knowledge that each set has obtains related to their abilities/powers too, and anything else going forward.
I have also changed how Magnet Release/Magnet Style works and how it is obtained.
I also apologize if anyone seems OOC; I am not that good at portraying different characters, and I am doing my best.
Additionally, when there are multiple lines of dialogue from one person, I will not say said every time, only the first time.

A portal opened, getting the attention of everyone in the room; everyone quickly cleared the area. Everyone had weapons of all sorts trained on the portal, just waiting to shoot at whatever came through the portal. After about 5 minutes of waiting, Naruto and Sakura stepped out of the portal as it closed behind them, only to see they had all sorts of weapons aimed at them.
"Well, isn't this just a lovely greeting party." Sakura said, breaking the silence before Naruto and Sakura were hit with a rush of energy and memories 'Well then.'
"Who are you, and what are you doing here?" Hank Henshaw asked
"Drop the weapons, and we can talk." Naruto responded back, turning his Rinne Sharingan off as the 3rd eye closed "We mean no harm."
"How can we be so sure of that?" Hank asked "For all we know, you could be 2 of an entire invasion."
"I can promise you we mean no harm. We are just multiversal travelers looking for a fresh new start." Naruto responded, only for them to keep their weapons raised, causing Naruto to sigh "Either you put the guns down, or I disarm you all myself. Do you want to do this the easy way or the hard way?"
Hank just sighed "Lower your weapons." And everyone lowered their weapons "Why are you here?"
"As I said, we are multiversal travelers looking for a fresh start." Naruto answered
Hank paused for a second "I think we can help you with that, but there will be conditions you must meet."
"I think we can live with that." Naruto responded with a smile
Naruto and Sakura got all the necessary documents to be considered citizens of the U.S. with help from the D.E.O.. Part of the conditions for giving them this was that to live peacefully, one had to work for the D.E.O., Naruto agreed to work for the D.E.O. in exchange. At the same time, Sakura became a doctor/nurse at Nation City General Hospital.
(10 years later – 2015 - D.E.O.)
Naruto was wearing his D.E.O. uniform and a necklace he made with 6 magatamas; inside the necklace was something that Naruto had created for himself whenever he had to do operations outside of the D.E.O. headquarters. It was made of Chakra Metal laced reinforced tri-polymer nanobots, so he could move at high speeds without getting injured. Along with the suit, he created his own A.I. that he named M.I.N.A.T.O., using his knowledge from his Computer Science doctorate from his other self in this multiverse and what seemed to be Technopathy and Technokinesis.
Within the first five years that they had been on this Earth, thanks to help from the D.E.O., they were able to start up a family. Just like their other selves, Sakura and Naruto had twins in the last of those five years: one girl with hair like her mother and eyes like her father, whom they named Yuri, and one boy with hair like his father and eyes like his mother, whom they named Menma, both with 2 whisker-like scars on their cheeks. Something that he had also discovered was that, like his other self on whatever Earth he landed in, he also had access to the Speed Force, but because he was sharing the connection with his other selves, it seemed that his top speed was only 50% of what it could be.
Hank had just walked in with Supergirl and Alex.
"Your ship. We keep it here to remind us of the day you crashed on Earth. You are the reason for all this." Hank said confusing Supergirl
"Me? But…My…But my cousin was here two dozen years before me." Supergirl responded
"And it was his arrival that triggered the need for this organization. We realized we weren't alone in this universe and might soon be getting more immigants. 10 years ago, we discovered that we aren't even the only universe out there." Hank stated
"I take offense to that." Naruto said, walking up to Hank and Supergirl 'Let's see if I can toggle my copy/replication power.' Before he extended his hand "Agent Uzumaki, it's an honor." Supergirl shook his hand 'Now I'll just have to expose myself to sunlight to test if I toggled it. If I did great, if I didn't, it will require more testing.'
"And sure enough, you came along. And with you, Fort Rozz." Hank added before they both turned to look at one another
"Fort Rozz?" Supergirl asked not knowing what that was
"Krypton's maximum-security prison. Banished to the Phantom Zone, same place your ship got stuck. But just like yours, it didn't stay there. From what Agent Uzumaki gathered, something hijacked your pod and had it resume its course to Earth, bringing Fort Rozz with you. When it crashed, the alien convicts. The worst criminals in the galaxy all escaped. You brought them here. These beings, some of them have powers from your darkest nightmares." Hank explained before moving to the main area "For over a decade, they've stayed hidden. But in the last year, many have been emerging, making themselves known."
