A Fateful Encounter

As the settings are being placed, a surprise visitor suddenly appears as the author looks to see him.

"Deadpool?!" guardian1989 said in a surprised recognition.

"I'm surprised that you know of me!" Deadpool says. "Good for you!"

"What are you doing here in my realm?"

"What am I doing here, you ask? Well, basically, you've read and reviewed Neomark's story of "TMDDF: What if?" and did the same for some of FP11's stories, yet for your crossover that you did with two spin-offs that you've done, you never add me in it." Deadpool crossed his arms. "The nerve!"

"Well, in my realm, you're not welcomed here."

"Now that's rude." Deadpool drones.

"There's the pot calling the kettle black since you rudely arrived here uninvited."

"True." Deadpool states.

After letting out an exasperated sigh of annoyance, guardian1989 said after taking a deep breath.

"Okay, since I can't seem to kick you out, I might as well let you stay."

"Yo, good call." Deadpool happily said with his thumbs up.

"And just so there's no hard feelings, I got a little gift for you."

"Oh, for me? Why I don't know what to say." Deadpool said appreciatively.

The author goes to a locker marked Open in Case of Deadpool Emergencies. After opening it, guardian1989 pulls out a sniper rifle that had a bolt at the butt of the weapon and an oxygen tank under the barrel. He grabs and opens a case labeled Tranquilizers Use Ultra Fast Acting Nerve Agents. USE EXTREME CAUTION to grab a sort of dart.

After he puts the dart in his mouth, guardian1989 undoes the bolt and pulls out a chamber before slipping in the dart and chambers it back into the gun. All the while, Deadpool tried to see what he was doing.

Then, the merc with a mouth sees the author emerge with the gun as he said impression

"A new toy! Can I play?"

"A little something to shut you up, since Neo, FP11, and a few others I can name, can't seem to do it." guardian1989 said.

Deadpool sees guardian1989 aim the rifle at him.

"Hey! Hey! Hey! Watch where you...!"

Unfortunately, Deadpool didn't finish as guardian1989 squeezed the trigger and fired the dart at Deadpool's shoulder.

"Ow!"

Deadpool was too late when he pulled the dart out of his shoulder. The projectile already delivered its payload as the merc with a mouth instantly began to feel dizzy as he said drowsily

"In... the words... of Daffy..." he loses balance. "You're...dessssss...picable."

Deadpool drops to the floor with a thud as he snored. The drug of the tranquilizer dart took a full hold as guardian1989 pulls a lever. The floor suddenly splits open, causing the out cold Deadpool to fall, with the looney tunes sound effects of him falling, before the floor closes after the crash sound is heard.

"Finally." guardian1989 said in annoyance as he put down the rifle before taking a seat. "Since I can't kill him because of his healing factor, I can still knock him out."

The author faces forward while clearing his throat

"Okay. This crossover takes place 2 weeks after Phantom Planet of "Danny Phantom" and Mainstream of "X-Men: Evolution," unlike my current crossover, The Ghosts of Bayville, that now has thirteen chaoters and two spin-offs. Now, it's time to begin the first chapter, and hopefully, the dart wears off after it is finished."

The author flicks a different switch.

They say so many events can happen in so little time. A fact that is true in Amity Park, a town that is known for a heavy amount of ghost activity and home of the now famous world hero, fifteen year old Danny Fenton, who is also known as Danny Phantom. In a matter of two weeks, he has endured so much; first being upstaged by the Master Blasters, a team hired by his archenemy Vlad Masters or Vlad Plasmius as the public now knows, giving up his powers, regaining his powers in the Ghost Zone, and finally saving the world from the ectoranium composed Disasteroid with the help of every ghost friend and enemy from the Ghost Zone itself.

In addition, he revealed his secret identity to the entire world. Unlike Vlad, who held the planet hostage and planned to save the planet in return to be crowned king of the world, the ghost boy made no such bargains with the world leaders. As a result, people all across the planet admired and hailed him as a true hero. Also, there were statues of Danny Phantom holding the Earth on every capitol city of the world, including Amity Park.

Danny revealed to his parents about his clone/sister Danielle Fenton a few days after. Jack, Maddie, and Jazz didn't hesitate to accept her as well as his parents adopting her, making her officially a Fenton family member.

