Chapter 3
Nathan and I had been apart of the same world all our lives. We were close in more then one way. Friendship and family because our parents never really wanted to step up so we stepped for each other. Along with Peyton and Rachel. We all hung out together. It just worked we never had to do anything but exist together in the same space.
We were family to each other. It had always been that way i cherished and valued that bond.

The summer went by slower then normal and i was grateful for that because i got to know and spend with you in a real way without the drama and mess of high school society standing in the way. I never knew meeting a stranger could chang you're life so much.

"I like her Haley." Lucas admitted. To his best friend as they sat down and looked through the menu at Karen's cafe.
"I think you need to be careful. Brooke Davis never had a reason or need to be on this side of town after meeting you. She's here alot more. I just think she's home for the summer and needs to be entertained." Haley admitted.

"I cannot believe you're going out of you're way for Rivercourt boy." Peyton said.
"I like him Peyton. He's not like the guys from our world. He's honest open caring. He wants to hear what i have to say and wants to understand how i see the world."
"Its refreshing. New. And comfortable. Safe." Brooke replied.
"He sounds boring." Rachel interjected. As she joined the video call.