"They're planning something. We just aren't sure what it is yet." Alex said
"Your plane. That wasn't some accident. They were trying to kill you. I can help you stop them." Supergirl said
"How? You couldn't even stop us from capturing you." Hank responded "Plus, I already have someone I have in mind for the task."
"I'm still learning. And who is this someone that you have in mind?" Supergirl asked
"That would be Agent Uzumaki. Considering that he has your power set now, all he has to do is go for a sun dip to fill his cells up." Hank answered causing Supergirl to look at Naruto
"I didn't know you were Kryptonian." Supergirl said
"Oh, I'm not, well, not exactly. When I shook hands with you, my cells/D.N.A. might have modified themselves, adding properties of your cells/D.N.A. that would give you your Kryptonian powers." Naruto answered, causing Supergirl to look at him in shock "That's if said power is toggleable, and my cells didn't modify themselves. I still have to go for a sun dip, as Hank said, to see if I did toggle it or I didn't."
"Our job is keeping people in the dark about alien life on Earth, and nothing says covert operation like a flying woman in a red skirt." Hank added "Uzumaki has been our go-to for covert operations."
"What makes him so special?" Supergirl asked
"That's classified." Hank answered
"Sweety, if only you knew." Naruto added
"They know about my cousin; they don't fear him." Supergirl said defensively
"Plenty of people do, admitting it's just not popular. You wanna help? Go back to getting someone's coffee." Hank said before walking off as Naruto took off headed for the space
The second he exited Earth's atmosphere and became exposed to the sun, he could feel his cells taking in its radiation. It was exhilarating; the more he took in, the stronger his new Kryptonian powers became.
'I guess I didn't toggle it, if it's even toggleable. Guess I'll need more Guinee pigs. I'll have to train with this new powerset when I return to Earth.' Naruto thought before he shot off to get closer to the sun and charge his cells up quicker.
(The following day – Unknown location)
Naruto's cells were fully charged as soon as he entered the sun, so he returned to Earth and requested time off to hone his new abilities. Being granted the time off, he went to a secluded part of Earth to wait for daytime so that he could replenish what solar energy he used. He had been at it for about 6-7 hours when something high-pitched caused him to abruptly stop what he was doing to try to block it out.
"I'm communicating at 50,000 hertz. If you can hear this...you were not born on this Earth." Naruto heard a manly voice say "Painful, isn't it? The humans of National City will suffer ten times this pain if you don't face me. Meet me at the National City Power Plant. How many innocent people are going to die until you prove that you are not a coward…Daughter of Alura?"
'He must be referring to Supergirl. Guess I'll have to resume this at another time.' Naruto thought before he took off towards National City
(15 Minutes later – National City Power Plant)
Naruto had just arrived as who he assumed to be the person behind the voice he heard slam Supergirl into a metal pipe and was now holding her by the throat.
"Now you know what it's like to bleed. Soon, your whole city will bleed." The man said before he started choking Supergirl
Naruto was on the man, immediately slapping a paralysis seal on him, causing him to freeze before he threw him back and activated his Rinne Sharingan and immediately sucked the man into one of his many Kamui dimensions for imprisonment and deposit later.
"You okay, sweety?" Naruto asked, extending his hand towards Supergirl. Supergirl grabbed his hand and allowed him to pull her up
"I'm okay now." Supergirl responded "How the hell did you even know I was here?"
"I was out in the desert honing my Kryptonian powers when something high-pitched caused me to stop what I was doing and listen in. I heard someone challenged you to meet you here, so I came as backup." Naruto answered before they heard a helicopter. They saw a helicopter fly over them and someone descend from a rope. "Little late Danvers."
"Sorry, we can only fly so fast." Alex responded "Where's the hostile?"
"Safely stored away somewhere he can't escape. I'll dump him into a holding cell when we return to base." Naruto answered
(D.E.O.)
Naruto had deposited the man into a holding cell that they were pretty sure could contain him, confiscated his weapon, and deactivated the paralysis seal on him. Alex and Hank were in one of the med bays with Supergirl, treating the wound she sustained from the man's weapon when Naruto walked in.
"How you doing kid?" Naruto asked. "It seemed like he really had you there."
"I'm better now, thank you for the save." Supergirl said, "I've never felt pain like that before. Uh, I've never felt pain."