His best friend, Tucker Foley, became Amity Park's youngest mayor after Vlad's final fall.

One could think that everything would continuously go uphill for Danny due to his fame and fortune, but they were wrong.

During school, Dash Baxter, school jock and bully of Casper High, instantly changed to Danny's fan boy overnight, which was completely pathetic. Time and again, the jock tried to invite Danny to join the A-Listers, but the ghost boy made it clear that he wanted nothing to do with them, remembering all the times that the blonde bullied him before his secret became public knowledge. Dash was angered and frustrated that his idol, who was his former punching bag, repeatedly refused.

What was disturbing was that Paulina, whom he once had a crush on but got over his feelings for, flirted with him non-stop; even in front of his girlfriend, Sam resulting in the two constantly getting into a catfight and ending up in detention with Mr. Lancer.

The Latina always commented that his relationship with Sam won't last on a daily basis. However, one day, she was actually right for once, as Danny remembered.

Flashback

It was after school when Danny was on his way to visit Sam. However, when he saw the "For Sale" sign on the yard of the Manson Manor with the word "Sold" on the very top, a cloud of worry formed in the ghost boy's gut.

In addition to that, he didn't understand why Sam was absent from school today. If that wasn't enough, he saw a few moving trucks parked near the curbside. After landing, Danny transforms before running to meet his girlfriend. What hit home was the sad look on her face.

"Sam? What's going on?" he asks with worry.

Sam closed her eyes in regret before she said after opening them.

"Danny," she paused. "My folks and I are moving."

The goth girl's words hit Danny hard as he asked.

"Moving?"

"Yeah. My dad finally got a job as an entrepreneur; that's the good news. The bad news is that it's all the way out there in Oregon." Sam sadly explains.

"So, that's why you were absent today." Danny said as he came to a realization.

"Because I'm leaving as of today." Sam finished.

Danny felt like his heart was crumbling to dust as he saw Sam run to him before they embraced one another, not wanting to let go.

"I'm going to miss you, Sam." Danny said.

"I'll miss you too, Danny." Sam said after a sniff.

Right when the goth girl was about to remove the ring that Danny gave her, the ghost boy stopped her as he said

"Keep it, Sam. Especially since it has your name on it."

"Danny, I..." Sam paused. "I just want you to know that whatever happens later on, I..."

"Sam, it's okay." Danny interrupts. "I just want you to be happy, no matter who you are with."

"Me too." Sam said as she wiped away her tears. "Just promise me that you won't give yourself to that shallow tramp."

Knowing who Sam was referring to, Danny said in response.

"Paulina won't have me in this timeline or the next."

Sam smiled, knowing that Danny, her now ex-boyfriend, would keep that promise. Before another word could be said, the two heard the horn honk before Pamela called.

"Sammy-kins! We got to go!"

Sam sighed before she turned to Danny once more.

"So, I guess this is the last time we'll see each other." she says.

"Yeah."

Danny and Sam share one final kiss before they part.

"Goodbye, Danny."

Sam walks to the car to get onboard before it drives off when she gets in, with the moving trucks following. She could only stare at Danny through the rear windshield as the ghost boy just stood in place, watching the departing vehicles. Also, clouds were beginning to form in the sky as Danny whispered his final words while tears began to fall from his eyes.

"Goodbye, Sam."

Flashback ends

It was how his relationship with Sam ended. Of course, much to Danny's annoyance, Paulina got wind of Sam's departure from Amity Park and practically threw herself at him, thinking that she now has a chance to claim him as her boyfriend, without her rival interfering.

However, Danny kept his promise to Sam as he constantly rejected Paulina every time she hit on him. Unfortunately, the Latina just won't take a hint; especially since she has a shrine to him in her locker. The old Danny would've seen that as a beacon of hope. Now, it was absolutely disturbing. What's more disturbing is that Paulina kept sending the ghost boy gifts to his home and slipped love letters into his locker. The only solution that Danny did was burn the letters with his ghost powers.

Right now, it was Friday. More specifically, it was the end of the school day. Danny was about to leave the hallway when his path was blocked.

"Yo, Danny!" Dash greets. "Thought about joining?"

Danny rolled his eyes in annoyance as he said in frustration.

"Dude, how many times do I have to say no?! Get it through your thick skull that I'm not joining the A-Listers, and that's final!"

Danny pushed Dash out of the way as the jock was flabbergasted and shocked that his idol refused yet again. However, it instantly changed to anger as he stormed off, looking for something or someone to take his frustration out on.

With Danny, he barely walked through the doors of Casper High to leave the campus for the day. However, right when the ghost boy was going to walk home, he heard a familiar feminine voice that was once music to his ears, now sounds like nails on a chalkboard.

"Oh, ghost boy."

Danny sighs in frustration as he thinks.

"Why can't she just leave me alone?"

He turns around to see the very girl who he now finds annoying.

"Paulina, I have not changed my mind. My answer is still no!"

The Latina had a flirty look as she got uncomfortably close as she cooed.

"You know Danny, I like it when you play hard to get. Makes you more desirable."

Danny takes a step back as he says

"Who's really playing?"

"Since the goth loser is gone, how about we..."

Danny interrupts Paulina as he says.

"Sam is not a loser! Open your eyes for once! I'm not interested in going out with you, and I never will be!"

Paulina was shocked as she said

"But Danny, you didn't let me finish."

"Whatever it is you want to offer me, hard pass!" Danny said.

After transforming, Danny flies off as various paparazzi try in vain to pursue him in order to obtain any questions or comments from the hero of the world.

Meanwhile, Paulina watched him from afar as she thought with a smirk.

"Play hard to get all you want. I know you still love me and it's only a matter of time before you remember it."

In the skies, Danny pulls out his cell phone as he dials a number. It didn't take long for the call to be answered.

"Hello?"

"Hey, mom. It's Danny. I'm going out of town to cool off for a bit." he says.

"Let me guess, Paulina again?" Maddie asks through the other line.

"What else is new?" Danny asks. "Not to mention, rejecting the A-Lister invite, and getting away from paparazzi."

"Okay, sweetie. Just be careful and be home as soon as you can." Maddie said.

"Sure thing, mom."

After Danny hangs up the phone, he alters his course to fly east as he passes the sign that says Amity Park City Limit. The ghost boy sighed as he said to himself.

"I sure wish Sam was still here."

Danny continues to fly off, looking for some peace and quiet, away from paparazzi, away from Dash, and most importantly, away from Paulina.

It only took a few minutes for Danny to reach a random destination. He recognized the area as New York. However, it wasn't Manhattan or NYC. The sign he saw said Bayville City Limit as he entered said city. Danny looks around to see the citizens going about their own business.

"Wow. At least it'll be quiet here." he comments to himself.

However, the silence didn't last. A random individual looks up to see him as he shouts

"Get out of town, you freak!"

Danny stopped in midair when he heard that. In an instant, more people gathered around shouting at him several names such as mutie, freak, monster, and all other names one can think of. Some citizens even tried in vain to throw debris at him, despite that he was too high to be in firing range. The ghost boy simply frowned as he said.

"Talk about a tough crowd."

Danny flies off as he hears more slurs from citizens in Bayville as he comments to himself.

"What is this, the Neo Jim Crow era?"

He turns invisible to find a hiding place in order to transform due to the fact that no one in Bayville recognized Danny as the world hero. After changing back to his human form, Danny emerged to see that the citizens whom he first saw went back to their business as he even heard one of them say

"Good riddance, dirty mutant."

Danny rose an eyebrow as he asked.

"What the heck is a mutant?"

The ghost boy walked on as he looked in every direction, seeing this new city in wonder. However, there was only one solace that Danny found here.

"I like how quiet it is here."

Yes, Danny was relaxed that Dash wasn't here to pester him, Paulina wasn't here to hit on him, and paparazzi weren't here to hound him. The ghost boy simply kept walking, looking around as he explored Bayville.

However, he was unaware that the hand of fate was leading him to an unexpected turn of events. When Danny made a turn at a block as he continued to look around, he accidentally bumped into someone before he and the individual fell ungracefully to the ground from the impact. Soon, he hears an unfamiliar feminine voice angrily shouting

"Hey!"