"You're not indestructible, Kara." Alex said
"Nice move, nearly letting that alien cut you in half." Hank commented before walking out as Kara looked at Alex
"Did you know about my mom? That she was the one who locked up all those aliens?" the now-named Kara asked in a shakey tone
"That's why I didn't want you going out there. Showing yourself, showing this." Alex answered, motioning to the S on her chest "The Fort Rozz escapees would give anything to get revenge on your mother, and the only way that they can do that now is hurting you. I'm trying to protect you."
"You were right. The world doesn't need me." Kara said
"That's not true. You need some training." Naruto said "I can train you if you want."
"I'll have to think about it." Kara said before she walked away
"Well, I'm going back out to continue honing my Kryptonian powerset and put a seal on me to store excess solar energy." Naruto said before he took off
(Later that day– Kara's apartment – Nighttime)
Kara had come back to her apartment to think things over. She was sitting on her couch fiddling with her necklace when Alex knocked on her door.
"Kara, it's me. Can we talk?" Alex asked through the door before Kara used her BXray Vision to check "I know you can see me." Kara simply looked away "I know what you're thinking. That this is all your fault. But it's not. Before you came to live with us, I was the star. And then, I mean, how could I compete with you? With someone who could touch the stars?" before she took a second to breathe
"I was happy when you decided not to use your powers. You know, you feeling like less somehow made me feel like more. Now the world needs you to fly, Kara." Kara continued before the door opened, revealing Kara
"I can't, Alex. I can't do it." Kara said "Plus, you don't need me when you have Agent Uzumaki now with my powers."
"Yeah, you can. Your family believes in you. So, what if there is another agent with your powers. It never hurts to have more hands on deck." Alex countered
"I know you do." Kara replied
"Oh, I don't mean me." Alex said before he picked something up revealing it to Kara
"That's Kryptonese writing." Kara said taking it into her hands
"Yeah. Hank and his old team recovered it from the pod that brought you to Earth.." Alex said before they both walked into Kara's apartment.
(The following day – D.E.O.)
Alex and Kara showed up the next day looking for Naruto as Kara was ready to take up his offer to train her. They found him in the training barracks. As soon as they entered, Naruto stopped what he was doing and turned towards them.
"I'm going to assume you are here to take me up on my offer to train you." Naruto stated, only getting a nod from Kara before Naruto turned to Alex "Does that go for you as well?"
"No, I think my fighting is at a level that I'm comfortable with." Alex answered
"Alright then, Kara, let's go to one of the rooms with Kryptonite lamps so we can fight on the same level." Naruto said before he started walking away with Alex and Kara not far behind
(One week later – Evening – Uzumaki House)
Kara had been using any time she managed to scrap together to train with Naruto, and she was making great progress. Although she had concluded that she would never really be fast or good enough to beat Naruto because of the fact he had such a diverse power set, aiding him in being just a little bit faster than her and, by extension, her cousin. At the moment, Naruto was at home with his wife and 2 kids when his phone rang, getting his attention. Naruto picked up the phone and saw that it was his boss, Hank calling.
Naruto answered the call and put his phone up to his ear U"What's up Hank?"
"Agent Danvers was kidnapped by the Hellgrammite we were trying to bait out. You are the fastest and best operative regarding search and rescue. Supergirl is currently flying around the city trying to find her." Hank said causing Naruto to just sigh
"And you guys didn't think to call on me?" Naruto asked
"Typically, you don't like operating at night. You have said before that you like to use that time to spend with your family." Hanks answered "So, will you help us find Agent Danvers?"
"Yeah, I'll help. I'll start canvasing the city on foot and see if I can't beat Kara to it." Naruto answered before he ended the call and turned to his wife "Sorry to cut family time short Sakura-chan. Alex got kidnapped by an alien that they were trying to bait out."
"Do what you need to do, Naruto-kun. We will be waiting here for you." Sakura responded, kissing her husband before Naruto's suit flowed onto him and he took off
(10 Minutes later)
Naruto came upon an abandoned warehouse, quickly entered it, and began searching for Alex. Within a few seconds, Naruto came upon Alex with a splinter-like spike in her leg, with a woman standing over her. Naruto could quickly tell just by the amount of chakra that she had that she was not human.
"You can't keep yourself out of trouble, can you Danvers." Naruto quipped, getting Alex and the woman's attention "Who's this?"
"Astra. Claims to be Kara's aunt." Alex responded "You think that I was looking for trouble?" the next second Naruto was by Alex, shocking Astra
"To be able to move at such speeds is beyond any human's capacity." Astra stated
"Alex, are we going to want to capture her alive for interrogation?" Naruto asked, getting Astra's attention
"I don't see why we can't." Alex answered, which was all that Naruto needed as Kara walked in. The next second, Naruto slapped Astra's arm, applying a paralysis seal onto her skin.
"Alex?" Kara called out as she walked into the room before her eyes landed on Astra "Mom?"
The next second, Naruto's third eye opened, and a second later, Astra had been sucked up by a spiraling void shocking Kara. After that, the Hellgrammite launched one of his spikes at Alex, hoping to get her while Naruto was off guard. Naruto easily caught the spike meant for Alex and flung it back at the Hellgrammite, hitting it in the chest and killing it.
"Well, now that they are taken care of, why don't we get you back to the D.E.O.?" Naruto said before he picked Alex up in his arms like a groom would his bride "Kara, do you want a ride back to the D.E.O.? It'll be faster than having to fly back."
"You are telling me you can run faster than I can fly?" Kara asked "While yes, you have had my powers for a little over a week, I don't think you can run faster than I can fly."
"You wanna race back?" Naruto asked with a grin as Kara smiled back
"You're on." Kara said
"Hang on, Alex, this isn't something I do often." And with that, they were off in a streak of blue, with Kara flying right behind them as Naruto continuously pulled ahead
(D.E.O.)
Naruto and Alex took about 5 minutes to return and 10 for Kara. Naruto deposited her into one of the med bays before Kara walked up to Naruto and hugged him, with him hugging her back.
"Thank you." Kara said causing Naruto to ruffle her hair, much to her annoyance "I can't believe you are faster then me on foot."
"No problem, squirt." Naruto responded before he walked up to Hank "I'm assuming that you will want the Kryptonian deposited into a cell with Kryptonite lamps." Before Kara walked up to them
"I want to see who that was that I saw in that warehouse in which you sucked her up." Kara stated, only getting a nod from Hank
"Deposit the Kryptonian in one of the rooms with Kryptonite lamps, and remember to turn them on before you leave her." Hank ordered before Naruto and Kara walked away
(D.E.O. – Astra's holding cell)
Naruto arrived at one of the D.E.O.'s storage cells with Kryptonite lamps. Naruto's third eye opened, and a swirl appeared inside the glass-holding cell in the center of the room. Seconds later, Astra was spit out of the swirl.
"Where am I!?" Astra called out
"But…You died…When Krypton exploded…Everyone died…Aunt Astra." Kara said trying to string together a coherent sentence
"Except I wasn't on Krypton when it perished. I was a prisoner aboard Fort Rozz. Did your mother never tell you? That she sent me away? About how she banished me, her own blood? Imprisoned me for speaking the truth while she told only lies?" Astra asked
"But why did she send you to Fort Rozz?" Kara responded
"For being a hero. For trying to save our world." Astra answered
"I remember so many nights, sitting on your lap, listening as you taught me all the names of the stars." Kara said
"Then let me educate you once again, dear niece. Your alliance with the humans is misplaced. Do not stand against me. I let one planet die; I will not do so again." Astra said before she looked at Naruto "The same goes for you my fellow Kryptonian."
"Oh, I'm not Kryptonian, at least not in the way that you are insinuating. I just have the aspects of your race's D.N.A. that allow your cells to absorb, store, and metabolize our yellow sun's radiation." Naruto responded, leaving Astra shocked
"Why do you ally yourself with the humans then? All they are doing is destroying this planet." Astra asked
"Because I made a deal with someone so that my wife and I could have a fresh start." Naruto answered "I'm sure I can get something similar for you. All you have to do is tell us your plan. I can tell you are a good person inside." Before Astra turned to Kara
"Do you know how they got me?" Astra asked
"I'm done with you." Kara said before she started walking out with Naruto following her
"Was it your idea to message me with the spy beacon or Alura?" Astra asked causing Kara to stop as Astra explained what happened after meeting with Kara
"I don't remember that." Kara responded
"Your mother signed the death warrants of your entire race, and she used you to do it." Astra said
"I don't believe you." Kara responded
"She is telling the truth." Naruto said, causing both of them to turn to him "Her chakra didn't waiver or fluctuate like it does when someone lies normally."