When Danny looked up, he saw a girl of possibly Romani origin. She had short black hair with a red undertone on the back of her head, near her neck, she wore a red jumpsuit that had a few rips on the legs, combat boots with the silver shin pads, a trench coat that was a darker shade of red, and black fingerless gloves that cover her forearms. She also wore an Ankh cross choker and ear rings and red nail polish.

What the girl reminded Danny of Sam was her make-up. However, unlike his ex-girlfriend, her eyeshadow and lipstick were a shade of dark red. Plus, she had a mean look that could possibly melt steel if agitated.

"Watch where you're going!" she said.

Danny gets up as he said.

"Sorry about that. I didn't mean to bump into you."

When the ghost boy offered his hand, the girl was hesitant at first, but eventually, she accepted the offer as she grasped it before being helped up. Her anger softened up a bit as she said.

"It's fine."

While she dusts herself off, Danny says to her.

"You kind of remind me of someone I know."

The goth girl glares at him as she asks.

"Do you say that to every goth girl you see?"

"No," Danny glanced downward. "But I realized that I chose the wrong words." he looks at the girl in her blue eyes. "Let me start again. I'm Danny Fenton. You?"

Again, the girl's expression slightly softened as she said to him in response.

"Wanda."

"Nice to meet you, Wanda." Danny politely said.

"Yeah, if you say so." Wanda said as she dusted off the last speck of dirt.

"Look, um..." Danny hesitates. "For what it's worth, just as a peace offering, how about you and I get some ice cream? I'll pay."

For Wanda, she was shocked that this boy she bumped into was actually offering to treat her to ice cream. Also, this boy didn't seem to be intimidated by her at all. Instead, he was actually shy around her.

"Uh, yeah. Sure." Wanda hesitantly said. "Since I know you're not from around here, I'll take you to one spot that I know of."

"Sure, lead the way." Danny said with a shrug.

Suddenly, Wanda glares at Danny as she says.

"One more thing." she raised her fist. "If you try to hold my hand, I'll slug you."

"Hey, I'm cool with the look, but don't touch rule." Danny said with his hands up.

"Good." Wanda said as she lowered her fist.

As they walked on, Danny and Wanda were unaware that someone was following them, hopping at a safe distance.

At the ice cream shop that was outdoors, the duo were enjoying their frozen dairy treats. True to his word, Danny paid for their dessert. The ghost boy selected french vanilla. However, he was intrigued by Wanda's choice of ice cream, as he said.

"I never took you for the cookies and cream type. I thought you would go for rocky road or chocolate."

Wanda made a face of disgust as she said.

"My brother likes those flavors. With me, I can't stand them."

"Oh." Danny said. "If you don't mind me asking, how many siblings do you have?"

"Just one. My twin, but I don't get along with him or my father." Wanda said darkly before she glanced downward. "I don't even know who my mother is, since I was little."

Danny saw that it was a personal territory, as he said.

"Okay. I think it's best if we talk about something else."

Wanda just glanced at him, seeing that this boy was willing to drop and leave it alone. Soon, she asks him.

"What about you? How many siblings do you have?"

"Two sisters; one younger, one older." Danny said in response. "Then, there's my parents. Scientists. Nothing more."

Wanda nodded before she said to him.

"You say you're from this city called Amity Park, right?" she sees Danny nod. "I won't ask how you got here, but why you came here."

Danny sighed, something that Wanda noticed before she heard him speak.

"Just wanted to get away from my town to find some peace and quiet." Danny eats some more of his ice cream. "And to escape from a nuisance."

"Nuisance?" Wanda asks with a raised eyebrow.

"There's this girl that I know at my school." Danny said after an exasperated sigh. "She's been practically throwing herself at me, and she can't seem to take a hint that I'm not interested in her."

Wanda's eyes slightly widen in surprise, hearing that information, while Danny rubbed his temple with his fingers. Soon, she spoke up in response.

"You and I have something in common."

"You too?" Danny asks.

"Yes." Wanda said bitterly. "This boy, I know, he doesn't leave me alone for a single minute. He always called me pet names instead of my real name." she paused to lick some of her ice cream. "Not to mention, he has complete disregard to personal hygiene and manners."

Danny rose an eyebrow as he asked.

"Has he tried to..." he hesitantly paused. "Um..."

"Grope me?" Wanda asks with a frown. "No. Otherwise, I'd skin him alive or turn him into frog legs, painfully, I may add."

"I was about to say cop a feel, but okay." Danny said.

Wanda was beginning to look at Danny in a new light; in her point of view, this boy wasn't intimidated of her for starters, which was nice. Not once has he made a pass at her, and he always addressed her by her name. Not to mention, he displayed that he had upbringing.

In Danny's point of view, Wanda did have a few similarities to Sam; both are no pushovers, having a similar preference of goth fashion. However, this girl before him was someone that he didn't want to antagonize. In more ways than one, she was a stronger, more resilient, and more intimidating version of Sam. In fact, he was certain that she would scare the living dickens out of Paulina.

"So, what's it like, this Amity Park that you're from?" Wanda asks.

"Well, it's smaller than Bayville for starters." Danny said.

"Does it have mutants?" Wanda asks.

"I don't know what mutants are." Danny replies. "Mainly, there are ghosts lurking around my town."

Wanda rose an eyebrow as she said.

"You're kidding."

"I'm not." Danny said. "You've never heard of Danny Phantom, world hero, native to Amity Park?"

"No." Wanda simply said in response. "But your town sounds like a paradise, compared to here."

"No kidding." Danny said with an annoyed look. "I even saw some people showing a major hate to a...strange visitor."

"Nothing new to me." Wanda comments. "Since mutants have been shown to the world, people have been hating on them since."

Both of them were unaware that they were hiding something from one another. But that's the least of their worries.

They were being watched.

In a nearby alley, approximately 40 feet away, there was a lanky boy lurking in the shadows. He had a greenish complexion for starters. Even his teeth were a dirty yellow. He was watching the teen duo socializing with one another. The boy growled in fury and envy before he silently snuck in closer and then launched a sneak attack on his intended target.

"So, since you say that your parents are scientists, what is it that they study?" Wanda asks.

"Remember when I told you that ghosts lurk in Amity Park?" Danny sees Wanda nod. "Well, basically, they..."

Suddenly, a volley of slime hits Danny from the right, startling him, ruining his dessert and sliming his clothes as he stands.

"Ugh! What the hell?!"

Wanda gasped in shock. However, she turns her head sharply to her left when she heard laughter from a familiar individual. She instants stands up in fury, causing her chair to fall back from her sudden movement as her upper body and arms glow blue.

"TOAD!"

Toad or Todd Tolansky instantly stops laughing as he realizes that he pissed off Wanda. He held up his hands with a sheepish smile and nervously said.

"Hey, s-s-snookums. Fancy meeting you here."

In response, Wanda fires a blue energy bolt that envelops Todd, lifts him up, and then hurls him into a row of metal trash cans with a crash. The boy whimpers in extreme pain from the impact.

As Wanda took a deep breath to calm down, Danny just stared at her in shock before she took notice.

"How did you do that?" he asks.

Wanda now knew that there was no point in hiding it as she spoke to him.

"Remember when I've mentioned mutants?" she sees Danny nod. "Well, I'm one of them." Wanda looks to her left. "And that boy I just used my hex bolt on was the pest I told you about." she looks to Danny. "Yes, he's a mutant, too."

"Wow." Danny said. "I guess we have more in common than we thought."

"What do you mean?" Wanda asks with a raised eyebrow.

"First, let me clean myself up."

It was Wanda's turn to be shellshocked as she witnessed Danny turning transparent before the slime fell to the ground before turning solid. The goth girl sees that he is completely clean, as if the sneak attack never occurred.

"How did you do that?" she asks.

"Well, as I've told you about the ghosts in Amity Park, I'm a half-ghost with ghost powers. What you just saw was one of them."

Suddenly, Danny's ghost sense went off, shocking Wanda even further.

"And it looks like you're about to see a demo."

Danny transforms before Wanda's eyes as the goth girl saw in place stood Danny with snow white hair, glowing neon green eyes, clad in a black jumpsuit with a white collar, gloves, belt and boots. Also, there was a DP symbol on the chest.