"Much like Krypton, this planet is on the verge of ecological destruction. I can stop it. But the humans won't approve of my methods. That's why I need you. They trust you." Astra said before she turned to Naruto "And by extension, you possibly. Together, we can save them."
"You're never gonna leave this cell." Kara said
"Unless she tells us her plan, then I can see if I can get Hank to make her a deal." Naruto added
"Kara, I am begging you. Please help me." Astra pleaded before Kara walked out with Naruto following shortly behind her "I love you." Before Naruto closed the door behind them
"I think we should hear her out. See what she has to say. Maybe we can talk some sense into her." Naruto suggested as they continued on their way towards the main area
(D.E.O. Main Room)
They finally reached the main room of the D.E.O. with Alex waiting for them by the side.
"Am I to assume you want to show her that room I helped you setup?" Naruto asked, causing Kara to adopt a confused look
"What does he mean?" Kara asked before Naruto and Alex started walking in the other direction to which Kara followed after them
"Your cousin has a base, a fortress, I guess, in the Arctic. We don't know much about it, but we do know it's where he's been able to commune with his Kryptonian ancestors." Alex explained as they rounded a corner, revealing a door with a palm print reader
"How? They're all gone." Kara asked
"We found a way around that problem." Alex answered before she motioned to the palm printer reader "The door will only open for you, as well as Naruto, because he has ways of bypassing the palm print reader altogether."
Kara just looked between the two of them. She hesitantly placed her palm on the screen, and it began to read her palm. A few seconds later, the door opened, and Kara and Alex stepped in, expecting Naruto to follow. When they noticed that he didn't enter, they looked at him.
"Oh, you want me to come with you guys. I expected you to want your privacy, seeing as I hardly know you Kara." Naruto said
"You rescued my sister from my Aunt Astra when you didn't have to. You are practically family, even more so because you copied my DNA/powers." Kara responded with a smile before Naruto stepped in as the door closed behind him. They all turned around to see a hologram of Alura standing in the center of the room "Mom."
"Hello, Kara." Alura responded
"Wait… I don't understand." Kara said, turning to Alex
"The message we found in your pod was part of an interactive artificial intelligence program culled from living memory. It's not really her, but…" Alex answered
"Kara, I have been programmed to offer you assistance on Earth." Alura said before Kara turned to Naruto and Alex
"Thank you." Kara said before turning around "Did you use me to draw Astra out of hiding and arrest her?"
"Yes." Alura answered shocking Kara
"How could you do that?" Kara asked
"Astra had broken the law. You were the only person she trusted to meet. It was necessary." Alura answered
"Could she have saved us?" Kara asked
"She was a criminal." Alura answered
"But was she right?" Kara asked angrily
"I am not programmed to give you that information." Alura answered before Kara stepped up to the hologram
"Tell me!" Kara demanded
"I'm sorry, I am not programmed to give you that information." Alura answered
"You let everyone that I love die!" Kara said, clearly furious and upset at what she was finding "You left me! You left me alone! You sent me away! How could you do that?"
"I am not programmed…" Alura stated before twin beams of blue pierced the hologram, not doing any damage
"If you want, I can try to bypass whatever is restricting her from giving you an answer." Naruto suggested
"No need…think I already…know the answer." Kara stated in between crys "I…I think I need to clear my head." And with that she was gone leaving just Alex and Naruto
"If either of you need anything, don't hesitate to ask." Naruto said with a smile before he Flying Thunder God Technique away

Naruto and Sakura will be similar to Venom's hivemind, except that they will share powers and memories pertaining to their powers/abilties with the other versions of themselves.
Naruto and Sakura will be similar to Venom's hivemind, except maintaining the individual identities and autonomy of each Naruto and Sakura pair across different Multiverses/Universes/Dimensions is a priority for the hivemind network. By limiting the sharing of memories/knowledge to only those directly relevant to their abilities, and what they would need to start a new life in the 21st century, the hivemind ensures that each pair retains their unique experiences and perspectives, preventing potential identity confusion or existential crises. However, the Speed Force will only be accessible from the Marvel and DC multiverse, and even then, it will only be a percentage of what Naruto's speed would be if he weren't sharing the connection with multiple versions of himself type of deal to balance things out. While I love OP Naruto, I have to give him some challenges to keep things interesting.
The next fic that I will be rewriting after this will be my Shinobi of Excelsior