She witnessed him take to the skies before some sort of android in black clothing with neon green eyes and a flaming mohawk with the same color as its eyes appear.

"What do you want, Skulker?!" Danny demands.

"Haven't I told you before, ghost child? I will never stop hunting you, hero or not." Skulker retorts.

Right when Skulker converts his arm into an energy weapon, both he and Danny hear someone shout.

"Hey!"

Danny and Skulker both see Wanda with her hands glowing blue and her glare directed at the ghost hunter.

"I don't know why you're here, but leave now or else!" Wanda threatens.

"This doesn't concern you, human!" Skulker barks before giving a malicious grin. "But since you insist, I choose else."

Once a multitude of weapons pop out of Skulker's cyber armor, the ghost hunter takes aim. However, Wanda reacted faster than anticipated as she shot a hex bolt at the ghost, enveloping Skulker in blue energy.

Skulker found that he was unable to move as his cyber armor began to spark and short-circuit.

"Hey! What is...?!"

Suddenly, Skulker's cyber armor explodes into hundreds of small yet harmless shrapnel, but only the head remains as it falls. Upon crash landing, the faceplate opens to reveal the ghost's true form.

"What the...?"

Danny grabs him as he says while sucking his opponent into the Fenton Thermos.

"Yeah. Long story on him."

After changing back, Wanda was still shellshocked as she asks.

"So, it's true? Everything you told me?"

"Yeah." Danny said while scratching the back of his head.

Wanda glanced away, completely surprised before she said.

"I... I didn't think that I would meet a half-ghost."

"Feeling's mutual on that." Danny comments.

After he looks to see that their ice cream was melted and had Toad's slime, the ghost boy checked his phone to see that there was still time to kill as he asked.

"So, what now, since our ice cream is ruined?"

Wanda shrugged before she suggested.

"Maybe I can show you Bayville Mall. There's a music store that I can show you."

"Sure."

The music store in the mall was larger than the one that Danny was familiar with in Amity Park, astronomically larger. Right now, he and Wanda were listening to a certain band before the goth girl looked at him, confused.

"Dumpty Humpty?" she asks.

"They're not that bad." Danny replies. "Besides, I've heard other bands."

Grabbing a certain disc, Wanda inserts it into the CD player after removing the previous one while saying.

"Try this one."

The music started up through the headphones as the teens listened to it. Danny was amazed by the music and lyrics before he and Wanda removed their headgear.

"What song is that?" he asks in curiosity.

"Awake and Alive by Skillet." Wanda answered.

Danny nodded with impression. However, he just remembered something as he quickly checked the time on his phone.

"Uh oh."

"What?" Wanda asks.

"It's starting to get late." Danny said. "I wish I could stay a little longer, but I got to get back home."

"I see." Wanda said in understanding.

"Well, other than Skulker and that Toad guy, it was nice getting to know you." Danny said.

"I can say the same." Wanda said in response.

"Well, hopefully I'll see you again the next time I visit." Danny comments.

"Sure. But it's only a stroke of luck that you'll find me anywhere in this city since I have no way of contacting you." Wanda warns.

"I'll take that chance." Danny said.

Wanda had a small smile before she said.

"Maybe you should get going."

Danny nods. As he turned around, the boy transformed before flying back to Amity Park while Wanda watched him leave. The goth girl couldn't help but smile a small smile. In her perspective, Danny was the complete opposite of Todd. Not once has he made a pass at her, cop a feel, or called her any pet names. Instead, he was rather mannered, always addressed her by her name, not to mention he was a tough act to follow.

To her, he was someone who had some similarities to her; both having to deal with someone annoyingly desperate, having special abilities, similar tastes in music. Not to mention, unlike Todd, Danny has complete regards to cleanliness and personal hygiene.

A feeling started to spark in Wanda. She didn't know what it was. After turning around to walk off, she looks back in the direction that Danny took to fly home before fondly smiling and resumed walking.

With Danny, he was halfway to Amity Park as he thought about his first meeting with Wanda. For the ghost boy, she had a gentle side despite her angst and a fierce side. He wasn't sure if his encounter with her was just a coincidence or if it was fate.

Soon, a memory entered Danny's mind as he chuckled.

"When she blew up Skulker's cyber armor, man was that hot." he comments to himself.

Danny glanced back as he entered Amity Park. In the ghost boy's perspective, he felt something about the goth girl that caught his attention; something that he hadn't felt since giving his heart to Sam in the past before her departure. He smiled fondly before landing in front of Fenton Works and changed back to human form.

When he entered the door, Danny was suddenly tackled by his younger sister, Danielle Fenton, or Dani as Jack and Maddie would call her when Danny was absent.

"Hey, big bro!" she greets. "Brought any munchies?"

Danny hands her a box of goldfish crackers, much to Danielle's delight before she snatched the box, got off, and thanked him before running to the kitchen.

When Jazz saw him, she noticed that Danny had a fond smile on his face as she rose an eyebrow.

"What's with you?" Jazz asks.

"Wouldn't you like to know." Danny said.

After dumping Skulker into the Ghost Zone, he takes a shower before plopping onto the bed in his room. Soon, he hears a knock on the door.

"Come in."

Jazz enters before she has a suspicious look and places her hands on her hips.

"Okay, Danny. Spill." Jazz said. "Who did you meet?"

Danny smiled fondly again as he said in response

"Let's just say that I met a girl who can scare the wits out of Paulina."

Jazz was already aware of the Latina desperately and disturbingly pursuing her brother because he is the world hero with the fame and fortune to boot.

"Really?" Jazz smirked. "Is she from around here?"

"No. She's from a different city." Danny said. "One that I'm going to visit more often now."

Jazz chuckled before she said.

"Mom and Dad should be home soon. They went to go get pizza, and you know much Danielle can eat."

"I know."

Once Jazz left, Danny stared at the ceiling of his room while thinking about Wanda once more. However, another thought crossed his mind as he asked himself.

"Still, I wonder what mutants are?"

After mulling it over for a few minutes, Danny said to himself.

"Maybe I can ask Tucker tomorrow and see if he knows something."

After hearing his mother calling that they're home, Danny exots the room to join his family for dinner.

The author flicks the switch back and finds his rifle missing. After hearing a clicking sound, he sighs and turns to see Deadpool holding it.

"Uh, what are you doing with my rifle?"

"You mean my rifle." Deadpool corrects. "I wanted to try out my gift, is all."

"Uh, dude. I meant that with sarcasm."

"Well, you made me miss the whole chapter after shooting and dropping me down a cliff in a looney tunes fashion!" Deadpool said.

"Because I wanted no interruptions from you, for the sake of the readers." the author counters.

"Eh, whatever." Deadpool said. "I think I'll name it, Alice."

"Who do you think you are, Bonesteel?"

"Who?" Deadpool asks.

"The character from the live action series Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation, portrayed by the legendary Scott McNeil."

"Boo!" Deadpool said with his thumb pointing downward. "That show sucked!"

Deadpool takes aim with the rifle.

"Your turn to get shot, now guardian."

"For your sake, I wouldn't do that if I were you." the author warns.

"La la lala! I'm not listening!" Deadpool said as he gets ready to shoot.

"I'm warning you, my rifle is not something to toy with. It's built to..."

"Eat sharp, pointy, pokey things, guardian!" Deadpool declares.

Deadpool squeezed the trigger, firing the dart. However, instead of flying towards the author, the projectile makes a loop, altering its course towards its true target as the merc with a mouth shouts in surprise.

"What the...?!"

The dart pierces Deadpool on his left butt cheek, injecting its payload upon penetration as he shouts.

"D'oh!"

Deadpool pulls out the empty dart while the author takes the rifle away as he said to the dizzy merc.

"Shoot you only."

"Now..." Deadpool dizzily stumbles around. "You tell..."

Deadpool falls to the floor with a thud as he starts snoring again, thanks to the drug taking effect. The author pulls another lever, dropping the unconscious Deadpool into a moat, looney tunes style before the floor closed at the sound of the splash.

"Sorry about that." the author said. "Anyways, I hope you all enjoy the first chapter of this crossover. Not to worry, I still plan to update my first crossover as soon as I possibly can."

Guardian1989 places his finger on the light switch and says,

"Might as well get used to the nuisance popping in here now and again, since he's aware of my realm."

The switch is flicked, turning the lights off.
